Malaika Arora, the Bollywood actress and dancer known for her iconic item numbers, is once again at the center of controversy after the teaser for her upcoming appearance in rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh’s song Chillgum was released on November 7th. The teaser quickly went viral, but it also drew a wave of criticism from fans who are calling her dance moves vulgar. Chillgum is part of Yo Yo Honey Singh’s highly anticipated album 51 Glorious Days, and the teaser offers a glimpse of what to expect from the full music video.

In the teaser, Malaika Arora can be seen wearing a vibrant, colorful outfit, performing energetic dance moves alongside Honey Singh under neon lights. The duo’s chemistry is evident, and the scene seems to be packed with high-energy choreography meant to capture the audience’s attention. However, despite the electrifying visuals, the reaction from fans has been overwhelmingly negative. Fans on social media were quick to criticize the choreography and Malaika’s performance, accusing the actress of appearing vulgar in the music video.

Some users even questioned why Malaika, who is known for her graceful dance moves in popular Bollywood numbers like Munni Badnam Hui and Anarkali Disco Chali, was adopting such an unconventional style. The controversy intensified when a behind-the-scenes (BTS) photo from the Chilgam music video surfaced on social media. In the photo, Malaika is seen in an intimate pose with Honey Singh, with her tongue out while dancing closely to the rapper.

Though the pose was clearly meant to be playful and lighthearted, it quickly became the focal point of online criticism. Fans took to social media to express their shock, accusing the actress of performing dance moves that were too explicit and out of character. One user wrote, “Why is Malaika trying to impersonate Nicki Minaj?” referring to the provocative style often associated with international artists like Nicki Minaj. Another comment read, “What are these antics Malaika is doing?” while others took aim at the actress’s appearance and style, with one user stating, “She’s become a stripper now.”

Mumbai Police Arrest Farhan Akhtar’s Mother Honey Irani’s Driver In Rs 12 Lakh Fraud- Report

by jummy84 October 5, 2025

A shocking case of fraud has come to light involving Bollywood writer and filmmaker Honey Irani’s driver. Mumbai Police have registered a case against her driver, Naresh Singh, and a petrol pump employee, Arun Singh, for allegedly misusing fuel cards worth Rs 12 lakh.

Case Against Farhan Akhtar’s Family Driver

As per reports, the driver had been swiping the cards multiple times at a petrol pump in Bandra without actually filling fuel in the vehicles. The scam reportedly went on for several months before it was noticed.

Honey Irani, who is the mother of actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar and director Zoya Akhtar, had issued the fuel cards for her household vehicles. However, the misuse came to light when her staff noticed irregular transactions and unusually high fuel expenses.

According to the FIR (No. 1668/2025) filed at the Bandra Police Station, the complaint was lodged by Irani’s manager, Diya Bhatia, on October 1, 2025. The complaint stated that Naresh Singh, in collusion with petrol pump employee Arun Singh, made repeated transactions using the cards without dispensing fuel, thereby causing a financial loss of around Rs 12 lakh.

The police have booked both under sections of cheating and criminal breach of trust under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Investigations are currently underway to determine how long the fraud continued and whether more people were involved.

Honey Irani, known for writing films like Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai and Kya Kehna, has not yet issued a public statement regarding the incident.

The case has drawn attention in Bollywood circles, highlighting how even trusted employees can be involved in financial wrongdoing.

bitchy | Princess Kate & Melania Trump’s Scouts event featured terrible fashion & honey

by jummy84 September 19, 2025

Earlier today, King Charles and Camilla did a formal “goodbye” to Donald and Melania Trump. Camilla and Melania had their own separate event where Cam showed Mel some stuff from the Windsor library and archives. Then the group of four did their goodbye portraits, and Droopyface Don’s right hand was once again spackled with off-color makeup. Don went off for meetings with Keir Starmer while Melania stayed behind for her event with the Princess of Wales. It’s endlessly amusing to me that Kate was given more responsibility than her husband for this state visit!! Anyway, Kate and Mel met with a Scouts troop in Frogmore Gardens. It apparently went well:

In a historic first, Kate Middleton stepped out on her own without other senior members of the royal family to host first lady Melania Trump for a joint outing.

