Yungblud Cancels Remainder of 2025 Tour Due to Medical Concerns

by jummy84 November 16, 2025
written by jummy84

Yungblud has canceled the remainder of his tour dates scheduled in 2025 due to medical concerns. In a statement posted to Instagram over the weekend, the young rocker shared that, “This week when I got home off the road, and went to have some tests done (like I usually do) and my voice and blood tests have raised some concerns. I have been ordered by my doctor to take a break from touring until the end of the year.”

“It is in my nature to run and run until I run myself to the ground without giving a fuck about anything apart from the music and you guys but this time I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and I can’t fuck around,” Yungblud added. “I don’t want to do any lasting damage to myself, we are on a journey that I want to last forever. I understand that some of you will be so frustrated. I just want you to know that this is so hard for me to do but I promise I will make it up to you.”

As a result, Yungblud has canceled upcoming dates scheduled in Philadelphia, Cleveland, Washington, Mexico City, and Latin America.

The good news is Yungblud is due back on the road next year: his massive “IDOLS Tour” will hit North America next spring (tickets here), and he says he’s also planning to announce his own headlining shows in Mexico and Latin America.

Yungblud cancels all remaining 2025 dates on doctor’s orders: “My heart is broken”

by jummy84 November 16, 2025
written by jummy84

Yungblud has been forced to cancel all of his remaining 2025 shows on doctor’s orders, a decision he has described as heartbreaking.

The singer has been on the road for much of the year as part of his ‘Idols’ world tour and he recently wrapped up a run of shows in North America and Europe. He was due to play a final few shows in the US and South America, but those have now been cancelled.

Tickets for gigs in Philadelphia, Cleveland and Washington DC will be refunded, as will shows in Mexico City and Latin America. Yungblud has also promised “a gift” to fans who had bought tickets for the affected shows.

Writing on Instagram Stories today (November 16), Yungblud has said: “This week when I got home off the road, and went to have some tests done (like I usually do) and my voice and blood tests have raised some concerns.”

I hope you get well soon. Love you, Dom 🖤 @yungblud #yungblud pic.twitter.com/ymv4b334RB

“It is in my nature to run and run until I run myself to the ground without giving a fuck about anything apart from the music and you guys but this time I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and I can’t fuck around.”

“My heart is broken,” he added. “I don’t want to do any lasting damage to myself, we are on a journey that I want to last forever. I understand that some of you will be frustrated. I just want you to know that this is so hard for me to do but I promise I will make it up to you.”

Yungblud is due to play a run of UK and Ireland arena dates in April, a tour that he recently extended due to outstanding demand. You can see the complete list of dates here and find any remaining tickets here.

Before that, he also has a string of Australian shows booked for January, and will play at Lollapalooza India on January 24.

Yungblud released the first part of his latest album ‘Idols’ in June, and it hit Number One in the UK. He told NME of the album days before the first part’s release: “Part one is about the reclamation of yourself: ‘All you are is a self-fulfilling prophecy / A product of your own temptation.’

“Part two is the dark and downward spiral to the inevitable realisation that I’m not going to be here forever – who do I want to spend my life with? Mortality. Part two plummets you back down to earth, and it’s a little bit more cynical.”

‘Idols’ has now been nominated for a Grammy for Best Rock Album, while ‘Zombie’ is up for Best Rock Song. The live version of ‘Changes’ that he performed at Black Sabbath’s farewell ‘Back To The Beginning’ show is also nominated for Best Rock Performance.

Yungblud is also set to soundtrack ‘Trans Is Human’, a new trans-focused photography exhibition at Outernet in London tomorrow (November 17).

His EP with Aerosmith, ‘One More Time’, is also set to come out on Friday (November 21). They released a single from the EP, ‘My Only Angel’, on September 19, marking the hard rock icons’ first original release in over 12 years. The two acts worked together earlier that month to pay tribute to Ozzy Osbourne at the MTV VMAs.

“I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and I can’t fuck around,” singer says

Yungblud has canceled the remainder of his 2025 tour dates on advice from his doctors, who ordered him “to take a break from touring until the end of the year.”

The singer has spent much of the year on his Idols World Tour, which continues into 2026 with another North American leg. However, Yungblud — who recently wrapped up a European run of concerts — had another handful of U.S. shows and gigs in Latin America on tap before the end of the year.

“This week when I got home off the road, and went to have some tests done (like I usually do) and my voice and blood tests have raised some concerns,” Yungblud wrote on social media to fans, adding that his doctor then ordered him off the road.

“It is in my nature to run and run until I run myself to the ground without giving a fuck about anything apart from the music and you guys but this time I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and I can’t fuck around,” Yungblud said.

The canceled shows include November gigs Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Washington, as well as planned gigs in Mexico City and Latin America. All tickets will be refunded for those shows, Yungblud said, promising to send “a gift” to all fans impacted by the cancellations.

As of now, Yungblud is set to return to his Idols Tour in January 2026 for an Australian leg, followed by a U.K. run in April 2026 and then an extensive North American tour next summer.

Jelly Roll has been forced to cancel the final date of his debut Australia and New Zealand tour, citing illness, just hours before the headline show was set to kick off.

The Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum artist announced via Instagram on Friday (Nov. 8) that he would not be performing at The Outer Fields at Western Springs in Auckland, New Zealand, as originally scheduled for tonight.

“Dear Auckland, I’ve done everything I can,” he wrote on Instagram. “I just can’t shake it. It breaks my heart, I’ve probably missed three shows in the last decade. I pride myself on showing up no matter what. Just couldn’t do it this time. Please forgive me.”

Fans reported that they didn’t discover news of the cancellation until arriving at the venue. The late notice left many frustrated and disappointed, particularly as some had travelled long distances to attend Jelly Roll’s first-ever New Zealand performance.

The cancelled concert was set to wrap Jelly Roll’s tour across Australia and New Zealand, which marked the country-rock star’s first-ever visit to the region. The run included back-to-back shows at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena (Oct. 28–29), a sold-out night at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena (Nov. 4), and an Adelaide show at AEC Theatre (Oct. 26). He also headlined the inaugural Strummingbird Festival on the Sunshine Coast (Oct. 25), followed by dates in Newcastle (Nov. 1) and Perth (Nov. 2).

In 2023, his album Whitsitt Chapel peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, and in 2024, his follow-up Beautifully Broken debuted at No. 1 — marking his first chart-topping release on the all-genre tally. He has also earned eight consecutive No. 1 singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, including fan favourites like “Heart of Stone,” “I Am Not Okay,” and “Liar,” the latter of which held the top spot for six weeks.

Live Nation have issued a statement on the show’s cancellation, saying: “We regret to announce the Jelly Roll Down Under 2025 Tour tonight at The Outer Fields at Western Springs in Auckland will no longer go ahead due to illness.

“All ticket holders will receive an automatic full refund. For any further refund enquiries please contact your point of purchase. We thank the fans for their understanding, and we look forward to welcoming Jelly Roll in future.”

“I cannot give you the show I’d like to be able to give you with the condition of my throat right now,” singer writes on social media

Benson Boone canceled his Birmingham, England concert an hour before it was scheduled to start on Saturday due to him suffering vocal and throat issues. He was supposed to perform at Utilita Arena during his tour in support of American Heart.

In a statement posted on a since-expired Instagram Story, the singer apologized to fans and added that he was working with his team to reschedule the concert for another time.

“Birmingham I am so so sorry but I will not be able to perform tonight,” he wrote. “I have tried everything I can to revive my voice, but I cannot give you the show I’d like to be able to give you with the condition of my throat right now.”

The singer added: “This is genuinely the crappiest feeling, I am so sorry. I promise you I will do everything in my power to make it up to you. I’ll update you guys as soon as I can. Thank you for everything you do. I love you guys so much.”

Utilita Arena confirmed the cancellation to the BBC, saying in a statement that it was “working through all possible options to reschedule.” The venue added: “We understand how disappointing this is and sincerely apologise for the extremely short notice and inconvenience caused.”

It’s unclear whether Boone will return to the stage for his three scheduled consecutive dates at London’s O2 Arena, which kick-off on Monday. Boone’s international leg of his tour is currently set for European stops through November, including shows in Paris, Amsterdam, and Stockholm.

During Boone’s North American tour run, which wrapped in October, his set list included a cover song at every show. In September at his Nashville stop, Boone delivered his rendition of Jason Isbell’s “Cover Me Up.”

Sanjay Leela Bhansali Cancels Italy Schedule For Love And War, Recreates It In Mumbai Instead! | Glamsham.com

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming magnum opus Love and War, starring Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal, is among the most anticipated films in Bollywood. While details about the film’s plot remain tightly under wraps, recent updates reveal that the director has chosen to recreate 1970s Italy in Mumbai instead of filming abroad.

As per a report in Mid Day, Bhansali had even planned a 45-day shooting in Italy to shoot important parts of the film. But the schedule was finally ditched because of logistical issues and lack of time. Instead, the director, famous for his visual magnificence and attention to detail, decided to take Italy to Mumbai by creating grand sets near Royal Palms in Goregaon.

A source from the production revealed, “The Italy schedule was proving to be logistically complicated and would have taken considerably more time to execute. Bhansali wanted to be able to preserve the luxury while having tight control over the setting, so he decided to recreate the Italian surroundings in a controlled studio environment.

The report added that Bhansali started the new schedule of shooting in early October, centering around scenes shot in a rich Italian club. The director reportedly shot a 10-day schedule with his lead actors prior to Diwali. True to his signature style, Bhansali made sure that all the details — from costumes and set design to lighting — were in line with the spirit of 1970s Italy.

With Love and War, Bhansali brings together three powerhouse performers — Alia, Ranbir, and Vicky — for the first time, making it one of the most awaited collaborations in recent years. The film promises to deliver a rich cinematic experience marked by Bhansali’s signature grandeur, emotional intensity, and timeless storytelling.

