When asked about Bigg Boss 19’s Kunickaa Sadanand’s game, Shilpa Shirodkar revealed, “Kunickaa ji ke saath actually maine kaam kiya hai — bahut films ki hain maine Kunickaa ji ke saath. Aur Kunickaa ji actually jaise thi na, waise hi hain. Matlab reality mein bhi she is very bindass! She’s like that only. There’s nothing — you’re not seeing another Kunickaa ji. Kunickaa ji has always been like that. So, people who understand her, understand her; people who don’t — they don’t. And she actually doesn’t care- ki agar samjho toh samjho, nahi samjho toh nahi samjho, good for you — that kind of thing.”

Shilpa On Doing Reality TV

Speaking of, if she wanted to do any other reality TV show, Shilpa said, “Actually maine socha nahi hai — kaunsa hai, kya hai? Lekin haan, I want to do Traitors, actually. Maine Traitors dekha hai, and I think it will be really fun! Action! Aur agar mujhe agar Traitor choose karte hain, then imagine main kya karoongi. Imagine — ye sab positive imagine I have to flip, can you believe? Oh my God. It will be a delight for me — ki God, maine kaise survive kar liya udhar!”

When asked about Kunickaa Sadanand’s game in Bigg Boss 19, Zeishan Quadri said, “Dekhiye, main aapko batata hoon sabse pehele baat to yeh hai ki maine ab tak poore Bigg Boss season mein kisi se bhi gaali-galauj nahi ki. Varna main kisi ke mausi ka ladka nahi hoon, Bigg Boss. Yeh baat agar main complaint karta, to Salman sir meri bhi wat laga dete. Hai na? Toh maine kisi se gaali-galauj nahi ki. Chahe Abhishek aaye, aaj nahi to kal bahar aayenge, Pranit ya jo bhi aaye, sabse puchhna, kya maine kabhi kisi se gaali-galauj ki? Nahi ki.”

He added, “Magar Kunickaa ji ne mujhe itna poke kar diya tha ki ek point of time pe maine unhe bola, ‘One point of time, I told her, ‘Kunickaa ji, Kunickaa ji se Kunickaa pe aane mein 5 second nahi lagaoonga.’ Apni izzat apne haath mein hoti hai, izzat sambhal ke rakho aap. Toh woh is baat se chidh gayi, aur unhone bola, ‘Main thappad maar dungi.’ Maine kaha, ‘Maar ke dikhao.’ Aur mukhya darwaza khula hai, nikal jao idhar se. Thik hai. Yehi baat unhone Baseer ko bhi boli. Baseer ne kaha, ‘How dare you! Touch me if you can.’ Toh yeh do baatein hui.”

Zeishan Says Kunickaa Called Him Gunda

The writer-actor said, “Phir Kunickaa ji ne meri is baat ko lekar bathroom mein sabko bola, ‘Yeh Wasseypur ka gunda hai, falana hai, aisa hai, waisa hai.’ Toh maine bhi bola, ‘Jo bhi ho, main to hoon — proudly hoon gunda! Agar aap mujhe yeh keh rahe ho.’ Aur uske baad do din ke andar phir mujhe ‘Respect’ dene lage — ‘Zeishan bhai’! Zeishan se hi shuru hua tha pehle din, aur 20-22 din baad aap wapas ‘Zeishan bhai’ pe aa gaye. Toh main to aisa gunda banna pasand karunga jise kam se kam respect to milti hai.”

Speaking of Malti Chahar, Tanya Mittal being insecure, Zeishan said, “Koi bhi relationship ko aap choke nahi kar sakte life mein ki ‘Yahan utho, yahan baitho, yahan khao, yahan piyo.’ Bhai sahab, main aise relationships maanta hi nahi hoon. Aur na main kisi ko choke karta hoon. Sab independent hain, azaad hain. Chaar kamron ka ghar hai yaar — kahin bhi utho, baitho. Yahi 14-15 sadasya hain, inhi ke saath uthna-baithna hai, inhi ko call-out karna hai. Par aisa nahi ho sakta ki agar mere chaar dost hain, to main sirf unhi ke paas baitha rahun. Yahi takleef mere group ko bhi hui thi ki ‘Har jagah uthta-baithta hai.’ To bhai, uthta-baithta hoon na, kya problem hai? Par jab group ko zarurat hui, to main khada raha na.”

