Aryan Khan, the eldest son of Shah Rukh Khan, is all set to take the next big step in his filmmaking journey. After making an impressive debut as a director with his OTT project The Ba***ds of Bollywood, Aryan is now gearing up for his first big-screen directorial. The untitled project is expected to go on floors in 2026.

Aryan Khan Gears Up For Big-Screen Debut

While details about the story and cast are still under wraps, reports confirm that Shah Rukh Khan will not be playing the lead. Aryan is said to be crafting a unique cinematic experience that will stand out from mainstream Bollywood storytelling.

According to a report by Pinkvilla, Aryan is determined to establish his own identity as a filmmaker before directing his superstar father. He wants to “earn” that opportunity through hard work and merit, rather than legacy. If things go as planned, Aryan and Shah Rukh Khan will collaborate on his third directorial, which could take shape around 2027.

The father-son duo has reportedly locked the basic concept, but Aryan is currently busy finalizing the script for his second feature, which will soon move into the casting phase. Aryan’s first project, The Ba***ds of Bollywood, premiered on Netflix on September 18, 2025.

Produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment, the action comedy-drama follows the journey of Aasmaan Singh, an ambitious outsider navigating the highs and lows of the Hindi film industry. With themes of ambition, fame, and nepotism, the show stars Bobby Deol, Lakshya Lalwani, and Sahher Bambba, along with cameos by big stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is filming King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The high-octane action drama will also introduce Suhana Khan in a leading role and is slated for release in 2026.

Actor Sheezan Khan, who is currently playing the lead role in Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan, was recently asked if he would be interested in joining Bigg Boss, one of television’s highest-rated reality shows.

Sheezan Khan On Bigg Boss Participation

In response, Sheezan smiled and said, speaking to Bollywood Bubble, “Mera toh chal raha hai show, mai toh show kar raha hu,” making it clear that his focus is on his current project. When asked if he would consider doing Bigg Boss in the future, he replied, “I’m doing a television show, I’m at my best, living my life. After packing up, I get to go home and go to the gym. I don’t want to have unnecessary fights with anyone.”

His reply shows that he enjoys the routine and peace that comes with working on a fiction show, unlike the chaos and drama of a reality show like Bigg Boss.

Sheezan also shared that he is supporting actress Ashnoor Kaur this season.“I’ve known Ashnoor (Kaur) for a long time. I was surprised to see her on Bigg Boss, but I’m really happy she’s there,” he said warmly.

Sheezan’s words reflect his current contentment and his focus on positivity and growth.

Care for yourself! Nowful founder Angélica Fuentes shared her personal wellness rituals with ET while celebrating the launch of her brand and Hispanic Heritage Month.

The 62-year-old businesswoman swears by simple, consistent habits to stay grounded — and rejects the idea that self-care has to be extravagant.

“We are told that in order to be well, we need to go to expensive spas, book exotic retreats, or meditate for 20 hours in a Buddhist temple in Nepal. That is not true,” she explains.

Instead, Fuentes relies on daily practices that reconnect her with her body, mind, and soul.
