The Bride Wore Custom Danielle Frankel for Her Bucolic Vermont Farm Wedding

“The truth is, we met on Hinge,” Estelle Palandjian says of the first time she crossed paths with her now-husband Francesco Falcone. Intrigued by his bio—“born in France, grew up in Holland, but I’m Italian”—she liked him back, and within weeks, they were at a bar in the West Village. Several negronis later, Francesco walked Estelle back to her Tribeca apartment in the pouring rain. They bought a pack of cigarettes at a bodega, even though neither of them smoked.

In 2023, Francesco, who works in the financial technology sector, proposed at the family home of Estelle, the founder of private shopping app Cake, in Woodstock, Vermont. Estelle remembers the beginning of the day: coffee at Abracadabra, and then sandwiches from The Butcher Shop after hiking to a small lake. Yet, at the summit when he brought out the ring, “I blacked out,” she says, laughing. “All I remember is tears and saying yes.”

Over the Fourth of July weekend, they held a summer wedding in Estelle’s backyard. “We wanted to feel comfortable. At home. And share one of our favorite places in the world with people who might never actually get to Vermont,” says Estelle, adding that the aesthetic of their nuptials was “90% Vermont, 10% Italian.” A local wedding planner, Randi Nonni, assisted with the affair.

After an Independence Day barbecue, for which Estelle wore Ralph Lauren, the couple wed on Saturday, July 5, at Our Lady of the Snows church in Woodstock. Estelle wore a custom gown by Danielle Frankel.

While some brides have hyper-specific visions of their wedding day dress, Estelle, instead, decided to embrace Frankel’s natural artistry: “I immediately trusted her and just let her do her thing. I really didn’t interfere,” she says. The end result? A minimalist white gown with a billowing bubble hem. “It was perfect. Wrapped in this silk gauze material with sleeves and a veil to match,” she says, calling it a “cloud-like dream dress.” Francesco waited for her at the altar in a silk suit by Thom Sweeney.

Would You Try This Farm Day

Okayyy, the Bailey sisters said nature, but make it cute! Chloe Bailey and Halle Bailey recently popped out for a lil animal adventure, and let’s just say—things got real interesting when the fur (and feathers) started flying. Fans couldn’t get enough of the sweet sister energy as the duo linked up at what looked like a farm-style zoo… but one curious goat might’ve tried to crown Chloe a little early.

Chloe & Halle Got The Zoo Acting Up Fr

In clips shared online, Chloe and Halle can be seen surrounded by animals, looking all smiles as they enjoy the outdoor vibes. At one point, Chloe playfully leans back while a goat starts sniffing around her hair—prompting fans to joke that even the animals know she’s “the GOAT.” Meanwhile, Halle is behind the camera laughing and soaking up the moment. Chloe also had a green bird perched on her head (unbothered, we might add!) and was spotted holding what looked like a chicken. In another sweet moment, Halle jumps into frame looking carefree and happy—giving fans the wholesome, goofy sister content they love to see.

The TL Is Crying Over Chloe & That Goat

Fans wasted no time running to The Shade Room comments section to gas up the Bailey sisters, with many calling them “so pretty” and “naturally glowing.” Others joked that Chloe needed to tell that goat to back up real quick before things got too friendly. And of course, a few were like, “Yeahhh… could never be me at that farm, sis!”

One Instagram user @c_anaisse said, “Chloe hasn’t aged! She needs to sell a vitamin or something because her face is glowing ✨”

Likewise, Instagram user @allabout_tenishia added, “Halle looks stress free! 😍”

Meanwhile, Instagram user @juliancross901 wrote, “Why did I immediately think of ‘Let me hear you neigh…’ 😂😭”

While Instagram user @emilycandylillian_morgan said, “They are just two happy girls living … we should ALL love that for them ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

Instagram user @marks0510 said, “I’m always in a room full of GOATS👏”

And, Instagram user @adrii_baby joked, “The way both me and that goat would have tumbled lol 😂”

The Bailey Bond Is Too Real

It’s always a vibe when the Bailey sisters link up—and let’s not forget when baby Halo made it even sweeter! The Shade Room ran back a now-viral family selfie featuring Halle, Chloe, and little Halo, and the TL can’t get over how much the baby favors both his mama and his auntie. With Halo peeking out (just half his lil face showing), Halle throwing a kissy face, and Chloe locking in right behind her, fans are calling them triplets and demanding more family content immediately.

Roommates, would a farm day like this be a vibe for you and yours?

Farm Aid 40 Considering Cancelling Over University of Minnesota Strike

by jummy84 September 12, 2025

Farm Aid 40 has been in the works for months. The anniversary celebration is scheduled to take place on Sept. 20 at Huntington Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Farm Aid board members Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, Margo Price, and more are scheduled to make appearances. But whether the event is still held at the intended venue, or whether it goes on at all, is dependent on whether the University of Minnesota labor strike is resolved.

“Our artists, production team and partners have made clear that they will not cross a picket line,” Farm Aid event organizers shared in a statement. “The team that is scheduled tomorrow to begin building our complex stage and set is made up of loyal production people who have an ongoing relationship with labor across the U.S. They also will not cross a picket line. These decisions reflect our own values: the farm and labor movements are inseparable, and we believe strongly that the University must return to the bargaining table in good faith.”

Teamsters employees at the University of Minnesota began their strike on Tuesday, Sept. 9 after the university failed to return with other contract offers after the union representing maintenance, custodial, and food service workers across campuses in the city rejected their latest, and final, offer. The University of Minnesota issued a statement on Wednesday, Sept. 10, saying “the actions of some picketers on our Twin Cities and Duluth campuses threaten the community’s safety and are extremely concerning.” Per CBS News, a dozen people have been arrested in relation to the strike.

“We are deeply concerned that this jeopardizes our ability to hold Farm Aid 40 as planned but primarily puts these workers in a place of hardship as they labor to provide basic needs for their families,” organizers said. “We are currently looking at all of our options for hosting this event, but it is not an easy task to pivot at this point.”

But a move or cancellation at this point in the planning process could be financially “devastating,” the statement continued: “We are currently looking at all of our options for hosting this event, but it is not an easy task to pivot at this point … The expenses already incurred to bring this historic event to Minnesota may well threaten the survival of our organization after four decades of service to family farmers.”

The event is scheduled to also feature Billy Strings, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, Trampled by Turtles, Waxahatchee, Eric Burton of Black Pumas, Jesse Welles, Madeline Edwards, and more.

“We urge the University of Minnesota to settle this contract quickly so that Farm Aid 40 can proceed as intended — to celebrate four decades of farmers, music, and solidarity,” organizers said. “The world is watching, and together we can make sure this anniversary is remembered for unity, not division.”
