Your Guide to Buying the Best Diamond Earrings in 2025

by jummy84 October 30, 2025
written by jummy84

Diamonds really are supposed to be forever, so it’s important that you get your purchase right once you’ve made the decision to invest. Diamond necklaces are beautiful but can fall foul to trends easily, diamond rings are obviously special but tend to come with romantic connotations. Personally, I don’t think you can go wrong with a pair of diamond earrings—whether you’re looking to treat yourself (do you really need an excuse?), or someone else (talk about a dream gift). It’s giving timeless. It’s giving chic. It’s giving elegance. Who wouldn’t want a slice of that pie?

It’s not quite that simple, though. Because under the umbrella of ‘diamond earrings’ there’s so many different types to choose from—do you go for everyday hoops or showstopping drops? Timeless studs or modern cuffs? There’s lab-grown or standard stones to opt for, and colourful or clear? Not to mention all the different brands, from more affordable to uber-luxury names, vying for your hard-earned cash.

Take a breather. Luckily, I’m here to help. Our job as editors is to do the hard work for you and make those big decisions seem a lot easier. Meaning I’ve spent hours and hours scrolling through the websites of the best jewellery brands, and have used my expertise as a stylist of over twelve years to pull out the diamond earrings that are truly worth the investment in 2025.

So, whether this is your first ever purchase of diamond earrings and you want to get it right, or you’re a quiet connoisseur looking for the chicest new pieces to add to your (or their) collection right now, keep scrolling for 36 of the best diamond earrings to buy right now.

Netflix released its latest political thriller A House of Dynamite on October 24, 2025, and viewers were floored by its high-stakes plot, star-studded cast and ominous ending. Directed by Kathryn Bigelow, the movie accelerates audiences’ heartbeats as they watch an impending apocalyptic event.

Below, meet the main cast of A House of Dynamite.

The A House of Dynamite Cast

The A House of Dynamite cast features some of Hollywood’s most recognizable names, including Jason Clarke, Rebecca Ferguson, Idris Elba, Gabriel Basso, Jared Harris, Tracy Letts, Anthony Ramos, Moses Ingram, Jonah Hauer-King, Kaitlyn Dever and Greta Lee.

Rebecca plays the role of Olivia Walker, a senior officer in the White House Situation Room; Idris plays the unnamed president; Jason is Admiral Mark Miller, the senior Situation Room official; Anthony is Major Daniel Gonzalez, commander of Fort Greely; Jonah plays Lieutenant Commander Robert Reeves and Greta plays Ana Park, the NSA national intelligence officer for North Korea.

What Is A House of Dynamite About?

A House of Dynamite follows a group of White House and military officials as they attempt to block an unprecedented missile from hitting the United States. It’s a race against the clock as the team tries to determine who is responsible and how the country should respond.

As the 18-minute timeframe from the missile launch to the attack continues, A House of Dynamite explores the unseen roles in protecting a country during its most sensitive hour.

Will There Be A House of Dynamite 2?

No, despite online rumors, there are no plans to produce a sequel to A House of Dynamite. Director Kathryn explained to Netflix’s Tudum that she wanted audiences “to leave theaters thinking, ‘OK, what do we do now?’”

“This is a global issue, and of course, I hope against hope that maybe we reduce the nuclear stockpile someday,” Kathryn noted. “But in the meantime, we really are living in a house of dynamite. I felt it was so important to get that information out there, so we could start a conversation. That’s the explosion we’re interested in — the conversation people have about the film afterward.”

A City Girl’s Guide to Fall Shoes—7 Chic Editor-Approved Styles

by jummy84 October 25, 2025
written by jummy84

Hyperbole or not, to work or live in Manhattan, you’ve got to get comfortable with walking. There have been days in the city where I’ve logged well over 5 miles on foot—usually lost in a song, strutting down 5th Ave like it’s my own personal runway. It’s a known fact that New Yorkers walk fast, so to keep up with this city’s stride, it’s essential that whatever is supporting your soles must provide comfort as well as style—so, coming to you as a shopping editor, an NYC commuter, and a previous Manhattan resident, here is my City Girl’s guide to fall shoes in 2025.

