Lawrence Saint-Victor Gets Emotional as Carter Sends Hope off to Liam

by jummy84 October 5, 2025
written by jummy84

Life can change pretty quickly, and not for the better! That’s what Carter Walton, played by Lawrence Saint-Victor, found out on The Bold and the Beautiful last week when he went from wanting to plan his wedding to Hope (Annika Noelle) to setting her free from their relationship.

The day started out well with the two celebrating Hope’s fashion line, Hope For The Future, being reinstated at Forrester Creations. The jubilation over the revived division prompted Carter to tell Hope that he wanted to plan their wedding.

Alas, viewers saw Carter come to a fast but firm realization that Hope’s heart was with her ex-husband, Liam (Scott Clifton), and their daughter, Beth (Jordyn Gracie). For his heartbreaking performance as a man who has inexpiably lost out in love again, TV Insider is bestowing Performer of the Week honors on Saint-Victor.

Hope became distracted from her wedding plans to Carter by taking a text from Liam that included a photo of him and Beth at their Daddy/Daughter dance. Carter couldn’t help but notice the emotional shift that the woman he loves was able to make so quickly. While moms usually aren’t on the guest lists for those events, Carter knowingly told Hope, “And you want to be there, don’t you?”

Saint-Victor brought an understated gravitas to his delivery on that line and others as he was in the process of coming to the inevitable conclusion that Carter’s relationship with Hope was on the verge of ending.

CBS

“You want to be with Beth and Liam tonight,” Carter said to Hope. Saint-Victor performed the word “tonight” in a way that indicated Carter knew that this wasn’t just for one evening. It was going to be forever.

Hoping against hope that the relationship still might be salvaged, Carter gave a nervous chuckle when he pointed out to Hope that she wasn’t obligated to be at a “Daddy/Daughter” dance given its nature. However, he couldn’t deny where Hope stood. He knew it before she did, in fact.

“Go, be with your family,” Carter told Hope after she shared that she’d love to be there with Beth on her special night.

Again, Saint-Victor played that Carter wasn’t just letting Hope go for the night – he was sending her away forever.

Hope wasn’t quite there yet, realizing that this would be a split for good. She offered to stay in touch with him as the evening progressed. “Stay as long as it feels right,” Carter said with nothing but love in his voice. Slowly, Hope started to come to the conclusion that something was amiss and Carter was talking about an issue that was more substantial than them just being apart for a dance.

“I know we both had ‘hope for our future,’” Carter wistfully said as he noted the play on words between his personal desire and the name of Hope’s company. This wasn’t the first time that the phrase “hope for the future” was employed in dialogue that had nothing directly to do with Hope’s fashion line. We’ve been waiting for someone on the show who uttered those words to be aware of the pun, and Saint-Victor chose to have Carter be aware of the ironic wording at a very emotional time.

He then put it all on the table. “This is really difficult,” he said. Carter struggled a bit but then he found the words that would set Hope free.

“Give your daughter what she wants,” Carter said. “Give her her parents back. That’s what’s in your heart.”

Then, Carter took the engagement ring off Hope’s finger. The two cried and kissed, realizing that while they still loved each other this was for the greater good.

“Goodbye,” Carter said. While some actors can’t muster up tears, Saint-Victor did in these scenes, reminding viewers that real men can — and do — cry.

Emotionally drained, Carter went to Il Giardino to hear Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) perform. Later, she joined him at his table and he updated her on his status as a single man. Despite calling himself a “loser at love,” Carter was able to muster a bit of a smile when Daphne took his hand. (Perhaps there’s hope for their…well, you know the rest.)

Time will tell if and when Carter manages to capture someone’s heart. However, there’s no question that Saint-Victor has the ability to touch our hearts with his vulnerable performances. Bravo!

Reginae Carter Leaves Her Siblings In Stitches With TikTok Dances

Reginae Carter is never one to shy away from a moment — and this time, she brought some of her siblings along for the fun. During a recent Lil Wayne ‘Tha Carter VI’ tour stop, the vibe was high, the cameras were rolling, and Reginae? She was deep in her TikTok bag. But, it wasn’t just her energy that stole the show — it was her brothers’ reactions that had everybody cracking up.

Reginae Carter Said, “The VIP Section Is The Real Show”

In a clip posted to her TikTok, Reginae is seen standing in what appears to be the VIP section, confidently rapping along to a viral audio. She’s fully in character, delivering every bar like she wrote it herself — puffing her chest, hitting expressions, and owning her moment like only she can. But in the background, her little brothers Kameron and Neal are just chillin’, posted up like they’ve seen it all before.

The two exchange amused glances and smirks, clearly entertained but also giving major “Our big sis is crazy” energy. The contrast between Reginae’s over-the-top confidence and her brothers’ deadpan reactions had fans in stitches, with many calling it a classic sibling moment. One thing’s for sure — the Carter kids know how to steal the spotlight, even when they’re just watching from the sidelines.

The TL Is In Shambles!

