I’m on a new fitness journey, and I’ve found that a cute workout set is a big motivator for me. This set me off on a massive shopping spree to find the cutest workout sets available. And since fall has snuck up on us—and celebs everywhere are bringing back the flared leggings and class-to-errand outfits—I’ve rounded up eight of the coolest activewear brands.

So promising, if you’re going to wear leggings in fall 2025, make them from one of these brands. Shop the best workout sets, the best flared leggings, and the best activewear brands backed by celebs and fashion people below.

Adanola

Kendall Jenner posted on IG in the khaki Adanola Ultimate Leggings last month, and already the fall-ready finish has become a fashion insider favorite. But the deep khaki isn’t the only non-black shade to rise in popularity this fall. Celebs are also backing beige, chocolate brown, and heather gray. Follow Kendall’s lead and pick up a pair of the best-selling leggings to experience the buttery-soft fabric.

12 Witchy Brands & Tools To Help You Cleanse, Manifest, and Connect to Your Ancestors

by jummy84 October 8, 2025
written by jummy84

Spooky season is here, a time of ghost stories, flickering candles, and marathons of horror classics. But for many of us, autumn isn’t just about scary costumes and pumpkin carving (though we definitely love all of that, too). This season opens a portal for honoring ancestors, embracing transformation, and connecting to the unseen.
As the days shorten, leaves fall, and the earth prepares to rest, the veil between the physical and spiritual realms thin. In this liminal space, we can feel our ancestors getting closer, guiding, protecting, and reminding us of who we are and where we come from. From the marigolds and copal on Mexico’s Día de Muertos altars, to rum offerings to the orishas in Afro-Caribbean traditions, to pachamama rituals that return food to the soil in gratitude in the Andean region, this is a time of conversation between the living and the dead.
But it’s also a season of harvest, moments when we gather the lessons and blessings of what we’ve sown throughout the year. Brujas and healers use this energy to reflect, give thanks, and release. Across Latin American and Latine communities, this could take many forms: a limpia with ruda or rosemary to clear energy, lighting copal or palo santo to call in guidance, or creating a small bóveda espiritual to honor those who came before us.
Whether you come from a long line of spiritual practitioners or are beginning to follow your mystical curiosities, autumn invites us to embrace the spiritual. We’ve gathered some of our favorite Latina-owned witchy brands and tools to help you cleanse the energy around you, connect with yourself and your ancestors, manifest your next chapter, or create your own rituals.
All linked products are independently selected by our editors. If you purchase any of these products, we may earn a commission.

Founded by Lori Martinez, Bruja is an Indigenous-owned shop in Downtown Tucson carrying a vast selection of holistic, metaphysical, and magical items rooted in various spiritual practices. Many of Bruja’s items — from candles to oils — are naturally and wildly hand-crafted by Martinez and other local Indigenous spiritualists and artists.
“Our ancestors practiced centuries-old healing methods that included native plants and herbs as well as undocumented rituals that have been passed down generation to generation, and we are striving to keep these alive,” Martinez, who founded the shop in October 2023, tells Refinery29 Somos. “When people ask why ancestral practices still matter, I say because our bodies remember what our calendars forget. Ritual is how we slow down, heal, and reconnect — to ourselves, to each other, and to the land.”
With her Bruja boxes, Martinez makes it easy to bring this ritual work into your life. The Ultimate Money & Abundance Manifestation Box, for instance, includes items like Pyrite, Citrine, Green Aventurine, Tiger’s Eye, a Selenite wand, Seven Chakra white sage, Palo Santo, copal incense, a natural Lion’s Paw shell, apothecary matches, a gemstone bracelet, a tarot card, and a mantra card. Each of these pieces is believed to attract prosperity, abundance, good fortune, and harmony, helping you manifest wealth and positive energy for yourself and your home.