I’ve called on the latest Gen Z fall 2025 shoe trends—like the sporty sneaker, slouchy boot, and casual pump—plus two Parisian fall favorites, the slim loafer and the suede ballet flat. The classic Birkenstock Boston Clogs make an appearance, alongside the cult-favorite Frye boots. Join me as I try on, style, and review these seven NYC editor-approved fall shoes.

My pick: Madewell Mylie Ballet Flats ($128)

First up: the Madewell Mylie Ballet Flats. With a few sizes already out of stock (the 5, 6, 10, and 11), these are bound to sell out fast. I’d seen these soft suede ballet flats on IG and wondered if they’d hold up on NYC’s busy streets. I got to try them out for a few weeks, and I can officially report: these are a fall 2025 ballet-flat must-have. The 100% leather upper survived Penn Station at rush hour, subway delays, and spontaneous dinners with friends. I’ve reached for these chic suede flats again and again because their mocha finish has become my new fall neutral.

Here, I’ve opted for a casual sweater-and-jean ensemble with my favorite pair of Levi 501s and a thrifted lime-green wool turtleneck. I matched the dark carob Madewell flats to a woven brown leather bag. This is just one of the many ‘fits I styled around these flats. I think they’d look adorable with a pair of barrel-leg trousers and an oversized blazer. So if you’re looking for a new ballet to add to your fall shoe rotation, I’d highly recommend the Madewell Mylie.

Shop the Suede Flats

With no half-sizing available, I recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes. The flat’s 100% leather lining molds to you for a snug fit. And as true size eight, the corresponding size fits me perfectly. I’m a chronic complainer of sore feet, but I found these Madewell flats a relief on my Manhattan commute.

Shop the Look

If you’re looking for a new pair of jeans, I recommend starting with the Levi 501s. The fit is a classic. Shop a similar sweater from Pistola and a woven-leather tote from Anthropologie below.

My pick: Adidas Tokyo Shoe ($90)

Low-profile sneakers are one of the biggest fall 2025 sneaker trends. Fashion people everywhere are opting for a slimmer, sportier trainer to wear with trousers and jeans this fall. If you’re a frequent WWW reader or like to take note of what fashion people are wearing, then my low-pro sneaker of choice won’t come as a surprise: the Adidas Tokyo Shoes. Perfect for a casual outing or, depending on you’re ensemble, easy to dress up—these ’70s-inspired runners prepare you well for city life.

I’ve leaned into the sporty-chic aesthetic, pairing these low-pro lace-ups with Reformation’s low-rise trousers and a basic white tee. I could also see these with a wide-leg baggy jean. Or even a cute pair of socks and an equally retro-chic shift dress for a flirty, yet sporty look. The styling possibilities are endless, and certainly don’t end with fall ‘fits. These rubber soles will look chic well into 2026.

The soft suede upper is a great textural addition to any fall look. I found the size eight a bit roomy, but with a cozy pair of socks, they fit just right. Available in 12 different colors, from the off-white and deep black, seen here, to a mirror-finish metallic. Half-sizing is available from 5 to 11.

Shop the Vida Low Rise Pant from Reformation and a similar white tank below. I’ve also included a pair of silver-toned earrings because leaving the house with jewelry on feels wrong.

Collage of WWW editor Josephine Hadjiloucas in fall shoe outfits. She is wearing a pair of black leather mules from Seychelles.

My pick: Seychelles Mocktail Mule ($122)

I’ve written before that growing up, I expected to wear more heels in my adult life. But this has proved to be more difficult than anticipated. Working in Manhattan, one of the main criteria for my footwear is comfort, and high heels aren’t exactly known for their soothing support. This low-heeled mule is my alternative to a sky-high pump without sacrificing style for comfort. I purchased the Seychelle Mocktail Mule at the start of fall, and have since worn them to NYFW showings, diners, and screenings, proving to be a reliable choice of footwear.

