“Prepare to go where no Wimpy Kid has gone before…” Disney+ has revealed the full trailer for a comedy called Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw, the next movie in this animated series from the beloved book series. This is the fourth movie in this animated version of Wimpy Kid – following Diary of a Wimpy Kid (2021), and Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules (2022), and Diary of a Wimpy Kid Christmas: Cabin Fever (2023). Greg has to shape up… or get shipped out… When laidback Greg finds himself at odds with his dad’s outsized expectations, pressure builds to turn his act around. After a series of hilarious near disasters, Greg’s dad presents him with an ultimatum (go to military school!) — and a trip to wilderness camp — that just might challenge Greg’s wimpy ways for good. So Greg signs up for the talent show. Featuring the voices of Aaron Harris as Greg, Jude Zarzaur, Chris Diamantopoulos, Erica Cerra, Hunter Dillon, and Gracen Newton. This looks like another fun adventure with Greg and his family – always in more trouble.

Official trailer for Matt Danner’s animated Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw, from YouTube:

Actors, Models, Looks: Scroll Through Luna Yohannan’s Illustrated Diary of Vogue World: Hollywood

Vogue World: Hollywood was a fabulous spectacle that merged fashion and film: Nicole Kidman and Baz Luhrmann on the runway! Anok Yai and Kendall Jenner in iconic film costumes! It was the stuff of California dreams, too: Vogue taking over a couple of soundstages on the Paramount Studios lot with some of the movies’ biggest stars walking the runway and lining the front row, with an after-hours wrap party at Chateau Marmont to celebrate it all. How fab.

For us behind the scenes, the goings-on were just as fantastical, with the added layer of getting to see it all come together step-by-step. It started with a trip aboard Vogue Air last Thursday, when a host of editors, photographers, and models took a flight from New York to Los Angeles. From then on it was all rehearsals, walk-throughs, and fittings, plus a trip or two to Erewhon and the Alo gym—when in Rome!

Luckily for you, model Luna Yohannan, who walked the show in Nicolas Ghesquière’s magical interpretation of Milena Canonero’s costumes for Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette, documented it all in a dedicated sketchbook with her signature on-the-go illustrations. See her edit below.

A Visual Diary by Fabio Cherstich

by jummy84 October 20, 2025
written by jummy84

I found myself grateful to the custodians. To Betty, who learned to hang her son’s paintings on clean white walls only after she was free to do so. To Arthur, who loved Larry and kept his drawings safe until the world remembered to look again. To Allen, who made sure Darrel’s photographs kept thinking. And to Fabio, who refuses to let any of this remain private grief. He turns it into public care.

When the lights rose, I felt that rare sensation that art has done what it is meant to do: make us more porous, more attentive, more human. It transformed remembrance into a collective act. It asked us not only to look but to hold what we had seen.

A Visual Diary is not nostalgia. Nostalgia wants the past to stay golden and far away. Fabio invites it into the present and asks us to take responsibility for it. Archives are not objects. They are relationships. They live when someone carries them forward. Triennale presented the work in the historic CRT venue, and that setting mattered. It gave space back to tenderness, music, and memory. For a moment, the community that once existed only in fragments was whole again.

Leaving the theatre, I thought: perhaps this is what art is for, to keep love from dissolving into silence, to keep memory alive long enough to become our own.

Moeka Hoshi Shares Her Louis Vuitton Getting-Ready Diary

by jummy84 October 3, 2025
written by jummy84

Japanese actress Moeka Hoshi and Nicolas Ghesquière’s Louis Vuitton are a winning combination if we’ve ever seen one. Back in February, the breakout star of FX’s hit drama Shōgun wore a custom look from the brand—a red crêpe jersey trompe l’œil gown with a draped cape—to the Critics Choice Awards, where she picked up the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. Later that month, at the Screen Actors Guild Awards, she shined in another custom LV look, a stunning silk-satin embroidered bustier gown, and took home the award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. In March, she marked her first Paris Fashion Week, attending the brand’s fall 2025 show wearing a sportier combination of a zip-up track jacket and tweed-style trousers. A Hoshi x LV moment is not to be missed!

The actress returned to the City of Light earlier this week for Louis Vuitton’s spring 2026 show, in which Ghesquière explored the comfort of home and the luxury of dressing for oneself. Returning to the Louvre, this time at the intimate summer apartments of Anne d’Autriche, Queen of France from 1615 to 1643, Ghesquière presented an amalgamation of indoor and outdoor dressing, taking inspiration from interiors. From the gauzy camisole robe with black piping that opened the show to cozy yet artfully embellished knitwear and beaded fringe pant-and-top sets, the collection was a master class in craftsmanship.

Before Hoshi took her front-row seat alongside the likes of Emma Stone, Zendaya, and Lisa, she invited Who What Wear to follow along as she got ready for the big show.

Talk to me about your look from the Louis Vuitton show. Who or what were you channeling?

I chose a light and airy look with a bright tone to match a daytime show with a sense of movement. I imagined the dreamy atmosphere of the Louvre Museum with the sunlight streaming in.

How would you describe the look in three words?

Dreamy, playful, and inner strength.
