“Something bad’s coming…” HBO Max has finally unveiled the creepy full official trailer for IT: Welcome to Derry, a brand new horror spin-off series based on the two IT movies from 2017 & 2019. This has been in development for years, finally debuting for streaming starting in October – just in time for horror season. This prequel series about Pennywise the Clown is set back in the 1960s, leading up to the events of the first movie. The director of the movies, Andy Muschietti, developed this with his sister, Barbara Muschietti. IT: Welcome to Derry stars Taylour Paige, Jovan Adepo, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Stephen Rider, Madeleine Stowe, Rudy Mancuso, and Bill Skarsgård returning to his role. This trailer shows more of what’s going on in this town – stories involving kids and the military and a disappearance. And eventually the arrival of the alien creature that becomes Pennywise. They’re playing this as the Origins of Pennywise the Clown series. As expected, this has tons of scary shots – especially in the final 20 seconds. Watch out. 🎈

Here’s the main official trailer (+ posters) for HBO Max’s series IT: Welcome to Derry, from YouTube:

Have Mercy & Check Out These 25 Secrets About Full House

by jummy84 September 22, 2025
written by jummy84

Lest you think Coulier came up with his “Cut. It. Out” catchphrase by himself, or had it written for him in the Full House writer’s room, the comedian has admitted that he lifted it wholesale from a pal.

During his time as a comedy duo with friend Mark Cendrowski prior to the show, it was Cendrowski who, while playing a suave character, would tell women in the audience, “You’re in love with me, now cut. It. Out.”

As Coulier revealed to Buzzfeed back in 2014, “I told him, ‘I’m going to steal that. I’m going to use that someday.’ And he said, ‘Ah, you can’t steal that.’ So I starred on a show on Nickelodeon called Out of Control and it became my hook on the show. And when Full House started, I just brought it over and it stuck.”

“This is Alaska – there’s no perimeter. People up here are different.” This looks wild! Something big going on. Apple TV+ has debuted the full official trailer for a new thriller series titled The Last Frontier. Ready to watch streaming on Apple TV+ starting on October 10th this fall. Still reminds me of both Con-Air and The Grey (the 2011 Liam Neeson survival film). U.S. Marshal Frank Remnick’s jurisdiction is turned upside-down when a prison transport plane crashes somewhere out in the remote wilderness, setting free dozens of violent inmates. Tasked with protecting the town he’s vowed to keep safe, he suspects the crash wasn’t an accident, but the first step of a well-crafted plan with far-reaching and devastating implications. Uh that’s scary! Jason Clarke stars as Remnick, along with Dominic Cooper, Haley Bennett, Simone Kessell, Dallas Goldtooth, Tait Blum, & Alfre Woodard. Also can see Clifton Collins Jr. on the plane. With episodes directed by filmmakers John Curran (director of the movies The Painted Veil, Stone, Tracks, Chappaquiddick, Mercy Road) and Sam Hargrave (of Extraction 1 & 2). There is a LOT going on in this series! Much more than just a story about rounding up prisoners in the Alaskan wilderness. Worth a watch.

Here’s the main official trailer (+ poster) for Apple TV+’s new series The Last Frontier, from YouTube:

Kate Beckinsale Stars in Action Thriller Trash ‘Stolen Girl’ Full Trailer

“They need you on these jobs.” Vertical and Voltage Pictures have unveiled an official trailer for an action thriller movie titled Stolen Girl, arriving to watch later this month. Another one of these super obviously, poorly shot, entirely cliche action movies being dumped VOD soon. Though someone will inevitably say it’s a good movie anyway. To top it off, it’s directed by a TV director who has barely ever done any action or any real feature films before. Is he the only they could get to make this junk? Supposedly based on a true story, an American woman spends more than ten years tracking down her daughter who was abducted and taken to the Middle East by the child’s father. Their big mission takes them to Beirut, where they’re pulled into a treacherous web of international espionage, betrayal, and corruption. Stolen Girl stars Kate Beckinsale, Scott Eastwood, Jordan Duvigneau, Matt Craven, & Arvin Kananian. This looks as terrible as any movie can – and it looks like blatant propaganda to always keep people afraid of “others”. Avoid at all costs.

Here’s the official trailer (+ poster) for James Kent’s action thriller Stolen Girl, direct from YouTube:

Stolen Girl Action Thriller Trailer

Stolen Girl Action Thriller Trailer

Based on extraordinary real-life events, Stolen Girl follows a determined mother, Mara (Kate Beckinsale), whose world is shattered when her ex-husband, Karim, abducts their young daughter, Amina, and flees to the Middle East. Desperate to bring her child home, Mara teams up with Robeson (Scott Eastwood), an enigmatic ex-marine & child abduction specialist. Their mission leads to Beirut, where they’re pulled into a treacherous web of international espionage, betrayal, and corruption. As time runs out, Mara faces the hardest choice of her life—reclaiming her daughter or leaving her behind for her own safety. Stolen Girl is directed by British TV director / filmmaker James Kent, director of the TV movies Witchcrave, Margaret, The Thirteenth Tale, The Aftermath, La Voix Humaine, + many TV series including “The Capture”, “Fellow Travelers”, “Lost Boys & Fairies” recently. The screenplay is written by Kas Graham and Rebecca Pollock. Produced by Monika Bacardi, Andrea Iervolino, Scott Lambert, Luca Matrundola, and Frida Torresblanco. Vertical debuts Kent’s Stolen Girl movie in select US theaters + on VOD starting September 26th, 2025.