The tapered square toe creates a lovely silhouette when paired with a column skirt. I’m a fool for clean lines and a vintage-inspired elegance. I styled the midi skirt with a solid white tee layered under a sheer black sweater because see-through knits are my fall continuation of the sheer trend that dominated the style set’s wardrobe this summer. You can shop the low-heeled mules at a discount on Revolve for only $122.

Shop the Mules

Mocktail Mule

Sold out in sizes 6.5 and 9, these slip-on mules barely qualify as heels with their 1-inch lift. The barley-there pump is an evolution of the fashion crowd’s love for kitten heels and ballet flats. It took me about a week to break in the leather upper, but after that, these are one of the more comfortable mules I own.

Below is a recreation of my look with similar finds. A semi-sheer alpaca short-sleeve cardigan from Everlane, a basic cropped tee from H&M, and another Everlane pick, a column skirt

My pick: G.H. Bass Whitney Leather Loafer ($175)

Next up, the loafer—the collegiate silhouette is a fall classic, loved by both Parisians and New Yorkers. The shoes’ legacy and influence on the fashion set are unavoidable. Before deciding on which loafer to test out, I consulted my fellow Who What Wear editors and discovered a common theme—the G.H. Bass Whitney Leather Loafer. I tested and styled the penny loafer to find out why the G.H. Bass ones are an editor fave.

Crafted from premium box leather, the G.H. Bass loafers only get better with wear. Available in four finishes, I opted for wine. While still the traditional silhouette, the burgundy finish is a modern rendition of the OG black loafer. The polished leather truly shines when paired with elevated basics. That’s why I styled them with a classic white button-down, Levi 501 Curves, and a buttery-soft leather shoulder bag.

Available in half sizes from 5 to 11, the G.H. Bass Whitney Leather Loafer is a fashion person’s must-have. They’re an editor-favorite for a reason–the quality, the fit, and the finish. It takes a few wears to break in, but once you’re past that stage, these elegant loafers will be you’re new fall go-to.

Collage of WWW editor Josephine Hadjiloucas in fall shoe outfits. She is wearing a pair of black boots from J.Crew.

My pick: J.Crew New Stevie Knee-High Boots ($348)

The fall weather in NYC is unpredictable. One day it’s mid-70s, the next is low 50s. Make it make sense! But my favorite fall outfit formula for the temperamental forecast is a knee-high boot and a mini dress. I tried these J.Crew New Stevie Knee-High Boots in suede black in store a few months ago, and absolutely fell in love. I got to test them out for a few weeks, and they’ve become a fall favorite. The kitten heel is ultra-comfortable, the soft suede looks just as new as the day they arrived, and the midnight black boot is so easy to style.

I’ve paired the knee-high boots with a Theory plaid dress I grabbed from TheRealReal a few years ago. (Plaid is undoubtedly having a moment this fall, ask any Who What Wear editor.) I finished the look with some gold chain bracelets and a Coach shoulder bag.

Collage of WWW editor Josephine Hadjiloucas in fall shoe outfits. She is wearing a pair of Boston Clogs from Birkenstock.

My pick: Birkenstock Boston Soft Footbed ($170)

I’ll be honest, I never understood the Birkenstock hype—that is, until I tried out the Boston Soft Footbed Clogs. After wearing these for a few weeks, I found them a staple in my work bag. I’d wear them on my commute, switch into different shoes for the workday, then pull these right back out of my bag (Mary Poppins-style) come quitting time. They are, in fact, as comfortable as people say. I’m a big fan of the Basalt Grey Tonal. I think it’s a chic alternative to the traditional beige I often wear. It’s official, I’m a true Birkenstock convert.

I found these clogs a breeze to style. Mimicking their relaxed look, I wore them with like pieces: my Levi 501 Curves, a boatneck long sleeve, and a dark grey turtleneck, draped casually over my shoulders. I recently saw Kendall Jenner style her sweater like so, and I’ve been doing it ever since.

