Jonas Brothers tapped John Legend as their special guest in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The singer joined the band for a performance of “All of Me” as part of their 20th anniversary Greetings From Your Hometown tour at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.

Legend was introduced by Nick Jonas, who appeared on The Voice with Legend. “We got to absorb just a tiny bit of his light, his artistry and his brilliance in those two years I did that show,” Jonas told the crowd. “Man, I can’t believe I’m about to say these words, but Los Angeles, please welcome to the show, our friend, your friend, Mr John Legend.”

The musician collaborated with Jonas Brothers on his own 2013 hit “All of Me” as well as the boy band’s 2019 song “I Believe.”

The group were also joined by 5 Seconds of Summer for their song “She Looks So Perfect” later in the evening.

Trending Stories

Jonas Brothers have enlisted numerous special guests so far on their tour. They surprised their audience in Dallas with an appearance from Kelsea Ballerini to perform her biggest hit, “Peter Pan,” and their song “Fly With Me,” from their 2009 album Lines, Vines, and Trying Times. Later in the show, the group brought out Plain White T’s for “Hey There Delilah,” and the JoBros also made way for Fifth Harmony to take the stage for their first live performance as a group since 2018.

The band are currently on their Greetings From Your Hometown run with shows scheduled through mid-November, including stops in Austin and Orlando. The tour will end on Nov. 14 in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Jonas Brothers Dash Home in 1st ‘A Very Jonas Christmas Movie’ Trailer

by jummy84 September 5, 2025
written by jummy84

The Jonas Brothers promise they’ll be home for Christmas in the first look at the sibling trio’s upcoming family-friendly holiday movie. But based on the brief trailer that dropped on Friday (Sept. 5), Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas will have to overcome some seriously silly obstacles if they’re going to be letting it bro, bro, bro this December.

According to a synopsis of A Very Jonas Christmas Movie — which is slated to premiere globally on Disney+ on Nov. 14 — the trio will “face a series of escalating obstacles as they struggle to make it from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with their families.”

In the trailer, the brothers take a bow in snowy London after a standing-room-only gig, with Kevin lamenting that he hasn’t seen his kids “in like a month.” Meanwhile, Nick FaceTimes with wife Priyanka Chopra and promises he’ll be home for the holidays as she shares a “we love you” from the fam back home. But when Randall Park (Shortcomings) asks them if they’re sure they can make it to the airport without him the next day, Nick assures their minder that it’s just one night. “We’ll be fine,” he says. Famous last words.

Cue the mayhem, as the boys dash through the snow in a stranger’s car, run around London and freak out as a pack of wolves surround them in the woods. “I’m sorry we never got to hear you sing Kevin!” Joe shouts as the snarling lobos close in. “I’m sure your voice is pretty okay!”

The film’s all-star cast also includes: Billie Lourd (The Last Showgirl), Laverne Cox (Doubt), KJ Apa (I Still Believe), Chloe Bennett (Valley Girl), Andrew Barth Feldman (Maybe Happy Ending), Andrea Martin (Only Murders in the Building), Kenny G and producer/songwriter Justin Tranter as themselves, as well as Park and Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Cocaine Bear).

The JoBros — who are also listed as producers — star as themselves in the film directed by Emmy- and Oscar-winner Jessica Yu (Quiz Lady), with some promised cameos from the extended Jonas family universe.

The brothers are still on the road for their 20th anniversary Jonas20: Greetings From Your Hometown tour, which is slated to hit the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, Calif. on Saturday night (Sept. 6).

Check out the trailer below.

Jonas Brothers are maximizing the news cycle around their 20th-anniversary Greetings From Your Hometown Tour, which launched less than a month ago but has generated dozens of headlines about surprise guests, unexpected reunions and two brother trios joining forces.

The latest big news from the tour came at Sunday’s stop in Dallas, where Fifth Harmony — Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane — performed together for the first time in seven years. The quartet performed “Worth It” and “Work From Home” for the lucky crowd, which was also treated to surprises from Kelsea Ballerini, The Plain White T’s and Ryan Cabrera that night. The tour kicked off in the JoBros’ native New Jersey, with Demi Lovato popping up Aug. 10 for a Camp Rock sing-along. Oh, and fellow brother trio Hanson showed up at the Virginia Beach show on Aug. 15 to perform “MMMBop” with the boys.

