Robbing The Holidays Never Looked So Good! Olivia Holt And Connor Swindells’ In Jingle Bell Heist Trailer | Glamsham.com

This holiday season, buckle up for a holiday movie with a spin — when romance, revenge, and robbery meet under sparkling lights and tinsel. Payback for Christmas, a fresh holiday heist rom-com, teams up Olivia Holt and Connor Swindells in an uplifting yet high-octane tale against the hectic background of London on Christmas Eve.

Olivia Holt plays Sophia, a quick-witted, street-smart shopgirl who’s done playing by the book. Sick of corporate greed and desperate to escape her soul-sucking job, she targets a daring heist — a robbery of London’s most notorious department store on its busiest night of the year. But Sophia’s not the only one with a plan.

Enter Nick, played by Barbie and Sex Education’s Connor Swindells — a dashing but hapless handyman also in dire need of an economic boost. When the two burglars collide during the middle of the heist, they’re compelled into a tenuous partnership. The reluctant union soon turns into something more as sparks fly amidst stolen jewels, security cameras, and festive mayhem.

First look at ‘Jingle Bell Heist’ starring Olivia Holt and Connor Swindells.

As their scheme unfolds, secrets lurking in the shadows look to sabotage not only the job, but also their developing relationship. With time running out and trust in jeopardy, Sophia and Nick have to determine what is more important: the flawless score or the potential for real.

Directed by a soon-to-be-announced director, Payback for Christmas combines the sentimentality of a traditional Christmas romance with the excitement of a caper heist. Featuring snappy dialogue, surprising turns, and loads of holiday pizzazz, the movie is a fresh twist on the holiday movie genre.

Payback for Christmas will become the holiday movie of the season to watch — where love could be the biggest score of all.

An Exclusive First Look at Paul Tazewell’s Costumes in ‘Wicked: For Good’

For any costume designer, a project of Wicked’s scope and scale would pose a thrilling challenge. But in Paul Tazewell’s case, he was tasked with outfitting two such movies—Wicked and Wicked: For Good—simultaneously. “It was exciting to shoot this way, to really maximize the scenery and consistency of the characters,” he says. “But it also meant that we needed to have a clear sense of the overall arc of the story.”

His work has already paid off in spades; Tazewell won an Oscar this year for his costumes in the first film. Now he’s ready to share a first look at Wicked’s highly-anticipated sequel, out on November 21.

Wicked: For Good picks up right where Wicked ended: Now vilified as the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) has fled to the Ozian forest, while Glinda (Ariana Grande) is working for the Wizard in Emerald City. “In part one, we see two young women beginning their adult lives, and making choices [about] how they want to see the world,” says Tazewell. “In Wicked: For Good, we see how they make sense of the consequences that are created in making those choices.”

LeBron James Says He Warned His Accountant Never To Steal From Him: ‘Ain’t Going To Be Good For You’

LeBron James recently opened up about his early financial fears and how his rough upbringing shaped his trust issues.

During an upcoming appearance on his wife Savannah’s podcast “Everybody’s Crazy” with co-host April McDaniel, James revealed that when he first started working with a financial advisor, he had one clear warning: “If you steal my money, bro, or if I’m broke, bro, I’m letting you know, bro, it ain’t going to be good for you.”

In the clip obtained by People, Bron explained that growing up “in the projects in Akron, Ohio, and not having sh*t” made it difficult to trust anyone.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in 'really good place'

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in ‘really good place’

by jummy84 October 13, 2025
written by jummy84

12 October 2025

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly in a “really good place”.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s divorce was finalised in January this year

The former couple – who were originally engaged from 2002 to 2004 before they split, reunited in 2021, got married in 2022, broke-up again in 2024, and then had their divorced finalised in January this year – appeared friendly with each other at the New York premiere of their new musical-thriller film Kiss of the Spider Woman on October 6, but it has been claimed a rekindled romance is not an option for them.

Speaking of the 56-year-old singer – who filed for divorce from Ben in 2024, citing irreconcilable differences – and the 53-year-old actor, a source told People: “Jennifer’s doing well. She’s focused on things that make her happy – family and work.

“She always enjoyed working with Ben, this hasn’t changed. There’s no romantic reunion with Ben.

“They’re in a really good place. They continue to support each other. They’re both proud of what they accomplished together.”

The insider’s claims come days after another source said that Jennifer and Ben have found a new balance in their relationship.

