Event Tech Live partners with ReelFlow as the innovative interactive video platform joins the 2025 exhibitor lineup

by jummy84 October 31, 2025
written by jummy84

Event Tech Live (ETL) is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with ReelFlow, the interactive video platform transforming how event websites engage audiences. The ReelFlow team will be exhibiting at Event Tech Live on 12th & 13th November 2025 at Excel London.

Event websites face a familiar challenge: they need to serve multiple audiences – new and returning attendees exploring the agenda, sponsors and exhibitors evaluating opportunities and speakers preparing sessions. Static, text-heavy pages struggle to engage these visitors effectively, often leading to high drop-off before registration.

ReelFlow addresses this through interactive video experiences easily added to existing event websites. Attendees explore the agenda through guided video journeys showing relevant content based on their interests. Speakers introduce their sessions via short videos. Sponsors and exhibitors see exactly what value they’ll receive. Each visitor gets a self-guided video experience – whilst seeing and hearing from the real people behind the event.

The result: higher registration conversion, better-qualified attendees, and more engaged stakeholders. Event organisers can create these experiences in days rather than months, without specialist equipment or production expertise.

Adam Parry, co-founder of Event Tech Live, who has is using ReelFlow on the Event Tech Live website, shared:

“From the suggested flows and scripts, to the video creation and publishing – the entire process was super slick. Since going live, we’ve seen a strong interaction rate with ReelFlow on our site. Visitors are engaging with the content and spending more time exploring what the event offers. It’s helped us explain the event’s value in a way that static pages simply couldn’t.”

Chris Wickson, co-founder at ReelFlow, added:

“Event websites are critical touchpoints in the decision journey – potential attendees visit multiple times before committing to register. Each visit is an opportunity to build excitement, demonstrate value, and answer questions about what they’ll experience. We’re looking forward to showing the Event Tech Live community how interactive video can turn those visits into registrations, and help organisers create the engaging experiences their audiences expect.”

ReelFlow is particularly relevant for event organisers looking to improve registration conversion, better qualify attendees before the event, and create more engaging promotion experiences across their event website and landing pages.

Visit ReelFlow at Event Tech Live on 12th & 13th November 2025 at Excel London.

Epiphone celebrate Oasis ‘Live ’25’ tour with run of new Gem Archer and Bonehead guitars

by jummy84 October 31, 2025
written by jummy84

Epiphone is celebrating Oasis’ mammoth ‘Live ‘25’ tour by sharing a run of new Gem Archer and Bonehead guitars.

Both new models come inspired by the original guitars still wielded by Gem Archer and Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs on stage today, as they return to the live stages worldwide with Liam and Noel Gallagher for their first tour dates since 2009.

For Gem Archer, the model replicated and now on offer from the guitar manufacturer is the Sheraton – an Epiphone design first introduced in 1958, and has been used during the musician’s time in Oasis, Beady Eye, and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds.

Dubbed the Masterbilt Gem Archer Sheraton, the new model is a semi-hollowbody, five-ply layered maple/poplar construction model, that comes with the signature etched Double Diamond on the rear of the headstock. It also features elegant mother-of-pearl block and abalone triangle inlays, a large 60s-style Sloped Dovewing headstock, pair of USA-made Gibson Mini Humbucker™ pickups, gold hardware and more.

It is available in both right-and left-handed versions, and comes with an Epiphone hardshell guitar case.

Discussing the history he has with his own model, Archer said: “The Epiphone Sheraton first came into my world when I borrowed Noel’s for Oasis tours and recording. When I started playing with him again in the High Flying Birds in 2017, this was the guitar I asked if he still had. I’m playing it again together with my signature model based on his ’66 original, on the Oasis ‘Live ’25’ tour.

“It’s got a ring and a clang to it, with loads of definition and clarity that I haven’t found in any other model.”

For Bonehead, the guitar replicated for the new Epiphone run is the Riviera, which he used everywhere from the early Oasis shows at The Water Rats in London to their era-defining nights at Knebworth.

