Deepika Padukone’s Latest Post With Shah Rukh Khan Sparks Speculations About Kalki 2898 AD Sequel | Glamsham.com

Just days after her unexpected exit from the Kalki 2898 AD sequel, Deepika Padukone has shifted the spotlight with a powerful Instagram post, confirming her role in Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film King. The post, which many online have interpreted as a graceful yet pointed response to the recent controversy, features a close-up shot of Deepika holding SRK’s hand. Her caption read:

“The very first lesson he taught me almost 18 years ago while filming Om Shanti Om was that the experience of making a movie, and the people you make it with, matter far more than its success.”

Reddit users were quick to catch the timing and tone. On a thread dissecting the post, one user wrote, “She called in the final boss to end all the PR drama,” referring to SRK. Others praised the elegance of her response. “She showed them how to respond with grace and dignity. The subtle flex—chef’s kiss,” wrote another. Comments ranged from admiration—“Deepika ate with this post”—to clever digs at her former collaborators: “Deepika: 2, Tollywood: 0.”

The post is widely seen as a veiled response to Kalki 2898 AD producers Vyjayanthi Movies, who recently stated they had “parted ways” with Deepika after “careful consideration,” citing the film’s need for a “higher level of commitment.”

The fallout triggered speculation about scheduling conflicts or creative differences. But with one powerful photo and a nostalgic quote, Deepika appears to have taken control of the narrative.

Her upcoming film King will be directed by Siddharth Anand and features a stellar cast, including Suhana Khan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Arshad Warsi, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Abhay Verma.

Deepika is also set to star opposite Allu Arjun in director Atlee’s upcoming action project, tentatively titled AA22xA6.

Check out Symmetry Song Lyrics by Ed Sheeran

I don’t know
Where you’ve been
Cracked the code of feeling
We’re alone two silhouettes just touching skin
This is how it begins

Keep me awake till darkness
Turns into day here
I don’t care about time
Just give me your night
We’re making a painting
A candlestick
Or two faces
Put your heart into mine
Just give me your night

Symmetry
Symmetry

We’ll explode in this space
Feel the glow of the flame
Tracing roads straight from your neck
Down to your waist
Kill control let it play

Keep me awake till darkness
Turns into day here
I don’t care about time
Just give me your night
We’re making a painting
A candlestick
Or two faces
Put your heart into mine
Just give me your night

Symmetry
Symmetry
Symmetry

Push up the ceiling
Push up push up
Push up the ceiling
Push up push up
Push up the ceiling
Push up push up
Push up the ceiling
Symmetry

Push up the ceiling
Push up push up
Push up the ceiling
Push up push up
Push up the ceiling
Push up push up
Push up the ceiling

Keep me awake till darkness

Kim Woo-Bin And Bae Suzy’s Witty Dialogues In ‘Genie, Make A Wish’ | Glamsham.com

Netflix has released the official trailer for its highly anticipated series Genie, Make a Wish, starring Kim Woo-bin and Suzy — and the internet is buzzing over their electric chemistry.

Premiering October 3, just ahead of the Chuseok holiday, the fantasy romantic comedy centers on Genie (Kim Woo-bin), a mischievous spirit who awakens after a thousand-year slumber, and Ga-young (Suzy), a stoic woman who has no interest in wishes, magic, or love.

What begins as a typical three-wish setup soon twists into a high-stakes wager. Genie, known for corrupting mortals with their own desires, meets his match in Ga-young — a woman so emotionally detached she challenges his belief that every human eventually gives in to temptation. She proposes a deadly game: a best-of-five contest to prove him wrong. If she loses, she’ll make all three wishes and let him end her life.

The trailer, released on September 18, teases their unpredictable dynamic — from verbal sparring to a heart-stopping kiss — and a relationship that shifts between sharp banter and simmering emotion.

Supporting them is a standout ensemble cast including Ahn Eun-jin, Go Kyu-pil, Lee Joo-young, and Noh Sang-hyun, who plays Soo-hyun, a grim reaper with a vested interest in Ga-young’s fate. His reappearance reopens ancient wounds with Genie, raising the emotional and supernatural stakes.

As the story unfolds, viewers glimpse a wider web of characters drawn to the lamp and its seductive promises, suggesting that the tale of three wishes may spiral into something far more complex.