The source told Page Six: “They like each other so much more when they’re not married to each other.

“They each have roles to play with each other – she’s the glamorous, gorgeous diva superstar on a pedestal, he’s the roguish cad who keeps her at a distance to maintain sexual tension.

“As long as they are each playing their parts, they’re perfect. The minute they try to be anything more than that – especially something as pedestrian as husband and wife – it’s so doomed.”

Kiss of the Spider Woman was produced by Ben through his production company Artists Equity.

It stars Jennifer in the lead role as Ingrid Luna, also known as Aurora or The Spider Woman.

According to IMDb, the film’s synopsis reads: “Valentín, a political prisoner, shares a cell with Molina, convicted for public indecency.

“An unlikely bond forms as Molina recounts a Hollywood musical plot starring Ingrid Luna.”

And Ben gushed over his ex-wife’s “amazing” performance in the movie.

He told Extra at the premiere of Kiss of the Spider Woman: “She’s amazing in the movie. I just can’t wait for you, the audience, to see the movie. I’m as proud of this movie as any that I’ve ever been involved with. I’m really excited to be here tonight.”

“Early on in Jennifer’s involvement in this … she just was going to give it her all, and she did. She worked enormously hard.

“You get to see all of her many gifts. She’s somebody that grew up watching classic musicals.”

And Jennifer gave Ben the credit for making the movie happen.

Speaking to Today co-host Craig Melvin, 46, during an interview on the show, she said: “If it wasn’t for Ben, the movie wouldn’t have gotten made … and I will always give him that credit.”

Wicked: For Good director teases “extraordinary” reveal

by jummy84 October 12, 2025
written by jummy84

It’s only a matter of weeks until the release of Wicked: For Good, the anticipated follow-up to the box-office-smashing Wicked: Part One.

The film will see Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande reprise their leading roles as Elphaba and Glinda, with this second instalment set to be more emotional than the first. The recently released trailer surprised many fans with just how much was included, including the appearances of the Tin Man and the Scarecrow.

And it’s those character reveals that are really set to take viewers’ breath away, according to director Jon M. Chu.

Speaking during a panel talk at the London Film Festival 2025, Chu shared: “Wait until you see the Tin Man and the Scarecrow. These are not digital effects. These are real, physical makeup and hair. And it is extraordinary.

“I couldn’t show anybody here, but when you see it, when you look at it, know that there was no room for error on it. And the team that did it is just incredible.”

The glimpses we get of both characters in the trailer are definitely ones for the books, and the fact that they’re not digital effects makes them that bit more impressive. We’ll just continue patiently counting down the days until the release of Wicked: For Good for now!

After the dramatic ending of Wicked: Part One, things took quite the turn for Elphaba and Glinda as the true intentions of both the Wonderful Wizard of Oz (Jeff Goldblum) and Madame Morrible (Michelle Yeoh) became all too clear.

With the whole of Oz being indoctrinated to think of Elphaba as wicked, this upcoming second film will dig even further into the consequences for both women, who were once best friends.

Read more:

Cynthia Erivo told Variety of the second part: “We’re diving deeper into the consequences of the characters’ choices. The story is richer, and the stakes are higher. It’s not just a continuation; it’s a transformation.”

Speaking about what it was like to shoot the second film, Ariana Grande also told Variety: “Shooting For Good was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.

“It was such a long and emotional process. I kind of left my body. We filmed it over the course of a week, and it stayed with me. I haven’t even seen the final cut yet because I’m not sure I’m ready to feel all of it again.”

Wicked: For Good is scheduled for release on 21st November 2025.

Song Name – Good For You
Singer – Selena Gomez

Check out Good For You Song Lyrics ft A$AP Rocky by Selena Gomez

I’m on my 14 carats
I’m 14 carat
Doing it up like Midas
Now you say I got a touch
So good, so good
Make you never wanna leave
So don’t, so don’t

Gonna wear that dress you like, skin-tight
Do my hair up real, real nice
And syncopate my skin to your heart beating

Cause I just wanna look good for you, good for you
I just wanna look good for you, good for you
Let me show you how proud I am to be yours
Leave this dress a mess on the floor
And still look good for you, good for you

I’m on my marquise diamonds
I’m a marquise diamond
Could even make that Tiffany jealous
You say I give it to you hard
So bad, so bad
Make you never wanna leave
I won’t, I won’t