On the new Billboard Pop Shop Podcast, Katie & Keith are talking about all the ways artists are carving out special moments for fans at their shows — like Taylor Swift’s acoustic set on Eras Tour or Kelly Clarkson’s nightly Kellyoke cover in Las Vegas — and why it’s a win-win for everyone involved.

Also on the show, Stray Kids get their seventh No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 — the entirety of their charting efforts — as KARMA debuts atop the list. Meanwhile, Laufey, Deftones, Tyler, The Creator and BigXthaPlug all shake up the Billboard 200 top 10. Plus, on the Billboard Hot 100, as the KPop Demon Hunters hit “Golden” is No. 1 for a third week, Doja Cat’s new “Jealous Type” debuts in the top 40. And on the Pop Airplay chart, Sabrina Carpenter’s “Manchild” jumps to No. 1 — marking her sixth leader, and all have come in just one year and five months’ time. Has anyone else notched that many No. 1s that quickly?

Is Fifth Harmony Reuniting After Their Jonas Brothers Concert Performance? The Rumors, Explained

by jummy84 September 1, 2025
written by jummy84

Say thank you to the Jonas Brothers, Harmonizers. On August 31, the band brought Fifth Harmony to perform together for the first time in seven years. Well, four out of five of them, at least.

Normani, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui reunited during the Jonas Brothers’ JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown tour concert in Dallas, performing two of their group’s biggest hits, “Work From Home” and “Worth It.” However, the girl group—which originally formed on The X Factor in 2012 and went on hiatus in 2018—was missing one member: Camila Cabello.

Now, many Fifth Harmony fans are convinced this was not a one-off surprise performance, but a hint that the group may be planning a Jonas Brothers-esque resurgence. After all, the siblings disbanded in 2013 due to creative differences before reuniting with their hit single “Sucker” in 2019.

So, why do fans think Fifth Harmony may be returning with or without Camila Cabello? Here’s what we know—and what the streets are saying about it.

Camila Cabello exited the band in 2016.

Prior to the band’s official split, Cabello exited the girl group in 2016. “I started distancing myself from the group vision, and it felt like, you know, they were still really passionate and into that and so, I was just like, ‘I’m not happy here anymore, it doesn’t feel aligned,’” Cabello told Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper in 2024. “I can remember waking up on tour and going to my hotel room at, like, 7 a.m. and going to my garage band and, like, writing songs, cause I didn’t want to do it while everybody was there and I had such a passion that turned into writing.”

The group continued performing without Cabello until 2018, when they announced they were taking a break to “pursue solo endeavors.”

Watch Fifth Harmony Reunite at a Jonas Brothers Concert

by jummy84 September 1, 2025
written by jummy84

Fifth Harmony reunited last night to make a surprise guest appearance at a Jonas Brothers concert, validating longstanding rumors that the group was set to make a return. Camila Cabello, who left the band in 2016, was, as expected, not part of the reunion, but Normani, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, and Dinah Jane linked up to play “Worth It” and “Work From Home.” Watch fan footage of the whole appearance below, as well as a clip on Fifth Harmony’s social media.

Fifth Harmony went on hiatus in 2018, a few months after releasing their self-titled album. Normani, of course, embarked on what seemed to be a promising solo career—her debut album, Dopamine, arrived last year—and her bandmates Brooke and Jane sparked reunion hopes by collaborating on a cover of “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” in 2023. The band apparently made progress on reunion talks this year, with dates mooted for 2026. Though that remains unconfirmed, the band has released merch reading “Where were you on August 31, 2025?” with a new Fifth Harmony logo, suggesting more activity may be imminent.

Fifth Harmony Reunites After 7 Years at Jonas Brothers Concert

Fifth Harmony Reunites After 7 Years at Jonas Brothers Concert

by jummy84 September 1, 2025
written by jummy84

Fifth Harmony are back! On Sunday night, the iconic girl group reunited after seven years to join the Jonas Brothers onstage during their concert in Dallas.