“Genie, Make a Wish is about temptation, resistance, and the cost of desire,” says writer Kim Eun-sook. “It’s a fantasy, but one grounded in very human choices — and a finale that will stay with you.”

Pan-India Dream | When The Cracks Began To Show | Part 2 | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 September 21, 2025
written by jummy84

If the first wave of pan-India films created hysteria, the second wave has met with sobering reality. The sheen of cross-industry casting is fading, exposed by projects that could not match their own hype.

The most striking case is Yash Raj Films’ War 2. On paper, it looked unmissable — Bollywood’s Hrithik Roshan paired with Telugu megastar NTR Jr, wrapped in the sheen of the YRF Spy Universe. The film opened strong, but within a week the numbers were sliding. Despite its global release and multi-language promotions, the film ended up bleeding money. What stung more than the financial loss was the collateral damage: YRF’s ambitious spin-off centered on NTR’s character, pitched as the South’s gateway into the Spy Universe, was quietly shelved. The promise of a long-term partnership dissolved overnight.

THIS IS WAR There will be CARNAGE in theatres today. Proud of #War2 and can’t wait to see your reactions to this entertainer. Only in cinemas near you in Hindi, Telugu & Tamil.

Down south, a similar story unfolded. Rajinikanth’s Coolie was meant to be more than another superstar vehicle; it was also a platform for Aamir Khan to step into Tamil cinema, if only for a cameo. The plan was clear — build momentum for a larger project between Aamir and director Lokesh Kanagaraj, a fusion of Bollywood perfectionism with Tamil storytelling bravado. But the cameo landed with a thud, failing to ignite either hype or box office fireworks. Soon after, the much-hyped Aamir–Lokesh project was shelved.

And then came the tremors from Kalki 2898 AD. The sci-fi epic was perhaps the most ambitious Indian production in years, and Deepika Padukone was its beating heart on the Bollywood front. But as the sequel geared up, news broke that Deepika had walked away. The producers issued a polite statement about “commitment,” but trade whispers told a murkier tale — a reduced role, fee disputes, and working condition demands that clashed with the production’s scale. What was intended to be a flagship pan-India saga suddenly found itself stripped of its leading lady.

These are not small hiccups; they are symptoms. Together, they suggest that the very model of pan-India filmmaking — built on inflated budgets, cross-industry star casting, and franchise planning — is facing resistance. The cracks are now visible, and the industry is watching closely.

Stay tuned for Part 3

Rangeela Reunion? Ram Gopal Varma And Aamir Khan’s Latest Pic Sparks Collaboration Rumors! | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 September 21, 2025
written by jummy84

Ram Gopal Varma and Aamir Khan have created a social media buzz following a recent photo of the two men that went viral, signaling a possible collaboration. Posted by Varma on his X (previously Twitter) account, the snap was captioned, “Me with my RANGEELA man,” immediately creating speculation. The fans swarmed the comments section in a frenzy, a majority penning “Rangeela 2 loading” and posting heart emojis. The buzz arrives as the cult film Rangeela, featuring Aamir, Urmila Matondkar, and Jackie Shroff, marked its 28th anniversary.

Aamir Khan’s performance of Munna in Rangeela is one of his most nostalgic acts. With his penchant for authenticity, Aamir did not stop at anything to get into character. He lived among the slums of Mumbai, socializing with real-life taporis to learn their language, body language, and attitude. His intention was not only to play the role but to live it—making Munna’s lines feel spontaneous and unplanned. The outcome was a performance that even today continues to touch hearts of viewers years after its release.

In the meantime, Aamir has also given a thrilling update on his much-awaited dream project, the Mahabharat. On Game Changers with Komal Nahta, he shared that work on the epic finally commenced at a groundwork level. He called the film a “yagna” and revealed that the idea has been lingering in his mind for more than 25–30 years. The scripting process will start in the next two months. For Aamir, the project is not a mere film—it’s a spiritual and personal experience which he believes is the most significant work of his life.

Professionally, Aamir Khan was seen most recently in Sitaare Zameen Par, a thematically follow-up to his 2007 blockbuster Taare Zameen Par, extending the legacy of effective and emotive storytelling.