His model is from 1984, and was used by him during the sessions for the landmark albums ‘Definitely Maybe’ and ‘(What’s The Story) Morning Glory?’, as well as the band’s tours throughout the ‘90s.

The new replica made by Epiphone features a five-ply layered maple body with a solid maple centerblock, Epiphone Sloped Dovewing headstock, a Gibson Crown inlaid in mother-of-pearl, Alnico Classic PRO™ pickups, Black witch-hat knobs and more.

“Epiphone Rivieras have been with me from the early rehearsals at the Boardwalk in Manchester all the way up to those historic shows at Knebworth and on into Liam’s solo career,” Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs said. “I’m still playing my original 1984 guitar on the Oasis 2025 tour, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

“I’m excited to bring this new guitar to audiences who experienced it back in the day, as well as those coming out to see us on this tour. It plays great and sounds massive; you’re gonna love it.”

Both the Masterbilt Gem Archer Sheraton and Bonehead Riviera are now available at authorised Epiphone dealers, online, and at the Gibson Garage locations in London and Nashville.

The Sheraton model is priced at £1,199, and the Riviera is priced at £849.

“2025 is turning out to be quite the year for live music, and we’re thrilled to play a small part in paying tribute to one of the greatest reunions of the 21st century!” said Lee Bartram, Head of Commercial and Marketing EMEA at Gibson. “The first time I remember seeing Gem playing that Cherry Red Epiphone Sheraton was on July 2, 2005, in Manchester—what a show!”

He added: “Gem was such an important part of the Oasis sound in the 2000s, and to see him carry that on with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds makes it a privilege to be part of this project.

“Spotting that Epiphone Riviera on stage during the ‘Be Here Now’ tour in 1996 is something that stuck with me and inspired me to get my first Epiphone guitar. Nearly 30 years later, I’m honoured to have played a tiny part in bringing the Epiphone Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs Riviera to life.”

This is far from the first time that a new run of guitars has been launched to celebrate the long-awaited Oasis reunion. Towards the start of the year, it was confirmed that Noel Gallagher had joined forces with Gibson to create a limited-edition run of Gibson ’78 Les Paul Customs. In August, he launched a new Gibson Les Paul, designed specifically for the Oasis ‘Live 25’ tour, which came with handwritten lyric sheets.

Earlier this month, Gibson shared details of another guitar being shared to mark a cultural phenomenon – an exclusive, limited edition ES-345 guitar designed for the 40th anniversary of Back To The Future.

Oasis are currently out on the Asia leg of their mighty Oasis Live ‘25 comeback tour, which kicked off in South Korea earlier this month and has seen the members perform with an honorary cut-out of guitarist Bonehead. The guitarist announced that he would be taking a planned break from the tour to continue with “the next phase of care” of his prostate cancer treatment. Mike Moore from Liam’s solo band has filled in in his absence.

Dates will continue tonight (Friday October 31) with a show at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, before the band play two more shows there on November 1 and 4. Two shows in Sydney are planned for November 7 and 8, before Oasis wrap up their 2025 dates in Buenos Aires, Santiago, and São Paulo at the end of that month.

While the ‘Live 25’ tour may be coming to a close, rumours are swirling that Oasis may announce more dates for 2026. Liam teased more to come at their final Wembley gig, with him announcing: “‘Champagne Supernova’, see you next year.” He then playfully slapped himself on the wrists to scold himself for letting it slip.

The frontman then went on to claim that “it’s not even half time yet”, potentially suggesting there may be a second half to the reunion tour soon to come. There’s been additional speculation that Oasis may return to celebrate the 30th anniversaries of their legendary Maine Road and Knebworth gigs by playing Etihad Stadium and Knebworth next year.

Event Buyers Live 2025: Everything you need to know – what to expect and how to apply

by jummy84 October 31, 2025
written by jummy84

There are just three days to go until the application window to attend Event Buyers Live (EBL) closes on October 31.

The hosted buyer event returns to Carden Park, Cheshire, from November 10-12 with a packed programme of unrivalled networking, relatable content, and productive pre-arranged supplier meetings.

