Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh is once again in the spotlight, this time due to a new statement by his wife, Jyoti Singh, regarding their ongoing marital dispute. Jyoti has strongly denied the allegations that she demanded ₹30 crore in alimony, calling the claim completely baseless and defamatory. The controversy began when Pawan Singh’s lawyer alleged that Jyoti had made a demand of ₹30 crore as part of the separation proceedings.

However, Jyoti has now clarified her stance, saying she has never made any such demand and that a malicious conspiracy is being spread to defame her reputation. “There is a court process which involves maintenance, but this is not a fixed amount. I have never demanded ₹30 crore. If someone can prove this, I am ready to face any punishment,” she explained. In her emotional statement, Jyoti Singh emphasized that despite their differences, she still considers herself Pawan Singh’s wife and has no desire to part ways.

Jyoti said, “Until I am divorced from Pawan Singh, I prefer to be called his wife and remain his wife. I am an Indian woman, and for me, marriage is sacred. I will try my best to avoid divorce.” Her words highlight her belief in the sanctity of marriage and her wish to hold on to the relationship despite ongoing challenges. In a rare and deeply personal revelation, Jyoti Singh also spoke about the pain of not having children even after seven years of marriage.

Her heartfelt confession struck a chord with fans, who expressed sympathy and support for her emotional struggle. Jyoti also revealed that not only Pawan Singh but even his family members have distanced themselves from her. “Not only Pawan, but his entire family has stopped talking to me. His wife Jyoti Singh recently visited his residence in Lucknow in an attempt to reconcile, but things soon took a dramatic turn. According to some of the media reports, Jyoti created a scene outside his home and later made several allegations against the actor on social media, including claims of being forcibly restrained by the police.

Following the incident, Pawan Singh held a press conference to clarify his side of the story. The actor emotionally said, ‘A woman sheds tears and the world sees it, but a man’s pain is invisible. To those enjoying this situation, remember, family matters should be resolved inside a room, not in front of cameras. Why didn’t this affection appear before the Bihar elections? When she came to Lucknow, I wasn’t feeling well. I asked her to come another day because I had a meeting. Still, she came and caused a commotion.”

He went on to make serious claims, alleging that Jyoti’s family had political motives and said, “Jyoti’s father once asked me to help make her an MLA. I refused, saying it was beyond my control. Now, look at her meetings and statements, it’s clear what the agenda is.” The actor also stressed that the divorce case between the two is still in court and that both sides must respect the law. “My image has already suffered enough. Let’s wait for the court’s verdict,” he added.

Recounting the events of Jyoti’s arrival in Lucknow, Pawan said, “She came with her sister, brother, and a boy who manages her social media. I treated them with respect, offered food and water. She refused to leave until the divorce was settled. I had a meeting, so I asked my brother to talk to her. When I returned, I realized the situation had escalated.” Meanwhile, Jyoti Singh took to Instagram to appeal directly to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. In her emotional post, she wrote, “Chief Minister, your government promotes ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao,’ but your police insult women like me. Is it a crime for a wife to visit her husband’s home? I demand strict action against such officers who misuse their power.”

Recently, Jyoti took to her Instagram handle and shared a video wherein she wasn’t allowed inside Pawan’s house and female cops were present to take her to the police station. Jyoti Singh Claims Pawan Singh Cheated In New Video

In the video – which is now going viral, Jyoti Singh is seen crying as she states that she has been denied entry to Pawan Singh’s house. The police officers present in the video are seen asking her to accompany them to the police station as both parties have filed allegations against each other, amid their ongoing legal battle. In the clip, Jyoti is also seen talking about why she has not filed any domestic violence case.

Jyoti is also seen threathening to consume poison in the presence of the police officers. She’s heard saying, “Aaj main sirf samaj ke kehne par yahan aayi thi, bas yeh din dekhne ke liye. Agar abhi bhi insaaf nahin mila to koi umeed nahin hai. Main ghar mein zehar kha kar mar jaungi; iss ghar se meri laash jaayegi. Yeh last baar hai jo main keh rahi hoon. Main ek shareef ghar ki beti hoon, ek shareef ghar ki bahu hoon. Agar mujhe police station jaana pad raha hai, to main yahin se zehar kha kar nikal lungi. Bas, bohot ho gaya. Insaaf dijiye mujhe.”

During the Instagram Live – which is now posted on her Instagram page, Jyoti Singh also claimed Pawan cheated on her. She’s heard saying, “Yeh samaj ki seva karenge? Yeh Pawan ji seva karenge jo apni patni ko nikalne ke liye police bula rahe hain? Chunav ke dauraan apni patni ka istemal kiya, aur phir doosri ladkiyon ko lekar hotel gaye. Sab poochte the na ki chunav ke baad main kyun aa gayi? Kyunki chunav ke 20 din baad Pawan ji hamare saamne ek ladki ko lekar hotel gaye the. Hum ek patni hoke yeh bardaasht nahin kar sakte the, isiliye hum chale gaye. Aur ab yeh Pawan ji insaaf karenge?”

Pawan-Jyoti Divorce Case

Pawan Singh filed for divorce in the Ara Family Court in 2022 and has reportedly missed several court hearings, which has further disrupted Jyoti’s life. While Jyoti initially demanded Rs 5 lakh in monthly maintenance, she emphasises that more than money or property, she simply wishes to communicate with her husband.

Pawan Singh, who currently features on MX Player’s reality show Rise And Fall, hasn’t responded to his wife’s allegations.
