Lenny Founder Lindsey Davidson Shares Why Stars Look So Good in Their Vintage Denim and How You Can Too

Lindsey Davidson, founder and CEO of Lenny, is making denim dreams come true from her Studio City, California vintage jean outpost.

Rachel Bilson, Whitney Port, Hannah Berner, Carole Radziwill, Katie Lowes, and more are flocking to the destination for perfectly worn-in Levi’s, Wrangler, Lee, and rare European styles in every wash imaginable, plus Davidson’s expert eye.

“My connection to vintage denim began early. I was a total tomboy growing up and practically lived in jeans, so when it came time to build a brand of my own, it felt only natural that it would center on denim and the romance of vintage,” she tells ET.

That adoration comes down to the history woven into every pair she carries.

“We put a lot of effort into finding truly unique washes and silhouettes because that’s the magic of vintage. No two pairs are the same. What captivates me most about vintage denim is the life it has lived before you. … The whiskering, the fading, and the subtle imperfections are all part of the charm and what makes vintage so special and one-of-a-kind,” Davidson explains.

To make them even more original, the entrepreneur offers one-on-one in person and virtual appointments where she provides tailored tweaks to the waist, hips, and seat for a flattering fit, along with custom embroidery options.

“The best tip for creating the perfect pair of jeans is to start with a size that’s close to your own. A lot of people think they need to go up two or three sizes, but that really only works if you’re going for a baggy, oversized look.”

Instead, her approach prioritizes the integrity of the denim and the person wearing it.

“We only offer customizations that make sense for that specific pair to ensure the fit, quality, and character remain intact. … By honing in on those key fit points, we can make thoughtful changes that enhance shape and comfort while keeping the craftmanship of the jeans,” she shares.

And while requests vary, one universal desire remains. “When it comes to denim, everyone wants their booty to look good. … Shaping in that area can make all the difference. … There’s no better feeling than wearing a pair of jeans that fits you perfectly. It’s the ultimate confidence booster.”

That attention to detail and emotional understanding is exactly why It-girls gravitate toward her.

“Everyone, celebrity or not, appreciates something personal and intentional. … We take the time to understand the fit, the fabric, and how someone wants to feel when they put on their jeans,” Davidson says.

“Denim can be such a battle for so many women, so our goal is to make the experience fun and supportive. … We love helping people feel good in a pair of jeans that truly feels like them.”

Pete Davidson Defends Saudi Gig, Blames “Losing Millions” on Ferry

by jummy84 November 10, 2025
written by jummy84

Pete Davidson returned to the Weekend Update desk on this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live, where he addressed the money he and Colin Jost are losing on the decommissioned Staten Island ferry they purchased in January 2022.

Holding up a recent New York Times article about the ill-fated purchase, Davidson used the opportunity to defend his performance at the controversial Riyadh Comedy Festival. “In case you’re wondering why I had to do a show in Saudi Arabia, we’re losing millions on this ferry,” he joked. “I assume that’s what the article says. I can’t spend $5 on a paywall when I got a kid on the way.”

With Dave Chappelle, Bill Burr, and Louis C.K. also on the bill, Davidson wasn’t the only comedian to face backlash for his performance. However, the criticism was especially pointed toward Davidson, whose father died while responding to the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center. The Saudi Arabian government, which is currently named in a lawsuit alleging the kingdom’s role in funding the attack, sponsored the festival.

Davidson referenced the 9/11 connection during the segment, while revisiting the bit that Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is purportedly Weekend Update co-anchor Colin Jost’s uncle: “I understand RFK. You know, I wouldn’t be famous without my dad dying, either. Thank god that happened. Wouldn’t trade it.”

This isn’t the first time Davidson has defended the Saudi performance as just another gig. In a September appearance on Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast, he dismissed claims that the festival was an attempt to “comedy-wash” the Saudi government’s atrocious human rights record. “I’ve been getting a little bit of flak just because my dad died [in] 9/11,” he said at the time. “So they’re like, ‘How could you possibly go there?’”

