Bruce Springsteen Unearths Fabeled Electric Nebraska Sessions: Stream

Bruce Springsteen has revealed Nebraska ’82: Expanded Edition, a deluxe box set of his seminal 1982 album Nebraska featuring a variety of never-before-heard material — including songs from the fabled Electric Nebraska sessions (order here).

The massive box set is a five-disc collection comprised of a remastered version of the original Nebraska album, solo outtakes from the era, and a newly-shot performance film of the album captured at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, New Jersey.

The box set also notably features Electric Nebraska, eight alternate, never-before-heard versions of Nebraska-era tracks recorded with E Street Band members Garry Tallent, Max Weinberg, Danny Federici, Roy Bittan, and Stevie Van Zandt. The tracks had been stashed away for years, and after being heavily rumored for so long, Springsteen has finally unearthed them from the vault. In addition, the box set also includes Springsteen solo outtakes, like “Losin’ Kind,” “Child Bride,” and “Downbound Train,” and tracks from a one-off 1982 solo studio session, including “Gun In Every Home” and “On the Prowl.”

The trailer for the much-awaited romantic drama Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat dropped on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, and social media buzzed with excitement. The film, directed by Milap Zaveri, features Sonam Bajwa and Harshvardhan Rane in the lead and will release on Diwali on October 21, 2025.

The film traces the steamy romance between Vikramaditya and Adaa Randhawa, played by Harshvardhan and Sonam, respectively. Although the makers have remained tight-lipped about plot details, the teaser hints at an impassioned love story with pining, heartbreak, and emotional depth. The teaser begins with a strong voiceover by Harshvardhan: “Tujhse mohabbat karna ae sanam meri zarurat hai, aur ye tere iss badnaseeb dewaane ki deewaniyat hai,” setting the tone for the emotionally intense story.

Backed by soulful numbers such as Mera Hua and Bol Kaffara Kya Hoga, the trailer has clicked well with viewers, garnering more than 70,000 views on YouTube in a matter of hours. Posted with the tagline, “Iss Diwali, itihaas mein pehli baar Raavan khud Sita ko ghar chhodkar aayega,” the trailer is ensuring an intense and unorthodox romance.

The fans swarmed the comments praising the lead chemistry and the devastating delivery of the dialogue. One commented, “Oh my goddddd! The dialogues. killer expressions. Please release it soon!” Another described the trailer as “pure brilliance,” particularly enjoying an emotional arti scene.

Made by Anshul Garg and Dinesh Jain under the banner of Desi Movies Factory, the film has music by Kunaal Vermaa, Kaushik-Guddu, Rajat Nagpal, Annkur R Pathakk, Rahul Mishra, and DJ Chetas. John Stewart Eduri has given the background score, and editing is done by Milap Zaveri himself.

Sam Fender becomes first artist to tour with all electric trucks

With his ‘People Watching’ shows this summer, Sam Fender became the first artist to complete a set of live dates with all electric transport.

The final run of the tour, taking the singer-songwriter from Manchester to Edinburgh and Belfast to Stradbally in Ireland, used four fully electric vehicles in partnership with Mercedes-Benz Trucks, covering over 900 miles.

Each night, four eActros 600s carried stage sets and equipment between cities and venues, charging while on the road.

The ‘Rein Me In’ singer commented on the achievement: “We’ve just finished our summer tour where we used some Mercedes-Benz electric trucks with help from KB Event. Hopefully, this will show what can be achieved on future tours, and other artists will jump on board too. Big thanks to everyone involved, and to Massive Attack for pioneering the way with more sustainable touring.”

Richard Burnett of KB Event added: “Transport is a key part of any live music tour, but we wanted to make the ‘People Watching’ tour as green and sustainable as possible. Until now, electric trucks weren’t seen as viable for big tours, but the eActros 600 has shown they can deliver the performance, the range, and the reliability.”

Meanwhile, the Music Venue Trust shared earlier this month that funds raised from his UK tour in late 2024 provided a package of over £100,000 to help support almost 48 independent music venues across England, Scotland and Wales.

A week ago, ‘People Watching’ – which came out in February – was announced to be on the Mercury Prize 2025 shortlist, alongside albums from the likes of CMAT, Fontaines D.C. and Wolf Alice.

His third album overall, it became his second to receive a Mercury Prize nomination after 2021’s ‘Seventeen Going Under’. There could be new music coming next year, too, with Fender telling the crowd at his huge Wythenshawe Park gig on August 16, “I’m gonna go away at the end of this lot of shows and sort my shit out and get my voice as good as possible and make another album and fuck loads of new tunes next year.”

The latest episode of the reality show “Pati Patni Aur Panga” is another dose of laughter and drama with a hilarious new challenge. In the recently released promo, the wives are made to stand on an electric table, while their husbands must answer quiz questions to keep them safe from getting a shock, and only correct answers can save the wives, adding pressure and fun to the game.

The promo begins with host of the show Munawar Faruqui asking the first question: “Name five types of dance in India.” Rocky Jaiswal jumps in with, “Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Udupi,” but Munawar quickly interrupts, joking that Udupi is a restaurant, not a dance form. Rocky fails to give the remaining answers in time, and as a result, Hina Khan receives a playful electric shock.

Then Abhinav Shukla tries his luck but stumbles when housemates point out that Bhangra and Gidda are essentially the same dance form. His mistake causes his wife, Rubina Dilaik, to get shocked as well. Comedian Sudesh Lahiri gives the answer “Bhangra, Kathak, Salsa,” but since Salsa is not an Indian dance, his wife, Mamta Lahiri, also faces the jolt. The fun continues as Gurmeet Choudhary takes the challenge. Instead of giving different names, he repeatedly says “Kathak, Kathak” while dancing to the rhythm, making everyone burst into laughter.

Unfortunately, his funny approach can’t save Debina Bonnerjee from the electric shock. Wrestler Pawan Kumar then gives perhaps the funniest reply of the day, answering simply with the word “dhool,” leaving the entire set in splits. Since its premiere, Pati Patni Aur Panga has quickly climbed the TRP charts, thanks to its unique concept and light-hearted games.