EBL25 will be the place to do business, focus, and plan for 2026 and beyond. But if you’re still wondering whether EBL is for you, here’s our rundown on what you can expect.

  • EBL will welcome only 100 of the live event industry’s most influential organisers and 48 respected event suppliers for pre-arranged face-to-face meetings. Business sits at the heart of the event.
  • If you want to expand your contacts and network, the following organisers are just a handful of those who have signed up to attend: Far and Beyond, A.S.O UK, LS Events, Euro 2028, Live Nation, Imagination, Hyve Group, Superstruct, RunThrough, CarFest, TFI Lodestar, The Jockey Club, MainStage, The Great Run Company, and RG Live.
  • If you’re in charge of budgets, you like benchmarking different services and products, and you want to forge genuine relationships with other event professionals, EBL is for you.
  • The organising team is supported by a team of industry ambassadors who are there to help you. Don’t feel daunted walking into a room full of strangers. We’ll introduce you to a “buddy” and help you to familiarise yourself with the venue.
  • Discuss procurement and project requirements in pre-arranged one-on-one meetings with event suppliers. Nail your supply chain before Christmas.
  • EBL is not an exhibition. The format is intense yet informal. Experience it once and you’ll know exactly what we mean.
  • This year’s event features some new content sessions. The “How” sessions demonstrate what can be achieved when you collaborate with a supplier or freelancer. For example, learn how Victorious Festival shaved almost £30,000 off its fuel bill this year by working with its power provider.
  • Sustainability, site management, accessibility, Zone Ex, and adverse weather planning are just some of the topics being discussed in dedicated roundtables.
  • When you’re on site, how often do you say that it’s important to look out for others? Well, now you can with our special training and development programme. We have sessions dedicated to harm reduction and welfare, event control and the role you play, and neurodivergence.
  • Take part in CPR and defibrillator training with the British Heart Foundation.
  • Our content takes place in a small-group setting. Expertly hosted. All sessions are designed for you to openly share experiences and take home key advice.
  • EBL is working with EventWell to provide a supervised and fully-functioning mental wellness hub and quiet room.
  • Have some fun and do some good. Bid for some great prizes in our live auction and help us to raise vital funds for British Heart Foundation.
  • Don’t worry about a post-lunch carb coma – join one of our NetWalks. Meet someone new whilst getting some steps in.
  • What do you want to get out of attending EBL? Apply now, tell us your preferences and we’ll create a personalised itinerary just for you. An entire schedule based on the things you tell us – the people you want to meet and the content you don’t want to miss.

Still unsure? Neil Fagg, founder of EBL, explains why you should attend EBL: “There’s a lot of excitement for EBL25. The networking is genuine, the pre-arranged meetings are authentic, the conversations are frank, and the content sessions are open. We do have a couple of surprises up our sleeve that are designed to give all our guests something to talk about. So if you would like to find out what they are, apply now. You’ve got until Friday to join our #100club.”

Song Name – Who Wants To Live Forever

Check out Who Wants To Live Forever Song Lyrics

There’s no time for us
There’s no place for us
What is this thing that builds our dreams
Yet slips away from us?

Who wants to live forever?
Who wants to live forever?
Ooh

There’s no chance for us
It’s all decided for us
This world has only one sweet moment
Set aside for us

Who wants to live forever?
Who wants to live forever? Ooh
Who dares to love forever
Oh, when love must die?

But touch my tears with your lips
Touch my world with your fingertips
And we can have forever
And we can love forever
Forever is our today

Who wants to live forever?
Who wants to live forever?
Forever is our today

Who waits forever anyway?

Reneé Rapp Joins Australian Open AO Live 2026 Line-Up

by jummy84 October 30, 2025
written by jummy84

Reneé Rapp is officially heading to Australia for the first time, joining the Australian Open 2026 AO Live lineup on Jan. 31 at Melbourne’s John Cain Arena.

The singer-songwriter and actress will perform on Saturday night of the five-day concert series, which runs Jan. 28 to Feb. 1 during the final stretch of the Australian Open. Her set is scheduled to run from 2–7 p.m. AEDT, just before the AO Women’s Final kicks off at 7:30 p.m. at the same venue.