As is often the case, the simple answer is money.

Returning to the topic of the ferry, Davidson took a jab at SNL creator Lorne Michaels by referencing reports that Tina Fey could soon take over as executive producer. “If Lorne Michaels has taught us anything, it’s that you never, ever give up,” he said. “Even if everyone says the time has come and Tina Fey is ready to take over.”

According to the New York Times report, Davidson and Jost’s LLC, Titanic 2, is currently being sued for $13,500 in “outstanding obligations” on their ferryboat, John F. Kennedy. They purchased the vessel for $280,100 nearly four years ago in a move that Jost once described as “the dumbest and least thought-through purchase I’ve ever made in my life.”

It’s currently sitting unused in a Staten Island shipyard, with grandiose plans for a restaurant, concert venue, and movie theater left unrealized.

Pete Davidson Makes Surprise ‘SNL’ Appearance, Pokes Fun at Ferry

by jummy84 November 9, 2025

He’s back!

Pete Davidson made a surprise appearance on Saturday Night Live, where he was introduced by Colin Jost during the “Weekend Update” segment to address a recent article about a ferry they purchased together years ago.

“The New York Times recently ran an article calling the Staten Island Ferry that I purchased with Pete Davidson a ‘money losing fiasco.’ With more on this, is Pete Davidson,” Jost said in between laughs as Davidson rolled into the shot.

“Colin, you’re looking great as ever. [Michael] Che, starting to crack,” Davidson said, before he went on to joke about a few different topics related to himself, including taking part in the Riyadh Comedy Festival this year and that he’s about to become a father.

“So yeah, in case you’re wondering why I had to do a show in Saudi Arabia, we’re losing millions on this ferry,” he joked. “I assume that’s what the article says. I can’t spend $5 on a paywall when I got a kid on the way.”

Jost and Davidson traded jokes about their ferry during the segment. “We even gave the boat a new name, you know. We thought the Staten Island Ferry sounded too depressing, so now it’s called the Titanic 2,” The King of Staten Island star said.

“That’s right, and it’s actually going very well,” Jost continued. “Recently, we got paid by Nike to put an ad on it for the New York City Marathon.”

Davidson then took over the bit, poking fun at none other than Lorne Michaels: “Exactly. If Lorne Michaels has taught us anything, it’s that you never ever give up, even if everyone says the time has come and Tina Fey is ready to take over.”

Earlier on Saturday, The Pickup actor told People he’d “do anything for Lorne,” adding that he would return to show if the SNL boss asked him to.

“I had a great time hosting last time, and anytime you get that call, it’s an honor and a privilege,” he added. “It’s always relevant, it’s a hot show. People look forward to it, and the cast is great.”

Davidson served as an SNL cast member from 2014-2022. He has since returned to host the sketch comedy series, and has made several cameos over the years.

Nikki Glaser hosted Saturday night’s episode, while Sombr joined as musical guest.

Pete Davidson is open to returning to the Saturday Night Live cast.

Pete Davidson is open to returning to Saturday Night Live

The 31-year-old star – who was just 20 years old when he joined the comedy sketch show in 2024 – left the programme in 2022, though he returned as a guest host the following year, but if showrunner Lorne Michaels asked him to make a comeback, he’d willingly agree.

Asked what he would do if Lorne asked him to return to the cast, he admitted he would and told People magazine: “I’d do anything for Lorne.

“I had a great time hosting last time, and anytime you get that call, it’s an honour and a privilege.

“It’s always relevant, it’s a hot show. People look forward to it, and the cast is great.

“I owe that guy my life. He jump-started everything. So I’d do anything for Lorne, and he knows that.”

The Bupkis actor recently admitted he wasn’t universally popular on the show and some co-stars found him “annoying”.

