As the Diwali lights dim, Bollywood celebrities continue to share glimpses of their festive moments—and Triptii Dimri’s heartwarming celebration stood out among them. On October 21, the actress took to social media to offer fans a peek into her intimate Diwali festivities spent with her loved ones.
Wearing a bold hot pink suit with a white dupatta, tiny jhumkas, and light makeup, Triptii was beaming as she started her post with a peaceful image standing in front of a diya. The series of pictures captured the beauty of Diwali so well—Triptii sitting elegantly on stairs lit by diya, making a colourful rangoli with relatives, and doing traditional rituals, to name a few.
Complementing the festive atmosphere were photos of Diwali goodies, Triptii happily clutching a sparkler, and a candid shot with her pet cat. Her post was warm, full of love, and the essence of Diwali—togetherness. Fans soon filled the comment box with praise and festive greetings. Praise such as “Natural beauty Queennnn,” “Soo Simple And Beautiful,” and “Those eyes are like pearls” came pouring in.
On the work front, Triptii will also be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s eagerly awaited period drama O Romeo, with Shahid Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Randeep Hooda, and Vikrant Massey. The film is set in the dark underbelly of 1990s Mumbai and combines romance, action, and gangster drama.
Then there’s Triptii in Ma Behen, a character-driven dramedy helmed by Tumhari Sulu and Jalsa director Suresh Triveni. Co-starring Madhuri Dixit, Ravi Kishan, and Shardul Bhardwaj, the film delves into the generational conflict between a modern-day woman and her old-school mother, with humor and heart. Produced with the support of Abundantia Entertainment, Ma Behen is slated to release on OTT in 2026.