After Melania toured Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and the Royal Library at Windsor Castle with Queen Camilla, the first lady joined the Princess of Wales, 43, in Frogmore Gardens. There, they met Chief Scout, Dwayne Fields, and members of the Scouts’ Squirrels program who were learning about nature to achieve their “Go Wild” badge. The women joined a group of 4- to 6-year-olds as the children created artwork. At one table, children pressed inked leaves onto paper, adding illustrations.

“This is beautiful!” the first lady, 55, said as she joined in, filling in a bear outline with a brown marker and adding a sun and grass with yellow and green markers, guided by the children.

Princess Kate sat on the grass nearby, speaking with the children about their art. A small girl took Trump’s hand and led her to another table, where the children were building “bug hotels” from cardboard and tubes.

“Show me how, what I should do,” Trump said. When asked her favorite bug, she replied: “A ladybug.”

Princess Kate and the first lady also joined the children in a lively game with a parachute full of balls, laughing as the kids scrambled underneath to push them out. Kate arranged a special packed lunch for the children, featuring sandwiches made with honey from her Norfolk home at Anmer Hall. Trump contributed her own sweet touch, gifting each child a jar of White House honey.

[From People]

“In a historic first” – they’re just openly lying, because they don’t want to remind everyone of Kate’s 2022 event with Dr. Jill Biden, when Kate made an ass out of herself in like ten different ways. It’s also sad to consider that Kate is a 43-year-old princess who has been in the Firm for fourteen-plus years, and she’s only done “solo events” with first ladies twice in that time.

As for the fashion… Melania looks like she’s doing a “safari” photoshoot for catalogue (not a magazine). Kate looked INSANE. The boots with the skirt with the pussybow blouse with the cropped jacket?? Man, Natasha Archer really was keeping Kate from her worst instincts. Kate absolutely needs to invest in a real stylist, because there’s no reason for her to walk out of the house looking like this.

'Honey Bunch' Review: TIFF Retro Thriller

‘Honey Bunch’ Review: TIFF Retro Thriller

by jummy84 September 11, 2025
written by jummy84

Like “The Shining,” Dusty Mancinelli and Madeleine Sims-Fewer’s “Honey Bunch” begins with its characters heading deep into a rural countryside that immediately suggests isolation from the wider world. Its central couple, Homer (Ben Petrie) and Diana (Grace Glowicki), are en route to an experimental therapy institute where they hope the latter’s memory and motor control lapses from a bad car accident might be healed.

No sooner does the pair arrive at this backwoods facility than the film adopts the aesthetic of throwback ‘70s madhouse thrillers like Gore Verbinski’s “A Cure for Wellness” and Peter Strickland’s neo-gialli. Homer and Diana emerge from their car to a disembodied POV shot gazing down at them from a window and slowly zooming in with surveilling paranoia. One of the institute’s medical personnel, Farah (Kate Dickie), greets them with the kind of clinical cordiality that undercuts its outwardly soothing welcome with unnerving detachment.

'The Fence'

For the film’s first hour, “Honey Bunch” moves at a deliberate crawl, sinking into the simultaneously soothing and alienating qualities of the baroque manor that the institute repurposed into a therapy center. Slow pans and zooms take in large hallways within and ample grounds surrounding the building, the placating pace not quite disguising the subtle emphasis on the center’s total isolation from the outside world and the many places within its walls where it might hide secrets. Rooms are filmed in golden hues of sunlight beaming through windows, rendering everything in a bright, gossamer haze that prefigures Diana’s increasingly fraught visions of recovered memories and other, less personal hallucinations of mysterious, distorted figures in various states of illness who haunt the corridors and parlors of the vast estate.

