White House Rejects Report Trump Is Considering Commuting Diddy’s Sentence For ProStitution-Related Convictions

The #WhiteHouse is saying not so fast.

#Trump’s administration has denied a TMZ report claiming the president is considering commuting Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prison sentence. The denial follows the publication’s citation of a “high-level White House official” who allegedly said clemency was being weighed for the Bad Boy Records founder. As reported, #Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in pro$titution; he was acquitted in July on the more serious s3x trafficking and racketeering charges.

While the White House has denied the claim, TMZ is standing by its story, updating the article with, “The White House Communications Office is saying our story is not true. We stand by our story. Our story is accurate.”

Here’s What The Combs Kids Said During Dad Diddy’s Sentencing

Sean “Diddy” Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution back in July, and is currently standing before Judge Arun Subramanian for sentencing.

Ahead of making his decision, the judge heard from both the prosecution and Diddy’s defense team. He also allowed the Bad Boy Records founder’s six eldest children — Quincy Brown, Justin Combs, Christian Combs, Jesse Combs, Chance Combs, and D’Lila Combs — to speak on their father’s behalf.

While addressing the court, all six children were reportedly shaken, with his daughters speaking through tears as they pleaded with the judge to go easy on the family patriarch. Siblings Quincy, Christian, Jesse and D’Lila were also sure to highlight how much their father has guided them through the loss of mom, Kim Porter, and how losing him would only compound that grief.

Diddy’s team is seeking 14 months, which would essentially be time served, while the prosecution is seeking 11 years and three months.

See what each of the Combs children had to say about their father the day of his sentencing below.

  • Quincy Brown

Quincy Brown was the first to speak on his father’s behalf. Diddy legally adopted Quincy while dating his late mother, Kim Porter. Singer Al B. Sure! is the 34-year-old’s biological father.

“We’re going to love him unconditionally through his struggles. But in front of you and in front of us is a changed man,” he said, via CNN. “Our father has learned a major lesson. Week after week, we’ve seen him evolve, something we haven’t seen in 15 years. He’s completely transformed.”

“Our father will never do anything to jeopardize his freedom, and as his children we want to thank you. We only wish to heal together,” he added.

  • Justin Combs

Son Justin Combs described the mogul as his “superhero” in his statement to the judge.

“I ask that you give my father a second chance, a second chance at life, a second chance to right his wrongs, a second chance to be the man he truly is,” the 31-year-old said. “My father is my superhero. Seeing him broken down and stripped of everything is something I will never forget.”

“I can truly sincerely say he’s changed for the better. Your honor, I believe my father still has so much more to give the world and, more importantly, so much more to give his children.”

  • Christian Combs

Christian Combs, also known as King Combs, told the court that he’s noticed a change in his father in recent months, and that he’s, “more patient, more relaxed, more trusting, more understanding, and just a better man.”

“My whole life, my entire life, I studied my dad up and down. To me my dad is the greatest man in the world. My whole life he’s always taught me to treat women with respect. I’ve seen him treat my mom with respect and treat her like a queen,” the 27-year-old added with a sniffle while discussing late mother, Kim Porter.

  • Jessie Combs

One of Diddy‘s twin daughters, Jessie Combs, couldn’t help but to break down in tears while addressing the court in regards to her father’s freedom.

“We know he isn’t perfect and he has made many mistakes and we aren’t here to excuse any of those mistakes. But, your honor, he is still our dad, and we still need him present in our lives,” she said through tears.

“When my mother died, I was just a little girl trying to understand a loss way too big for words. I remember my dad sitting us down that day, holding us close, even though his own heart was breaking and promising that he would always be there to keep us safe, that he would always walk beside us in life,” she told the court. “It was the thing that helped me survive the hardest nights, the birthdays, and the very important milestones we had to experience without her.”

  • Chance Combs

Chance Combs, 19, insisted to the judge that her father is now, “more patient, more thoughtful and more open about his mistakes.”

“We’re still just daughters who need our father,” she added, insisting that Combs now, “shares the ways he’s working on becoming a better man and a more present father, and I can feel a difference in the way that he listens and responds.”

She claims to have witnessed his evolution most prominently via the way he cares for his youngest daughter, 2-year-old Love Combs.

“Watching him nurture her, even from a distance, has been unexpectedly healing. I can see glimpses of the father he was to us as babies. But it also breaks my heart because my sister deserves so much more than this.”

  • D’Lila Combs

Daughter D’Lila, 18, expressed her concern over their younger sister, Love, growing up without their father being a reliable presence in her life.

“We are scared, scared of the thought of not having our dad and our mom present in our lives,” she said through tears. “We are scared for our 2-year-old little sister that runs to us every night asking where daddy is. We cannot watch our baby sister grow up fatherless the same way we had to grow up fatherless.”

