FFAIR has officially launched its brand-new Accreditation Programme – a structured training initiative designed to help event operations teams and managers unlock the full potential of the FFAIR platform.
The two-level course offers both quick-start guidance and advanced development, giving users the opportunity to sharpen their skills, reduce reliance on support, and get more from their investment in FFAIR.
Level 1: Quick Start
A self-paced, one-hour training session designed for new or occasional users. This short course provides a fast, accessible way to gain confidence in navigating the platform.
Level 2: Advanced Pro (coming soon)
For those ready to take their knowledge further, Level 2 includes advanced tools, practical how-to videos, and personalised 1-to-1 training with FFAIR’s Chief Experience Officer.
On completion of each level, participants receive official FFAIR certification – a valuable credential that can be added to CVs and LinkedIn profiles to demonstrate expertise.