Movie Review Nishaanchi | Masala Meets Grit | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 September 21, 2025
written by jummy84

Movie: Nishaanchi
Director: Anurag Kashyap
Cast: Aaishvary Thackeray, Vedika Pinto, Monika Panwar, Kumud Mishra, Vineet Kumar Singh, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub, Rajesh Kumar, Durgesh Kumar, Gaurav Singh
Music: Manan Bhardwaj, Anurag Saikia, Aaishvary Thackeray, Dhruv Ghanekar, Nishikar Chibber, Piyush Mishra, Hitesh Sonik, Deepak & Parimal
Runtime: 2hrs 59m
Theatrical Release Date: 19 September 2025

A story of twin brothers torn between crime and conscience, Anurag Kashyap’s Nishaanchi follows Babloo and Dabloo (Aaishvary Thackeray) as they tread starkly different paths. One is lured into the underworld, the other wrestles with morality and loyalty. Between them lies a turbulent mix of family duty, betrayal, and love, embodied by Manjari (Monika Panwar) and Rinku (Vedika Pinto). While Manjari is the twins’ mother, Rinku plays Babloo’s love interest. The film positions itself as a classic Hindi melodrama, though layered with Kashyap’s unmistakable grit.

The film marks the acting debut of Aaishvary Thackeray. In his double role as Babloo and Dabloo, he shoulders the film’s emotional and moral weight. Beyond acting, Aaishvary also contributes musically — he composed and sang for the film, including his quirky track ‘Pigeon Kabootar’. Opposite him, Vedika Pinto — remembered as the ‘Liggi girl’ from Ritviz’s music video — takes her first steps into mainstream cinema.

Set in Kanpur, Nishaanchi wears its milieu with authenticity, soaked in the dust and dialect of Uttar Pradesh. Kashyap draws on the vocabulary of 60s–80s Hindi cinema — grand emotional arcs, love triangles, betrayal, action, and moral dilemmas. At just one minute shy of three hours, the film aims for operatic sweep. Sylvester Fonseca’s cinematography captures the rustic setting with a mix of stylization and realism, while the soundtrack fuses Aaishvary’s own contributions with a broader masala palette.

Much of the buzz may revolve around Aaishvary Thackeray’s double debut, but it is Monika Panwar who quietly delivers the film’s most commanding presence. As Manjari — mother of the twins and wife of wrestler Jabardast Singh (Vineet Kumar Singh) — she becomes the film’s true nishaanchi, a sharpshooter whose rifle serves as both weapon and metaphor. Panwar balances raw toughness with layered vulnerability, embodying a lived-in strength that anchors the story. In a world overrun by crime, betrayal, and toxic masculinity, her presence is calm, controlled, and at times almost mythic.

Compared to the flamboyance of Babloo’s exploits or the moral anguish of Dabloo, Manjari radiates quiet dominance. Her sharpshooter’s eye becomes a symbol of clarity in a murky world where others are clouded by ego and desire. Panwar dwarfs the twins not through spectacle but through subtlety — an economy of gesture, a silencing stare, and gravitas that only comes when a performer fully inhabits her role. In Kashyap’s inversion of genre convention, it is the mother figure who wields the ultimate power, turning the rifle into an instrument of justice rather than destruction. If Aaishvary’s debut proves his potential, it is Panwar who gives Nishaanchi its weight — arguably its most memorable takeaway.

Still, Aaishvary impresses with rustic screen presence and confident command of local dialects. If he charts his journey wisely, this debut could position him as a next-generation Bhiku Mhatre. Supporting the central arc, Kumud Mishra brings gravitas as Ambika Prasad, his dialogue delivery and facial restraint lending the film a grounded seriousness.

By now, Anurag Kashyap films constitute a genre of their own — a heady blend of grit, layered characters, and hinterland textures that his audience instantly recognizes. Nishaanchi sits squarely in that comfort zone, offering Kashyap loyalists the tonal familiarity they expect. It can also be seen as a thematic extension — or even a counterpoint — to his most iconic work, Gangs of Wasseypur.

What makes the film especially intriguing is the sense that Kashyap may be holding something back. A post-credit note hinting at “Part 2” suggests that his larger, more subversive ideas might only surface in the sequel.

For now, Nishaanchi feels like a bold straddle — part mass entertainer, part auteur cinema. It is nostalgic yet experimental, rewarding for Kashyap’s fans but less likely to resonate with generic audiences seeking lighter festive fare. Its dark tones and dense narrative place it firmly in Kashyap’s world — demanding, provocative, and ultimately divisive.