While these unsettling details accumulate, the actors use the time to build their characters out from simple genre types to more complicated human beings. Glowicki initially has little to do as Diana other than to struggle through therapy sessions involving hypnosis and other techniques, but as Diana recovers more of her lost memories, she begins to chafe against her previously compliant, docile nature. Increasingly suspecting both her doctors and her husband, Diana nonetheless also finds moments to connect deeper with them as her inquisitiveness extends to basic human interaction alongside sleuthing for clues. Diana, already struggling to regain her full mental faculties, is loath to call attention to these misgivings, and Glowicki excels for underplaying the kind of role that tends to descend into expressionistic displays of madness in favor of subtle cues — a darting second glance, a forced tone of innocent curiosity used to phrase prying questions — to signal the woman’s mounting stress.

Similarly, Petrie strikes a careful balance between the doting, attentive husband seeking to help his wife heal and flashes of a darker side to his personality. Homer’s constant hovering can be overbearing, and there are hints that his suffocatingly intense focus on Diana’s recovery masks a guilt over some past difficulties in their marriage. By the same token, the earnest warmth with which Homer attempts to help Diana prevents the character from too quickly coming across as a controlling spouse. Both leads lean into the ambiguities of the story to explore the contours of a long-term relationship and the ways that a major trauma complicates it, in ways that can be as positive as they are frustrating.

At the halfway mark, the film shifts away from a slow-burn madhouse thriller toward a more grotesque entry in the latter-day body horror revival as the true nature of the facility’s treatment is revealed. This transition initially throws off the rhythm, losing the careful parceling out of character detail in favor of a series of plot complications and reversals and largely swapping out one set of cinematic reference points for another. To the film’s credit, it’s one of the few of the recent batch of body horror pictures to recognize the genre’s capacity for tragedy over allegorical statement and shock value.

Nonetheless, the directors get sidetracked poring over all the sordid mutations suddenly on display to the detriment of both the narrative tension and the leads’ nuanced performances. Glowicki and Petrie spend an extended portion of the second half shedding their naturalistic body language and ambiguous behavior in favor of explicit confrontations that too boldly underline what had been left unsaid to that point. Diana, Homer, and supporting characters like Farah repeatedly state aloud the film’s themes or, worse, give protracted recaps and explanations of twists as they happen.

Only in the final minutes does “Honey Bunch” regain its footing, bringing together its various stylistic and plot elements into a cohesive and thought-provoking rumination on the hazy line that separates the moral imperatives of lifelong commitment to another person from the selfishness that can ultimately undermine care for that person. Harking all the way back to Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein,” irresolvable questions arise regarding the ethical imperatives born of embracing technological breakthroughs too rashly. Unlike many of its obvious influences, “Honey Bunch” is built on a foundation of its characters’ genuine love and desire to help, but in some ways that makes their actions all the more horrific and troubling.

Grade: B-

“Honey Bunch” premiered at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival. Shudder will release it in the United States.

Emma Watson Shows Off Her Honey Blonde Hair in a Minidress Beloved by Taylor Swift

Emma Watson Shows Off Her Honey Blonde Hair in a Minidress Beloved by Taylor Swift

by jummy84 September 7, 2025
written by jummy84

Showgirls recognize showgirls. Isn’t that a saying? Anyway, Emma Watson is inching her way back into the public eye and she’s channeling a certain super star while doing it.

On September 6, the 35-year-old actor made a splash at the Venice Film Festival, appearing at the event for the first time ever. Though it’s been six years since her last big Hollywood role in Little Women, Watson looked right at home in front of the camera, waving at photographers as she stepped off the boat in a Gucci logo shift dress and a pair of classic Ray-Bans.