Speaking on The Breakfast Club, he shared: “You got to remember, everyone there did Second City, improv, worked so hard — so hard. I’m not saying I didn’t work hard, but I was only doing comedy for three, four years.

“And a lot of what people liked about me was, ‘Oh, this was a kid from Staten Island that’s just talking s***. So you gotta remember all of these people are 10, 15 years older than me and working so hard.”

Pete thinks that some of the his castmates’ frustrations stemmed from their relatively modest pay at Saturday Night Live.

The comedian explained: “At the time, you weren’t allowed to do stuff outside of the show that was a payday.

“It was like the Yankees — no beards. You gotta dress up to go to the afterparty and all this s***. So I think I did rub people the wrong way, and I think it was just annoying for the cast.”

Meanwhile, Pete recently revealed that Eddie Murphy inspired him to reduce his social circle.

The actor stars alongside Eddie, 64, in The Pickup, their new comedy movie, and Pete confessed to being inspired by his co-star.

Speaking to People, Pete joked: “I’ve been guilty of having 700 friends in the green room. People I just met or are just in the crew, and then I’m like, ‘Why did they not have my best interest in mind?'”

Pete observed that Eddie “moved” in a totally different way to himself, and the comedy star eventually decided to follow suit.

Pete said: “He has a really small crew, and it’s the same people for a really long time, and I think that’s really important to have an efficient career and just overall life in this business.

“You have to be able to trust who’s around you, and you got to be able to move a certain type of way.

“I’m not Eddie Murphy by any means, but especially when you’re at his level, you need to be able to trust everyone around you.”

Pete Davidson keeping tattoos for his parents

3 November 2025

Pete Davidson won’t get rid of his tattoo tributes to his parents.

Pete Davidson is having his tattoos removed

The former Saturday Night Live star is in the midst of a lengthy process of getting rid of over 200 individual inkings from all over his body but he plans to keep designs inspired by The Sopranos, as well as two poignant designs he had for his mom, Amy Waters Davidson, and late father Scott Davidson, a firefighter who died during the 9/11 terrorist attacks in New York.

He told Entertainment Tonight: “I got all these tattoos, so my mom was like, ‘How come you’ve never gotten a “Mom” tattoo? Now I have a tattoo that just says ‘MOMTATTOO.’ That one has to stay…

“I have my dad’s ID [number], and that’s pretty much it.”

Pete – who is expecting his first child with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt – began the 10-year removal process in 2020 and admitted he is hoping to serve as a warning to other people because the procedure isn’t very comfortable.

He said: “It’s awful. I’ve been filming it and showing all the younger people in my family to be like, ‘If you don’t like it, this is what you have to do.’

“But I’m excited ‘cause I’m making changes. So I’m excited, but it sucks.”

The 31-year-old comic previously explained he views getting his tattoos removed as a fresh start after overcoming addition.

He told Variety: “I used to be a drug addict and I was a sad person, and I felt ugly and that I needed to be covered up.

“So I’m just removing them and starting fresh, because that’s what I think works best for me and for my brain. When I look in the mirror, I don’t want the reminder of ‘Oh yeah, you were a f******drug addict. Like, that’s why you have SpongeBob smoking a joint on your back.”

The King of Staten Island star has spentmore than $200,000 having them removed.

He admitted: “It’s a pretty uncomfortable amount of money to disclose, but I think one of the tabloids already leaked it.

“I’ve already spent like 200k and I’m like 30 per cent done. So, like, it’s gonna suck … My arms are pretty much gone, and my hands and neck are gone. But I still have to do my torso and back.”

Pete Davidson Reveals Which Ink He Plans to Keep Amid Ongoing Tattoo Removal Process

Pete Davidson can’t wait to be rid of his tattoos—most of them, at least.

While the Saturday Night Live alum is in the midst of a yearslong process to remove his extensive body art—totaling more than 200 individual designs—one in particular, dedicated to his mom Amy Waters Davidson, isn’t going anywhere.

