Madison Beer Releases New Single ‘Bittersweet’

by jummy84 October 10, 2025
written by jummy84

The emotionally-wrought track follows her recent return to music with “Yes, Baby”

Madison Beer has dropped a new single, “Bittersweet.” The pensive track follows her recent release “Yes, Baby,” which she shared in September.

“Now that it’s over, you blame it all on me,” she croons on the song. “I know I should be bitter, but baby/ Right now I’m bittersweet/ I’m getting over what you put me through/ And I’d say I’m done crying, but baby/ I don’t lie like you do.”

“’Bittersweet’ is about the end of a chapter and the difficulty of coming to terms with it, while also recognizing that deep down you know it’s for the best—and finding peace in that along the journey,” Beer explained in a statement.

“Yes, Baby” and “Bittersweet” mark Beer’s return to music in 2025. Prior to the new songs, her last single, “15 Minutes,” dropped in July 2024. Several months prior to that, in February, she released “Make You Mine,” which would go on to earn a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Pop Recording earlier this year. (The song ultimately lost out to Charli XCX’s “Von Dutch.”)

Trending Stories

A press release for “Yes Baby” said more music from Beer would be arriving “sooner than you think,” suggesting the singles may mark the start of a new album cycle. Beer’s most recent LP, Silence Between Songs, was released in 2023, and she spent much of last year on her “Spinnin Tour” in support of the album.

The singer is set to perform at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City on Oct. 15. The performance will stream on Prime Video and Amazon Live for U.S. audiences and globally on Victoria’s Secret’s YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram accounts.

Madison Bailey On Life After Outer Banks & New Rom-Com

Madison Bailey On Life After Outer Banks & New Rom-Com

by jummy84 October 8, 2025
written by jummy84

After playing stubborn, anti-capitalist, one-of-the-boys Kiara “Kie” Carrera for four seasons on Outer Banks, Madison Bailey is entering her rom-com era. In Prime Video’s Maintenance Required, she plays Izzy, one part of an all-female mechanic shop who loves wearing head-to-toe pink as much as she loves giving manicures to people as they wait for their car repairs. Izzy’s best friend Charlie (Madelaine Petsch) owns the shop and is in a complicated situationship with Beau (Jacob Scipio), her anonymous online crush she doesn’t realize is also her corporate rival IRL. While sparks fly on and offline for Charlie and Beau, her besties Izzy and Kam (Katy O’Brian) provide the comedic relief and humor often lacking in recent romance movies. The movie is a classic rom-com (a nice modern twist on You’ve Got Mail) that allows Bailey to show off, as she puts it, a “more feminine” side we have yet to see from her onscreen.

“You two need to figure this out.” Night Breeze & Entertainment Squad debuted the official trailer for a romantic comedy film titled I Really Love My Husband, an indie romantic comedy from filmmaker GG Hawkins. This is getting released on VOD in November after a small theatrical run in September. Filmed in the beautiful lush islands of Panamá, IRLMH follows Teresa and her “golden-boy” husband Drew who try to enjoy their honeymoon (albeit a year late), but what should be effortless intimacy keeps snagging on small hesitations & unspoken irritations. Enter Paz, the charismatic expat who manages their rental, and someone both Teresa & Drew begin to lay eyes on. After some intimate moments (and shroom ingestions) the couple invite Paz to help spice things up — for better or for worse. Starring Madison Lanesey, Travis Quentin Young, and Arta Gee. IRLMH is a sharp, funny, and emotionally resonant exploration of modern love, identity, and the complexities of commitment. Trusting ambiguity over tidy answers, while letting audiences simmer in questions of desire and commitment, with distinctive blend of humor and sensitivity. This seems like it’s more than about marriage itself, it’s also about sexuality and fluidity and being honest. Take a look.

Here’s the official trailer (+ poster) for GG Hawkins’ film I Really Love My Husband, from YouTube:

I Really Love My Husband Poster

On a honeymoon in the lush islands of Bocas del Toro, Panamá, Teresa & her “golden boy” husband Drew try to settle into married life – only to find their postcard escape sharpening the edges of what’s already fragile between them. What should be effortless intimacy keeps snagging on small hesitations & unspoken irritations, and Teresa notices the gap between the ideal she’s projected onto Drew and the man besides her. When they meet Paz, the charismatic expat who manages their rental, their balance shifts. Teresa is drawn in – part curiosity, part longing – that attraction exposes what she’s been avoiding: the possibility that her desires don’t fit the story she’s been telling herself. Awkward truths tumble out in half-jokes, glances carry more weight than confessions, and the tropical setting turns ironic – a paradise that won’t let them hide. What follows is a low-boil, funny-uneasy dance among 3 people, where miscommunications and mixed signals peel back questions of commitment, fantasy, and who gets to define a marriage. The closer Teresa gets to naming what she wants, the more the trip offers a reckoning with the cost of honesty.

