Apologizes To Parents & Woman She Stabbed During Altercation Over NBA YoungBoy: T’m
Not Just This Dumb Delusional Girl’

Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather appears to be in a season of self-reflection.

The 25-year-old daughter of #FloydMayweather and Melissa Brim recently took to X to open up about her past behavior and controversies, including the 2020 stabbing incident involving Lapattra Jacobs, the mother of one of rapper #NBAYoungBoy’s children. Kicking things off, Yaya said, “I’m not just this dumb delusional girl who lives a perfect life. …I’ve been through and I go through things just like anybody else.” She continued, “I apologize to my family, more specifically my father and mother, if any of my actions over the years have embarrassed you or affected you in any way.”

Although she claimed “self-defense” in the X posts, Yaya also extended an apology to Lapattra. The crazy altercation took place at YoungBoy’s home. Yaya, who shares a child with the rapper, was later charged and ultimately pleaded guilty to aggravated a$$ault with a deadly weapon. She received a six-year probationary sentence. In one of her final posts, she added, “I want to right my wrongs while I’m still here and able to, and I want y’all to see the real me and not this f*cked up perception.”

What do you think about #YayaMayweather’s moment of truth?

Social media is buzzing after Alabama rapper NoCap shared a cryptic message on Instagram in response to a viral clip involving his girlfriend, 19-year-old streamer Summyah Marie. In the video, Summyah was seen turning down a man’s advances outside a restaurant; the person was allegedly a member of Floyd Mayweather’s alleged crew. The moment quickly sparked debate online, with social media users weighing in on Summyah’s details about the run-in and NoCap’s reaction.

NoCap Shares Spicy Message To His Instagram Following Viral Clip

Over the weekend, a video from Summyah Marie’s livestream began circulating online. In the clip, Summyah is seen leaving a restaurant after being informed that Floyd Mayweather is dining there. As she exits, she is approached by a man, reportedly a member of Mayweather’s alleged crew, who asks for her number. In response, Summyah said, “I have a boyfriend.” However, that wasn’t enough for her boyfriend, NoCap. Following the viral clip, the 27-year-old rapper reposted the video on his Instagram Story with a message: “Stay loyal to the game, not to me.

Social Media Reacts

NoCap’s reaction quickly went viral, leaving many online users confused about what Summyah did wrong. Here’s what people were saying in The Shade Room Teens’ comment section.

Instagram user @d.sturdy.___ wrote, “She solid any other females giving that number up 😂😂😂😂”

Another Instagram user @cee_gudda wrote, “What do he mean stay loyal to the game? Like, what is that supposed to mean??? You mad she declined or?”

While Instagram user @kaziyaherica_ wrote, “LMFAOOO this exactly why you won’t hear me ‘got a bf’ when outside bussin he so embarrassing”

Instagram user @jonahleeme wrote, “If she anything like my hg’s she’d be on a shopping spree with Floyd by 2pm!”

Another Instagram user @xi.porsh wrote, “Y’all more concerned about her but not the 50 year old man attracted to the 19 year old 😂”

While Instagram user @_kjoseph0 wrote, “That post would’ve made me go dm Floyd ☠️”

Instagram user @youcantbeserious24 wrote, “If she was loyal she would’ve said no thank you and kept pushin she kept talking made her seem some what interested”

Another Instagram user @quetta_crazibadd wrote, “Grown men over 35 that interested in women under 25 makes me side eye them”

While Instagram user @identifyingkeex2 wrote, “That’s why you not suppose to be loyal to nobody but your husband”

Summyah Marie Responds To NoCap’s Post

Following NoCap’s comment, Summyah issued a video response addressing the situation. In her video, she called the rapper’s actions embarrassing.

“What the f*** is the point of him even posting that? That’s some lame a** s***… that’s some high school s***,” she said.

She also took to X, expressing disappointment in herself for how the situation unfolded, describing it as a lesson in self-growth and faith.

“Young, dumb, and naive, honestly. For those saying I was ‘too friendly’ just for waving, that’s weird. Him taking it to the internet is weird too, and me even entertaining it was out of character. I’m disappointed in myself, but I’m human — still growing and learning. A man will lie and do everything wrong, yet still make me out to be the problem. This was a lesson for me to get closer to God and learn true self-love. I shouldn’t have put myself in that position anyway. Thank you to those who understand, and f*** the ones who don’t.”

Pink Floyd Announce Wish You Were Here 50th Anniversary Reissue, Share “Welcome to the Machine” Demo: Listen

Pink Floyd are reissuing their classic 1975 album, Wish You Were Here, for its 50th anniversary. Wish You Were Here 50 is out December 12 via Sony Music Entertainment. The expanded edition will be available in 3xLP and 2xCD formats featuring alternate mixes and demos, or as a box set that also includes a fourth LP of live material recorded at Wembley Stadium and a Blu-ray that gathers three concert films from Pink Floyd’s 1975 tour and a short film by graphic designer Storm Thorgerson. Listen to “The Machine Song (Demo #2, Revisited),” a demo of “Welcome to the Machine,” below.

