The 37-year-old musician and his partner Rihanna welcomed their third child, Rocki Irish Mayers, into the world in September, and the proud dad is delighted to have a daughter.

He told Extra: “Yo, being a girl dad is amazing. I mean, check me out. I’m glowing!”

Rocky – who has sons RZA, three, and Riot, two, with his partner – has been honoured with the Fashion Icon Award at the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards, but he insisted style isn’t something he’ll be forcing on his kids.

He said: “You know what? I think that fashion is something you just kind of like got in you.

“It’s just like, they pick up on it. If they do, they do. If they don’t, so be it.”

And a source previously explained that they always wanted to have kids who were “close together in age”.

The insider told People: “Rihanna has always wanted a big family, so she couldn’t be more excited. Rihanna and Rocky are thrilled to be growing their family and they can’t wait to give their boys another sibling.

“They wanted to have their children close together in age, so that they could grow up together and share a close bond. They feel so blessed and are so grateful for this next chapter in their lives. It’s a very special time.”

Prior to that, a source shared that Rihanna is “all about motherhood” now.

The chart-topping singer has enjoyed huge success in the music and fashion industries, but motherhood has become her firm focus in recent years.

A source told People: “She brings the kids on every trip, including work trips. The kids come with her everywhere. She never complains that she’s tired. She seems to just love life.”

Rocky has also been hugely “supportive” of Rihanna since they became parents for the first time.

The insider shared: “They’re doing a great job raising their kids. He’s very supportive of Rihanna too.

“They’re both extremely driven and hard-working. He’s the same way – you’ll never hear him complain. They’re amazing together. Rihanna truly seems the happiest.”

Miguel Says He’s Had ‘Bad Trips’ On Edibles, But ‘Loves’ Psychedelics

#Miguel is opening up about his extracurricular activities.

In a candid chat with media personality Bootleg Kev, Miguel admitted that while he holds psychedelics in high regard, he hasn’t always had smooth experiences with edibles. “I’ve had some bad trips,” he said, reflecting on past use of cannabis-based products. It “always end up in me crying over some bullsh!t.” When it comes to bad edible trips, he advised fans to just “ride that out.”

Psychedelics, however, Miguel said, “We love psychedelics,” sharing he’s had “mostly good trips” when taking the mind-altering substances. “The best ones are always outside, though,” he continued. “Either by water or in the forest kind of vibe. Maybe not in the forest, but like the sky is out. You know what I mean? Like you’re looking at the trees, you’re like, ‘Wow, we really are one.’”

Miguel, who recently dropped a new album, #CAOS, added, “There’s a real something in — especially shrooms and psychedelics — that there’s something in the…it’s all one, you know, there’s the oneness of it. I don’t know. There’s something really special.”

Would you ever be open to trying psychedelics the way Miguel describes, surrounded by nature and seeking that sense of “oneness”?

Loves of My Life: Nicole Melillo Shaw

The best interviews are often the most personal. In Loves of My Life, we get to know the person behind the career, asking them the important questions we’re desperate to know: their favourite restaurants and date-night spots, the music they’re currently obsessed with, the piece of clothing they’re most attached to and what’s lurking at the bottom of their handbag. In short, these are the little loves of their life.

Nicole Melillo Shaw is the managing director of Volvo Cars UK. She joined the company in March 2020, bringing 18 years of experience in senior marketing roles with world-renowned brands. Throughout her well-established and long-standing career, Nicole has gained experience working in a number of blue-chip companies across health and personal care in both global and local roles.

Volvo Cars UK is one of the most recognisable car brands in the world, with a presence in around 100 business markets. The company focuses on innovation, sustainability, safety, technology and pursuing an all-electric future.

Your career journey is as impressive as they come, spanning a variety of industries; it shows a real ability to step out from your comfort zone and into different territories. How did you navigate this?

I would say probably from a position of always wanting to do something different and wanting to be able to have a balance of offering something new, whilst also being able to learn. So a lot of my transitions have meant that I’ve brought some expertise with me, whether the industries have changed or the culture.

For example, in my early-stage career when I moved [to] E45, I’d come from working with dermatologists and healthcare professionals. For me, it’s always been about the ability to have the balance of offering something in a valuable space, whilst also going on a steep learning curve because I like to keep myself interested and challenge myself.

What drives you professionally?

It’s one of those things that I reflect on more and more; I think you always reflect on it when you’ve just done something really quite different. At Volvo here in the UK, we’ve recently launched a completely new business model, which has really been quite standout in the industry. And so from doing that, one of the things that I can see that I really value and consider is being able to demonstrate the difference that you make.

I’m quite different, not just being female in [the] automotive [industry], in the managing director position, but also with the background that I have. That’s quite a unique set-up. So being able to demonstrate that your unique point of view makes a difference is really important to me because obviously, when you put someone in a role who is different, it’s kind of going to go one of two ways. Being able to really show that this can work, and actually, there are more synergies than you think. So being able to demonstrate a difference is hugely important.