I Really Love My Husband is written and directed by American indie filmmaker G.G. Hawkins, making her feature directorial debut after a few short films and TV series previously. From a story by GG Hawkins, Madison Lanesey, and Scott Monahan. It’s produced by Elle Roth-Brunet; co-produced by Maria Ventura, Natalie LeVeck. This initially premiered at the 2025 SXSW Film Festival earlier this year. Entertainment Squad already debuted GG Hawkins’ I Really Love My Husband film in select US theaters in September – it will also be out to watch on VOD starting November 4th, 2025 this fall. Madison From ‘Love Is Blind’: Joe’s Comments on My Body Were the ‘Worst-Case Scenario’

by jummy84 October 7, 2025
written by jummy84

And he said, “No, babe, I’m totally into you.” And I said, “Well, it’s just I’m getting this sense that something’s a little bit off.” And while we were unpacking our suitcases, I think he said something to the effect of, “You’re just not my usual type, but that doesn’t mean that I’m not into you.”

So I kind of dug deeper, like, “What is your typical type?” And he was like, “I just usually date more petite women.” I am a really confident person. At that moment, it kind of put me into this insecure feeling.

[Joe tells Glamour, “I was trying, poorly, to explain a pattern in my past dating experiences, not to compare or criticize. I definitely do not look anything like Madison’s past partners either. I would be hard-pressed to say she thinks I am her regular type she usually goes for, but that is the experiment.”]

You two seemed to connect very quickly in the pods. Were there any other connections we didn’t see?

I actually went to proposal day with two people. Blake was actually my number one, day one. I loved Blake. He was great. Joe was actually my number five on day one. And he kind of slowly climbed the ranks as I got to know him more and as we spent more time together.

Do you have any regrets about that?

I don’t have any regrets. I think that my journey through this experiment was exactly what it was meant to be. While I do feel disappointed in the way that I was treated, it has opened so many doors for me emotionally, to get to know myself and to be more confident and be able to speak my truth in ways that I hadn’t before.

When things first started getting weird at the pool party, there was an interaction I thought was strange. At one point, Joe asks if you like Jordan and you say, “Jordan, of course, he’s a good friend.” And then Jordan says, “Well, I don’t like you.” What was that about?

California singer-songwriter Madison Cunningham has teamed up with Fleet Foxes’ Robin Pecknold for a new song. Listen to “Wake” below.

Cunningham, according to a press release, first met Pecknold backstage at one of her shows. “Fleet Foxes’ melodies and songs have inspired me for as long as I can remember,” she stated. “I feel quite lucky to have been able to experience his genius up close.”

Pecknold also discussed working with Cunningham: “Working with Madison on this was a humbling and enlightening experience! We did maybe 10 takes where she played and sang perfectly every time and I struggled to keep up. She’s a force and an inspiration; thank you so much Madison for pushing things forward so masterfully.”

“Wake” is the second single from Cunningham’s recently announced new album, Ace, which is out October 10 via Verve Forecast. She previously released “My Full Name.” See the album details below.

Cunningham will support Ace on tour next year. The shows take place across North America in January, March, and April. See the dates below.

In 2023, Cunningham won the Grammy Award for Best Folk Album for Revealer. The next year, she and Andrew Bird covered the entirety of Buckingham Nicks for an album they called Cunningham Bird.

Madison Beer and Justin Herbert: A Complete Timeline of Those Relationship Rumors

Madison Beer and Justin Herbert: A Complete Timeline of Those Relationship Rumors

by jummy84 September 7, 2025
written by jummy84

Another day, another pop girl and football boy to talk about. Word on the street is that Madison Beer is dating Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert.

Back in August, the 26-year-old singer and NFL player sparked relationship rumors when they were photographed hanging out shortly after the 6’6″ footballer was spotted at one of Beer’s shoots in Los Angeles. While the pair did not engage in any kind of PDA or confirm their relationship in any meaningful way, their fans have started to run with it.

“I joke that I’m a sapiosexual, because honestly, make me laugh and we’re good,” Beer recently told Cosmopolitan of her “type” in an interview published back in April. “You could literally look so different from anyone I’ve ever been with. And if there’s just that thing, it’s there. I love people’s souls more than anything.”

She also opened up about being a “relationship person,” and “lover girl” noting, “I meet someone, I love them. I’m like, ‘Okay, I’m never letting you go.’ You’ll be with me forever until you hurt me.'”