Of course, this comes after Watson got a bit playful with paparazzi during a recent trip to Saint-Tropez, where she made faces at photographers while hiking in a bikini, crochet cover-up, and colorful sneakers. Though we’re used to seeing the former Harry Potter star with brunette hair, she recently debuted a new blonde look that perfectly suits her summer vacation wardrobe.

Obviously, she channeled a very different vibe at the Italian film festival, though she’s still rocking warm honey blonde highlights. Her little beige shift dress, nude sling-back pumps, and Ray Bans are much closer to the classic, preppy aesthetic she’s known to favor.

Emma Watson is seen at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival on September 6, 2025 in Venice, Italy.

JB Lacroix

In fact, she shares some sartorial instincts with another famous blonde—and while Taylor Swift certainly doesn’t own blonde hair, she does possess the exact same Gucci minidress Watson wore in Venice. Though, for her part, Watson seems to have had the $3700 dress tailored to create more of an A-line silhouette than the straight, ’60s-inspired shape of the original design.

Last September, Swift wore the GG Canvas Dress on a New York City date night with Travis Kelce, pairing the Gucci logo dress with brown leather pockets with a black horsebit bag and matching sandals by the same Italian designer.

While it’s unclear if Emma Watson was directly influenced by Swift’s pap walk, the lime green dress she changed into later that day is giving “Last Great American Dynasty” in the best way possible.

On the Ground at the 2025 US Open, Huge Crowds, High Fashion, and a Honey Deuce or Two

New York doesn’t lack for topflight sporting venues, nor for athletes who can set a crowd on its feet. Yet there’s been a frisson of something extra at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during this summer’s US Open.

It started during Fan Week, when a new mixed-doubles format meant look-ins from major singles players—Carlos Alcaraz, Emma Raducanu, Iga Swiatek, Casper Ruud, Jack Draper, Jessica Pegula, Frances Tiafoe, Madison Keys, Novak Djokovic… to name only a few—though it was a pair of Italian doubles specialists, Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori, who claimed the $1 million prize. Needless to say, it was the most well-attended Fan Week in history, welcoming nearly 240,000 people to the Open’s grounds over six days.

Then came the start of the singles tournament, with defending champion Jannik Sinner and a freshly buzz-cut Alcaraz both making sparks fly across their first three matches—while on the women’s side, fan favorites Coco Gauff and Naomi Osaka are set to face off in the round of 16 on Monday. (Aryna Sabalenka, our other defending champ, should have an easier go of it against the unseeded Spaniard Cristina Bucșa this afternoon—but hey, you never know.)

It’s been a crowded Open, a loud Open, an occasionally hostile Open (we’re looking at you, Medvedev and Ostapenko)—but it’s also been an Open teeming with jaw-dropping athleticism and pulse-quickening excitement, enough to make even the casual viewer fall in love with the game.

Photographer OK McCausland was out in Flushing this week to capture the players, the ball kids, the fans, the celebrities, the fashion, and—of course—the Honey Deuces. See the Open through her lens right here.

The film tells the story of the struggles and feelings of two women belonging to two generations dealing with societal pressures relating to marriage.

A Glimpse of the Movie’s Theme

The teaser provides a glimpse into the emotional and comic journey of Shehnaaz Gill’s character, who finds herself torn between tradition and modernity over the issue of arranged marriage. With excellent performances and an interesting plot, the movie also includes seasoned actors Nirmal Rishi, Harby Sangha, and Udaybir Sandhu in significant roles.

‘When and Where’ Song Sets the Vibe

Joining the frenzy is the just-released song “When and Where”, crooned and written by Yo Yo Honey Singh and lyricist Jind Mahi. Launched on August 18, the track had die-hard fans hooked with its charming rhythm and lively feel. The song’s music video proves to be an entertainment hit, reflecting a lively chemistry between Shehnaaz and Honey Singh, and is among the trends on social media.

