Rick Ross is ready to cash out on one of his most luxurious properties. The Miami rapper has officially listed his stunning South Florida mansion for $6.5 million, giving fans a glimpse into his boss-level lifestyle.

Located in Southwest Ranches, Florida, the 14,000-square-foot property includes six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and sits on 2.3 acres in the exclusive Landmark Ranch Estates neighborhood.

The home boasts marble floors, soaring ceilings, a private driveway, a resort-style pool, a custom bar, a soundproof theater, two offices, and even a nine-car garage. The primary suite is a showstopper, with “a custom one-of-a-kind closet, sitting area, bonus room and spa-inspired bath,” according to the listing.

Rozay bought the property from former NBA star Amar’e Stoudemire in 2021 for $3.5 million cash and made major upgrades, including a massive double-R logo driveway and a new roof. He still owns his 322-acre Georgia estate, “The Promise Land.”

Nobody Wants This returns for season 2 as Joanne and Noah attempt to try to make a righjt good go of it following a dramatic, swoon-worthy season 1 finale in which he thjrew caution to the wind and committed

Netflix’s latest romcom starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody as star-crossed lovers has proved to be a huge hit, landing the No 1 spot on the platform’s most-watched list.

Nobody Wants This stars Bell as an agnostic podcaster and Brody as a rabbi who cross paths one day and, despite not being one another’s type on paper, fall madly in love.

The pair’s intense chemistry is accompanied by a sizzling soundtrack, featuring the likes of HAIM, Dua Lipa and Celeste, as well as some lesser known artists that are certain to become your new faves.

The soundtrack contains some already certified bangers, such as Sabrina Carpenter’s Manchild and Chappell Roan’s Good Luck, Babe!

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is increasingly affecting girls as young as 13 or 14, but its early signs often resemble normal puberty changes, leading to delayed diagnosis. Dr. Yashica Gudesar further listed the early warning signs of PCOS in young girls that parents should be aware of:

1. Watch for irregular periods

One of the first warning signs of PCOS in teens is irregular or missed periods. While some fluctuation is normal during the first couple of years after menarche, consistently skipped cycles, very heavy bleeding, or fewer than eight periods a year may signal hormonal and inflammatory imbalances that require medical attention.

2. Notice physical changes

High levels of male hormones (androgens) in PCOS frequently lead to overt physical signs like excess face or body hair, severe acne (especially along the jawline), oily skin, dandruff, and dark patches of skin on the neck or underarms. Sudden weight gain, particularly excess belly fat, without an apparent cause is another frequent sign. 3. Emotional and mental health matters

PCOS doesn’t just affect the body, it can impact emotional well-being too. Symptoms might include mood swings, fatigue, anxiety, and poor sleep. Since many PCOS symptoms mimic normal teen stress, they might be downplayed and go unnoticed, unless parents and caregivers are observant.

Why early diagnosis is important?

“Identifying PCOS early allows for better management and helps avoid complications down the road. Importantly, PCOS is treated according to symptoms, not every girl needs medication. Proper evaluation with a gynaecologist or endocrinologist, along with blood tests and ultrasounds (if required), ensures that treatment or lifestyle guidance is tailored to individual needs,” said the doctor.

Eating a balanced diet, engaging in regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, managing stress, and tracking menstrual cycles can all help reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and improve overall health. A healthy diet does not consist of fancy dishes; it is all about the perfect balance in nutrition and finding the simplest food items that can provide us that.

In an interview with HT Lifestyle, Prachi Jain, chief clinical nutritionist, CK Birla Hospital, Gurugram said, “Basic function of food is to give energy which is required to fulfill our daily day to day activities but eating right and safe food is an art of living. Be mindful while selecting your food options to stay active and healthy. The nutritionist further noted down the simple foods to add to diet to keep going:

1. Complex carbohydrates:

Rice, whole wheat roti, multigrain preparations, and millets like ragi, jowar, bajra, maize, and oats, along with foods like bananas and sweet potatoes, are rich in complex carbohydrates. These not only provide sustained energy by releasing it slowly but also supply fibre to keep you fuller for longer. On average, 1 gram of carbohydrates provides 4 kcal of energy.

2. Protein:

Proteins play a key role in muscle building, tissue growth, and repair. They also support strength and endurance, making them essential for overall health. Add protein-rich foods like whole pulses, sprouts, eggs, lean meat, chicken, fish, tofu, and paneer to your daily meals. Each gram of protein provides 4 kcal of energy.

3. Fats:

Fats are often misunderstood, but they are essential for good health. In fact, 1 gram of fat provides 9 kcal, more than double the energy from carbohydrates. The key lies in choosing healthy fats such as nuts (almonds, walnuts), seeds (flax, chia, pumpkin), avocado, and freshwater fish. Good fats help you feel full, curb cravings, stabilize mood, and most importantly, aid in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. 4. Fruits and vegetables:

Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fibre, making them essential for overall health. Seasonal varieties are especially rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals and strengthen immunity. Low in calories yet nutrient-dense, they make a smart choice for mid-morning snacks or fillers between meals.

5. Water:

Water may not be classified as a nutrient, but it is vital for life. An adult needs about 2–2.5 litres daily to stay healthy. It regulates body temperature, prevents dehydration, and directly impacts energy levels, physical performance, and overall wellbeing. Tips to stay active:

  • Eat short, frequent and balanced meals that include complex carbohydrates, protein and good fats.
  • Stay hydrated. Dehydration leads to fatigue and low concentration which directly affects your activity.
  • Stay away from processed sugars, carbonated drinks, fried food, packed, preserved, canned bakery and ready-to-eat food.