That being said, the first photos of Beer and Herbert came out just three months after Beer discussed her “intense and fun” relationship with social media influencer Nick Austin in that very same interview. No split has been officially announced, though Beer admitted “neither of us are equipped for whatever the fuck might come” while speaking with Cosmo.

Now, she’s being credited for Herbert’s performance during the Charger’s opening game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Here’s a complete timeline of the rumors, as neither Beer nor Herbert have confirmed their relationship.

September 5, 2025: The Los Angeles Chargers beat the Kansas City Chiefs in their opening game in São Paulo, Brazil. Now, some fans and sports media outlets are crediting Madison Beer. Surely, they won’t turn on her if he starts underperforming… (That was sarcasm, btw.)

August 26, 2025: Page Six publishes photos of the pair in very casual attire, reportedly heading to a friend’s home in Redondo Beach, California. Beer was carrying a bottle of wine in rolled up sweats and a casual white long-sleeve top, while Herbert brought the Rummikub set in a drawstring shorts, sneakers, and a single leg compression sleeve. Wine, games, and comfy clothes? Is it cuffing season already?

August 18, 2025: Herbert is spotted visiting Beer on the set of one of her photo or music video shoots. According to Page Six, she left in his car.

April 28, 2025: Beer discusses her four-year relationship with Nick Austin in a Cosmopolitan interview. “It can be good and bad,” she said of dating the Cancer as a Pisces. “It’s intense and fun, but it’s good. We’ve been together for four years, which is nuts.”

When asked if he’s ready for what’s to come if her next album pops off, here’s what she said:

Milo Callaghan and Madison Iseman on Episode 3 Betrayal

by jummy84 August 30, 2025
written by jummy84

[Warning: The following post contains MAJOR spoilers for The Rainmaker Episode 3.]

When Rudy Baylor (Milo Callaghan) and Sarah Plankmore (Madison Iseman) first found themselves on opposing sides of the central case of The Rainmaker, they agreed not to let their professional lives mix with the personal relationship they had. Best laid plans being what they tend to be, though, that quickly went to the wayside … with some devastating consequences in this week’s new episode.

The segment finds Sarah starting to reap some of the rewards of working for the high-profile Tinley Britt headed by Leo Drummond (John Slattery), including a swanky new apartment fully furnished by the firm. She efforts to share the spoils with Rudy by buying him an expensive power suit, but that goes over like a lead balloon.

For actor Milo Callaghan, the gesture hits Rudy hardest because it’s not something he could do for himself. “A lot of the things that he struggles to speak about are things like money, influence, wealth, and power by birth. And there’s a great commentary on class throughout the show, I think,” he told TV Insider. “So when she buys him the suit, it’s another blow. He has to say out loud that he can’t afford it, and that’s a terrible thing for a guy, I think, to be saying to his girlfriend.”

Madison Iseman added that she didn’t think Sarah meant to offend him with that purchase, explaining, “There’s a world where if they weren’t put in the position that they’re put into, things could look very different. And so I do think by her giving him this suit, that’s all she knows. All she knows is how to be at the top of her game, how to look a certain way, how to present herself, how to speak. And she loves him, and she cares about him, so her giving him this suit, it’s encouragement. It’s, ‘I know your potential.’ Just meet me there.’”

The new suit is just the start of their problems, of course. It’s the old one that really causes them anguish.

During a deposition of a doctor in the Donny Ray case, Rudy reveals that he knows of the doctor’s experience with alcoholism, and Leo comments that he wonders if the man in his suit would approve of his tactic. That signals to Rudy that Sarah has told her bosses about Rudy’s late brother, which is, according to Callaghan, “a big blow” like no other. “His brother is one of the biggest driving forces of all of his decision-making, and so for her to step on that and reveal it for personal gain is, I think, unimaginable for him. It’s crushing,” the actor said.

Christopher Barr / USA Network

From there, Sarah’s confronted by Rudy’s mother — who does not appreciate it when she lies to her about Rudy being fired — and her boss. The latter questions whether Sarah really sees herself having a successful future with Rudy.

Later, the two find themselves in the same company studying for the bar exam, and the tension is palpable. When Sarah decides to celebrate after the test is done, Rudy goes home early. Things are bleak between them, and with everything that’s happened now, is there any hope?

For now, Rudy has bigger things to worry about. He gives a ride home to his battered neighbor Kelly Riker (Robyn Cara) and then finds her husband waiting for him in his apartment. Plus, his negligence lawsuit might’ve just turned into a murder case thanks to one unhinged former nurse.
