Father Of Missing 7-Month-Old Emmanuel Haro Pleads Guilty To M*rder As Search For Infant Continues

Jake Haro, the father of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro who was reported missing in May, has pleaded guilty to second-degree mrder. The emotional plea came Thursday during a felony settlement conference, according to NBC Palm Springs. Haro reportedly broke down in tears as he admitted to klling his son.

His wife, Rebecca Haro, remains charged with m*rder but continues to plead not guilty. The infant’s body has never been found.

The couple initially claimed their baby was kidnapped outside a Big 5 Sporting Goods store in Yucaipa. Rebecca told investigators she was attacked while changing Emmanuel’s diaper, but police later found inconsistencies in her story. A K9 search of their home and Jake’s vehicle led authorities to suspect foul play.

Prosecutors allege Emmanuel suffered prolonged abse before his dath. Jake is scheduled to be sentenced on November 3, while Rebecca’s next hearing is set for October 28.

Back on July 14, McClain took to his Instagram to seemingly share footage of himself in a hospital, heading in to watch his boo, Charli B, give birth to their twin daughters.

On August 9, McClain took to his Instagram to share a carousel and message, seemingly confirming that he and his boo welcomed their twins into the world.

“I can’t lie. I thought I was going to be laid out on the floor. I feel beyond blessed that all my girls made it out safely. This experience is something I can’t quite put into words. I’m truly thankful for the blessings God has given me. @emilyandamaya 💕,” he wrote at the time.

Since then, the pair have taken to their twins’ official Instagram account, sharing a glimpse of their new journey in parenthood. Furthermore, a post shared on September 8 appears to show McClain carrying his daughters out of a facility, while a post shared earlier this week shows the girls undergoing their “first manicure.”

Then, earlier this week, McClain returned with another sentimental post, reflecting on his new chapter of fatherhood. Additionally, McClain shared a photo with his message, droppin’ a peek at his newborn twin daughters.

“Been praying for patience and to live in the moment. God answered with two beautiful baby girls. Forever grateful. 💕,” he wrote.
