Reflecting on Govinda’s past to Pinkvilla, Sunita said, “Apne aap ko sambhal ke rakhna chahiye. Jawani mein insaan galti karta hai, maine bhi kiya hai, Govinda ne bhi kiya hai… par ek umar ke baad galtiyaan shobha nahi deti.” She added that once a person has a loving family, a wife, and beautiful children, there’s no reason to repeat those mistakes.

When asked how she handled such situations, Sunita revealed that her children are her biggest source of strength. She considers them her closest companions, admitting that she has no friends outside her family. Speaking about Govinda, she said, “He’s a hero — what can I say? He’s spent more time with heroines than with his wife. It takes a very strong woman to be a star’s wife; you have to make your heart as hard as stone. It took me 38 years of marriage to realise that.”

Sunita acknowledged Govinda’s positive qualities as a son and brother but candidly admitted, “He’s not a good husband”. She added that she would not want him as her husband in her next life.

Govinda- Sunita’s Relationship

The couple married in 1987, long before Govinda rose to stardom. They kept their marriage private until the birth of their daughter, Tina, in 1989. Their son, Yashvardhan, was born in 1997 and is set to make his Bollywood debut soon. Despite recent rumours of separation and alleged affairs, Govinda and Sunita put speculation to rest by celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi together.

Karan Kundrra Response To Allegations 

Karan took to his Instagram to share a lengthy note addressing the cheating allegations levied against him, without ever naming Anusha. The post was quickly deleted but surfaced on various social media platforms, including Reddit, sparking massive public interest.

In the deleted post, Karan lamented the media frenzy: “87 articles in three hours and for what?? To sell a podcast!?”. He questioned the message such sensationalism sends to the youth, writing, “Is this the inspiration that’s being instilled into the young boys & girls of our country?? Is this entertainment for you??”

The actor expressed deep frustration over what he described as a double standard, arguing that men like him are left vulnerable to baseless accusations. “It’s unfortunate that today these cruel elite women can say ANYTHING and they will be applauded and men like me have no where to go,” he wrote. He spoke of the hardship faced by those who “come from small cities work extremely hard, persevere away from our loved ones and NO one supports till the spark is sucked out of you…”

In a more emotional part of the post, Karan questioned the impunity enjoyed by his accusers. “At 4 in the morning as I lay alone in my bed, consumed with utter disappointment and helplessness, I wonder why these ‘smash the patriarchy’ women with connections to big Bollywood families intoxicated till their eyelids in power, get away with systemic harassment, mental badgering, degrading persecution, why!??,” he asked.

He warned that such public shaming can be destructive, pointing to the detrimental effect of “blind items” and unchecked accusations that “break you” and “fracture your strength.” He concluded with a bleak observation about the lack of accountability: “Now I’m beginning to understand why even the most seemingly successful, strong, bright men end up taking their lives in this country, coz there is no accountability, no consequences that these woke women have to face.”

Anusha Dandekar YouTube Podcast 

The drama was reignited on Anusha’s YouTube channel, Unverified — The Podcast, where she shared a story about a former boyfriend’s infidelity.

Without naming Karan directly, Anusha recounted, “The most incredible experience I had with dating apps was, I was signed to do campaigns for a dating app, and at the time, the boyfriend, I got him the deal as well, to do the campaign with me.” She stated that he received his highest-ever payment for that campaign.

 

She then revealed the betrayal: “And he used the dating app to talk and meet with girls, and we’re doing the campaign together.” The final, most inflammatory remark was: “I found out much later when I found out he was sleeping with all of Mumbai.”

Public speculation instantly connected the dots to Karan, as the pair had previously been brand ambassadors for the dating app Bumble during their relationship.

Karan and Anusha were in a relationship for three and a half years before they officially broke up in 2020. They co-hosted the reality show MTV Love School between 2016 and 2019, where they helped struggling couples mend their relationships.

In 2021, Anusha was asked for the ‘direct reason’ for their separation during an Instagram Q&A. She replied, “We deserve more honesty, love and happiness…and it starts with self-love. So, I chose me. That’s it.”

In the past, Anusha has repeatedly suggested that Karan was unfaithful and lied to her, a charge that Karan has consistently denied, even laughing off the accusations in a previous interview. Karan is currently dating actor Tejasswi Prakash.

Karan took to his Instagram account to share a note about the cheating allegations levied against him by his former girlfriend, Anusha, without naming her. However, he later deleted the post. The same has surfaced on various social media handles, including Reddit.

The actor also wondered why there are no consequences for people who put out blind items.

He continued, “They break you with these ‘blind items’, creep into your confidence and step by step fracture your strength! Now I’m beginning to understand why even the most seemingly successful, strong, bright men end up taking their lives in this country, coz there is no accountability, no consequences that these woke women have to face.”

What did Anusha say in her podcast

On her YouTube channel Unverified — The Podcast, Anusha took an indirect dig at Karan.

While she has not mentioned the name of Karan, people connected the dots as she was once a brand ambassador for the dating app Bumble while dating Karan, and he, too, was part of the deal.

