The Best Celebrity Halloween Costumes Of All Time

by jummy84 November 3, 2025
written by jummy84

Is it any wonder that celebrities consistently deliver some of the best Halloween costumes year after year? Celebrity halloween costumes, each year, just get better and better, with their talent for character play on full, fantastical display. After all, the ability to transform themselves into new, memorable roles is the lynchpin of most entertainers’s careers. Whether on Instagram or at Heidi Klum’s infamous annual Halloween party, the stars have offered no shortage of dazzling disguises and over-the-top ensembles.

In some cases, the best celebrity Halloween costumes have also become instantly iconic. Consider, for example, Kim Kardashian and her daughter North’s Clueless-inspired costumes designed by Dolce & Gabbana in 2023. Or, Kylie Jenner’s haute bride of Frankenstein moment care of Jean Paul Gaultier in 2022. In both cases, the recreations were so spot-on that even the most careful viewer might have been briefly fooled.

Of course, there have been plenty of other impeccable impersonations from other A-listers as well—including Lizzo as Marge Simpson, Hailey Bieber as Britney Spears, Rihanna as the rapper Gunna, and Margot Robbie as Ginger Spice. And who could forget when Bella Hadid dressed as Winona Ryder in Beetlejuice, Cardi B embodied Medusa, and a heavily pregnant Emily Ratajkowski mimicked Demi Moore’s legendary Vanity Fair cover shoot? Within the last decades, there have also been multiple (and stellar) iterations of Morticia Addams, Jessica Rabbit, Marilyn Monroe, and Sandy from Grease.

Just last year saw unexpected costumes that were just as winning. Doja Cat transformed herself into a sunflower; Kim Kardashian, an albino alligator. Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco, meanwhile, went full Alice in Wonderland.

2025’s H’ween offerings saw the stars go just as hard: Paris Hilton revisited Britney Spears and took on Madonna and Catwoman, while Keke Palmer sweetly recruited her son to channel Snoop Dogg and Bow Wow. There were more memes and niche pop culture references too: Mindy Kahling emulated a hyped-up Timothée Chalamet cheering on his beloved New York Knicks, and Demi Lovato (already our 2025 winner?) resurrected Poot Lovato. The Biebers—Justin, Hailey, and Jack Blues—brought some swag to The Incredibles

Here, we revisit those and many more of the best celebrity Halloween costumes over the years. One thing is certain: a good costume always elicits delight and—when they are really good—also a fair share of fright. Either way, they are sure to help you come up with some killer costume ideas of your own. Happy hauntings!

Best Heidi Klum Halloween Costumes So Far

by jummy84 November 2, 2025
written by jummy84

Heidi Klum Halloween costumes are the best celebrity Halloween costumes, hands down. This is just a fact. The supermodel is the queen of Halloween, offering up intricate, memorable costumes year after year. And every Heidi Klum Halloween outfit usually comes with a legendary Heidi Klum Halloween party (2020 and 2021 are the exceptions, because of the COVID-19 pandemic).

But Halloween bash or not, the Heidi Klum Halloween costumes over the years are showstopping. Remember when she was Lady Godiva in 2001? Or Jessica Rabbit in 2015? Or the scariest alien you’ve ever seen in 2019? I still have nightmares about that.

So what did Heidi Klum do for Halloween this year?

After last year’s E.T. costume, Heidi Klum ditched the extra terrestrial for the mythological. Specifically, she went as an even more reptilian version of Medusa. In most versions of the Greek mythology, Medusa is a beautiful woman that was cursed by the goddess Athena with a head of snakes instead of hair and the horrible ability to turn people to stone with just one look. Heidi’s version, however, goes full snake monster with some support from her statuesque husband, Tom Kaulitz, who dressed as a soldier frozen in stone.

The Most Creative Celebrity Halloween Costumes of 2025

by jummy84 November 2, 2025
written by jummy84

Even though October 31 is officially behind us, the rollout of celebrity Halloween costumes are bound to continue over the next couple of days. Even so, it’s safe to say some of the best looks have already been revealed.

Of course, you can’t talk about celebrity Halloween costumes without mentioning Heidi Klum, whose annual Halloween bash serves as the platform for her own spectacular transformations. This year, she sat in the makeup chair for nine hours to morph into a particularly monstrous version of Medusa, complete with mechanical snake hair and a stone version of her husband, Tom Kaulitz.

While Klum’s look did not disappoint, plenty of Hollywood’s finest planned their own parties and photoshoots to showcase their makeup and costuming skills—or, at least, the skills of the stylists and makeup artists they hired to bring their artistic vision to life.

For example, Janelle Monáe has already had multiple viral transformations this Halloweek, from her turn as the Cat in the Hat to a topless tattooed vampire on Muscle Beach. Finally, for her annual star-studded Wondaween bash, she let a shark take a bite out of yet another glamorous blood-sucking creature.

Here are some of this year’s best celebrity Halloween costumes so far.

Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz as Medusa and Her Victim

No one does Halloween quite like Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz, who transformed into a fully reptilian take on Medusa and a soldier she turned to stone.

Halloween 2025: Alia Bhatt And Deepika Padukone’s Lara Croft And Lady Singham Costumes Are Giving Us Major Goals | Glamsham.com

Bollywood never misses an opportunity to ring in Halloween in full star-studded style, and this year, social media star Orry shared the highly anticipated video from the lavish party that was attended by the biggest of names in Mumbai. Glittering guests included Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, Nita Ambani, Akash Ambani, and Shloka Mehta, among others. Orry himself wore the costume of Sebastian the Crab from The Little Mermaid, while Nita Ambani stole hearts as Audrey Hepburn from Breakfast at Tiffany’s, perfectly pulling off the style of the Hollywood icon in a black off-shoulder dress, diamond tiara, and bangs.