Normani, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui — in matching black outfits — emerged from behind smoke to the tune of “Worth It,” for a choreography-filled comeback. The girls then transitioned into “Work From Home,” as the crowd watched in surprise.

Nick, Kevin, and Joe Jonas then took the stage to hug each of the group’s members. Fifth Harmony also debuted a new logo.

The four-piece reunion comes after two years of speculation that the group was considering getting back together, especially after their songs “Work From Home” and “All in My Head” saw huge resurgences on TikTok. (Rolling Stone shut down reunion rumors last year, but there has since been new speculation.)

Camila Cabello, who left the group in 2016, was missing from Sunday night’s performance. She wouldn’t have been able to attend regardless, as she had a solo show in Sydney, Australia, on Saturday evening.

Earlier in the day, the Fifth Harmony X account reactivated by posting “#FifthHarmonyFollowSpree.” Jane also shared an Instagram post alluding to the return, “The impossible is possible. Full of gratitude today.” The group’s website was also updated to say “coming soon.”

Most recently, Brooke, Jane, and Jauregui shared photos of themselves on a tropical vacation to celebrate Brooke’s 32nd birthday. (Jauregui later shared that Normani was busy with work and had to miss the trip.)

While Sunday night’s show is the first time all the members reunited since their indefinite hiatus in 2018, Brooke joined Jane onstage at her November 2024 show in Los Angeles to sing Fifth Harmony’s “Better Together.” The pair also recorded a Christmas duet.

Editor’s picks

“We hadn’t seen each other in five years, and it was like we didn’t ever leave,” Brooke told Rolling Stone in December 2023 when discussing their holiday collab.

“Music is very healing,” Jane added at the time. “Collaborating again and starting from scratch would be a very big healer as well. This planted the seed for us, I would say.”

The members of Fifth Harmony have been friendly with each other over the last few years. All of the group’s members (including Cabello) shared tributes for the 10th anniversary of the group’s formation in 2022, and came together to congratulate Normani for dropping her debut album last summer. Most recently, Cabello shared videos of herself dancing to Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home” with girl group Katseye, and said in December 2024 that she and Normani were “getting back” to feeling like when they were “really close.”

Fifth Harmony originally formed in 2012 on The X-Factor USA. The girl group dropped their debut album Reflection in 2015 (featuring songs like “Worth It” and “Sledgehammer”), and released their second LP, 7/27, following the massive success of “Work From Home,” in 2016. At the end of that same year, Cabello left the group.

As a four-piece, Fifth Harmony went on to release one more album, titled Fifth Harmony. They then announced an indefinite hiatus in 2018, and gave fans. a post-split video for their song “Don’t Say You Love Me,” which ended with each member exiting a door left open, alluding to the possibility of a return.

For their part, the Jonas Brothers kicked off their Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour on Aug. 10 in New Jersey, and have brought out special guests at each show. During their Aug. 10 concert in New Jersey, the band brought out Demi Lovato for a Camp Rock reunion and Jesse McCartney for “Beautiful Soul.” Since then, they’ve welcomed All Time Low, JoJo, Hanson, and Russell Dickerson as guests at various shows.

Trending Stories

Sunday night’s performance, which featured the 5H reunion, is one of five Jonas20 concerts that will stream live on Samsung TV Plus. The band’s concerts on Oct. 12 in Milwaukee, Oct. 26 in Orlando, and Nov. 9 in Buffalo, will also stream live on the platform.

We Were Brothers to the End

by jummy84 August 23, 2025
written by jummy84

Mastodon had the daunting task of playing a concert on Friday night (August 22nd) at the Alaska State Fair, just a day after learning that their longtime bandmate Brent Hinds had died in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday night (August 20th).

At the end of the set, drummer-singer Brann Dailor stepped to the front of the stage to deliver a speech about Hinds on behalf of the band. He said the following (as transcribed by Blabbermouth):

“We lost somebody very special to us yesterday. Brent Hinds, 25 years with us as our guitar player, one of the most creative, beautiful people that we’ve ever come across in this world, tragically left us. Very, very unfortunate. We loved him so, so, so very much. And we had the ups and downs of a 25-year relationship. You know what I mean? It’s not always perfect, it’s not always amazing, but we were brothers to the end. And we really loved each other and we made a lot, a lot of very beautiful music together. And I think that that’s gonna stand the test of time, evidenced by you people here tonight.