The day began on a softer note when Amaal addressed his earlier remarks about Awez’s past relationship. Awez, visibly emotional, expressed his disappointment, saying, “I know a lot of things about Baseer, but I never spoke about them. Even when Abhishek kept asking, I chose not to say anything because I knew he would use it against me. People on your side only talk to demean you. Why not talk about the effort? Nobody is perfect. The audience sees everything—if you hang out with those people, it creates a wrong perspective about you.”

Aur mera wahi concern tha ki tum game khelo na, game ke hisaab se khelo. It’s not ki tum kisi ke personal life pe jao ya bahar ki baatein kyun nikaalo. Tumhare paas agar kuch nahi hai bolne ke liye game related, toh aap bahar ki baatein bologe. Toh wo ek bahut hi bad move tha Baseer ki taraf se. He could have played it in a better way, I think. Wahi jagde ke baare mein kuch hota toh theek tha, usse sportingly le bhi sakte the. But yeh mujhe bilkul sahi nahi laga.“

Nagma Wants Amaal To Give Her 20 Lakhs

Speaking of what she will speak to when she meets Amaal Mallik after those personal attacks, Nagma laughs. She replied, “Main bolungi bhai, matlab bahar aa ja, tujhe chal mujhe 20 lakh rupay chahiye! (laughs) No, just kidding. I will ask him, ‘Yaar, problem kya thi? Kya bigaada tha humne? Itne achhe se toh the.’ But I think achhai sabko hazam nahi hoti.”

Baseer Ali-Nagma Mirajkar Arguments

The arguments involving Baseer Ali and Nagma Mirajkar were Baseer’s accusations against Nagma’s boyfriend, Awez Darbar, during Bigg Boss 19. So recently, I got a chance to watch Metro In Dino on Netflix – one of the most talked films of the recent times. It worked in the theaters and I heart a lot of good things about the film. More so, I was in love with the music album as well, so I decided to dive in Anurag Basu‘s take on modern-day relationships and it has left me as confused as his characters were!

No, do not get me wrong, I am a die-hard Bollywood fan and an equally hopeless romantic when it comes to Hindi films. But over the years, the portrayal of romance on screen has changed for the worst to be honest! Now, not getting into the film’s mirror society or society gets impacted from films debate, I am surprised at the casual approach in relationships, to be honest!

For those who do not know, Metro In Dino is a relationship drama highlighting four couples, and all of them are on the verge of cheating on each other. Do they cheat or do they not is the only curiosity that keeps everyone on toes. And this is where my issue with this film started and never ended!

So, how do we define cheating here? Is it only the physical aspect of a relationship, or do we take emotional cheating into account at any point? These four couples decide to break boundaries of a relationship, and of course, I am no one to decide any boundary for any relationship, and it is totally between two people to set those boundaries, but I definitely need to address this casual conversation around cheating.

The film is so entertaining that I am sure no one has a problem with this casual approach and conversation regarding cheating, something that is totally non-negotiable in a relationship. In fact, in the recent past, many movies have taken this casual approach to cheating in a relationship, and I am just confused. Am I too old school, or has the world progressed too rapidly?

It definitely talks about second chances, but it never bothers to strike a conversation about the discussion that leads to the second chances! Of course, I agree about taking second chances, but only if we failed for the first time by mistake! But cheating is definitely a choice in a relationship.

In one of the songs, Metro In Dino discusses romance and says, “Koi kaise kare farak, ye ishq hai ya tharak?” Well, I think most of us know the answer! But the film definitely confuses my old soul. I think, the 90’s ‘kid’ in me needs to grow up!

Did Iris & Pepe Break Up After Love Island USA?

It looks like Pepe and Iris broke up before the August 2025 season 7 reunion, but neither of them has confirmed the rumors at the time of publication. Fans, however, noticed that the duo unfollowed each other on Instagram — just like season 7 winners Amaya and Bryan.

Iris also deleted all of her Instagram posts featuring Pepe. She even subtly hinted at a breakup by sharing a sunset picture with Fleetwood Mac’s “Silver Springs” song via her Instagram Stories ahead of the season 7 reunion. The lyrics are famously about the failure of a romantic relationship.

Did Pepe Really Cheat on Iris? The Snapchat Message That Started Rumors

There is no proof behind the cheating rumors, but fans think that Pepe was unfaithful to Iris because an unknown woman shared a message via Snapchat in August 2025 claiming that she “had sex with Pepe in the hotel lobby.”

Since there’s no validity behind the woman’s claim so far, it’s unclear if Pepe ever cheated on Iris. However, Iris seemingly unfollowed Pepe immediately after screenshots of the Snapchat message made the rounds on social media.

Why Did Pepe & Iris Break Up After Love Island USA?

Since neither Pepe nor Iris has publicly commented on their rumored breakup, it’s unclear what exactly led to their apparent split. It’s unlikely that the season 7 reunion episode will address the split rumors because the taping took place on August 12, 2025, and the cheating rumors surfaced shortly before the episode’s August 25 air date.