He continued, “Aap sabne dekha — jab main bahar nikla, tab bhi maine apne group ki back-bitching nahi kari. Kisi ke baare mein complaint nahi ki. Sabse mil-jul ke raha — nomination ho, ya captain banana ho — maine wahi kara jo mere group ko sahi laga. Main wahan par khada raha. To theek hai, usmein kya farq padta hai kisiko kya lagta hai. Agar unko lagta hai ki main Malti ke saath kyu hoon, to bhai, main hoon! Abhi nayi candidate aayi hai — mujhe dekhna tha uske dimaag mein kya chal raha hai. Mujhe aage tak rehna hai, main thodi soch raha tha ki agle hafte nikal jaunga! To mujhe jaanna tha ki uske dimaag mein kya planning chal rahi hai ya nahi. Eventually, teesre din tak hi equation badal gayi — Malti, jo Nehal aur Farhana ki acchi dost thi, un sabki ladaai ho gayi.”

Zeishan On Groupism

The writer-actor added, “Poora ghar unhe corner karne laga. Toh maine kaha, ‘Corner mat karo kisi ko.’ Poora ghar agar kisi ko corner karega, to main khada rahunga uske saath. Aur usko aaye hue sirf teen din hue the. Rather than asking her, ‘Aap aayi ho, kaisi ho, kya karti ho, kya dekha, kis game plan se aayi ho,’ sab log usse pooch rahe the, ‘Main kaisa lag raha hoon? TRP kaise ja rahi hai? Main kaisa dikh raha hoon?’ Toh aapne to sab kuch apne baare mein poocha na, uske baare mein jaane ki koshish hi kahan ki. Isliye main uske saath khada ho gaya. Simple, seedhi si baat hai.”

Farhana slams Shehbaz, saying, “You’ve fallen so low, so mean.” In response, Shehbaz lies down dramatically on the floor, prompting singer Amaal Malik to burst into laughter.

When Kunickaa attempts to interject and set the record straight, Salman firmly shuts her down, telling her, “Kunickaa, apni izzat apne haathon mein hai.” He goes on to condemn her for doing the same things over again and causing unnecessary drama in the house. Referring to her as “the source of all the trouble,” he begs her to be more mature and considerate of the implications of her words and actions.

Ashnoor Kaur is also targeted as Salman interrogates her for insisting on being called into the confession room and presented with footage pertaining to the incident. He reminds her that the show does not operate on the terms of contestants and that such demands are based on arrogance and not on fairness.

Kunickaa added, “Ek baat bolun aapko, Nehal ke andar 5% bhi ladkiyon waala nature nahi hai. Halwa jaise hi bana, she was like mujhe de do, arey voh log bhi line main khade hain. I was like what! Same with Ashnoor. While making breakfast, she said, ma’am main jaake breakfast karlun? I said nahi yahan khade raho, sabke liye banao uske baad khao, thoda sabar rakho (Let me tell you something, Nehal doesn’t have even 5% of ‘girl-like nature’. As soon as the halwa was ready, she said give it to me, while others were also standing in line. I was like, what! Same with Ashnoor. While making breakfast, she asked, ma’am can I go and eat? I told her no, stay here, make it for everyone first and then eat, have some patience).”

Komal defended Nehal and sharing the video on Instagram, she wrote: “w** is ‘ladkiyon wala nature’ bruh. Girls, please eat whenever you want to, no need to f***ng wait for literally anyone. Yeh kaun log hain (who are these people). What in the world is this person even babbling in 2025?”

Even viewers were irked by Kunickaa Sadanand’s remarks. One comment read: “Kunickaa is jealous of the young girls over there.” Another wrote: “And she is the so-called feminist.” Another user said: “Hypocritical pseudo-feminist she is.” While one more commented: “Age and experience ke naam pr she goes around harassing young girls in the house. In the last Weekend Ka Vaar hosted by Farah Khan, Kunickaa was criticised for dragging Tanya Mittal’s parents into a fight and questioning her upbringing. Farah told her she was coming across as controlling and bossy. However, it seems her words had little to no impact on Kunickaa.

Bigg Boss 19: Recent Development

Bigg Boss punished the housemates for discussing nominations and initially nominated the entire house. However, he later gave them a chance for redemption by asking every contestant to reveal two names they wanted to save. Eventually, Baseer Ali, Abhishek Bajaj, Ashnoor Kaur, Pranit More, and Nehal Chudasama were nominated for eviction. It now remains to be seen whose journey will come to an end this week.

​The argument intensified as Amaal retorted, “Izzat dene ka matlab ye nahi ke naukar banjau main (Giving respect doesn’t mean I have to become a servant).” Kunickaa responded with folded hands, saying, “I don’t want your respect.” The fight also sparked a separate spat between Shehbaz Badesha and Abhishek Bajaj, who were nearly physical before being stopped by fellow contestants.