So, we will continue to play Brent’s beautiful, beautiful music that he helped us make, that we formed this band together and traveled the world together, slept in a van together, laid our heads down on beds of fucking kitty litter, got way too drunk to remember anything the next day about a thousand, million times over and over again with the love that we shared and the beauty, all the audiences that we played, for all the stages we stepped on.

I don’t know. We’re just at a loss for words. We’re absolutely devastated and crushed to lose him and to be able to never have him back again. But you guys made it okay for us to come on stage and do this tonight. So that was for fucking Brent, okay?! Thank you guys so much. We will see you real soon. Okay? I’m gonna give you guys some fucking pieces of wood, okay? We love you.”

Hinds co-founded Mastodon in 2000, and remained in the lineup until earlier this year, when the band parted ways with the singer-guitarist. In recent weeks, he had expressed anger about being let go from the acclaimed metal act.

In a statement posted to their social media accounts on Thursday morning (August 21st), Mastodon wrote that they were in a “state of unfathomable sadness” over Hinds’ death.

Who Are the Menendez Brothers? 5 Things to Know About Lyle & Erik – Hollywood Life

Lyle and Erik Menendez have been serving life sentences for the brutal murders of their parents on August 20, 1989, when the brothers — then 21 and 18 — shot and killed José and Kitty Menendez inside their Beverly Hills mansion.

More than three decades later, the Menendez brothers were thrown back in the spotlight as the focus of Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story. The 10-episode series reexamines the central question at the heart of their case: were they cold-blooded killers motivated by greed, as prosecutors claimed, or victims of years of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, as the defense argued — and as the brothers still maintain?

On May 13, 2025, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Jesic resentenced Lyle and Erik to 50 years to life, making them eligible for parole after serving more than 35 years. Their parole hearings were scheduled for August 2025, and Erik was denied parole, while Lyle still awaits his fate as of August 22, 2025.

Here’s what to know about the Menendez brothers and their infamous case.

Lyle & Erik Menendez Had Promising Futures

At the time of their parents’ murders on Aug. 20, 1989, Lyle was a student at Princeton, and Erik was an incoming freshman at UCLA. The brothers had grown up in Beverly Hills, enjoying a privileged life thanks to their wealthy parents — Jose, a Hollywood executive, and Kitty, a former beauty queen.

Lyle and Erik Were Arrested Seven Months After Their Parents’ Murders

After Jose and Kitty were found brutally shot to death in their Beverly Hills mansion, Lyle and Erik spent money recklessly, burning through an estimated $700,000 of their parents’ wealth on cars, jewelry, and even purchasing restaurants and cafes. But their eventual downfall occurred when Erik confessed to his psychiatrist, Jerome Oziel, who then shared the information with his mistress, Judalon Smyth. Smyth informed the police, revealing that Erik had confessed to the murders in therapy and that there were audiotaped recordings of the confession. The brothers were subsequently arrested in March 1990, sparking a multi-year legal battle over the admissibility of Oziel’s recordings.

“I never thought I believed in evil, but when I heard those boys speak, I did,” Smyth told investigative journalist Dominic Dunne in 1990.

Lyle & Erik Were Convicted of First-Degree Murder

The brothers claimed at trial that their father — who was nearly decapitated by a point-blank blast from a 12-gauge shotgun — was a violent pedophile. These allegations were backed by testimony from two of the brothers’ cousins, Andy Cano and Diane Vander Molen, who said Lyle and Erik had confided in them about the sexual abuse when they were children. As for their mother, who was shot 14 times, the brothers said she was an alcoholic and enabled and encouraged her husband’s abuse.

Their first trial, which began in 1993, ended in a deadlocked jury. In the second trial, the judge limited testimony about the alleged abuse and barred the jury from considering manslaughter charges instead of murder. Both brothers were convicted on two counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

“Erik and Lyle Menendez have been incarcerated for 34 years and six months, and I believe that they are in prison for killing their lifelong abusers,” said Robert Rand, who has spent considerable time with the brothers since the crime and is the author of The Menendez Murders: The Shocking Untold Story of the Menendez Family and the Killings that Stunned the Nation.