The Bads Of Bollywood Ending: Aasmaan And Karishma’s Relationship Gets A Surprising Twist | Glamsham.com

Aryan Khan’s directorial venture, The Ba*ds of Bollywood, has made waves since its release on September 18. Featuring Lakshya Lalwani, Raghav Juyal, and Bobby Deol in central roles, the series has received acclaim for its dramatic storytelling and engaging storyline. Things take a dramatic and emotional turn in the finale, filled with twists that rework the tale’s center.

The climax starts with Aasmaan Singh (Lakshya Lalwani) being arrested following a fiery argument with experienced actor Ajay Talvar (Bobby Deol) during an awards ceremony. Soon, the actual motive of their altercation is revealed—Ajay got Aasmaan out of a Karan Johar movie. The astounding reality is a stun for Karishma Talvar (Sahher Bambba), Ajay’s daughter, and she goes on a spree of rebellion and gets confined within the house.

Once Aasmaan posts bail, he gets a call from Karishma who reveals how she feels for him. His best friend Parvez (Raghav Juyal) helps him sneak into the Talvar house and rescue her. There is a high-speed chase in a car with Ajay chasing them wildly. The three of them finally reach an old movie studio where a lawyer stands waiting to marry Aasmaan and Karishma.

Just prior to the ceremony, Ajay and Aasmaan’s mother, Neeta (Mona Singh), both arrive. In a dramatic confrontation, Neeta discloses that she had a past relationship with Ajay—making Aasmaan their son and Karishma his sister. She also confesses that she had asked Ajay to have Aasmaan taken off the film to keep the secret safe.

The climax leaves relationships broken and secrets out, leaving the way open for what lies ahead.

The Real Reason Behind Salman Khan’s Sudden Departure From Battle Of Galwan Sets Revealed | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 September 20, 2025
written by jummy84

Having completed a difficult shoot in Ladakh, Salman Khan will start the second schedule of his action drama Battle of Galwan next week in Mumbai. Apoorva Lakhia directs the film, which dramatizes the 2020 Galwan Valley skirmish between Indian and Chinese forces—a fierce hand-to-hand battle that turned the tide of recent Indian military history.

As per Pinkvilla, the Mumbai schedule will be among the most important in the film and comprise both intense action sequences and emotional scenes. One source shared that Salman and the team shot in extreme conditions in Ladakh, where temperatures went as low as 10°C and oxygen levels didn’t rise beyond being dangerous. Though Salman had some minor health issues, the actor persevered to finish his portion of work in the 45-day Ladakh shoot schedule, working 15 days on the set.

The next schedule will witness the cast switching over to controlled sets, where they can concentrate on the patriotic action as well as the emotional core of the film. Salman has taken a brief halt to recuperate before going back to work.

In July, fans saw Battle of Galwan for the first time through a motion poster that gave Khan a rugged, battle-hardened appearance. With blood on his face, a stern moustache, and resolute eyes, the teaser promised a performance based on strength, sacrifice, and country pride—against the background of a tense military environment.

The movie hopes to be a moving tribute to India’s military forces, bringing attention to an unusual and heart-wrenching incident in contemporary military history. Although the release date has not been announced, the hype surrounding Battle of Galwan indicates that it will be one of Salman Khan’s most gripping and significant performances to date.

Movie Review Jolly LLB 3 | Entertaining & Socially Relevant | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 September 20, 2025
written by jummy84

Movie: Jolly LLB 3
Director: Subhash Kapoor
Cast: Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Amrita Rao, Huma Qureshi, Seema Biswas, Gajraj Rao, Ram Kapoor
Theatrical Release Date
Run Time: 2hrs 37mins

The third installment of Subhash Kapoor’s Jolly LLB franchise shifts the battle of wits to Bikaner, Rajasthan, where a farmer, Rajaram Solanki, refuses to part with his ancestral land for industrialist Haribhai Khaitan’s ambitious “Bikaner to Boston” project. After losing his case in a local court and being falsely maligned with accusations of illicit relations with his daughter-in-law, Rajaram succumbs to despair and takes his own life. His widow, Janki Rajaram Solanki (Seema Biswas), refuses to surrender to the system and pursues justice with unyielding resolve. Her determination sets the stage for the unthinkable—convincing both Akshay Kumar’s Jagdishwar “Jolly” Mishra and Arshad Warsi’s Jagdish Tyagi to take up her cause, drawing them into a courtroom confrontation that becomes the film’s driving force under the watchful eye of Judge Sunder Lal Tripathi (Saurabh Shukla).

