Michael Wyrley-Birch & Simon Hambley, Group CEO of Strata

Strata, the award-winning brand experience agency group, has appointed Michael Wyrley-Birch as President and Group Managing Director, Growth and Strategy, a newly created role designed to accelerate the group’s next phase of growth.

Wyrley-Birch, former CEO of Omnicom agencies TRO Group and Story House in Los Angeles, will join the Strata Group leadership team and take responsibility for shaping and embedding the group’s market proposition, growth strategy and client-facing culture. He will act as the mission holder for Strata’s go-to-market approach, ensuring it is clear and relevant to meet client needs across all brands in the group.

A strategic leader with a track record in building profitable businesses across multiple markets, Wyrley-Birch believes in the power of people, collaboration and innovation to unlock an organisation’s full potential. At TRO, he was instrumental in establishing the agency as a leading independent experience business in the UK before its sale to Omnicom Group. He then spent ten years scaling the business under Omnicom ownership, leading TRO’s evolution into a truly global business.

His experience within a large agency network, building successful collaborative teams, integrating businesses and growing clients internationally, along with deep sector expertise including automotive, will be a key asset as Strata continues to scale. He also brings significant experience helping organisations navigate change, from mergers and international expansion to service transformation and the adoption of AI.

In his new role, Wyrley-Birch will operate as a peer to Group CEO, Simon Hambley, and COO, Phil Staines. He will focus on the external-facing, growth-driving agenda, complementing Staines’ focus on strategy execution and operational delivery.

Michael Wyrley-Birch said: “I’ve followed Strata’s momentum closely and have been consistently impressed by the ambition of the Group and the calibre of its people. With clients demanding greater agility and sharper strategic thinking, Strata’s integrated capabilities enable us to create more impactful solutions. At a time of rapid change for brands, I’m excited to help deliver innovative and relevant solutions alongside Simon and the wider team.”

Simon Hambley, Group CEO of Strata, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Michael to the Strata Group leadership team. His record in scaling and integrating agencies globally speaks for itself, and his belief in the power of people, collaboration and innovation fits perfectly with our culture. Michael’s ability to build clear propositions, unite teams and help clients navigate complex change is exactly what we need for our next phase of growth, keeping our go-to-market strategy sharp and our client experience forward-thinking and commercial.”

by jummy84 November 21, 2025
written by jummy84

Strata, the brand experience agency within the Strata Group, has strengthened its automotive capabilities with the appointment of Louise Smith as Client Services Director, Automotive. The new role underlines the growing importance of automotive within Strata’s growth strategy and its investment in a specialist division for the sector.

Working alongside Group Head of Automotive, Paul Banham, Louise will lead client services for a portfolio of automotive brands. She will be a central point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive consistent, strategic support from brief through to delivery and helping to sharpen Strata’s automotive proposition.

Louise brings more than 20 years of automotive experience, built predominantly agency side. She has worked across brands including Volvo, BMW and General Motors marques, leading marketing programmes, pan-European campaigns and major product launches which includes the New MINI. Her career has focused on building long-term client partnerships and delivering campaigns that drive measurable results.

“Automotive has been the thread running through my entire career,” said Louise. “I have grown up in this sector, from hands-on marketing through to leading integrated campaigns across multiple brands. Strata already has an incredibly strong foundation in automotive, with an experienced team and a client list that spans some of the most exciting brands in the industry. My focus is on understanding where we can add even more value and creating experiences that deliver real commercial impact for our clients and their retailer networks.”

Louise’s appointment builds on the creation of Strata’s dedicated automotive division in 2024, launched in response to increased demand from a growing client portfolio that includes Polestar, Volvo, Renault Group, OMODA JAECOO and brands within the Stellantis group. Automotive is now one of several strategic pillars being championed by Strata’s senior leadership.

Cole Mulkerrins, CEO of Strata, added: “Louise’s arrival is an important next step in our automotive growth. She combines deep sector knowledge with first-class client service experience and will help deepen relationships with existing clients and ensure Strata is positioned as the agency of choice for automotive brand experiences.”