“The correct verdict for the Menendez brothers’ trial should have been manslaughter, not murder.”

Lyle & Erik Both Married While in Prison

Despite their brutal crime and life behind bars, there was no shortage of women interested in the Menendez brothers. Lyle married Anna Eriksson on July 2, 1996, but they divorced on April 1, 2001, after she discovered he was “cheating” on her with another woman through a pen pal relationship (as conjugal visits are not allowed). In November 2003, Lyle married Rebecca Sneed, a former magazine editor turned attorney. They had been in contact for nearly a decade before marrying in a ceremony at Mule Creek State Prison. Despite their 2024 separation, Sneed continues to support Lyle and advocates for his and Erik’s release.

Erik also found love, marrying wife Tammi Ruth Saccoman on June 12, 1999, at Folsom State Prison.

Lyle & Erik Menendez Have Amassed a Huge Following

Nearly 35 years after murdering their parents, a significant number of teens are calling the brothers’ sentence unfair and unjust. The account menendezsupporterrr—which demands “Justice for the Menendez brothers”—has over 12.9M likes and 258.1K followers. Another account, ..menendezbrothers, states in its bio, “They are victims. don’t sexualize them,” and has 109.1K followers and 9.6M likes.

Were the Menendez Brothers Released? Update on Lyle and Erik Today – Hollywood Life

In 1989, Lyle and Erik Menendez — then aged 21 and 18, respectively — sparked a highly publicized trial after brutally murdering their parents in their Beverly Hills mansion. The case resurfaced in recent years with renewed interest, largely thanks to Ryan Murphy‘s Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, followed by a Netflix documentary that featured previously unreleased phone call recordings between the brothers and director Alejandro Hartmann. With the series, documentaries, and ongoing public interest, many are still wondering if the Menendez brothers have a chance of being released from prison.

After their court hearing was pushed back multiple times in early 2025, their parole hearing is now taking place on August 21 and 22, 2025.

To learn more about their case and where they stand today, keep reading.

What Did Lyle and Erik Menendez Do?

The brothers murdered their parents, José and Mary Louise “Kitty” Menéndez, in 1989 with shotguns. After committing the crime, Lyle and Erik spent an estimated $700,000 of their inheritance, according to Time Magazine. They became suspects when Erik confessed to their psychologist, Dr. Jerome Oziel, during a therapy session.

Oziel’s mistress, Judalon Smyth, later reported the confession to the police. Despite the doctor-patient confidentiality typically afforded in therapy, Oziel played a significant role in the brothers’ trials, claiming they had threatened his life.

Were the Menendez Brothers Released from Prison?

Lyle and Erik have not been released yet, but they are scheduled for a parole hearing in August 2025. They were originally sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, a habeas corpus petition citing new evidence could have led to new sentences for the two siblings. The 2023 petition includes a sworn statement from former Menudo member Roy Rosselló, who alleged that he was sexually assaulted by the brothers’ father, José, in the 1980s. Additionally, the petition highlights a letter Erik wrote to a cousin months before the killings, suggesting he was a victim of abuse. At the time, former District Attorney George Gascón confirmed that a new court hearing was scheduled for November 29, 2024.

Gascón also filed a motion on October 30, 2024, supporting the Menendez brothers’ request for clemency from Governor Gavin Newsom. Describing the brothers as “model prisoners,” Gascón told CNN that he believes there is a strong likelihood they would be granted parole if the case reaches the parole board. An attorney for one of the brothers expressed hope that they could be home in time for Thanksgiving.

However, Gascón was replaced by former federal prosecutor Nathan Hochman, who took office on December 2, 2024. A resentencing hearing, initially scheduled for December 11, 2024, was postponed. On November 25, 2024, Judge Jesic explained that he needed more time to review the case and wanted to give District Attorney Hochman the same opportunity. The new hearing dates were set for January 30 and 31, 2025, but were postponed again.

The Menendez brothers were scheduled to return to court on March 20, 2025, for a hearing to determine if they should be resentenced. However, DA Hochman announced he asked the court to reject Lyle and Erik’s request for a new trial.