Looking back at the franchise’s trajectory, the original Jolly LLB introduced Arshad Warsi as the scrappy Delhi lawyer whose brush with a high-profile hit-and-run case exposed the rot of privilege, corruption, and inefficiency in the legal system, with humour and moral grit shaping its impact. The sequel shifted to Lucknow, with Akshay Kumar stepping in as Jagdishwar Mishra and raising the stakes through a widow’s fight against fake police encounters and wrongful killings, a narrative sharpened by pointed commentary on state power, religion, and systemic inertia while retaining satirical flair. In Jolly LLB 3, Kapoor delivers both Jollys together, creating a unique conflict where the two constantly spar, representing divergent approaches to justice—one rooted in idealism, the other in pragmatism. This “double Jolly” format offers continuity for fans through the return of familiar faces like Judge Tripathi and the wives, Sandhya (Amrita Rao) and Pushpa (Huma Qureshi), while refreshing the dynamic with a rivalry that soon evolves into reluctant teamwork.

The thematic pivot this time is land usurpation and the misuse of the legal system against marginalized farmers, a subject that resonates with contemporary anxieties about industrialization and displacement. The first half plays lighter, leaning into the comic banter of the two lawyers vying for clients, before the second half gradually deepens into courtroom gravity, where humour sharpens the absurdities of the system without undermining the stakes. Dialogues cut to the bone, from references to farmers’ suicides and the inadequacy of MSP to Judge Tripathi’s striking remark about the “letter and spirit” of the law. Even fleeting mentions, such as making agriculture a compulsory subject in schools or recalling the Green Revolution, leave the audience with pointed reminders of farmers’ centrality to India’s future.

Yet the film is not without flaws. The script is built with convenience, never allowing one Jolly to outshine the other, and in striving to balance them equally, it risks feeling formulaic. The absence of a truly formidable courtroom opponent blunts the dramatic edge, with Haribhai’s menace felt more outside the court than within it. Still, the widow’s plight is handled with weight and conviction, keeping the emotional core intact and anchoring the narrative beyond the lawyers’ sparring.

Ultimately, Jolly LLB 3 is entertaining in parts and socially relevant in essence. It may not carry the freshness of the first film or the sharper bite of the second, but it draws attention to the widening urban–rural divide, the anxieties of land acquisition, and the inequities between the affluent and the marginalized. Subhash Kapoor retains his signature blend of satire, humour, and moral crusade, and while the execution is uneven, the film resonates beyond fiction by reminding us, in its concluding notes, just how deeply farmers remain woven into the lives of everyone.

Pawan Kalyan’s OG: Telangana Govt Approves Whopping Ticket Hike And Special Shows | Glamsham.com

by jummy84 September 20, 2025

The upcoming gangster action drama They Call Him OG, starring Pawan Kalyan, has received a significant boost in Telangana ahead of its release. The state government has officially approved a ticket price hike and permitted an early premiere show, generating excitement and debate across the Telugu states.

As per a government order issued on Friday, a special premiere show is allowed on September 24, a day before the official release. Tickets for this premiere will be priced at ₹800. In contrast, Andhra Pradesh has cleared early shows only from 1 AM on September 25, with ticket prices set at ₹1000 — a move that has sparked dissatisfaction among fans.

From September 25 to October 4, Telangana will see increased ticket prices: single-screen tickets will be ₹100 higher, and multiplex prices will rise by ₹150. This brings average rates to ₹277 for single screens and ₹445 for multiplexes. While fans in Telangana welcomed the decision, social media saw backlash from Andhra Pradesh viewers who called for a more uniform policy across both states.

Directed by Sujeeth, They Call Him OG stars Pawan Kalyan as Ojas Gambheera, a feared gangster operating in Mumbai. The film also features Emraan Hashmi (in his Telugu debut), Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, and Prakash Raj. Produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under DVV Entertainment, the film’s music is composed by Thaman S.

The film is already creating waves overseas. In the U.S., advance bookings are strong, with OG outselling Pushpa 2 at Cinemark Dallas. Distributor Prathyangira Cinemas has lined up a massive North American release across 89 Cinemark XD locations — possibly crossing 100, setting a new record for Telugu films abroad.

They Call Him OG hits theatres worldwide on September 25.