Chika Talks Balancing Grief And Growth On ‘Wish You Were (T)Here’ EP

by jummy84 November 18, 2025
written by jummy84

CHIKA’s long-awaited musical return arrives like a quiet storm, gathering strength in the space between where she’s been and where she’s headed.

After earning a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist and releasing Samson: The Album in 2023—an ambitious project graced by collaborations with Stevie Wonder and Lin-Manuel Miranda—many wondered what direction she would choose next. With her new EP, Wish You Were T(Here), she answers with clarity and intention.

Across its eight tracks, CHIKA pulls the lens inward, trusting her own voice to carry the emotional weight. On Wish You Were T(Here), Chika does the lyrical heavy-lifting, opting to keep the focus on her own thoughts and observations over the project’s 8 tracks.

Rather than leaning on star-studded features, she builds a narrative rooted in self-reflection, resilience, and the quiet power of honesty.

It’s a return that doesn’t try to recreate past triumphs—it expands them, revealing an artist more assured, more vulnerable, and more compelling than ever.

VIBE spoke with CHIKA about the recording process behind Wish You Were T(Here), how grief and self-discovery bled into the music, and why it’s among her most personal bodies of work to date.

VIBE: What was the spark that set this project in motion?

CHIKA: I really had just missed sitting down and making music. I took a little break, and the first thing that I wanted to do before hopping into a huge album was to kind of update my fans on where I’ve been.

We almost treated the project like a postcard, in a way, for me to update everybody. But the sound, in terms of what we made, we really just went in and we were throwing paint.

How did you approach your songwriting and production?

I worked really closely with Rahki. [He’s] an amazing producer and I basically just explained to him what what each song meant to me or what vibe we were going for in a day. I would literally have to prompt him once and he just knows what to do. He’s just so incredible and very talented.

So, with Rahki and incorporating a lot of live music this time around, I was able to to build a more rounded sound with this project. Rather than just kind of sticking only to Hip-Hop like I usually do.

Was this your first time working with Rahki?

Ironically enough, no. I’d gotten sent a couple of his beats and wrote some of my favorite songs to them that I hadn’t released yet. I was asked who I would like to be put in the room with. I was like. ‘Every time I get a Rahki beat, it’s insane.’ Just let me meet him and let’s work together. And from day one, we had something.

With the success of your previous album Samson, did you feel any pressure to top that effort?

Not really. I just really felt blessed to be able to come back and share where I’ve been. Samson was my peak because I call it my magnum opus.

So, if Samson was my peak in that way, this is like an entirely different and new chapter that I’m super looking forward to.

Your father recently passed, which I’m sorry to hear. How did processing that loss bleed into the content on this album?

I think that being that it was my first real experience with grief directly like that, you kind of just hear it woven into the songs. Especially [ones that] talk about memories. “FLOAT,” for example, mentions him and it mentions how life is changing so fast. Sometimes you don’t even realize people have left and and things are changing rapidly.

So I think I processed it by making this project, one that was nostalgic. I’m reflecting on the past 10 years of my life and at least then my dad was here. So, I guess I got to live in those moments a little bit longer with creating this project.

Were there any unexpected influences, musical or otherwise, that also shape the direction of this album?

We have a song called “Friends” on the project that was inspired by Rebecca Sugar. She’s actually the voice [and] the sound behind Steven Universe, which I think is a fun fact. [It’s] a cool fact that if she hadn’t produced this very short transition sound from the Stephen Universe movie, one of those songs would not have gotten me.

One of the songs that you released ahead of this album is “Stemming.” What’s the backstory and creative concept behind that song?

“Stemming” is about finding out that I was on the [autistic] spectrum this entire time. Rather than finding out as a child, I found out as an adult. So it’s a retrospective and and looking back and being like, “Oh, okay. All of these things make sense and all of these quirks led you to be who you are.” So, that’s the full context behind it and I wanted to make it so that it was a song that could end up being a vocal span for me.

Can you talk about one track that changed the course of the album?

