In the professional sphere, Ranveer Singh is preparing for one of his most hyped roles taking over Shah Rukh Khan in Don 3. The decision created quite a hullabaloo on the internet, with people split down the middle about the drastic casting call. But interest in the movie has picked up even more with rumors that both Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan two iconic dons might feature in the sequel too.
As per India Today reports, both superstars have been approached for their appearance in the film. Although no confirmation has been officially done, fans are already excited at the possibility of a three-generation Don crossover on the big screen.
Kiara Advani Back to Don 3 After Pregnancy Break
To add to the thrill, actress Kiara Advani, who was reportedly dropped from the project owing to her pregnancy, is now back on board. She is to replace Priyanka Chopra as the female lead in the film. A source close to the production team revealed to Subhash K Jha,
“Yes, there’s been a delay but it couldn’t be helped. Kiara got pregnant, and Farhan Akhtar got busy with 120 Bahadur, where he plays Major Shaitan Singh.”
The shooting for Don 3 is now likely to start in January next year, with director Farhan Akhtar set to pick up from where he left after his current commitments are over.
Ranveer to Star in Dhurandhar Later This Year