“Please, your honor, please, give our family the chance to heal together, to rebuild, to change, to move forward, not as a headline but as human beings who are trying to do better.”

As one of the most recognizable names in hip-hop, Sean “Diddy” Combs—better known as P. Diddy—established a star-studded network across the music, film, fashion, and business worlds. His influence was unmatched in the late ’90s and 2000s, when he began hosting his famously extravagant White Parties—exclusive, star-studded events defined by a strict all-white dress code and no shortage of luxury.

In a 2006 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Diddy explained that the purpose was to “strip away everyone’s image and put us all in the same color, on the same level.” Martha Stewart, who attended the inaugural party, called it a “stunning sight.”

Initially held in the Hamptons, the White Party became one of the most coveted invites in entertainment until it paused in 2009. But now, in 2025, Diddy is in federal custody in New York as his highly publicized trial on charges of sex sex trafficking and racketeering gets underway. With additional civil lawsuits accusing him of abuse and misconduct, public interest in those iconic parties—and the celebrity circles that surrounded them—resurfaced in 2025.

Below, find out which celebrities attended the white parties.

Read Diddy’s Final Statement Before Being Sentenced To 4 Years

by jummy84 October 4, 2025

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sentenced to 50 months in prison on two counts related to prostitution following his July conviction.

Before the decision was handed down, the music mogul was afforded the opportunity to give a final statement to Judge Arun Subramanian Friday (Oct. 3), hoping to secure a 14-month sentence, which would’ve effectively be time served.

Combs, 55, began by thanking the judge for allowing him to speak for himself before diving into his regrets, CNN reports. “One of the hardest things that I’ve had to handle is having to be quiet. Not being able to express how sorry I am for my actions.”

“I want to personally apologize again to Cassie Ventura for any harm or hurt that I’ve caused her – emotionally or physically,” he said of the ex-girlfriend he was recorded assaulting in 2016. “I would like to apologize to her family. I’m so sorry. I would also like to apologize to ‘Jane.’ I didn’t mean to hurt you. I’m sorry that I brought you into my mess.”

He also wanted to, “personally apologize to all the victims of domestic violence, ‘cause I know that video – that disgusting despicable video – it’s triggered a lot of people all around the world. Domestic violence will always be a heavy burden that I will have to forever carry.”

Combs went on to describe his behavior as, “disgusting, shameful and sick. I was sick. Sick from the drugs, I was out of control.” He added that he “needed help and I didn’t get the help. Because of that I can make no excuse and I can really make no excuse because I knew better. My mother raised me better. I was taught better. My faith taught me better. I got lost in my journey of life. I’m not this larger than life person. I’m just a human being.”

“I’ve been trying my best,” he went on. “I got lost in excess, I got lost in my ego. because of my decisions I lost my freedom I lost the opportunity to effectively raise my children and be there for my mother.”

Combs also spoke of losing businesses and his career due to his actions, “but most of all, I lost my self-respect,” he added. “I’ve been humbled and broken to my core. I hate myself right now. I got stripped down to nothing.”

“I want to apologize to my seven children,” Combs added of his kids, who spoke on his behalf earlier in the day. “Y’all deserve better.” Addressing his mother, he added, “You taught me better. You raised me better. I know to whom so much is given, so much is expected. I failed my community.”

“Growing up as a kid, I just wanted to be a shining example of what we could do,” Combs told the judge. “I say we, as people of color, that we could own our own businesses, take care of our own communities, raise our own children, solve our own problems, create our own wealth, take care of our own problems. That was my mission. I got lost. I’m not this bad person. I’m sorry to my community for letting y’all down.”

“Sometimes no matter who you were before you get so shaken, it just changes your trajectory, it just changes you and it changes you for the better. Sometimes you have to go through life experiences,” he said. “These are not excuses. I can’t change the past but I can change the future.”

“I ask your honor for mercy,” Combs said. “I beg your honor for mercy.”

“I ask Your Honor for the chance to be a father again. I ask Your Honor for the chance to be a son again. I ask Your Honor for the chance to be a leader in my community again. I ask Your Honor for a chance to get the help that I desperately need to become a better person because I don’t want to let God down, I don’t want to let my family down.”

“I don’t have nobody to blame but myself,” he continued. “I know I’ll never put my hands on another person again. I know that I’ve learned my lesson. I’m willing to comply with any conditions the court puts upon me. Given a chance, when we talk about the possibility of me sharing my story, it’s not just a scheme to try to get less time — it’s that this story is real, this story is tragic.”