Shehnaaz has recently posted on Instagram a dance video where she’s grooving to the song on a terrace, looking stylish in a black top and blue jeans. She captioned it:

“Das tainu kithe milna … kida milna? When & Where #shehnaazgill #yoyohoneysingh”
(Fans interpreted it as “Tell me where to meet you … How to meet?”)

Fans Shower Love and Anticipation

The comments section of her post was soon inundated with loving messages. One fan commented, “Your dance steps are so clear and amazing.” Another commented, “You look sooo gorgeous in the Ikk Kudi teaser. Can’t wait for the trailer and the film!” With fans admiring both her appearance and the new track, Shehnaaz appears to be basking in a sea of positivity as the launch approaches.

As the hype for Ikk Kudi grows, it’s evident that Shehnaaz Gill’s star power is only increasing.

6 healthy ways to add honey to your diet: How to differentiate between raw and processed honey | Health

by jummy84 August 24, 2025
written by jummy84

Honey has long been associated as a natural sweetener, with people looking at it as an alternative to sugar. But is honey all it is, the replacement friend you turn to when your besties aren’t around? Its health benefits could do more than just safely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Honey has many healthy properties, from antibacterial to being a great remedy for a sore throat.(Shutterstock)

ALSO READ: Yogurt mixed with honey: Why it’s the perfect healthy dessert and a blessing for your gut

Suvarna Sawant, chief dietitian and HoD, clinical nutrition and dietetics, Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai, told HT Lifestyle that honey has many benefits.

Talking about its antibacterial and wound-healing abilities, she elaborated, “Honey fights germs by pulling the water away from microbes by osmosis, it is naturally acidic (low pH), and when exposed to moisture, it releases small amounts of hydrogen peroxide, which is considered a mild disinfectant. Honey has been used as a dressing on burns, ulcers and difficult-to-heal wounds. “

Other than sharing unusual first-aid properties, honey also improves sore throat and boosts digestion. The dietician added, “Honey mixed with warm water and lemon is an ideal remedy for sore throats and cough. Likewise, honey is also a great source of energy, with one tablespoon offering about 64 calories. It is also beneficial for the gut bacteria.”

6 ways to add honey to your regular diet

Honey can be included in your diet in many productive ways, and not just as a substitute, but as the hero ingredient, bringing in many benefits.

Suvarna listed out 6 ways to add honey easily to your meals:

  1. Stir 1 tsp honey into warm water with lemon (nimbu-honey paani) in the morning.
  • Honey + curd (dahi) bowl: Add fresh seasonal fruit (banana, chikoo, strawberries) for a quick snack.
  • On roti/chapati or toast at breakfast, you can also add a pinch of dalchini (cinnamon).
  • A teaspoon in warm milk at bedtime for a soothing finish to the day.
  • Mix a spoon into herbal chai/tulsi infusion or simple warm water before a workout for quick energy.
  • Lemon–honey gargle/tea when your throat feels scratchy (sip, don’t scald).

Which is better- raw or processed honey?

Now, since we are going down the rabbit hole of honey, from health benefits to meal options, let’s also take a closer look at the source of the honey, and which is better: raw or processed, for you.

The dietician weighed in on this and declared raw honey as healthy. “Raw honey is considered to be healthier as compared to processed honey. Its ability to fight off germs comes from a bee enzyme (glucose oxidase),” she added more about the advantage of raw honey.

Processed honey may not contain the antibacterial properties of raw honey, as Suvarna emphasised, “Due to heat and light, this enzyme and other bioactive compounds slowly degrade, so the processed, over-heated honey ends up losing most of its antibacterial ability and soothing effect. Processed honey is certainly better in taste and texture, but raw honey is comparatively superior for functional benefits.”

What does raw honey look like?

Further confirming this, a honey expert, Yusuf Galabhaiwala, Founder of HoneyAllDay, also shared with us that raw honey is better. Because it is not heated, its original taste and thickness remain intact.