I don’t know if anything really necessarily surprised me, but I will say that with “Withdrawal” and the transition from “Withdrawal” into “Friend.” That’s what I would consider the high point of the project. Where things begin to change, at least tonally. I’ve become more vulnerable, I think, on the second half of the project.

So, from the first few [lyrics], it’s hype. It’s fun, it’s a little light-hearted, but then you get to withdraw and it’s the the most sobering moment of the project. And from there, it goes into this very soft and different interlude called “Friend.”

Speaking more about the autism diagnosis, what was your initial reaction to finding out?

Relief. Everything started making sense. I was like, “Oh, okay. I’m not crazy. I’ve just been functioning with something that I had no idea about.” You start to ask yourself throughout life, “What about me is different? I don’t know what it is, but there’s something.”

Growing up, people want to be like, “No, you’re just blessed. Like you’re talented.” That’s how Black families are. They just be like, “Yeah, you just are anointed.” It’s like, “Okay, cool.” But I’ll be outside struggling. So, I’m like, “What’s going on? And why am I receiving so differently?”

Chika

So yeah, when I found out, I was just like, “All right, cool.” I can start connecting some dots and going back and forgiving myself for certain situations. Not understanding when I’m overwhelmed or when there’s too much going on or if I’m about to crash out. I can stop looking at myself as a bad person and just learn how to adjust and take myself out of situations that I probably won’t be able to handle.

Did you work with any other artists on this project?

No features. Well, there’s a couple things that I’d want to do in the future with it, but nothing right now.

How personal is this EP for you?

Super personal. I think every project of mine is personal. I’m talking about my life and especially after a two-year little break, I think it’s important that people know where I’ve been and and what I’ve been doing and the new changes that I’ve experienced. So, very personal.

You’ve been open about your battles with mental health. Where are you currently at in that journey?

I think I’m good. Days still do get hard, but I think that’s another good thing or one of the more recent good things about knowing I’m on the spectrum. I feel like that understanding is kind of taking a little bit of the edge off of my depression because now I have a name to put to something that I didn’t understand what I was feeling.

When stuff gets stressful and overwhelming, I’m still over it like any person would be, but now that I feel like there’s things I can look up and support that I can find. I’m doing a lot better.

What would you say brings you peace and happiness these days?

My bed. I don’t know [laughs]. Just relaxing. I guess being able to spend time with friends a month ago. That’s a little breaky break. Just got back from Alabama last week. Just hanging out with my old friends and reminiscing and stuff. That brings me peace and joy.

If you could sum up this album into one word or even one sentence, what would it be?

I would say nostalgia. I think just nostalgia. A retrospective. The project is causing you to pause, take a breath and look back for a second.

What’s one song from the album that you’re particularly excited for fans to hear?

I think that track for me would be “This Time” because it’s also a song without rapping on it. I mean, I’ve done many of those in in my career anyway, but it’s the vibe shift from the front half of the project like I said to the back. Everything else from the halfway point besides the very last track is sung for the most part. So yeah, that one excites me. It’s the production on it; Rocky went crazy on it. So it’s just a beautiful song and I hope to see that it’s one of those deep cuts my fans like.

What did this album teach you about yourself as a musician and as a person?

It taught me what I can do or the way that I make things now versus when I was a kid. It kind of showed me my growth and my evolution when nobody is in my ear, and it made me…. I don’t know. It kind of made me feel like I have grown up and I want my fans to see that, too.

Do you have any plans to tour for this album?

Hey, we’ll see. If things go well, sure.

Great. What’s next for CHIKA?

Just the project itself. We got a couple of visuals coming from it and for it, but yeah, what’s next for me is just another project. It’s in the works, but I don’t want to talk too much about it while we’re here.

7 Best Hair Growth Gummies Tested in 2025, Approved by Experts

by jummy84 November 15, 2025
written by jummy84

“While I’m not typically a peach and mango fan—that’s the flavor of these gummies—I found that the combination made for a mild, tropical taste. Bonus: they’re sugar-free,” says DeSantis.