Shop the Clogs

Here’s how to recreate my look: a similar boatneck long-sleeve and grey turtleneck, and of course, the Levi 501 Curve. (Can you tell I love my Levi jeans?).

My pick: Frye Campus 14L ($498)

The cult-favorite Frye Campus 14L is a staple in any cool-girl wardrobe. I’ve seen It-girls wearing this boot with everything from micro shorts to midi skirts to retro-inspired flares. The knee-high leather boot is a smart investment in fall footwear. The quality construction and timeless look will have you reaching for these boots for years to come.

I’ve paired it with a thrifted denim skirt, a draped off-the-shoulder Free People top, and a two-tone ring stack. If you’re feeling the boho-chic fall aesthetic, then these boots should definitely be on your radar.

A Guide to Wedding After-Party Planning and Etiquette

by jummy84 October 25, 2025
written by jummy84

Once you have a venue set, it’s time to create that perfect late-night atmosphere. Decide with your partner what kind of energy you want—then you can move forward with your planning. “Is the after-party space cool on its own or does it need some TLC? Sometimes candles, soft seating, and dim lights can do the trick, while other times bringing in furniture and disco balls is what is needed,” says Meyer. “It really depends on the space you’re working with and the vibe you want to create!” If you are repurposing your reception venue for the party, he advises changing the direction of the space to create a new ambiance.

Blasena emphasizes that lighting and draping that eliminates unsightly walls can make a space feel intimate, while a focal bar, signature cocktails, a photo booth, and late-night tchotchkes, such as glow sticks, flashing glasses, and flip flops, can amp up the atmosphere. She’s also a fan of creating a theme for the after-party: This could mean creating a tiki vibe, a retro disco aesthetic, or simply leaning into a color scheme.

Get the Right Tunes

Music is essential to set the tone of the event. If you want guests to continue dancing into the night, hiring a band or DJ to keep the vibes going is a must. “However, make sure the music vibe is different from your wedding by chatting through playlists with your musicians or DJ beforehand,” Blasena says. While you can hire new artists to bring music to your after-party, chat with your reception musicians to see if they are available to work the second event, too.

Organize Late-Night Food

One thing that is absolutely necessary at your after-party is food to keep your guests fueled into the wee hours of the morning. “Did someone say late-night carbs? Let’s face it, the after-party is when everyone will thank you for those sliders and fries,” shares Blasena. “If you’re not the slider type, go themed with a sushi bar, mini tacos, or slices of pizza.” Think about fun ways to serve your bites, like with food trucks or by packaging items in Chinese food containers. While cocktails are a must, be sure to have water readily available too. “Not that everyone will drink it…but having it out and available encourages people to hydrate while they celebrate, which also helps them party longer and feel better the next day!” Meyer says.

Wedding After-Party Etiquette

Since a wedding after-party is a more relaxed part of the night, there aren’t as many rules surrounding its etiquette. Read ahead for a bit of guidance surrounding this post-reception fête.

Who usually attends a wedding after-party?

The after-party is attended by wedding guests who can stay up late enough and make it to that portion of the night. Sometimes, if the aesthetic or vibes of the party are not entirely appropriate for their parents and grandparents, a couple may note that it is intended for younger guests. However, it’s best not to exclude any wedding guests that desire to come.

Who pays for the after-party?

There is no rule about who pays for the wedding after-party, however it is often covered by whoever foots the bill for the wedding day. A couple may also choose to host the wedding after-party themselves. If the after-party is more casual and spur-of-the-moment, it is fine to have guests pay for their own drinks at the bar.

How long is a wedding after-party?

A wedding after-party has no time limit. It could last for just an hour after the reception ends or continue until the sun rises. The length depends on your stamina, budget, and the venue’s rules.

What to wear to a wedding after-party?

While most guests will stick to their wedding-day attire for the after-party, the newlyweds can have some fun and change their ensembles in the evening. Consider swapping a long gown for a fun mini, embracing fabric in sequins, beading, or a surprising color, and changing out your shoes to a style that can keep you going into the wee hours of the morning.