Gonna wear that dress you like, skin-tight
Do my hair up real, real nice
And syncopate my skin to how you’re breathing

Cause I just wanna look good for you, good for you
I just wanna look good for you, good for you
Let me show you how proud I am to be yours
Leave this dress a mess on the floor
And still look good for you, good for you

Trust me, I can take you there
Trust me, I can take you there
Trust me, I, trust me, I, trust me, I

Hold on, take a minute, love
Cause I ain’t trying to f*ck your image up
Like we mess around in triple cuffs
Stumble ’round town, pull your zipper up
Pants sag like I don’t give a
I ain’t trying to f*ck your business up
And I ain’t trying to get you into stuff
But the way you touchin’ on me in the club
Rubbin’ on my miniature

John Hancock, f*ck the signature
Any time I hit it, know she finna fall through
And every time we get up, always end up on the news
Ain’t worried bout no press and ain’t worried bout the next bitch
They love the way you dress and ain’t got shit up on you
Jackpot, hit the jackpot
Just met a bad b*tch without the a** shots
You look good, girl, you know you did good, don’t you?
You look good, girl, bet it feel good, don’t it?

Cause I just wanna look good for you, good for you
Baby, let me be good to you, good to you
Let me show you how proud I am to be yours
Leave this dress a mess on the floor
And still look good for you, good for you

Trust me, I, trust me, I, trust me, I

‘Knees Are a Private Business’: Bill Nighy on Good Trousers, Terrible Advice, and His Love of Knitwear

by jummy84 October 11, 2025
written by jummy84

My first introduction to Bill Nighy came via the vaguely lecherous “washed-up pop star” he so expertly plays in the backbone of the British Christmas canon, Love Actually. I was probably (definitely) too young to understand any of the jokes, but since that first fateful viewing, I’ve watched it enough times to recite the script start to finish—a limited-use party trick that’s not particularly enjoyable for whoever’s watching it with me. And, though my repertoire of comfort films has grown, Nighy has remained a constant: whether I’m hysterically crying through About Time or rewatching Emma and Chalet Girl for the millionth time, his unique breed of British stoicism and understated style is always there.

Beyond his extensive acting credits, Nighy has become quietly famous for his no-nonsense opinions on the machinations of life and regular sightings in and around London cafés. Meanwhile, his penchant for clothes has led to a partnership with the heritage knitwear brand John Smedley. The love story between Nighy and Smedley dates back over five decades, though it’s only recently that the actor has stepped out of the role of long-time wearer and into the creative collaborator seat to produce a collection of ’40s-inspired twinsets and long johns, in addition to the merino and cashmere classics.

With its discreet doodles and a “Stay Modern” mantra woven into the collection, Nighy hopes he “hasn’t done anything to disturb the average customer,” adding that “the people who buy John Smedley are pretty committed to the brand, but I’ve committed to crimes.” And for anyone in need of more sage soundbites from the star, you’re in luck: he’s just launched the podcast Ill-Advised by Bill Nighy, which allows listeners to call in for words of wisdom, no matter how trivial. Getting a head start on proceedings, Vogue sat down with Nighy to discuss his mod origins, what makes a decent pair of trousers, and why it’s never acceptable to be sock-less.

Scary Good: How Hollywood’s Most Talented Costume Designers Bring Horror Films to Life

by jummy84 October 9, 2025
written by jummy84

Later this month, Vogue World: Hollywood will take place on the iconic Paramount Pictures Studio lot in Los Angeles. The show will celebrate the rich conversation between film and fashion, while featuring the work of renowned Hollywood costume designers such as Colleen Atwood, Ruth E. Carter, Arianne Phillips, and more. In anticipation of the grand event (and in honor of spooky season) we couldn’t help but think of the role costume design has played in horror films over the years. Sure, more glamorous or historically-accurate fashion may come to mind when you think of costuming for the big screen, but for those who have leaned into more macabre creations, the end results have been just as thrilling.

If you think about it, strong costumes are a must for a well-executed scary movie (though a great score and special effects will help, too). For years, costumers have been creating spooky serial killers—from Ghostface to Michael Myers—and conjuring up original designs that remain seared into our brains (and promt some of us to look under the bed each night). Take the hockey mask-wearing Jason, or Freddy Krueger in his striped Christmas sweater and knives-for-fingers. Both came to fruition thanks to a costume designer.