Leighton Meester and Adam Brody’s 2025 Emmys Prep Was Full of Laugh Attacks, Tunes, and Skincare

Everybody wants this glow-up! Leighton Meester and Adam Brody turned heads at the 2025 Emmy Awards at Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, California on Sept. 14, but before the couple hit the red carpet, they indulged in pre-show rituals that set the tone for the night.

Celebrity makeup artist Bethany McCarty and groomer Kim Verbeck shared all the behind-the-scenes details on the pair’s prep with ET, which was equal parts fun and equal parts glam.

Maya Dehlin Spach/WireImage

Before the actor and actress slipped into their coordinating Prada ensembles, with Brody in a pale blue suit and Meester in a baby pink gown, the beauty pros perfected radiant looks for the duo.

“With Leighton, we used the Bubble cleanser, layered serums, cream, and eye cream for a fresh, dewy base,” McCarty explains. …If we have time, I’ll do some light lymphatic drainage massage while applying cream to de-puff and wake up circulation. If not, I keep the application gentle but intentional.”

For Brody, the approach was just as thoughtful. “I always like to start with the cleanest skin possible and then move into the most moisturized,” Verbeck shares. “After applying the Enhanse Super Moisture, I use a couple massage techniques to get rid of tension and add some lymphatic drainage.”

Their meticulous pre-show routines ensured both stars shined on and off camera.

“Good skin prep is everything. It keeps makeup seamless, fresh, and youthful without any heaviness or creasing,” McCarty says. “The better the skin looks, the less makeup you need.”

Verbeck adds, “The entire grooming process is usually around 30-40 minutes and ultimately, I get the skin to a matte finish for the event.”

Once their luminous skin was set, the Gossip Girl went on to fully embrace a retro prom aesthetic.

“Leighton’s ’60s inspired gown alongside Adam’s tux led us to a classic cat eye, rosy cheeks, a matte lip, a hint of shimmer to echo her dress, and a soft nod to Brigitte Bardot with her hair,” McCarty shares.

And the energy in the room was just as vibrant as their get-ups.

“It’s always a fun vibe with our whole crew,” Verbeck dishes. “There’s always music playing and we’re all making each other laugh and having good conversation.”

McCarty continues, “It honestly feels like playing dress-up with a friend. We have at least one major laughing attack, catch up about life and our kids, and just have fun.”

Charlie Hunnam Is Nightmarish in Full Trailer

by jummy84 September 15, 2025
written by jummy84

Charlie Hunnam has fully transformed into a monster in the full trailer for Monster: The Ed Gein Story.

Hunnam plays the haunting serial killer in the third season of Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan‘s Netflix horror anthology series, and the official and full trailer (below) lives up to the streamer hyping this season as the most harrowing yet in the Monster franchise. All episodes release Oct. 3.

Gein’s horrific legacy inspired Psycho, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and The Silence of the Lambs, becoming the “blueprint for modern horror.” The first footage had explored Gein’s house-of-horrors home being investigated by police who were so disturbed, they could barely go through what they found, and ended with a haunting conversation between Gein and his mother, who is played by Laurie Metcalf.

The official trailer now exposes Gein’s nightmarish proclivities, as he is seen committing several murders and literally trying on (and dancing around in) the skins of his victims. Hunnam also reveals the mannerisms and voice he took on to play Gein, which he previously spoke about when discussing his research for the part.

Monster: The Ed Gein Story follows the first two Monster seasons, The Jeffrey Dahmer Story and the Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, respectively. Each cycle of the franchise tackles a different true-crime story, following the massive success of the series’ 2022 debut.

Gein is the serial murderer and body snatcher often referred to as “the Butcher of Plainfield” who gained notoriety in the 1950s for his crimes. The logline explains that “driven by isolation, psychosis and an all-consuming obsession with his mother, Gein’s perverse crimes birthed a new kind of monster that would haunt Hollywood for decades.”

The cast for Monster: The Ed Gein Story also includes Tom Hollander (as Alfred Hitchcock) and Suzanna Son, with Vicky Krieps, Olivia Williams, Lesley Manville, Joey Pollari, Charlie Hall, Tyler Jacob Moore, Mimi Kennedy, Will Brill and Robin Weigert.