Do you need to send a separate invitation?

Not necessarily. It’s good to give guests a heads up on the wedding website that there will be an after-party or add an informative insert to your invitation suite so they know the timeline of the day. But there’s no need to send an entirely separate invite or request an RSVP.

Regretting You is one of this year’s hottest romance dramas, and with any book-to-screen adaptation, a star-studded cast is a given! Based on Colleen Hoover‘s work of the same name, the Paramount Pictures film follows a mother and daughter as they struggle to come to terms with a major personal loss and betrayal while finding their own paths.

Below, meet the main cast of Regretting You in our guide.

Allison Williams – Morgan Grant

Allison plays the main role of Morgan Grant, a 35-year-old who has dedicated the past 16 years of her life to raising her child, Clara, with her husband and high school sweetheart, Chris. Chris dies in a sudden car accident, and Morgan discovers he was having an affair with her sister, Jenny.

Before Regretting You, Allison was seen in a variety of films – especially in the horror genre. She starred in Get Out, M3GAN and the upcoming sequel, M3GAN 2.0. She’s also known for her television roles in Girls, A Series of Unfortunate Events and Fellow Travelers.

Dave Franco – Jonah Sullivan

Dave plays the widowed Jonah, whose wife, Jenny, dies and was having an affair with Chris Grant. As fans know, Dave has quite a lengthy portfolio of work as a director, actor and writer. He previously stared in 21 Jump Street and its sequel film, 22 Jump Street, Neighbors and Neighbors 2 and the Now You See Me franchise.

McKenna Grace – Clara Grant

McKenna portrays Clara, the teenage daughter of Morgan who falls in love with the local bad boy, Miller, and grieves her late father’s tragic death. As TV and film fans know, McKenna previously played a bunch of younger versions of older characters, including in I, Tonya, The Haunting of Hill House and Malignant, but she’s also been featured in numerous movies in main roles.

McKenna also starred in Young Sheldon. and she will be in the upcoming Hunger Games prequel, Sunrise on the Reaping.

Mason Thames – Miller Adams

Mason is another star that’s been on the rise for years. He plays the role of town bad boy Miller, who falls for Clara. Mason is best known for his performances in The Black Phone and its 2025 sequel and How to Train Your Dragon.

Willa Fitzgerald – Jenny Davidson

Willa is playing Jenny, Morgan’s sister who dies alongside Chris in a car accident. The actress has been seen in countless television projects, including in Scream, Little Women, Reacher, The Fall of the House of Usher and Pulse.

Scott Eastwood – Chris Grant

Scott, son of Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood, plays Chris Grant, the father of Clara who dies in a car accident. His affair with Jenny comes to light after his death. Scott has starred in a number of films, with his most popular being Invictus, Trouble with the Curve, The Longest Ride, The Outpost and Tin Soldier.

A bandwagon fan’s guide to baseball

by jummy84 October 12, 2025
written by jummy84

The Toronto Blue Jays have advanced to the American League Championship Series for the first time in nearly a decade, and the bandwagon is officially rolling.

But those new to the sport might need a primer on how exactly it works, from the sequence of the playoffs to the rules of the game.

Below, we parse through the basics.

WHAT’S THE STRUCTURE OF THE POST-SEASON?

Major League Baseball’s post-season has four rounds. MLB actually used to be two organizations, the National League and the American League, but they have been jointly holding the World Series since 1903 and were formally merged in 1999. Both leagues follow the same playoff format. The Blue Jays are in the American League.

The post-season starts with wild-card rounds, which are a best-of-three series of games played between the four lowest-ranked teams that qualified for each league’s playoffs.

Story continues below advertisement

The Blue Jays won the American League East division title during the regular season, so they got to skip the wild-card round.

After the wild cards, the teams play in the Division Series, where the first team to win three games advances to the Championship Series, which is best-of-seven.

The championships are played between teams of the same league.

Then, the winner of each league’s championship advances to the World Series, which is also a best-of-seven matchup. The Blue Jays have only won the World Series twice: in 1992 and 1993.