Best for Natural Hair: Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair Wellness

Vegamour GRO Biotin Gummies for Hair Wellness

Because natural hair tends to be drier, it’s more prone to breakage, which can prevent it from growing long and thick. This is especially true in color and heat-treated hair. To strengthen the scalp and the strands themselves and promote nourished hair from the root to the ends, Vegamour gummies are formulated with biotin, vitamins B5, B6, and B12, along with vitamins A, C, and E. “Protecting the scalp and hair follicles from oxidative damage keeps a healthy hair environment,” says Dr. Shamban.

Best for Women Over 50: Xtresse Hair Growth Gummies

Developed by leading dermatologists and hair restoration specialists, Xtresse gummies feature a unique ingredient profile including NAD+, pumpkinseed extract, taurine, and saw palmetto. “[These ingredients] nourish hair follicle health to impact on a more direct cellular level,” says Dr. Shamban. The inclusion of the popular longevity ingredient NAD+ speaks to how these gummies address hair growth at the cellular level, even stimulating dormant follicles, which can be especially helpful in terms of aging-related hair loss.

“These were definitely a bit gummier than most of the other gummies on the list, but the strawberry flavor wasn’t overpowering, and it didn’t leave a lingering taste in my mouth,” says DeSantis. Although Buechner hasn’t tried them for herself, she noted that “the ingredients look fantastic.”

Best for Men: Hims Biotin Builder Gummies

The brand offers a prescription hair growth gummy along with a non-prescription option, and this is the latter. “Men can benefit from the same foundational nutrients that support hair structure and growth in women, including zinc, B vitamins, vitamin D, and collagen peptides (i.e., short protein fragments),” says Maciej Chichlowski, PhD, the senior director of nutrition research at supplement brand, Shaklee.

While treating true male pattern baldness will require targeted, prescription options, gummies are a great place to start if you’re looking to improve and encourage the health of the hair that you do have, and support a well-rounded hair growth regimen, should you implement more aggressive treatments. “It is essential to target the root cause first; potential deficiencies in iron, vitamin D, zinc, and overall protein intake might be the key,” says Dr. Chichlowski.

“These tasted the most candy-like to me and have a sweet cherry flavor, which makes sense because they actually worked with a confectioner (along with doctors) to get the gummy right,” says DeSantis.

Best Vegan & Gluten-Free: Grande Gummies

This vegan and gluten-free gummy is a great place to start in maintaining healthy hair, skin, and nails. The biotin, amino acids, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E in this supplement come together to boost collagen—an essential element of healthy hair growth that naturally diminishes as we age (it starts to deplete in our 20s, womp, womp).

Thank you so much, it’s a little extra special coming from someone I look up to so much. So so grateful for the warm wishes.” Amar Kaushik will serve as the director of the upcoming film.

Brittany Cartwright recently split from her boyfriend

The 36-year-old reality star recently announced that she’d ended her relationship with Brandon and Brittany feels “proud” of herself for having taken such a tough decision,

A source told Us Weekly: “The distance and obligations were too much for her and she didn’t see it going anywhere long term.

“Brittany is really proud of herself for showing growth and knowing when things are done instead of trying to stick around and be unhappy.”

Brittany – who has Cruz, four, with her estranged husband Jax Taylor – is said to be “focusing on her and Cruz’s happiness right now”.

The reality star recently announced her split from Brandon, two months after their relationship became public.

The reality TV star also explained that the relationship ended “amicably”.

She said: “We still care a lot about each other.

“It ended amicably, but I just could not do the long distance and he’s got a lot of obligations with his three kids and jobs, and we lived three hours away, so it was just too tough to keep it going. We really cared about each other. Hopefully, we can remain friends, but it’s just something I didn’t see that was going to be able to continue in the future.”

Meanwhile, Brittany previously claimed that she did her best to save her marriage to Jax.