Social media wasted no time running to The Shade Room comment section to sound off on the Carter crew. Fans couldn’t get over how Kameron, Neal, and Reginae all look like Lil Wayne — just in their own unique ways. Many agreed Reginae might be the shortest of the bunch, but she’s clearly got the biggest personality, and honestly? She’s giving coolest big sis ever!

One Instagram user @youngfiree_s said, “Wayne, Wayne jr & Waynette“

And, Instagram user @blvckmonalisa added, “Wayne standing there in 3 different forms 😂”

Meanwhile, Instagram user @daniellebreyon commented, “She dont play about her brothers or her daddy.“

While, Instagram user @shameless_sherrice shared, “She is too cute! I love seeing how she interacts with her siblings ❤️”

Instagram user @saymisskim wrote, “They so cute back there laughing at big sis ❤️”

Finally, Instagram user @theekimpeccable said, “Girl try being a mom of three and the tiniest person in the house 😩😂😂”

The Carter Genes Are Strong

To top it all off, Reginae took to Instagram to bless the timeline with an up-close photo of her and her brothers — and the Carter genes are definitely strong. Reginae looked so cute rocking her shades, a crisp white tee with a matching purse, grey jeans, and of course, that all-access VIP backstage pass. Kam, Lil Wayne’s son with Lauren London, stood tall — literally towering over his siblings — with his curly fro and a Nipsey Hussle chain that paid tribute to his roots and his swag. And then there’s Neal, Wayne’s son with Nivea, who had folks doing double takes — because baby boy is copy and paste 2004 Lil Wayne. From the face to the pose to the entire vibe, Neal looked like he just stepped out of a vintage ‘Go DJ’ video.

Dak Prescott Says He “Wasn’t Trying To Spit” On Jalen Carter

by jummy84 September 6, 2025

Thursday night’s (Sept. 4) season opener between the Cowboys and Eagles quickly became less about the scoreboard and more about a shocking spitting incident.

Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter was ejected after spitting toward Cowboys quarterback, Dak Prescott, apparently in response to Prescott sending saliva in his direction first. The act occurred right in front of an official, making Carter’s ejection an immediate call.

Video from the incident, however, shows that the confrontation may have been sparked by Prescott himself, who seemingly — though possibly unintentionally — spit in Carter’s direction during the opening huddle. See footage below.

In his postgame press conference, Prescott was candid about the routine nature of his spitting habits, saying he spits “a thousand times throughout the game.” He explained that he wasn’t aiming at anyone directly. “I wasn’t going to spit on my lineman and I just spit ahead,” he said, adding that Carter’s reaction was “insulting” because he would never deliberately spit on someone.

Video shows Prescott moving toward Carter while explaining himself, just before Carter retaliated. “I actually said words like, ‘Why the hell would I–’ excuse me, probably even more colorful — ‘what would I need to spit on you for?’ he recounted. “He just spit on me in that moment, it was more of a surprise than anything.”

Despite the incident, Prescott emphasized that he holds no ill will toward Carter.

“I’m pretty sure he knows that I didn’t try to spit on him or wasn’t even aiming to spit on him,” he continued, adding that he doesn’t wish for anyone to be ejected. “I know how excited each and every one of us are right to kick off the season and the season opener, and hell of a player like that doesn’t even get a chance in the first play. Unfortunate circumstances,” he added.

Carter, for his part, admitted the incident was a mistake. Following the 24-20 Eagles win, he promised it “won’t happen again.”

Sex Pistols With Frank Carter Postpone North American Tour

The Sex Pistols and Frank Carter have some bad news to share.

On Friday, guitarist Steve Jones broke the news to fans that he had broken his wrist and that the band would need to postpone their upcoming run of North and American shows that had been slated to kick off on Sept. 16 at Dallas’ Longhorn Ballroom.

“I’ve got some good news and bad news. What do you want first?” wrote Jones in an Instagram post. “Okay, the bad news: I’ve broken my wrist, so unfortunately we won’t be doing any shows for a while.”

On the other hand, the musician said that the “good news is the surgeon said I will be back playing guitar in the not-too-distant future. The other good news is I’ll be 70 tomorrow!” Before ending his message, he said, “God bless, and God save the wrist.”

Along with the group’s North American concerts, their shows in South America have also been postponed and will be rescheduled when Jones fully recovers. More information will be shared on local venue websites and social media.

The Sex Pistol’s 50th anniversary tour lineup features Jones, bassist Glen Matlock, drummer Paul Cook, and Gallows singer and new vocalist Frank Carter performing the 1977 punk classic Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols in its entirety, including other tracks from the band’s catalog.

The tour was set to be the band’s first North American performances since 2003, when its members took the stage with original frontman John Lydon, a.k.a. Johnny Rotten.

Lydon has bashed his former bandmates reunion tour with Carter, calling it “a clown’s circus at work” in an April interview with the Independent. “Sorry, I’m not going to give a helping hand to this any longer, as far as I am concerned, I am the Pistols, and they’re not.” In another interview with NME, Lydon said the concerts were little more than “karaoke presentation.”