In the 1970s, the American League wanted to create a geographical rival team to the Montreal Expos, which were part of the National League, so the Blue Jays were born.

Story continues below advertisement

The Montreal Expos were relocated to Washington, D.C., in 2004, leaving the Blue Jays as Canada’s only team.

WHAT ARE THE RULES OF THE GAME?

If you want to know all the details, you can read Major League Baseball’s 192-page rule book. But here are the basics.

Each game consists of nine innings. Each team has a turn at bat during an inning, starting with the visiting team. The defensive team includes the pitcher, catcher, infielders and outfielders.

The offensive team consists of a lineup of nine batters.

The pitcher throws the ball to the catcher, and if the ball passes through the “strike zone,” the hitter can try to swing for it.

The strike zone is the area from the batter’s knees to their shoulders, over home base.

If the ball passes through the strike zone three times and the batter fails to hit it, either because they didn’t swing or because they miss the ball, they’re out. If the pitcher throws the ball and misses the strike zone four times, and the batter doesn’t swing, the batter gets to “walk” to first base.

That’s one of nine ways a batter can become a “runner” and advance to first base. The main way, however, is for the batter to hit the ball into the field.

Once the batter hits a fair ball, he becomes a runner and makes his way to first base. If a fielder catches the ball before it hits the ground, the runner is out. If the ball touches the ground before it’s caught, the person who catches it can try to get a runner out by touching the runner with the ball before they advance to the next base. In some cases they only need to touch the base the runner is headed to.

Each time a runner reaches home base after touching all three other bases, they receive a point, called a “run.”

Once three players on the offensive team are out, that team’s turn at bat is over.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ON EACH TEAM?

During the post-season, each team has a roster of 26 players.

There are nine players from each team in the batting lineup, and nine on the field. That’s eight players who are both fielders and hitters, one player who is a dedicated pitcher, and one player who is the pitcher’s substitute when their team is at bat.

Other players on the roster can be substituted into the batting order. Likewise, pitchers who are in the bullpen can be substituted in for the starting pitcher.

Story continues below advertisement

Deciding when to substitute players is part of the strategy of the game.

THE PLAYERS SEEM TO SPIT A LOT. WHY?

Historically, players used to chew tobacco during the game and they’d spit out the excess saliva from chewing. That’s changed over the decades, and now they chew sunflower seeds.

Some players will also chew gum while they’re in the dugout, not playing, or pull pranks on each other. It’s all part of the fun of the game.

Gambling media has come a long way past merely audio streams. By 2025, the most popular gambling podcasts will be highly technical, multi-platform shows that you do not listen to, but instead see. Strategic yet data-driven analysis and captivating video material are what discerning punters now want, and the best creators have provided. The space is full of high-quality options since there are professional-level networks that provide real-time insights or personality-driven shows that create a thriving community. This guide does not drown in the clutter and presents you with the ultimate list of the best gambling podcasts to listen to in 2025. You are either a strategic sports analyst, a professional player, or a poker player ,and you have this roadmap to get to the content that will provide you with an advantage.

The Elite Tier: Top Sports Betting Podcasts for the Serious Bettor

To the individuals who consider sports betting an art, these podcasts provide the analytical value and professional insight to achieve success. They are process-oriented and not pick-oriented; they also teach you to think like a professional.

VSiN (Vegas Stats & Information Network): Your 24/7 Handicapping Hub

The VSiN will be a well-established presence in sports betting media in 2025, as a network, not an independent show. This model provides it with a huge competitive edge, which enables it to provide a high volume of specialized and up-to-the-minute analysis in a wide range of sports. VSiN has a list of experienced bookmakers and industry players that make it the provider of real-time handicapping.