Anil Kapoor’s Astrological Insight & Forecast — Career Growth & Financial Gains Make Way For A Prolific Phase, That’ll Prove He ‘Reinvents Himself With Every Decade’

Exploring Anil Kapoor’s Astrological Insight & Forecast!
An In-Depth Astrological Analysis Of Anil Kapoor’s Career! ( Photo Credit – Instagram )

Few actors in Indian cinema have managed to defy time the way Anil Kapoor has. Decades after his debut, he still radiates the same restless energy and freshness that first made audiences sit up. Astrology explains this remarkable longevity, for an Aquarius rising with a Virgo Moon and a Sagittarius Sun is a rare combination of originality, discipline, and optimism. Anil Kapoor’s chart shows a man who reinvents himself with every decade, someone whose life seems to move in rhythm with the planets that shape his destiny.

He was born with an Aquarius rising, which immediately marks him out as distinctive, original, and ahead of his time. The ascendant in Aquarius gives him an unconventional charm, a youthful energy that does not fade easily, and a capacity to reinvent himself in an industry where careers often run out of steam quickly. His long-lasting stardom and ability to adapt to changing cinematic landscapes reflect this Aquarian signature of renewal and freshness.

His Sun and Mercury in Sagittarius add the qualities of optimism, adventure, and buoyancy. Sagittarius infuses him with enthusiasm and a natural love for storytelling, which translates seamlessly into his screen presence. This placement makes him outspoken, confident, and straightforward, with a streak of humor that often shines through in his interviews and public appearances. The Sun in Sagittarius also blesses him with a kind of philosophical detachment, as he can laugh at himself, take risks, and move forward without getting bogged down by past failures.

The Moon in Virgo, conjunct Jupiter, balances this fiery enthusiasm with a deep sense of discipline and practicality. Virgo Moons are often grounded, detail-oriented, and self-critical, and conjunct Jupiter, this tendency is amplified but also softened by Jupiter’s expansive generosity. This combination explains why Kapoor is both meticulous about his craft and generous in his collaborations. His Virgo Moon gives him humility and an earthy reliability, while Jupiter’s influence adds optimism, a sense of faith, and that unmistakable ability to bounce back stronger from setbacks.

This conjunction also explains his remarkable commitment to health and fitness, which, combined with his Aquarius ascendant, contributes to his almost ageless, youthful appearance that continues to astonish audiences. Mars in Pisces contributes a fluid, creative energy. Rather than pushing aggressively, he channels his ambition in a more adaptable and artistic way. Mars here often works through intuition rather than sheer force, giving Kapoor the ability to play a wide range of roles, from intense dramas to lighthearted comedies, with emotional sensitivity.

Mars in Pisces also lends him a compassionate streak and a sense of empathy, which has kept him approachable and loved by both colleagues and audiences. Venus in Scorpio gives him magnetism and depth in relationships and performances. His onscreen presence often carries a smoldering, passionate quality, and in personal life, Venus in Scorpio suggests loyalty, depth of feeling, and a private, almost mysterious dimension to his relationships. With Saturn and Rahu also in Scorpio, there is a karmic undertone, and his life has involved hard lessons about power, control, and persistence. These placements also account for his sheer resilience in an industry where fortunes can change overnight.

Saturn trine Uranus is a powerful aspect in his chart. It shows an ability to balance tradition and innovation. In Kapoor’s career, this comes through in how he has moved fluidly from conventional Bollywood films into international projects, OTT platforms, and even self-parody roles with remarkable ease. He knows how to respect the old structures while embracing the new, which has been key to his longevity. Venus trine Uranus adds an element of surprise and freshness to his charm. It brings him a touch of unconventional appeal in love and art, making him attractive in ways that go beyond traditional standards. This aspect also gives a certain electricity to his performances, something unexpected and spontaneous that keeps audiences hooked.

The Sun trine Pluto aspect provides him with inner strength, charisma, and the ability to transform himself and his circumstances. People with this aspect often have a commanding presence, even when they are not trying. Kapoor’s intensity on screen, combined with his ability to stay relevant in changing times, reflects this transformative solar-Plutonic power. The Neptune in Libra and Pluto in Leo generational placements also add layers to his personality. Neptune in Libra emphasizes ideals of beauty, harmony, and partnership, which reflects in his graceful style and enduring marriage. Pluto in Leo signifies a generation that redefined drama and individuality, and Kapoor embodies this with his boldness, flair, and ability to stand out in a crowd.