Cody Johnson Cancels Remaining 2025 Shows

by jummy84 October 7, 2025
written by jummy84

Cody Johnson is canceling his remaining 2025 shows due to a burst eardrum, which the country singer said will require surgery and “many weeks” of recovery. He was expected to perform six upcoming dates through December, with his next performance originally scheduled for Oct. 18 at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, and the final 2025 date in Las Vegas at T-Mobile Arena on Dec. 5.

“It is with a very heavy heart I have to share the remainder of this year’s concert performances will not be able to happen. While battling a severe upper respiratory and sinus infection, I burst my ear drum. The severity of the rupture means I must undergo immediate surgery,” he wrote in an Instagram post.

He said that it will take “many weeks” for him to heal following the medical procedure. “It is not possible for me to sing during this time,” he added.

“Without the surgery my downtime could be months. I pray for full healing so I can get well and return to doing what I love,” he concluded, giving a shout-out to his fans. “Thank you COJO Nation for the love and support, now, and always.”

Johnson advised ticket holders to “Please stay tuned for an email from your ticket providers for further details.”

The news follows a recent Instagram post the singer shared from inside a recording studio. “Been working on something for y’all…” he captioned the black-and-white photo, hinting that new music was being tracked.

Trending Stories

Last fall, he told Rolling Stone about his approach to touring. “I take a very athletic standpoint toward my tours. You always want to outdo the last one, and outdo the last one after that,” he said. “But there have been so many big, significant things that have happened for us this year that it is clear the wave is starting to roll,” he says. “Now, we’ve gotta stay ahead of the wave.”

For now, he’ll be off the road through the end of the year. Currently, he has concerts planned through July 2026 according to his website, including a Stagecoach headlining appearance in April.

Trent Reznor Cancels Composer-Focused Future Ruins Fest

by jummy84 October 5, 2025
written by jummy84

Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross’ first Future Ruins festival, which was to take place Nov. 8 at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center and spotlight world-class film and TV composers, has been canceled.

In a note on the event’s web site, organizers said, “unfortunately Future Ruins will not move forward this year. The reality is, due to a number of logistical challenges and complications, we feel we cannot provide the experience that’s defined what this event was always intended to be. Rather than compromise, we’re choosing to re-think and re-evaluate. Meanwhile, we are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate all the interest and support. Refunds will be automatically issued and ticket holders will receive an email with more information.”

The stacked lineup was to have included Cristobal Tapia de Veer (Babygirl, Smile, The White Lotus), Ben Salisbury and Geoff Barrow (Ex Machina, Civil War), Danny Elfman (Batman, Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure, Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas), Claudio Simonetti’s Goblin (Suspiria, Profondo Rosso/Deep Red, Dawn of the Dead), Hildur Guðnadóttir (Joker, Chernobyl, A Haunting in Venice), a performance of Howard Shore’s score of David Cronenberg’s Crash, Isobel Waller-Bridge (Munich: The Edge of War, Emma., Black Mirror), John Carpenter (Halloween, They Live, The Thing), Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein (Stranger Things, Lost in the Night), Devo’s Mark Mothersbaugh (The Life Aquatic, The Royal Tenenbaums, Rushmore), Questlove presenting the score works of Curtis Mayfield, Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe (Candyman, Master, Telemarketers), Tamar-kali (Mudbound, Shirley, The Assistant), Terence Blanchard (BlacKkKlansman, Malcolm X, Inside Man) and Hauschka (All Quiet on the Western Front, Conclave, Lion).

“It’s about giving people who are, literally, the best in the world at taking audiences on an emotional ride via music the opportunity to tell new stories in an interesting live setting,” Reznor said when the fest was announced.

Having just announced a 2026 extension of their acclaimed Peel It Back tour, Nine Inch Nails just debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 with their score for the upcoming movie Tron: Ares.

Lola Young Cancels All Upcoming Shows

by jummy84 October 1, 2025
written by jummy84

This past Saturday (September 27), Lola Young collapsed while performing during All Things Go festival at New York’s Forest Hills Stadium. Now, the British pop singer-songwriter has announced she’s taking a break to prioritize her health. “I’m going away for a while,” she wrote in a statement on social media. “It pains me to say I have to cancel everything for the foreseeable future.”

“Thank you for all the love and support,” Young continued. “I’m so sorry to let anyone down who has bought a ticket to see me, it hurts me more than you know. Obviously you will be entitled to a full refund. I really hope you’ll give me a second chance once I’ve had some time to work on myself and come back stronger. Love you all, Lola x”

Over the years, Young has opened up about her various health struggles and diagnoses, including ADHD, schizoaffective disorder, and a 2024 rehab stay to treat cocaine addiction. Young pulled out of Audacy’s We Can Survive Concert in Newark, citing mental health concerns, prior to her fainting at All Things Go this past weekend. During her debut Coachella performance earlier this year, she also vomited onstage, which she later chalked up to nerves.

Young has been writing and recording music ever since she was a teenager, having landed spots in competition shows such as Open Mic UK and Got What It Takes? in England. Last year, her single “Messy”—from her sophomore album This Wasn’t Meant for You Anyway—achieved massive success, topping the UK Singles Chart for four weeks. Young released her third studio album, I’m Only F**king Myself, back in June.
