bitchy | Duchess Meghan teases a homeware line, showing a planter with the As Ever logo

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex still haven’t shown their fans much of their Montecito mansion’s interior. We’ve seen one portico, which is where Harry and Meghan like to film some of their public statements. We’ve seen parts of the kitchen, which is decorated in blue-and-white tiles, and there’s a massive island and lots of copper cookware. We’ve also seen their shared office space, decorated in pale creams and beiges. Over the years, we’ve seen some glimpses of white couches, an Hermes throw, and not much else. Okay, so now that I’ve listed everything, we do have a sense of their decor. But still, I want a home tour!! We won’t get one though, and I’m fine with that. All of that to say, Meghan posted a short little video inside her home, and she posted it to her IG Stories. You can see a white chair, an Hermes throw, Mia sleeping soundly, and a large planter full of flowers. On the planter, you can see the As Ever logo.

AsEver flower vase!

“Delphinium, Nigella, Veronica – meet As ever: With garden roses and Queen Anne’s Lace. (And a very sleepy Mia). Looking lovely; ladies 💐” – Meghan

She captioned it, “Delphinium, Nigella, Veronica — meet As ever. With garden roses and Queen Anne’s lace (and a very sleepy Mia). Looking lovely, ladies.” Meghan loves her flowers and her flower arrangements. She would love to spend every day at the flower market. As for the As Ever vase/planter, People Magazine wrote: “While PEOPLE understands there is no official debut of a new home line planned — the vase was a fun creation for her With Love, Meghan Netflix series — Meghan has hinted in the past that her brand could expand into new areas, including home goods and fashion, making this glimpse a playful hint at what might be on the horizon.” Yeah… I hope an As Ever homewares collection is coming, just as I hope As Ever collaborates with some major brands. I want to see Le Creuset+As Ever, and maybe something with Williams-Sonoma. I also don’t believe that a homeware collection is imminent – it’s going to take some real time for Meghan to put that together.

Nike Officially Names Caitlin Clark A Signature Athlete, Reveals Her Custom Logo Ahead Of Apparel Launch

Caitlin Clark has officially joined the ranks of Nike’s signature athletes, marking a major milestone in her career and in women’s basketball.

As part of the announcement, Nike unveiled her custom-designed logo — a pair of interlocking Cs meant to symbolize Clark’s dynamic playing style and her deep connection with fans.

“Nike’s signature roster features all-time greats, and I am incredibly proud to join some of the best athletes in the world,” said Clark.

She worked closely with Nike designers to shape the logo, which will appear on a new line of sportswear and performance gear. “To me, this is more than just a logo, it’s a dream come true,” she added.

The first item, a navy and yellow logo T-shirt, drops September 1 in North America. Her full apparel collection follows on October 1, with her debut signature shoe slated for 2026. Clark has been a Nike athlete since 2022.

Will you be grabbing a pair?

Cracker Barrel Speaks Out Following Backlash Over New Logo: ‘We Could’ve Done A Better Job’

Cracker Barrel is speaking out after receiving backlash for its new logo design.

Last week, the chain revealed that it was ditching its old-timey logo for a new one that features only the words “Cracker Barrel” on a gold background with a modernized font. The update sparked outrage from longtime fans, including Donald Trump Jr., and the company’s stock reportedly dropped by $94 million in a single day.

On Monday (Aug. 25), the brand released a statement addressing the criticism: “We’re truly grateful for your heartfelt voices. You’ve also shown us that we could’ve done a better job sharing who we are and who we’ll always be.”

Cracker Barrel emphasized that while the logo may look different, the restaurant’s traditions remain intact: “The things people love most about our stores aren’t going anywhere: rocking chairs on the porch, a warm fire in the hearth, peg games on the table, unique treasures in our gift shop, and vintage Americana with antiques pulled straight from our warehouse in Lebanon, Tennessee.”

The company also confirmed that “Uncle Herschel,” the character once featured in the logo, will continue to appear on menus and throughout its stores.

“We know we won’t always get everything right the first time, but we’ll keep testing, learning, and listening to our guests and employees,” the statement concluded. “At the end of the day, our promise is simple: you’ll always find comfort, community, and country hospitality here at Cracker Barrel.”

Thoughts?

Cracker Barrel Defends Logo Swap + Blames Outrage On ‘Vocal Minority’ & Vows to Offer ‘Fresh Energy’

Cracker Barrel is standing firm amid growing backlash over its new logo and brand revamp, dismissing criticism as coming from a “vocal minority.”

The Tennessee-based chain unveiled a simplified, text-only logo this week, removing the longtime image of an old man seated by a barrel.

The update, part of Cracker Barrel’s “All the More” campaign, also includes a refreshed menu and remodeled restaurants. Chief marketing officer Sarah Moore said the changes are about “bringing fresh energy, thoughtful craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality to our guests.”

Steak ‘n Shake chimed in, stating, “This is what happens when you have a board that does not respect their historical customers or their brand.”

In response, a Cracker Barrel spokesperson told Fox News Digital, “There may be a vocal minority who feel differently. However, the strong performance of these locations affirms that we are moving in the right direction.”

“The things you love about us will stay,” Moore reassured. “These changes are for [our guests].”

Will you still be eating at Cracker Barrel?