Overall, Anil Kapoor’s chart reflects a man of remarkable adaptability, resilience, and magnetism. Aquarius rising and Saturn trine Uranus make him a bridge between eras, traditional yet modern, rooted yet experimental. His Virgo Moon conjunct Jupiter explains his discipline, good health, and longevity, while Venus in Scorpio and Sun trine Pluto give him the charisma and intensity that have made him one of Bollywood’s most enduring stars. His chart shows not only why he has enjoyed a career of rare length and relevance, but also why he continues to defy age with his vitality, youthful appearance, and tireless energy.

Anil Surinder Kapoor was born on December 24, 1956, in Chembur, Bombay, now Mumbai, into a family already entwined with the Indian film industry. His father, Surinder Kapoor, was a producer, and the family’s connections provided both inspiration and opportunity, though Anil’s path still demanded persistence. He studied in Chembur at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour High School, and later at St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai. Early on, as a young man, he did small jobs in the film world, location scouting, running errands, in order to help and also to learn the ropes.

His film debut came in 1979 in Hamare Tumhare, during the Rahu dasha, Jupiter bhukti. This was a romance where he played a small role. He next took up lead roles in regional cinema, as in the Telugu film Vamsa Vruksham (1980), directed by Bapu in the same period. He also did a Kannada film, Pallavi Anupallavi (1983), during the Saturn bhukti. These early films helped him sharpen his craft and visibility, though it was his return to Hindi cinema during the Mercury bhukti, as a lead in Woh Saat Din (1983), a home production and a box office success, that brought him into the limelight.

Through the mid-1980s, Kapoor began to deliver the kind of performances and box office success that would set him apart. His first major hit in Hindi was Meri Jung (1985), during the Mercury bhukti, which helped establish him as a bankable star. Among the films that defined his early breakout was Mr. India in 1987, a big-budget film, a home production, in which he played a modest foster father who acquires the power of invisibility and confronts a villainous Mogambo. Mr. India, released during the Venus bhukti, became not only a major box office success but also had a cultural impact. Its songs, dialogues, and the characters of protagonist and antagonist still carry popular resonance decades later. There has been speculation about a possible sequel or remake in recent years. It placed Anil Kapoor firmly in the A-list.

During the Venus bhukti, alongside Mr.India, he had big hits through Tezaab (1988), best known for the chartbuster Ek Do Teen. This was among the earliest films where he was paired with Madhuri Dixit, and the two went on to do several films together, most of which were box office successes. Ram Lakhan (1989), Rakhwala (1989), and Kishen Kanhaiya (1990) also worked at the box office. In Eeshwar, Anil Kapoor played an octogenarian when he was really still in his thirties. During his Moon bhukti, Lamhe, in which he paired with Sridevi, brought him tremendous acclaim and is considered among his finest works, although it did not work at the box office because it did not resonate with a conservative audience. These films established his range as an actor.

In the 1990s, Anil Kapoor continued to mix commercial films with more serious work. Films like Beta (1992), Laadla (1994), and Virasat (1997) won both audience appreciation and critical acclaim. Judaai (1997), Deewana Mastana 1997), Biwi No. 1 (1999), Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain (1999), and Taal (1999), among others, kept him going as a bankable star. His consistent presence, discipline, and willingness to adapt to changing audience tastes kept him relevant. Most of these films released during the beginning of his sixteen-year Jupiter dasha, which began in May 1993.

Entering the 2000s, Anil Kapoor shifted gears. Though he had financed several family productions earlier, his first independent venture as producer was Badhaai Ho Badhaai (2002), followed by My Wife’s Murder (2005) and Gandhi, My Father(2007), which won the National Film Award for Special Jury Award. These efforts reflected his desire for creative control and diversification, though they, along with films like Karobaar (2000), Om Jai Jagdish (2002), Rishtey (2002), and Calcutta Mail (2003), did not fare well commercially. Nayak: The Real Hero (2001), directed by Shankar, also released to a muted response but has since gained cult status, and a sequel is reportedly in the works.