Executive producers include co-creators Murphy and Brennan, along with Max Winkler, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson, Nissa Diederich, Louise Shore, Carl Franklin and Hunnam. Brennan and Max Winkler are directors on the series.

“You’re the one who can’t look away…” Netflix has revealed the full official trailer for the scary new horror series titled Monster: The Ed Gein Story, the third season of Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan’s ongoing “Monster” series for Netflix. This time they’re focusing on the infamous, iconic serial killer known as Ed Gein, the basis for Hitchcock’s Psycho and Hooper’s Texas Chain Saw Massacre (and many other horror stories). This is a fictionalized version of his real story, embellished to make into a Netflix series, not a true crime doc – starring Charlie Hunnam as Eddie Gein. Hunnam adds: “This is going to be the really human, tender, unflinching, no-holds-barred exploration of who Ed was and what he did. But who he was being at the center of it, rather than what he did.” Murphy adds: “The thesis of every season is: are monsters born or are they made? I think in Ed’s case, it’s probably a little of both.” Monster: The Ed Gein Story tells the story of how one simple man in Plainfield, WI became history’s most singular ghoul. He revealed to the world the most horrific truth of all: monsters aren’t born, they’re made… by us. Also stars Tom Hollander, Laurie Metcalf, & Suzanna Son. Plus: Vicky Krieps, Olivia Williams, Lesley Manville, Joey Pollari, Charlie Hall, Tyler Jacob Moore, Mimi Kennedy, Will Brill, Robin Weigert. This looks freaky! Hunnam looks quite scary…

Here’s the two trailers (+ posters) for Netflix’s horror series Monster: The Ed Gein Story, via YouTube:

Monster: The Ed Gein Story Poster

Monster: The Ed Gein Story Poster

“You’re the one that can’t look away.” Serial killer. Grave robber. Psycho. In the frozen fields of 50s rural Wisconsin, a friendly, mild-mannered recluse named Eddie Gein (starring Charlie Hunnam) lived quietly on a decaying farm – hiding a house of horrors so gruesome it would redefine the American nightmare. Driven by isolation, psychosis & an all-consuming obsession with his mother, Ed’s perverse crimes birthed a new kind of monster that would haunt Hollywood for decades. From Psycho to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre to The Silence of the Lambs, Gein’s macabre legacy gave birth to fictional monsters born in his image and ignited a cultural obsession with the criminally deviant. Ed Gein didn’t just influence a genre — he became the blueprint for modern horror. Monster: The Ed Gein Story (and the on-going “Monster” series) is created by storytellers Ryan Murphy & Ian Brennan (“Glee”, “Scream Queens”, “Hollywood”, “The Politician”, “Ratched”, “The Watcher”). With episodes written and directed by Ian Brennan; and other episodes directed by filmmaker Max Winkler. Exec produced by Ryan Murphy, Ian Brennan, Max Winkler, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson, Nissa Diederich, Louise Shore, Carl Franklin, Charlie Hunnam. Netflix will debut Monster: The Ed Gein Story series streaming on Netflix starting on October 3rd, 2025 coming up.

“Is it too late for me to train myself to run faster?” GKids has debuted the main official US trailer for the highly anticipated anime film titled 100 Meters, from filmmaker Kenji Iwaisawa (On-Gaku: Our Sound) as his latest project. It’s opening in Japan this week then will hit theaters in the US this October. It will play in limited theaters with a special event nationwide for only a few days (Oct 12-14) if anyone wants to catch this on the big screen. Gifted runner Togashi dominates 100m races until transfer student Komiya arrives. As he helps teach him and improve his technique, it also motivates him to train harder. “In teaching him, Togashi gives Komiya a new purpose: to win no matter what.” Years later, they compete as rivals on the racetrack, revealing their true selves. Featuring music by Hiroaki Tsutsumi. The main voice cast includes Shouta Sometani and Tori Matsuzaka. The film isn’t just about a rivalry between these two boys, it’s also about discovering your own limits & what drives you as a person. For them – it’s about winning! Get a look below.

100 Meters follows Togashi, a track star who is born to run. As a kid, he is naturally gifted and wins every 100-meter race without much effort. But in 6th grade, he meets Komiya, a transfer student who is full of determination but lacks technique. In teaching him, Togashi gives him a new purpose: to win no matter what. Years pass by, and Togashi and Komiya meet again later as rivals on the track and reveal their true selves. 100 Meters, originally known as ひゃくえむ。 or Hyakuemu in Japanese, is directed by Japanese animation filmmaker Kenji Iwaisawa, director of the anime film On-Gaku: Our Sound (2019) previously, plus many other short films. The screenplay is written by Yasuyuki Muto; adapted from the manga “ひゃくえむ。” created by Uoto. Iwaisawa’s 100 Meters will open first in Japan on September 19th, 2025. GKids will also debut 100 Meters in US theaters starting October 10th, 2025 coming soon. Planning to watch?