Combs also thanked the jury that, while convicting him of prostitution charges, found him innocent on the far more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He also emphasized that he understands the seriousness of the charges he’s been convicted of, sharing with the courtroom, “I understand the severity of it, and I’m having to deal with the consequences. And I take full accountability and responsibility. Now … I know, the prosecution wants you to make an example of me. I just want you to think about making an example of what a person can do if they get another chance.”

The prosecution sought out a sentence of 11 years.

“If you give me another chance, I won’t let you down,” Combs went on. “And the evidence of that is those beautiful children that got up there and spoke for me. I would never, ever, ever jeopardize being in this situation again, being away from my family that needs me. That’s my deterrence.”

Combs then thanked the judge for his time before the court took a short break. Less than 30 minutes later, Judge Arun Subramanian handed down his sentence of 50 months. Subramanian also imposed a $500,000 fine against Combs, the maximum fine he can order.

5 Things About Diddy’s Son – Hollywood Life

Sean “Diddy” Combs has become a central figure in the news amid his high-profile federal trial on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. The trial began on May 12, 2025, in Manhattan and drew widespread attention, with testimonies from multiple accusers, including singer Cassie Ventura. Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges but was convicted of two of them — transportation to engage prostitution — and faces sentencing on October 3, 2025.

The spotlight has also turned to Diddy’s children, particularly Justin Dior Combs. The son of Diddy and designer Misa Hilton-Brim has been seen attending court proceedings alongside his siblings in support of their father. Outside of those appearances, Justin has kept a low public profile in recent months.

Here’s a closer look at Justin—one of Diddy’s seven kids.

Justin Was Facing a $190,000 Lawsuit

According to In Touch Weekly, court documents indicated that Porsche Leasing LTD served Justin with a lawsuit demanding payment of $190,226.25 on June 11, 2024. The suit was reportedly served at Diddy’s mansion in Beverly Hills, California.

In response to the lawsuit, Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, stated, “Due to an address change, Justin did not receive his bill, which resulted in unintentionally missed payments. We are in touch with the creditor, and the matter is being settled. The outstanding balance will be paid, and the lawsuit will be dropped.”

Justin Attended UCLA

Justin attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology. He also played as a defensive back for the UCLA Bruins football team on a scholarship worth $54,000, which created some controversy in 2012 due to his family’s wealth.

When Justin committed to the university, his father shared in a statement released by DKC Public Relations, “As a parent, today is one of the proudest moments of my life. This is everything a father could want for his son, for him to excel at what he loves to do and is truly passionate about. Justin is a shining example of what hard work, determination and a strong mentality can achieve. I am honored to call him my son and am happy that he is fulfilling his dream.”

In 2016, Justin graduated from UCLA, becoming the first member of the Combs family to graduate college. “First Combs male to graduate from college… All praise to God & my parents!” he wrote on Instagram, sharing a photo of himself in his cap and gown while posing with family, including Misa and Diddy.

Justin Was Arrested in 2023

In June 2023, Justin was arrested after failing a sobriety test for running a red light in Beverly Hills. He was reportedly released on a $5,000 bail.

Justin Is Diddy’s First Biological Child

Justin, born in 1993, is Diddy’s eldest biological child. His older brother, Quincy Taylor Brown, is the biological son of Kim Porter and singer Al B. Sure. He was eventually adopted by Diddy after the rapper began his relationship with Kim when Quincy was just four years old.

Justin’s five other siblings include Christian Combs, Chance Combs, twins D’Lila and Jessie Combs, and Love Sean Combs.

Justin Is an Aspiring Actor

After college, Justin ventured into entertainment, much like his brother Quincy. He most notably appeared in season three of Power Book II: Ghost as the character King and hosted the 2021 TV series Respectfully Justin, where he interviewed celebrity guests such as Saweetie, Chris Brown, and others.

We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family. WE MISS YOU & LOVE YOU DAD.”

More than six months later, Chance and her siblings came to the New York City courthouse to support their father when his sex trafficking trial commenced. They did the same during their father’s October 3, 2025, sentencing hearing.

Diddy’s legal team seeks immediate release ahead of sentencing – National

by jummy84 September 24, 2025
written by jummy84

Lawyers for Sean “Diddy” Combs urged a judge to sentence him to no more than 14 months in prison for his conviction on two prostitution-related charges, which would result in his near-immediate release if the judge grants the request.

In a written submission, Combs’ legal team said he has already been punished enough.

“Mr. Combs’s celebrity status in the realms of music, fashion, spirits, media, and finance has been shattered and Mr. Combs’s legacy has been destroyed,” his legal team wrote to Judge Arun Subramanian, who is scheduled to decide the disgraced hip-hop mogul’s sentence on Oct. 3.

“He has served over a year in one of the most notorious jails in America—yet has made the most of that punishment. It is time for Mr. Combs to go home to his family, so he can continue his treatment and try to make the most of the next chapter of his extraordinary life.”