“I got all these tattoos, so my mom was like, ‘How come you’ve never gotten a “Mom” tattoo?’” Pete, 31, told Entertainment Tonight in an interview published Oct. 31. “Now I have a tattoo that just says ‘MOMTATTOO.’ That one has to stay.”

The King of Staten Island star—who is expecting his first baby with pregnant girlfriend Elsie Hewitt—noted he also plans to keep his various Sopranos-inspired tats along with one honoring his late father Scott Davidson, a firefighter who died during the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center.

“I have my dad’s ID [number],” he shared, “and that’s pretty much it.”

Walton Goggins Responds After Pete Davidson Says Fans Will Turn on Him

by jummy84 September 29, 2025
written by jummy84

Walton Goggins has a response to Pete Davidson after the latter predicted fans will soon “turn” on the White Lotus actor.

Last week, The Hollywood Reporter posted a story on Davidson’s comments, which were made on Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast. The two were talking about how some people experience a quick rise to fame, only to see a shift in fan perception.

One example Davidson gave was that of Pedro Pascal. “Look at Pedro Pascal right now. Fucking two years ago he’s a hardworking, great actor.… He’s worked so hard and has been a struggling actor, [then] fucking blows up so fucking hard, everyone’s like, ‘Daddy, daddy! Yeah, daddy, daddy,’” he said. “And then a year later, he’s, like, in everything now ’cause he’s hot and big and everyone’s like, ‘Go the fuck away, dude.’”

Davidson then opined that “you got to give someone time to adjust to that new level of fame. He’s been banging at it for 30 years, and now he’s learning how to go get a cup of coffee or deal with someone that taps you on the shoulder while you have your earbuds in and freaks you out. You got to give that guy a fucking second to, like, adjust.”

The former Saturday Night Live star then mentioned Goggins as the next actor who may endure the same kind of treatment as Pascal.

“They’re gonna do it with Walton Goggins, [he] will be next,” he predicted. “It’s like, we build everybody up and now it’s so fast to turn. It’s within months.”

Goggins saw the THR story and posted about it on Instagram on Sunday.

He started out by writing, “I saw this article and had to respond. (Pete was talking about his own experience) Pete we don’t know each other but I appreciate the heads up. We agree on one thing…. Pedro Pascal isn’t a good man, He’s a great man. A dear friend of mine. As a 53 yr old I’m acutely aware that every experience has a shelf life. I appreciate so many of you going on this journey with me. I imagine a lot of you (and I don’t blame you) are tired of hearing my homilies. Trust me I’m tired of saying them. I have a few things coming out that I have an obligation to talk about…not for me mind you, but to honor all of those that worked so hard to bring these stories to fruition.”

Goggins also urged fans to keep scrolling if they didn’t want to click on a story about him.

“So if you see something with my name on it I encourage you not to click on it…unless you want to…and if you do…I appreciate the support,” he continued. “See to me, being included in this headline isn’t a curse it’s a blessing. How lucky am I that this is even a possibility?!! I’ve had the good fortune of engaging in so many interesting conversations with so many of you…of collaborating with so many top-shelf people across so many disciplines over the last couple of years. Way more than a poor kid from GA would ever have the audacity to imagine. I wouldn’t take one back. So…If saying yes in life more than saying no is a crime, then I’m guilty as charged.”

Goggins also reflected on whether Davidson’s prediction might come to fruition and how he’d feel about it if it did.

“If this headline is a possibility or an inevitability…if this is my fate…. Well…. Fuck it. I’m going to enjoy the FUCK OUT OF IT,” he concluded.

Goggins was nominated for his role as Rick Hatchett in The White Lotus earlier this year. His upcoming credits include the animated film Harry and the Mutant Mid-Century Furniture and the climbing movie Batso, with Lewis Pullman and Jessica Biel. He also returns for Season 2 of Prime Video’s Fallout, which earned him an Emmy nom last year.