Anil Kapoor then reinvented himself as an actor, making a spectacular comeback with the comedy hit No Entry, alongside Salman Khan and Fardeen Khan. Released during his Moon bhukti, the film was a blockbuster, and even two decades later, its sequel remains in development, though Kapoor has opted not to return for it. In the following years, he continued his successful run with Welcome (2007), another major hit in a similar comic vein, directed by Anees Bazmee, during his Rahu bhukti. The year 2008 marked a major turning point in Anil Kapoor’s career. He appeared in Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire, released during his Rahu bhukti. Partly set in India, the film became a global phenomenon, sweeping the Academy Awards and earning Kapoor international recognition. His first Hollywood collaboration introduced him to a worldwide audience and significantly elevated his stature as an artist.

His Saturn dasha began in 2009, marking another phase of reinvention. From 2010 onward, Kapoor embraced a wide variety of roles, supporting, cameo, and character parts, while also venturing into television and OTT projects. He acquired the rights to and produced the Indian adaptation of 24, in which he also played the lead. He made a brief appearance in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol (2011), expanding his international footprint.

Just before the global lockdown, he delivered a notable performance in the box office success Malang, co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani, during his Saturn dasha, Sun bhukti. In recent years, he has starred in Thar (2022), Jugjugg Jeeyo (2022), Animal (2023), and Fighter (2024). His performance in Animal was particularly significant in terms of box office, as it became one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time, collecting over 910 crores worldwide. It is cited as his highest-grossing film to date. Incidentally, I had predicted on Twitter that Animal would be a blockbuster several weeks before its release and before even the trailer was made public.

Through all this, Kapoor has shown an ability to move with the times. His performances at ages when many of his contemporaries have faded remain strong, and his presence in mass entertainers, multi-starrers, character roles, and TV or web work keeps him visible. Even in his sixties he is known to perform many of his action sequences or stunts, maintaining physical fitness and a youthful energy.

Anil Kapoor is currently in his Saturn dasha and will enter his Jupiter bhukti in November 2025, a period poised to accelerate the pace of his career. In recent weeks, he has reportedly signed on for a French film directed by Ritesh Batra. When Saturn dasha concludes, the Mercury dasha that follows should also support his professional growth. The coming year looks highly eventful. Around December 2025, he may associate with a large or reputed corporation, bringing significant financial gains. A major creative collaboration is likely in January 2026, possibly a multi-film deal. From mid-March to the end of April 2026, his chart indicates strong career momentum, with April particularly active. The latter half of May 2026 also points to substantial progress.

As he steps into this prolific phase, his slate reflects both artistic ambition and creative courage. A collaboration with Suresh Triveni – the acclaimed director of Tumhari Sulu – signals a return to intimate, character-driven storytelling that Kapoor has long enriched with emotional depth. In parallel, Hansal Mehta’s biggest Netflix series places him at the center of India’s new-age prestige television movement, reaffirming his instinct for staying ahead of trends and exploring bold, layered roles.

Meanwhile, Alpha – directed by Shiv Rawail of The Railway Men at YRF – promises a cinematic spectacle that blends scale with substance, proof that Kapoor continues to thrive in both innovation and mainstream appeal. Few actors command such intergenerational relevance. From Mr. India to Slumdog Millionaire and now to a slate uniting directors like Mehta, Triveni, and Rawail, his journey reads like a chronicle of Indian cinema’s evolution. Entering Jupiter bhukti in late 2025, his chart aligns with significant creative expansion – culminating in a transformative phase in Anil Kapoor’s career.

Hair thinning, excessive hair fall, and slow growth are common concerns that affect confidence and overall hair health. Many people search for a solution that is both effective and natural without relying on harsh chemicals. Hair growth serums offer a targeted approach, delivering active ingredients directly to the scalp for maximum impact—something regular oils or conditioners can’t achieve.