Story continues below advertisement

In the 182-page sentencing memo, his lawyers argued for Combs’ release as he has already served nearly 13 months in a Brooklyn jail.

“To achieve specific deterrence in this case, a sentence of no more than 14 months is ‘sufficient, but not greater than necessary’ to achieve the goals of sentencing,” his lawyers wrote.

The court filing also provided new information about what Combs’ life has been like during his nearly 13 months behind bars, describing intense surveillance by guards and at least one threat of violence.

“Mr. Combs’s near-13 months in prison has been life changing, productive, and a testament to his desire to return to his family and community and lead the best life possible,” his lawyers wrote. “He has taken the time to achieve necessary rehabilitation from day one at the MDC (Metropolitan Detention Center) — including getting clean of all substances.”

Combs’ life in prison has been harrowing at times, his lawyers said.

On one occasion, an inmate approached Combs with a shiv — a makeshift blade — and accused Combs of sitting on his chair, the lawyers wrote. Combs calmed the man down, the lawyers said.

Combs heats his drinking water because he doesn’t trust that it is clean and must sleep within two feet of other inmates in a dorm-style room containing a bathroom with no door, the lawyers wrote.

“Mr. Combs has not breathed fresh air in nearly 13 months, or felt sunlight on his skin, often walking with a limp due to a painful knee injury that requires surgery,” they said.

Prison has also allowed Combs to become sober for the first time in 25 years, his lawyers wrote.

“Without minimizing Mr. Combs’s conduct, this is in many ways a ‘sex, drugs, and rock n’ roll’ story,” they said.

Combs has created a program in jail, called Free Game with Diddy, in which he is “inspiring and helping other inmates,” his lawyers said in the filing.

Story continues below advertisement

The program is a six-week course, “which is an educational program designed to equip participants with essential skills in business management, entrepreneurship and personal development,” the legal filing stated.

“Despite many professional successes in Mr. Combs’s life, he counts his Free Game course as one of the most impactful and important endeavors of his life. He hopes to continue with and expand and improve upon this curriculum in the future,” his lawyers wrote. “His goal is to implement this program on a grander scale upon his release with programming to extend to youth in the community as well as in state operated facilities.”

Combs’ lawyers quoted the rapper as telling a probation officer that he once thought “success and money gave me freedom to do whatever I wanted to do with no real consequences.”

“I used to call myself a king. But I didn’t act like a king. I didn’t act like a man. This situation has made me become a man, a man who knows and understands his responsibilities,” Combs said, according to the lawyers.

Letters from more than 75 of Combs’ associates

Combs’ lawyers included letters from different associates of the rapper, including his family members and his ex-girlfriend, Caresha Brownlee, also known as rapper Yung Miami.

“I believe it’s important for the court to know the side of Sean that isn’t always seen or spoken about — the man who poured into others, who gave opportunities, who led by example, and who loved deeply,” Brownlee wrote.

Brownlee shared details about her three-year relationship with Combs, who she described as “loving, genuine, supportive, and always encouraging.”

“He helped shape me both professionally and personally. He believed in me, pushed me to grow, and taught me how to be a better businesswoman,” she wrote.

Brownlee added that she truly believes Combs “belongs at home, with his family, the people who mean the most to him and who continue to be his greatest source of purpose and strength.”

“Judge.. That’s a good man,” Brownlee’s letter concluded.

Combs’ son, Christian, 27, also submitted a letter to Subramanian, asking him to “please let my father out of jail.”

“We have been through a year of lies and discrimination and dehumanization and loneliness and separation and extreme stress on the family,” Christian wrote.

“This is my dad and he is the best father in the whole world. He has never ever taught me anything but to treat people with the most respect possible and to never be entitled and to always work for what I want and to treat people with love and kindness most importantly.”

Christian said his father is the reason he has a career in the music industry and credited him for the person he is today.

“Please let my father out of prison! He does not deserve to be there and has already been in jail for a year!! This has been the worst year anyone could ever go through,” he added.

Combs’ sentencing takes place Oct. 3

On July 2, Combs was found guilty of two counts of prostitution. Prosecutors said he arranged for paid sexual encounters between his girlfriends and male sex workers.

The Bad Boy Records founder was acquitted of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges.

Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo asked that Combs be released on conditional bail to his home in Miami and offered a US$1-million bond. Prosecutor Maurene Comey countered, saying to Subramanian that Combs should remain in jail until sentencing.

Comey also said the government will seek a 20-year maximum sentence for Combs.

Prosecutors have yet to submit their final recommendations for a sentence, but in a previous court filing, they said his “extensive history of violence” and attempts to minimize his conduct demonstrate that he is still a dangerous person.

Combs’ sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 3.
