Balraj Singh On Tanya Mittal’s Claims Of Her Bodyguards Saving 100 People In Mahakumbh

When asked about her videos from Mahakumbh that claimed Tanya Mittal’s bodyguards saved 100 people, Balraj Singh said, “Jinko khud ki jaan bachane ke liye bande pade ho, jinko bhukh mari aa gayi ho, khane ke liye bande pade ho – woh doosron ki jaan bachayenge? Hamare Uttar Pradesh ke andar Shri Adityanath Yogi ji mukhyamantri hain, maanyiya mukhyamantri hamare hain. Aap ek pakshi ki jaan bachaiye, woh itna prem karte hain pashu-pakshiyon se. Agar yeh sabit ho gaya ki aapne sach mein pakshi ki jaan bachayi hai, toh Yogi ji aapko bulayenge aur sammanit karenge.”

He added, “Aur aap keh rahi ho ki aapne 100 logon ki jaan bachayi, jismein administration ke log, police karmchari bhi shamil hain. Agar yeh sach hota aur aapse poocha jaata, toh aap kehti ‘link remove kar diya.’ Arre, aapko award hi nahi, balki koi pad bhi de dete! Aapne apne bio mein likha hua tha ‘Spiritual Influencer, Brand Ambassador UP Tourism aur MP Tourism.’ Toh phir yeh remove kaise ho gaya? Apni marzi se koi bhi pad le loge? Google pe kahin bhi nahi milta, aur aajkal Google pe sab kuch available hota hai. Main isi baare mein baat kar raha hoon. Mujhe majboori ho gayi baat karne ki, kyunki jitna mera use kar sakti thi, kar liya. Ab main iski asliyat saamne launga – chahe jo ho jaye. Yeh guarantee hai.”
Balraj On Tanya’s VIP Treatments At Mahakumbh
Speaking about her videos showing VIP treatments at Mahakumbh, Balraj said, “Dekhiye, mera inke saath tab tak khatam ho chuka tha. Main baat bhi nahi karta tha. Baad mein mujhe pata chala. Aur ek baat bataun – businesswoman bahut tagdi hai, minded bahut tagdi hai. Aapka istemal kar legi, aapko pata bhi nahi chalega. Political connections bhi bana legi. Spiritual logon se political connections ban jaate hain. Logon ko lagta hai ki yeh dharmik hai, spirituality sikha rahi hai, toh chalne do. Lekin jo log bhi yeh video dekh rahe honge, unko samajh aa jayega ki main sach bol raha hoon. Dekhiye, hamara Bharat ek bhaavnaon se juda hua desh hai. Hum hospitality mein bhi maahir hain. Mehmaan aayen toh bicha jaate hain. Lekin kuch logon ne is culture ka galat fayda uthaya hai – VIP, VVIP protocol ke naam pe.”
He continued, “Asli matlab yeh hai ki kuch celebrity ya famous log bheed mein khade nahi ho sakte, kyunki log unhe gher lete hain. Isiliye unko jaldi se darshan karake nikal diya jata hai, taki problem na ho. Jaise Salman Khan Ganesh Utsav mein jaayein, toh unko line mein khada karenge? Public karne hi nahi degi. Yeh hi asal protocol hai. Lekin in logon ne isko dikhawa bana diya hai – VVIP culture, 10-10 gaadiyaan, security. Thoda toh theek hai, lekin jungle mein mor naacha toh kisne dekha? Itna support kis base pe? Sirf glamour ke world ke chakkar mein? Aap dekhiye – 20-20 log aake shoot karte hain, sab jagah chal raha hai, hashtag trend ho raha hai.”

Singh concluded, “Bigg Boss TRP ka asal rang dikhane mein maahir hai. Trending #1 pe aana ho, chahe badnaam hoke ho. Mujhe ab samajh aa raha hai – tab mujhe use kiya gaya tha. Us waqt se ab tak ek baar bhi sorry nahi bola gaya. Aur aaj jaane se pehle sorry bola gaya. Kyun? Taki main support kar du, beech mein baatein na leke aaun. Aur main bhi bewakoof ban gaya, maine support kar diya. Ek sach yeh hai – maine ek studio banaya tha. Hum log mehnat kar rahe the. Har insaan mehnat karke aage badhna chahta hai. Main level pe gir nahi sakta. Toh humne ek studio establish kiya Balraj Singh Entertainment’ ke naam se. Ek channel banaya – ‘BB with Balraj’ (Bigg Boss with Balraj). Humne socha ki positive tareeke se sab pe react karenge. Aur jaise hi mujhe pata chala ki Tanya Mittal ja rahi hai Bigg Boss, maine turant video bana ke daal diya. Uske bhai ka call aaya,’ Bhai aapne Mridul ko support kiya hai, Tanya bhi ja rahi hai.’ Maine bola, ‘Toh main kya karun? Ja rahi hai toh jaane do. Mere liye toh Mridul mera bhai hai, aur hamesha rahega.’”
Tanya’s Mahakumbh 2025 Claims
Tanya Mittal is participating in Bigg Boss 19. In January 2025, during the Maha Kumbh, Mittal shared a viral, tearful video describing her experience during a deadly stampede on Mauni Amavasya. In interviews, she recounted seeing chaos, bodies, and feeling overwhelmed by the crowds, stating that she and her security team attempted to help victims.
Mittal described her harrowing experience during the stampede on Mauni Amavasya, which reportedly killed over 80 people. She recounted attempting to rescue people, especially women and children, in the chaos. At one point, she described having dead bodies in her hands. Avoiding VIP treatment: During the rescue efforts, Mittal deliberately covered her face to avoid being recognised as a social media personality and receiving special, or “VIP,” treatment. She claimed that others had mistakenly assumed she was a VIP and that police would arrive to save her, which did not happen.

The Great British Bake Off returned to Channel 4 tonight, marking 15 years since the cooking programme made its debut on screens.

This week saw the bakers settle into cakes, as they all had their first opportunity to impress the judges and battle it out for Star Baker.

Up first was the Signature, where the bakers were challenged to produce a perfect Swiss roll that needed an inlay design. Next was the first Technical as the bakers had to produce fondant fancies – and things were particularly difficult as they had to figure out the flavours and recipe themselves.

Finally, it was time for the Showstopper, and the bakers were tasked with baking a landscape cake.

Hassan – Week 1

Hassan became the first baker to leave the Bake Off tent, with host Alison Hammond having the difficult job of delivering the news he’d be leaving the tent.

After learning his time was up on the show, Hassan said: “I think I am a bit upset, but I did expect it. Everyone is such a phenomenal baker, they are all such lovely people. And even though it’s been a short-lived experience I have enjoyed it. Hopefully I can reflect on some things and then maybe get back to baking when I get a chance.”

Reflecting on the challenges, Hassan admitted he felt the Swiss roll was his worst moment in the tent as “it didn’t come out as planned” and also affected his baking after that.

Hassan added: “Honestly for my first ever bake in the tent to come out looking like that was appalling to say the least, for all the practice and work put into it. On the positive side, it tasted better than it looked, I guess?”

The Great British Bake Off continues on Channel 4 on Tuesday 9th September at 8pm.
