Parineeti, who is expecting her first baby with Raghav, took to Instagram to wish Raghav on their marriage anniversary. And the post came with a lot of wit and love.

She shared some images in which Parineeti and Raghav are posing together on a street in Paris. Raghav is wearing a black T-shirt with text “I (heart emoji) Paris”, paired with beige trousers and white sneakers.

Meanwhile, Parineeti, dressed in black athleisure wear with white sneakers, a white cap, and sunglasses, is playfully covering the letter “I” from “Paris” on his T-shirt, making it read “I (heart emoji) Pari” – a sweet nod to her nickname. Both of them are smiling and look joyful in the pictures.

“As a wife, it was my duty to fix the mistake (laughing emoji),” Parineeti began in her caption.

The actor continued, “Happy anniversary my Ragaii! The love of my life, my pagluu friend, my calm and composed husband – can’t wait to do the rest of my life with you (evil eye emoji).”

On the other hand, Raghav took to his Instagram handle to share his take on the pictures. “Breaking: Wife refuses to let husband love anything more than her, even cities… Happy Anniversary to the girl who makes every place feel like home,” Raghav wrote as caption.

Fans loved their banter on social media. “True love isn’t loud, it’s steady. You two are the epitome of that. There’s nothing better than watching your love for each other flourish and grow each year. During the second season, Hrithik Roshan appeared on the talk show with Priyanka Chopra and took a sly dig at Aamir Khan and Salman Khan’s height.

Aamir, on the other hand, is awaiting the release of his upcoming production, a romantic drama starring Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film is titled Mere Raho and is scheduled to release in cinemas on 12 December.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas Says Bollywood Felt Like a Tightly Guarded Space for Insiders

Priyanka Chopra has spoken candidly about her early struggles in Bollywood, describing how the industry once felt like a tightly guarded space for insiders. At a recent event, the actor reflected on how her experience as an outsider shaped her journey and inspired her to create opportunities for others.
“I won a beauty pageant in the year 2000, and that kick-started me into the entertainment industry and catapulted me into it,” Priyanka said. She added, “Thus, I started working in Indian movies, particularly in Hindi and Tamil… This was in 2002. But Bollywood is kind of… was, at least, extremely closed off to people coming from outside.”
According to Priyanka, the dominance of “generational actors, directors, and producers” made it difficult for fresh talent to find their footing. “When you want to break into the industry and get cast, it wasn’t the easiest,” she explained. Adding, “But somehow, I broke through. I was ambitious. I didn’t like failing, so I was persistent and kept at it.”

Having overcome those hurdles, Priyanka said she was determined to build a space for storytellers who lacked access to big-budget projects. “I made it somehow. And when I did, it was my way of creating that space that I never had,” she noted. Adding, “I wanted to work and provide the industry with filmmakers who, maybe, didn’t have access, or writers who wouldn’t get a big-budget movie.”
She added, “I wanted to be the shoulder for entertainers around the world to be able to get the limelight that they want. I’ve been very proud of the films that we’ve been associated with and produced over time. They’ve been wonderfully received, and we have given them the limelight that they deserved.”
Priyanka Chopra Jonas has spoken about her struggles before. In a 2023 interview with Dax Shepard on his Armchair Expert podcast, she admitted, “I had people not casting me, I had beef with people, I am not good at playing that game, so I kind of was tired of the politics, and I said I needed a break.”

In a candid conversation on the YouTube channel Something Bigger Show, Madhu Chopra reminisced about the time when Ashok Chopra was diagnosed with cancer and needed urgent treatment in Boston, US. Madhu shared, “It just so happened that Priyanka was shooting Krrish with Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan, so she shared her worries with them. He asked her, ‘Why are you crying?’ and then both father and son made that possible for the airlines to take us. They helped us, put in a word, they knew people.”

Madhu Chopra further shared that her late husband chose to keep the illness private. “He told me not to tell anybody, not in the family, we will go through it ourselves. That was the hardest time to see this mountain slowly getting weak and dealing with something. He couldn’t share his anxiety, his worries, and he was internalising it all,” Madhu said.

Earlier, in her autobiography, Unfinished, Priyanka Chopra also extended her heartfelt gratitude to Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan for supporting her in crucial times. Priyanka wrote, “If we hadn’t had people around us who were so kind and so willing to act on our behalf — Hrithik and his father, Rakesh sir, our family in Boston – I doubt that my father would have made it. There’s no way I can ever express my gratitude adequately to them, but it is deep and it is enduring.”

What’s Next For Priyanka Chopra & Hrithik Roshan?

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra is set to return to Indian cinema after a long time. She will share the screen with the superstar Mahesh Babu in SS Rajamouli’s highly anticipated film, SSMB29. She was also signed alongside Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt for Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara, announced years ago, but no updates on filming have emerged since.

Regarding international projects, her latest film, Heads of State, recently premiered on Amazon Prime Video. She will next be seen in The Bluff, a 19th-century Caribbean-set action-adventure film.

The two lovebirds posted a picture of a stunningly designed cake on a silver platter laid over a soft beige fabric. The cake was decorated with dainty white flowers, giving the post a peaceful, intimate touch. At the center of the cake, there were imprints of little baby feet in gold, accompanied by the inscription, “1 + 1 = 3” — a sweet and original reference to their expanding family.

In addition to the photo, the couple also posted a brief video clip in which Parineeti and Raghav are walking hand in hand in a green park, their backs turned to the camera, soaking in the silence of the moment.

The caption was, “Our little universe … on its way ????????????❤️ Blessed beyond measure.” Just as soon as the post went live, the comments were filled with congratulatory messages from fans, celebrities, and friends. Curiously, the announcement comes just after Raghav Chadha alluded to their intentions to have children during a show appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show. While making light of it in a humorous segment, host Kapil Sharma teased about how parents tend to jump into “grandkid mode” the moment their children tie the knot.

When Kapil enquired if “laddu was being given yet,” Raghav smiled and responded, “Denge, aapko denge… good news jaldi denge!” leaving Parineeti clearly shocked and giggling. Though the remark was lighthearted then, now the couple appears to have been in the know about their soon-to-be bundle of joy.

Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got married on September 24, 2023, at a lavish ceremony organised at the Leela Palace Hotel in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Their wedding was graced by a number of celebrities, politicians, and close friends.