“We looked again at the credibility of the letters, particularly this Andy Cano 1988 supposed letter weighed in the continuum of lies, and it calls into drastic question whether this is in fact a 1988 letter written by Erik Menendez to Andy Cano about this sexual abuse,” Hochman said.

In February 2025, ahead of their hearing, California GovernorNewsom urged the parole board to conduct a thorough risk assessment of the Menendez brothers. This investigation will determine whether they would pose a danger to the public if granted parole.

A month later, weeks before their resentencing hearing, Hochman said he did not support the brothers’ possible resentencing and claimed that Lyle and Erik have been telling “lies” for decades. Judge Jesic held a hearing on April 11 to announce that resentencing proceedings would continue on April 17 and 18, 2025.

According to NBC News in Los Angeles, Anamaria Baralt, a cousin of the Menendez brothers, said, “There have been some delays in this process that were unforeseeable, like the wildfires, that, of course, we have great patience for. This is another delay that is not so much, but we will continue to show up as a family.”

On day one of their resentencing hearing, Judge Michael Jesic ruled that the Menendez brothers can be resentenced to 50 years to life, which would effectively make the siblings eligible for parole. The California state parole board would also need to consider the case and issue a ruling on their potential release, which could take months, according to multiple outlets.

Where Are Lyle and Erik Now?

Both Lyle and Erik are at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in California. They were reunited in 2018 at the prison, after initially being sent to separate prisons following their 1996 conviction.

During their time apart, Lyle spoke to People in 2017, sharing that, despite the crime, the ordeal brought them closer. They stayed in touch by playing chess through the mail and writing letters to each other.  “We’re not twins, but when you’ve gone through the kind of chaotic childhood that we had, it’s almost like you are. You have that bond and that shared experience,” he said.

How Long Are Lyle & Erik’s Prison Sentences?

The brothers were sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murders of their parents. Their trials began in 1993, and they were found guilty in 1996.

What Did the Menendez Brothers Do? Why They Killed Their Parents – Hollywood Life

Lyle and Erik Menendez admittedly killed their parents, José and Kitty Menendez, in 1989. The brothers have spent over three decades in prison and are currently incarcerated at California’s Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility, but a parole hearing could bring them closer to a potential release after they were resentenced in 2025. Now that the case has garnered renewed interest decades later, many are wondering why Lyle and Erik went through with the murders.

Keep reading to go behind Lyle and Erik’s story, and find out why they shot their parents.

What Did the Menendez Brothers Do?

The Menendez brothers fatally shot their mother and father in their Beverly Hills home with shotguns in 1989. The siblings weren’t initially suspects, and they spent several weeks spending their parents’ fortune on lavish purchases before police arrested them.

Why Did the Menendez Brothers Kill Their Parents?

During the trials in 1993 and 1996, many believed that the brothers committed the murders to secure their inheritance. However, Lyle and Erik claimed that they had suffered emotional, physical and sexual abuse throughout their childhood. They alleged that Kitty was dependent on alcohol and drugs and that José had sexually abused them. In recent years, Roy Rossello, a former member of the boy band Menudo, also accused Jose Menendez of sexually molesting him when he was younger.

These allegations became central in the first trial, which ended in a mistrial. Ultimately, the brothers were sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in 1996.

When Will Lyle and Erik Get Out of Prison?

There’s a chance that Lyle and Erik could be released from prison over the next several months or years if granted parole in August 2025.

During a press conference in October 2024, former District Attorney Gascón stated, “There was no excuse for murder … because even if you get abused, the right path is to call police, seek help.” However, he acknowledged, “I believe they have paid their debt to society.”

Nathan Hochman was then sworn in as the county’s new DA in December 2024. Initially, Hochman stated he would need time to review the case files before making a decision. He later announced that his office had withdrawn the motion for resentencing, citing a lack of accountability and continued deception by those involved.

On May 13, 2025, during Lyle and Erik’s resentencing hearing, they were resentenced to 50 years to life in prison, making them eligible for parole. Their parole hearings are scheduled to take place on August 21 and 22, 2025.

If you or anyone you know has been sexually abused, call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673). A trained staff member will provide confidential, judgment-free support as well as local resources to assist in healing, recovering and more.

If you or someone you know is struggling with substance abuse, contact the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