Key Shows to Watch on the VSiN Network:

  • Follow The Money: It is a live betting, Las Vegas insider, and expert analysis daily show hosted by Mitch Moss and Pauly Howard.
  • A Numbers Game: This is a more analytical show, hosted by Gill Alexander, who explores the sophisticated aspects of betting and also gets to interview high-stakes handicappers.
  • Specialized Content: VSiN provides sports-specific podcasts, such as the VSiN College Football Betting Podcast and Long Shots: VSiN Golf Betting Podcast, so one can find specialized knowledge without much effort.

Introducing fresh content regularly, VSiN has mastered the watchable podcast format with its live studio broadcasts and constant stream of new content, which is a must-watch among any serious bettor.

Bet The Board: The Gold Standard for Analytical Bettors

Bet The Board, hosted by ex-Caesars oddsmaker Todd Fuhrman and the legendary Payne Insider, has established itself as the perfect podcast to listen to for the finest data-driven sports betting analytics. The experience of a bookmaker and a financial analyst that Fuhrer has is a rather curious one, as it breaks through the superficial tales.

The show runs on the analysis of complicated issues such as market inefficiencies, prop bet values, and game scripts, and gives the audience a baseline of how to gain an advantage in the betting markets. That 4.8-star rating on Apple Podcasts proves that it has been heavily appreciated due to its strict and no-nonsense style. Although the schedule of the show has slightly changed in mid-2025, the back catalog, as well as the ongoing examination of such significant events like the Super Bowl and NFL playoffs, serves as an invaluable contribution to bettors who want to polish their skills.

Bet The Process: The Quantitative Edge

Bet The Process is a step ahead of its peers among bettors who are data breathers. This podcast is closed to intellectual rigor and quantitative analysis, which is the main feature of the podcast hosted by Jeff Ma (of Bringing Down the House fame) and professional bettor Rufus Peabody.

The hosts rely on the advanced data and their Massey-Peabody model to address such sophisticated issues as prediction markets, CFTC regulations, and the use of analytics in sports. Some of the listeners have also reported its lower-quality audio, but the unrefined, high-end skill is what has made it gain a devoted fan base. Should you appreciate the brilliant, raw-cut quantitative thinking over the polished production, you must listen to Bet The Process–and it is an entertaining spectacle to those who desire to observe a group of sharp minds in action.

For the Professional and the Poker Pro: Niche Dominators

Beyond general sports betting, these podcasts cater to specialized audiences who operate at the highest levels of the gambling world.

Gambling With an Edge: The Advantage Player’s Playbook

In case you consider gambling a profession, Gambling With an Edge will be your weekly masterclass. Bob Dancer and Richard Munchkin, two of the most renowned advantage players and authors of their own books, host the show and present a level of credibility unparalleled by the show, as well as delve deeper into the science of having a long-term mathematical advantage over the house.

It goes much deeper than simple strategy, addressing such high-level issues as the tax consequences of being a gambler, the application of AI in the casino business, and how to run a sportsbook. Featuring such guests as FanDuel co-founder Nigel Eccles and Las Vegas Advisor publisher Anthony Curtis, this podcast offers a professional-level, comprehensive education about the financial, legal, and technological forces that influence the gambling industry.

PokerNews Podcast: The Definitive Voice in Poker

The PokerNews Podcast is the ultimate source of information about the world of poker, and with more than 900 episodes behind its back, it is bound to be taken seriously. Its credibility lies in the credentials of its hosts; co-host Chad Holloway is not only a journalist but a victor in the WSOP bracelet himself, and it has absurd access to the biggest players in the game.

You have in-depth interviews with the Poker Hall of Famers, such as Daniel Negreanu, Erik Seidel, and Phil Hellmuth, in the show, and you will not get such details anywhere. The video element plays a significant role in this, especially since viewers are able to watch face-to-face interviews with poker legends and watch captivating clips that break down some of the key hands and industry drama. The PokerNews Podcast is a must-subscribe to for any serious poker fan.

Entertainment and Community: The Fan Favorite

The Sports Gambling Podcast: Where Betting Meets Banter

Demonstrating that witty commentary and entertainment do not necessarily go against one another, The Sports Gambling Podcast has grown a huge and dedicated following thanks to its blend of humor and friendship with the analysis of sports predictions. The show features talk shows with a comfortable and entertaining style, which has made the show receive an excellent 4.8-star rating based on the reviews left by more than 3,200 people.