Distinguishing between raw and processed honey, he said, “Raw honey may look cloudy or crystallise with time, but that’s completely normal. Those are signs that it hasn’t been processed. Processed honey is made to look perfect, clear, smooth, and pourable. But to achieve that, it’s heated and filtered heavily. In the process, it loses most of what makes honey special. The taste becomes flat, and the natural benefits are reduced.”

To be healthy, organic, raw honey is suitable, as it retains all the natural enzymes, nutrients, and antibacterial properties.

Honey Bxby Talks ‘Raw Honey’ EP And Lil Kim Collaboration

by jummy84 August 23, 2025
written by jummy84

Honey Bxby is ready to make her mark in the world of R&B. Hailing from New Jersey, the singer takes personal experiences and emotions and channels them into ballads and bops for fans to dance to, sing along with, and overall relate to.

This summer, Honey Bxby was able to sow the fruits of her labor. Since 2019, she has been steadily writing, rehearsing, and releasing music; all of which have prepared her for big collaborations, a bigger platform, new stages, and a refreshing era of her career.

Fresh off the release of her Raw Honey EP in May and a tour with SAINt JHN, Honey Bxby made her way to the rest of the world. At the BET Awards 2025 Pre-Show in June, she and Lil Kim made their debut performance of “Left Eye” remix, Honey Bxby’s standout track, which samples Mobb Deep’s “Quiet Storm.”

“I was definitely really nervous. I was shaking. My hands were like, ‘Oh, my God!’ Because it was my first time just doing something like that,” Honey Bxby told VIBE the following morning. “Looking back at it, it looks really good. I definitely worked really hard for that performance, and I’m definitely proud of the outcome.”

Preparation was key for her career-defining moment.

“I detoxed. I cut off alcohol,” she explained. “I have really long rehearsals. Just to have muscle memory, because I don’t do choreo, for real. That was my first time doing choreo like that, especially on-camera. I was resting as much as possible because I had a really long week. I was working a lot. Hawavan Rehndi Badal Diyan
Ruttan Russiyan Tu Na Manniyan
Kade Main Naa Manneya
Manavengi Ta Mann Jaavange Mann Jaavange

Bagani Utte Lakh Ladiyan
Teri Adiyan Mitran De Hathe Chadhiyan
Thand Bhariyan Main Keha Haule
Hathi Khavange Hathi Khavange

Ni Dass Tainu Kithe Milna
Kive Milna Kidda Kinne Vajje
Kehre Vehde Milna Ni
Nange Pairi Bhajji Aavange
Tainu Mod Khade Labbi Jaavange

Ni Dass Tainu Kitthe Milna
Kive Milna Kidda Kinne Vajje
Kehre Vehde Milna
Ni Nange Pairi Bhajji Aavange
Tainu Mod Khade Labbi Jaavange

Nattiyan Rakhdi Koke Rakhdi
30 Saalan Di Munda 40 Koke Rakhdi
Bakkhiyan Wargi Hasse Kadddi
Dhee Chavaan Di Dhupan Kardi

Mauke Labhdi Hauke Labhdi
Mainu Buha Dhoh Ke Labhdi
Gal Di Gani Kho Ke Labhdi
Sohni Lagdi Rondi Hassdi

Ni Ankhan Jive Phuljhadiyan
Halle Ladiyan Pariyan Te Phool Kaliyan
Taitho Sadhiyan Laggiyan
Te Lukk Javange Lukk Javange

Ni Dass Tainu Kithe Milna
Kive Milna Kidda Kinne Vajje
Kehde Vehde Milna Ni
Nange Pairi Bhajji Aavange
Tainu Mod Khade Labbi Jaavange

Ni Dass Tainu Kitthe Milna
Kive Milna Kidda Kinne Vajje
Kehre Vehde Milna Ni
Nange Pairi Bhajji Aavange
Tainu Mod Khade Labbi Jaavange

Kehndi Yo Yo Honey Singh!
Ik Kudi
I’ve Been Searching For Long
Ik Kudi