Alia Bhatt played the role of adventurous Lara Croft, complete in her black tee and shorts, finished with a neat braid, while Deepika Padukone was a stunning Lady Singham. Ranveer Singh came full dressed as Deadpool, but Orry teased him, confusing him for Spider-Man. Akash and Shloka Ambani looked great as Gomez and Morticia Addams from The Addams Family.

Even private Aryan Khan made an appearance and channelled his inner Jake Gyllenhaal from Brokeback Mountain. Fans and followers flooded social media, with Ananya Panday leading the chorus of praise for Nita Ambani’s look, along with Khushi Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor. “This was the BESTTTTTTT reel of 2025,” said one viewer.

All these Halloween parties came after the grand birthday bashes of Isha and Akash Ambani in Jamnagar, which turned the city into a hub of glamour and entertainment. Celebrities like Ananya Panday, Disha Patani, Arjun Kapoor, Karan Johar, and Arijit Singh were spotted, adding more stars to the already starry atmosphere. Later, Janhvi Kapoor and Aryan Khan were also seen arriving in Jamnagar, ensuring a glittering presence throughout the celebrations.

The Ambani family, known for hosting larger-than-life, high-profile functions, proved only one thing again: how to blend glamour, music, and celebrity appearances together, and both Halloween and the twin birthday celebration thus became the most unforgettable in Bollywood this year.

An Exclusive First Look at Paul Tazewell’s Costumes in ‘Wicked: For Good’

by jummy84 October 16, 2025
written by jummy84

For any costume designer, a project of Wicked’s scope and scale would pose a thrilling challenge. But in Paul Tazewell’s case, he was tasked with outfitting two such movies—Wicked and Wicked: For Good—simultaneously. “It was exciting to shoot this way, to really maximize the scenery and consistency of the characters,” he says. “But it also meant that we needed to have a clear sense of the overall arc of the story.”

His work has already paid off in spades; Tazewell won an Oscar this year for his costumes in the first film. Now he’s ready to share a first look at Wicked’s highly-anticipated sequel, out on November 21.

Wicked: For Good picks up right where Wicked ended: Now vilified as the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) has fled to the Ozian forest, while Glinda (Ariana Grande) is working for the Wizard in Emerald City. “In part one, we see two young women beginning their adult lives, and making choices [about] how they want to see the world,” says Tazewell. “In Wicked: For Good, we see how they make sense of the consequences that are created in making those choices.”

With Halloween fast approaching, it’s time to start thinking about what you’ll be dressing your little ones as.

The obvious choice? Characters from KPop Demon Hunters, of course. The movie has taken over mainstream media, becoming a viral sensation across the globe with no end in sight. You’re bound to see a bunch of Rumis and Jinus running around this spooky season. Why not get ahead of the game and shop official Netflix costumes now from Spirit Halloween?

The retailer just added a few KPop Demon Hunters costumes to its inventory, and they’re pretty cute. The best part? None of them are more than $30. You’ve got costumes for every HUNTR/X member, from fearless vocalist Rumi and the group’s dancer Mira to rapper Zoey. Kids’ sizing on these costumes ranges from three to four years up to 13 to 14 years, giving everyone ample opportunity to dress like their demon-hunting favorites.

Each costume is very accurate to the film, down to the zippers, to help make your little one feel as if they just stepped out of the film. The costumes come with a top and bottom, and are made of soft milk silk, a breathable fabric that doesn’t irritate the skin. Purple hair and space buns are not included. Footwear is not included with the costumes, which means you’ll just have to get creative.

Netflix’s animated film dropped back in June, focusing on the popular phenom that is K-pop. The film follows fictional world-renowned K-pop girl group HUNTR/X, which consists of members Rumi, Mira and Zoey. The group sings and performs, while secretly slaying demons when not on stage. The movie has since spawned everything from coloring books to Funko figures that have sold like hotcakes. The animation is vibrant, while the dialogue and accompanying songs are both funny and touching.

Many real-life K-pop acts are featured throughout the film. Andrew Choi, who is the singing voice of Saja Boys’ Jinu, is currently an active solo artist under SM Entertainment. Hit K-pop girl group TWICE performs the version of HUNTR/X’s “Takedown” that appears during the credits. Kevin Woo, who provided the singing voice for Saja Boys’ Mystery Saja, is from the K-pop boy band U-KISS. It’s clear that the producers of the film had an appreciation for the music genre and current artists.

Best Costumes, Moments From Brooklyn’s Annual West Indian Day Parade

by jummy84 September 3, 2025
written by jummy84

Brooklyn’s rich cultural fabric is stitched together by the many immigrant communities that call the borough home—but none have left quite as vibrant a mark as its thriving Caribbean population.

Each Labor Day, that influence takes center stage during J’Ouvert, an early-morning celebration of Caribbean pride that transforms the streets of Crown Heights into a lively, colorful Carnival, otherwise known as the West Indian Day Parade.

Running along Eastern Parkway, the West Indian Day Parade draws thousands from across the five boroughs and beyond. Revelers wave their flags high, dance to the rhythms of soca and steelpan, and fill the air with joy and liberation. Vendors line the sidewalks, offering everything from flavorful Caribbean dishes to festive regalia, adding to the high-energy, cultural immersion of the event.

And at the heart of it all? The unforgettable outfits and happening that occur throughout the day. Here are some of the most striking costumes, moments and looks from this year’s West Indian Day celebration.
