The Louisiana native is also game to test out almost any of the latest wellness trends.
“I’ve tried salmon sperm facials and a pinching massage that’s popular in France for lymphatic drainage, where they literally just pinch you all over.”
But there are limits. You won’t catch her in an ice tank anytime soon. “I know it’s great for you, but I hate cold plunging. I’m a southern girl, so heat is everything to me,” she admitted.
Nader is, however, comfortable in her skin.
“I feel my most confident when I’m naked.” the reality star spilled.
That said, she’s just as excited to make a statement with fall fashion.
“I’m a maximalist when it comes to my style choices. I can’t wait to wear suede and boots.”

Frankie Bridge is struggling with her mental health and has felt like “a worthless waste of space”.

The former Saturdays singer has always been candid about her battle with depression and anxiety, and over the weekend, she revealed she spent most of her time “psyching” herself up to get up and about and do some exercise to help relive the stress.
She penned on her Instagram Stories: “Sometimes this is what depression looks like.
“Sitting on the sofa all day in your pjs. Then being so fundamentally fed up of your own s***, you finally find the strength to make it to the gym.
“Quick shower and back to the sofa and pjs. Better than nothing.”
In another post of her on an exercise machine, she penned: “Spent a lot of the time psyching myself up and trying to quiet the noise in my head.
“Today it’s telling me I’m a worthless waste of space.”
Frankie shared a similar post in March.
She told her followers: “I have finally made it down to the gym. It has taken me the whole day to actually get here. ‘My depression is absolutely kicking my a*** and I am so over it.
“You know when you just feel like you do all the things you’re told to do and then it just always comes back.
“I’m just so bored of myself, it is so boring. You know, I just think everyone around me must just be so bored of it as well.
“But I am here, I’m gonna try and do as much as I can in the gym, because I know it will make me feel better. And so sitting around, eating s***, which is what I’ve been doing all day, only makes me feel worse.”
Frankie later shared with her fans how much better she felt after her workout.
She said: “So there is not much that a little bit of Paramore and a workout can’t fix.
“I definitely feel a lot better and if I hadn’t come in, I’d have just berated myself even more that I had the whole day that I was able to come to the gym and I just didn’t, and I just sat around and just wallowed in self pity.
“It is what it is, I should just be pleased that I’ve done it. It’s just a little reminder we have bad days. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better one.”
Last year, Frankie said she had developed a better understanding of her illness.
She said: “When you understand that it’s a medical thing, it makes you feel like you’re not just crazy.”
Frankie previously entered a specialist mental health hospital after understanding that she “couldn’t cope with everyday life”.
The brunette beauty – who is married to former soccer star Wayne Bridge – told BBC Radio 1: “I’d reached a point where I couldn’t cope with everyday life.
“I was constantly crying and telling my partner that I didn’t really want to be here anymore.”
Frankie is “proud” with how she copes with her mental health struggles.
She said: “I still suffer with depression and anxiety but I just know how to deal with it better now.”

The 38-year-old actor – who is also a professional wrestler – has opened up about the different sides to his personality, and how it has positioned him as something of an outsider among other celebrities, whereas he feels more at home around his colleagues in the wrestling world.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: “I’m a way better actor than I am a wrestler, but I just… I don’t know, when I walk into a wrestling arena and there’s a bunch of nerdy fans with signs and autograph stuff, and I feel like one of them.
“Whereas, when I’m at a Hollywood function or a premiere, it feels like that awkward high school thing [where] there’s a bunch of pretty people who are saying all the right things, and I’m the only one who wants to truly be some sort of unleashed version of themselves, and I feel very alone in that for some reason.”
Paul pointed out that his life choices and beliefs are at the root of his feelings
He added: “I’m an outspoken Jesus guy, but I also can’t stand Donald Trump.
“I no longer live in LA. I am obsessed with professional wrestling, and I’ve made somewhat of a career out of that.
“In a weird way, I almost feel like I fit in the wrestling world more than I do in Hollywood.”
The Fantastic Four: First Steps star explained how those feelings of otherness inspire his creative choices as she makes sure to only pick worthwhile projects.
He said: “There’s so much I haven’t done that I want to do desperately. Kevin Costner offered me a part in Horizon, but it was one line of dialogue and the character had nothing to them. “I don’t need to be a piece of furniture in anybody’s movie. I love Kevin Costner, and I want to work with him, and it’d be an honor, but I also want to do something good.
“The same thing with Luca Guadagnino, [who] offered me [a role] to play the tennis judge during the big matches in Challengers.”
While the latter was also tempting, he compared the role and his ambitions to being “too hungry to eat garnish and pretend it’s a meal”.
He argued: “I would rather hold out for the right thing.
“On the day I’m just going to be all hungry, and then I’m going to look stupid and then I’m going to feel awkward. In Hollywood, I don’t feel like I fit in at all.”