“In the 1970s, album covers were equally as important as the music, because the cover helped to sell the record,” Aubrey Powell, who co-founded the UK design collective Hipgnosis and designed the Wish You Were Here cover alongside Thorgerson, said in a statement. “Record stores would carry 10,000 different images in album sleeves, so what we were doing had to look different and stand out amongst the crowd. I remember turning around to Storm and saying, ‘How are we going to set a man on fire?’ Because there was no digital way of doing it in those days. He said, ‘Po, you’re just going to have to do it for real.’”

Wish You Were Here was in large part a tribute to Syd Barrett, Pink Floyd’s co-founder and original vocalist, who had left the band seven years prior due to his deteriorating mental health. Roger Waters and David Gilmour shared lead vocals on the album. Waters handled both halves of the 25-minute epic “Shine On You Crazy Diamond” while Gilmour sang “Welcome to the Machine” and “Wish You Were Here.” “Have a Cigar” was an exception: The band recruited folk songwriter Roy Harper to perform the song.

Revisit Sam Sodomsky’s Sunday Review of Wish You Were Here, and read about the album’s title track at No. 39 in “The 200 Best Songs of the 1970s.”

Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather Jr. To Share The Ring In Exhibition Match

One of boxing’s biggest “what if” moments is becoming a reality, as living legends Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather Jr. have agreed to face off in an exhibition match next spring.

Mayweather, who finished his professional boxing career with an undefeated 50-0 record, spoke on the anticipated event with much confidence. “I’ve been doing this for 30 years, and there hasn’t been a single fighter that can tarnish my legacy,” he said in a statement. “You already know that if I am going to do something, it’s going to be big and it’s going to be legendary. I’m the best in the business of boxing. This exhibition will give the fans what they want.”

The 48-year-old retired in 2017 after his notable win against Conor McGregor and has since performed in eight exhibitions, including the highly publicized match with Logan Paul, which ended without a declared winner.

As for Tyson, the 59-year-old last stepped into the ring in 2024 against Jake Paul, drawing in 65,000,000 viewers on Netflix. Though he lost by unanimous decision, the event made history as the most-streamed sporting event ever.

“When CSI came to me about stepping in the ring with Floyd Mayweather, I thought, ‘No way this happens,’ but Floyd said yes,” Tyson revealed to ESPN. “This fight is something neither the world nor I ever thought would or could happen. However, boxing has entered a new era of the unpredictable — and this fight is as unpredictable as it gets. I still can’t believe Floyd wants to really do this. It’s going to be detrimental to his health, but he wants to do it, so it’s signed and it’s happening!”

The weight difference between the two champions alone makes this fight a spectacle worth watching. Reportedly, Tyson came in at 228.4 pounds against Paul, while Mayweather weighed just 160.8 in his exhibition with John Gotti III, last year.

“Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather are two of the most compelling names and personalities, with lasting legacies, in all of sports. They are 21st-century icons,” CSI Sports co-founders Richard and Craig Miele said in a statement. “Tyson vs. Mayweather will break every broadcast, streaming, and economic record set by Mike Tyson in 2024. We are planning a robust promotional campaign complete with weekly premium storytelling and worldwide marketing reach.”

They added, “The event itself will be in a world-class venue and be presented to a global audience with new in-ring technology elements that will reshape how boxing is presented, and scoring is achieved, for years to come.”

The CSI Sports/Fight Sports-produced event has not released an exact date or location, but in the meantime the anticipation for the main event continues to build.

Mike Tyson’s big showdown against Jake Paul on Netflix didn’t go so well, but the veteran boxer isn’t ready to hang up his gloves just yet. Per TMZ, Tyson has agreed to fight Floyd Mayweather in an upcoming bout set to take place in spring 2026.

“This fight is something neither the world nor I ever thought would or could happen,” Tyson, 59, said in a statement. “However, boxing has entered a new era of the unpredictable — and this fight is as unpredictable as it gets.”

“I still can’t believe Floyd wants to really do this,” he added. “It’s going to be detrimental to his health, but he wants to do it, so it’s signed and it’s happening!”

Mayweather, who is 11 years Tyson’s junior, countered: “I’ve been doing this for 30 years and there hasn’t been a single fighter that can tarnish my legacy. You already know that if I am going to do something, it’s going to be big and it’s going to be legendary. I’m the best in the business of boxing. This exhibition will give the fans what they want.”

The exact date and location of the match have not yet been announced.