See latest videos, charts and news

Rapp’s upcoming performance will mark her debut on Australian soil, following a massive year that saw her second studio album, Bite Me debut at No. 1 on the U.K. albums chart and No. 3 on the ARIA Albums Chart, while her 2023 debut Snow Angel earned the largest first-week sales for a female artist’s debut album in the U.S. that year.

Before heading Down Under, Rapp will hit the road in early 2026 for a European swing that is slated to kick off on March 11 at Lotto Arena in Antwerp, Belgium and keep her on the road through a March 22 show at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland.

In just over two years, Rapp has carved out a space as one of pop’s rising voices, earning both critical acclaim and a devoted fan base. She’s already taken her show to major U.S. festival stages, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Governors Ball, and Boston Calling, and has made appearances on Saturday Night Live, The Today Show’s Summer Concert Series, and Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Before her music breakthrough, Rapp gained attention for her portrayal of Regina George in the Mean Girls Broadway musical in 2022 — a role she reprised in the 2024 film adaptation. The film’s soundtrack also featured Rapp and Olivia Rodrigo on the standout track “Not My Fault.”

Rapp joins this year’s AO Live lineup that also features an exclusive performance from The Kid LAROI and more. AO Pride Day on Jan. 30 will feature Australian favourites The Veronicas alongside Grammy-nominated duo SOFI TUKKER, while DJ and producer Peggy Gou will close out the event following the men’s final.

Each AO Live ticket includes full access to the arena concert as well as the Australian Open precinct. In addition to the headliner performances, the grounds will host acoustic sets in Garden Square and DJ-led parties on Grand Slam Oval. The event is presented by Tennis Australia and Untitled Group.

‘Cornucopia Live’ Captures Björk At the Height of Her Live Power

by jummy84 October 28, 2025
written by jummy84

The best concert albums bring home the excitement of the live experience. Though the songs might not sound as polished as the studio versions, live records present us with different iterations of music that have continued to gestate long after the producer has applied the finishing touches. On triple-live album Cornucopia Live, released October 24, Björk distills what was a multimedia experience down to its very essence: the music.

Taken from the September 1, 2023, performance at the Altice Arena in Lisbon, Cornucopia was initially released as a concert film directed by Ísold Uggadóttir earlier this year, along with a shortened audio-only version streaming on Apple Music. This new version, released on vinyl and CD, contains the entire 90-minute experience. The concert film is also available on DVD, Blu-ray, and Ultra HD Blu-ray.

The show was part of Björk’s Cornucopia tour, which ran from 2019 to 2023. With half its songs pulled from Utopia (2017), the rest of the set is drawn from various corners of the musician’s career, including songs from her newest album Fossora (2022). At an hour and a half, the live record certainly feels its length at times, but the advantage to the vinyl version is the opportunity to take breaks between each side.

After a brief introduction featuring nature sounds, Björk begins the concert with a divinely ethereal version of “The Gate.” Backed by a choir, strings, and other instruments such as flute, Björk’s voice commands the listener’s attention. Without the extravagant visuals to pull attention away, this audio-only iteration puts the singer front and center without distraction. For example, on “Show Me Forgiveness” from Medúlla (2004), she turns in an emotional, captivating a capella performance. Meanwhile, “Isobel”—the sole song from Björk’s ’90s output—is updated to a more languid pace but still retains the twitchy feeling of the original.

As on Utopia, flute plays a major role here. The instrument playfully courses over the brief, spoken-word “Arpeggio.” But not everything is lightness here. The flute stabs in devastating blows over the nearly 11-minute “Body Memory.” And “Sue Me,” which comes later in the record, can feel rough-hewn. Yet, like all of Björk’s music, beauty peeks out from even the most difficult terrain. By the time Cornucopia Live ends with a gorgeously devastating version of “Future Forever,” we are reminded yet again that Björk is a demanding artist who refuses to pander. She does not tour often and when she does, the shows are often reserved for major cities. Cornucopia Live allows those who missed the tour, and those who want to relive it, the chance to experience the power of Björk live.
