Queen Naija Checks Trolls Over Clarence NYC Birthday Surprise

Queen Naija isn’t here for none of the slick talk about Clarence NYC’s sweet gestures for her 30th birthday. The singer celebrated on Oct. 17, and Clarence went all out to make her day special. But of course, the trolls had plenty to say, questioning his romantic moves and bringing up, once again, why he still hasn’t put a ring on it.

Queen Naija Lived It Up For Her 30th Birthday, But Trolls Tried To Dim The Vibes

Even on her birthday, the internet couldn’t let Queen Naija and Clarence NYC catch a break. Queen dropped a video of her and Clarence on X (formerly Twitter) from her birthday celebration, and when one social media user tried to come for them writing, “So is he still stupid or what?” Queen immediately defend her man with, “cause he ain’t stupid TF.” She also told commenters that she didn’t even post the video herself, her team put it up. “I didn’t post that on here for yall ungrateful heffas…my label reposted from TikTok. Now shut up.” 

Fans Come Through Defending Queen After Trolls Try To Shade Her

One social media user tried to come for Queen and Clarence, but over in The Shade Room Teens comment section, folks had her back. Plenty of Roomies called out the trolls for bullying Queen and pressuring her about not being married yet.

Clarence Is Queen’s Man & She’s Stickin’ Beside Him!

The internet might have opinions on Queen Naija and Clarence NYC’s relationship, but she’s not phased one bit. Recently, she teased some new music that will be dropping this month that looks like it’s going to be aimed at the trolls that stay talking. On X, Queen shared a video of herself riding around in a whip with the caption, “Them: “LEAVE HIM” Me:” which shows her singing some lyrics from an unreleased track.

Shaq Checks On Kobe Bryant’s Mom ‘Once A Month’: ‘She Has A Lot Of Pain She’s Dealing With’

Shaquille O’Neal is doing what he can to make sure #KobeBryant’s loved ones are all good.

The retired #NBA star shared with PEOPLE that he checks on #Kobe’s mother, Pamela Bryant, “once a month” to support her through her grief. Shaq, who won three championships alongside Kobe during their time on the #Lakers, said that Kobe would often check in on his family before passing in 2020.

The 53-year-old mentioned that he also maintains close contact with Kobe’s sisters, Sharia and Shaya. Shaq expressed:

“Their mom has been through a lot in a couple of years, and that takes a toll, and sometimes you just need somebody to just call to check on you.”

As reported, Kobe’s father passed last July. Touching on that, Shaq continued,

“I kind of know what it feels like with the passing of her son, but I don’t know what it feels like to lose a son and a husband, so I’m sure she has a lot of pain that she’s dealing with.”

He added:

“I just try to make her smile. I just try to do whatever I can, because I know it’s tough.”

Her latest appearance was no exception, turning heads in a unique Madras check saree. Janhvi Kapoor rocks stunning Madras check saree

On August 22, anonymous fashion blogger Diet Sabya shared an exclusive video of Janhvi on Instagram, captioning it: “Are we ready for the (Neo) sari gown comeback??? Janhvi wearing Amit Aggarwal couture, a custom take on the legendary Madras checks.”

Janhvi can be seen wearing a stunning Madras check saree that’s anything but traditional. This contemporary, couture-inspired take on the classic check pattern transforms into a neo-sari gown silhouette, perfectly blending the elegance of draped Indian wear with the structure of a modern gown.

The usually vibrant, summery Madras checks are reimagined in a mix of pastel and jewel tones, giving the look a fresh, fashion-forward edge. The draping is unconventional, the pallu and pleats are fused into a flowy yet tailored ensemble that flatters Janhvi’s frame beautifully.

How she styled her look

Assisted by celebrity fashion stylist Ami Patel, Janhvi accessorised her look with heritage jewels, including statement earrings, a choker necklace, and a bold ring adorning her finger. Makeup artist Savleen Kaur Manchanda enhanced her look with shimmery eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, mascara-coated lashes, flushed cheeks, plenty of highlighter, and a glossy pink lipstick. Her luscious tresses were tied in a neat bun and adorned with beautiful flowers, completing the look perfectly.

Janhvi’s post quickly caught attention online, racking up tons of likes and comments. While some viewers appreciated her look, others were critical.