Similar to VSiN, it has grown into a portfolio of niche programs that encompass all that is college football and MMA to the WNBA. This podcast is ideal for the user who is betting to have fun and who likes to belong to a colorful community. The on-camera chemistry of the hosts of the video version is what makes it especially pleasant, as it gives you the feeling that you are standing with them, sweating the picks.

Conclusion: Build Your Ultimate Gambling Podcast Playlist for 2025

The finest gambling podcast has ceased to be a single program and has transformed into a customized collection of shows suited to your particular requirements. A strategic approach is required to have a real competitive advantage in 2025.

  • For Data-Driven Strategy: Behind Turning Business ideas into VSiN and Bet The Board, your cornerstone of sharp, analytical sports betting content.
  • For Professional Insights: Get Gambling With an Edge to master the art of advantage play and the gambling business.
  • For Poker Expertise: The PokerNews Podcast is the question of authority and an obligatory program to watch for industry news and the highest level of strategy.
  • For Entertainment: Listening to The Sports Gambling Podcast is a fun and community-based experience, which still results in winning picks.

The media diet of credible hosts, assessing the watch factor, and how shows that appeal to various parts of your gambling experience can be created to keep you on top of the game in an ever-changing environment of sports betting and more.

Where was Frauds filmed? Location guide for ITV drama

by jummy84 October 5, 2025
written by jummy84

To secure a life-changing fee, they enlist a heist crew in true genre style, each of whom has their own set of skills – and their own stock of dangerous baggage that could derail the plan entirely.

If the cinematic setting of Frauds has left you dreaming of your own sunny escape, here’s your guide to where the comical ITV thriller is set (and the location where it was actually filmed).

Where is ITV’s Frauds filmed?

Jodie Whittaker and Suranne Jones star in Frauds. ITV / Monumental Television

ITV drama Frauds was filmed in Tenerife, a Spanish island and popular tourist destination located off the coast of northwest Africa.

However, Tenerife is not playing itself in Frauds (so to speak), as the story of the show is set in mainland Spain; specifically, the southern province of Málaga, where co-creator Anne-Marie O’Connor has spent a significant amount of time.

She told press that she was excited by the “spaghetti western feel” that the area can provide, adding that “there’s a real otherness to it, a dry heat and that kind of outlaw feel you get in places like Las Vegas”.

O’Connor continued: “Even in famous places like Marbella, where you turn up and everything’s catered for, actually you just need to scratch the surface and it can be lawless.”

When scouting for shooting locations, executive producer Katie Kelly echoed the need for both a “glistening” outward appearance and a lesser known “underbelly” to tell the story that O’Connor and co-writer Suranne Jones had planned.

“Shooting in Tenerife offered us everything we needed and more,” she added, explaining why the popular Canary Islands destination was used as a substitute for Málaga.

“In a small area you can have a sort of Costa del Sol beachside strip full of clubs… and then suddenly you can find yourself in what looks like an old Spanish town or up in lush, verdant mountains.”

Frauds co-star Jodie Whittaker shared that enthusiasm for Tenerife, telling press that she found it an “incredible” place to work, describing travel for location shoots as one of the “great” things about her job.

“It was stunning,” she recalled. “My house was in a little town called La Laguna up in the north. It is literally gonna be in my top five places in life, I loved it so much.”

Whittaker noted that she had been to Tenerife on family holidays many years ago, but had never spent any significant amount of time in the north of the island, where she found the city of Santa Cruz to be another “brilliant” highlight.

The sub-tropical climate and western-style landscapes certainly give Frauds a distinct look among an occasionally homogenous TV landscape, but for O’Connor “it just felt like a really good place for a load of cons to be hanging out”.

She concluded: “It’s a part of the world that we think we know as British people… but we also don’t know it.”

Frauds premieres ITV1 and ITVX on Sunday 5th October 2025.