Founders Alex Naranjo and Marlene Vargas created House of Intuition, their metaphysical oasis dedicated to enlightening, empowering, and uplifting our communities, in 2010 in Los Angeles. Since the beginning, their mission has been to “help others feel hope when they feel hopeless; to feel powerful when they feel defeated; and to bring intention within when people are seeking outside of themselves.” Fifteen years later, they are still doing this with shops across California and Miami.
House of Intuition carries various witchy items — from crystals and bath salts to room sprays and holy water — but it’s probably best known for its signature Magic Intention Candles. Their collection spans Zodiac Candles, New & Full Moon Candles, Solstice Candles, Major Arcana Candles, Affirmation Candles, Prayer Candles, and Taper Intention Candles — all designed to amplify intention.
This season, they have a limited-edition Día de los Muertos candle, crafted to use when the veil between our worlds is thin. The candle invites ancestral presence, preserves memory and legacy, and can be used to ask ancestors for protection, guidance, and strength. Its Empowering Mantra reads: “As I light this candle, I celebrate the legacy of my ancestors, keeping their memory alive, & opening my heart to their eternal guidance on my path.”

Up in the Sierra Nevada foothills lies Little Mexican Herbalist Apothecary, a family-run shop by Briana Drennan rooted in ancestral plant wisdom. Guided by the belief in “healing with the land that raised us,” the apothecary offers plant-based medicines like Fire Cider — a seasonal immune and digestive tonic — alongside herbal tinctures for balance, calm, and protection; oils and sprays infused with wild yam, blue lotus, and magnesium; and teas and bath salts for daily rituals that nourish both the body and spirit.
“I started Little Mexican Herbalist Apothecary to carry forward the traditions of my family — healing with the plants around us, honoring the land, and creating remedies that connect us to our ancestors,” Drennan says. “Each product is crafted with intention, keeping culture and community at the center.”
One of Drennan’s most beloved blends, the Heart Release Bath Soak, is crafted for moments of grief, heartache, or emotional heaviness. Made with pink Himalayan and Epsom salts and infused with red clover, yarrow, yerba santa, calendula, and rose petals, it’s designed to cleanse emotional residue while inviting protection, softness, and ancestral support. The herbs are chosen with intention: red clover to nourish the heart, yarrow and yerba santa for release and protection, calendula to soothe, and rose to open the heart.

Down in Florida, Sacred Glow Boutique honors its Peruvian roots, cleansing each piece with selenite, smoke, and palo santo sourced from Peru. Known for curating spiritual tools that bridge ancient traditions with modern self-care, the shop’s Self-Love Crystal Set is crafted to nurture compassion, healing, and emotional strength. The collection features rose quartz for unconditional love, rhodonite for heart balance and forgiveness, kunzite for releasing old pain, and morganite for divine tenderness, along with a mini spell jar filled with rose quartz chips. Each stone is cleansed and ritually charged to help you open your heart, calm your spirit, and reclaim your sense of worth. Whether used during meditation, as part of your altar, or simply kept close as a daily reminder, the set invites you to turn inward, soften, and embrace the beautiful act of self-love.

In Hackensack, New Jersey, Puerto Rican bruja Alexa Branco is the woman behind The Bruja’s Tomb, a shop offering a spellbinding collection of witchy wares and spooky goods. “I launched The Bruja’s Tomb as a vessel for my magic and a way to share my craft with others,” she says. “As a Virgo and Earth witch, I’m deeply passionate about helping others on their journey to their highest selves, and my brand allows me to do just that. My mission is to aid my customers on their path to truth and transformation through powerful products and enlightening classes.”
Every product — from intention sprays and spell candles to ritual tools and accessories — is handcrafted and spellcast by Branco, who is also an award-winning artist. Among the brand’s best-selling offerings is the Cleanse & Protect Set, which includes a candle, spray, and oil made from sage, rosemary, palo santo, and clove essential oils, all charged to clear your space and protect against negative energies. For those looking to open their path this season, the Abre Camino Spell Candle — a red candle accompanied by a key and ritual instructions — is designed to unblock blessings and invite prosperity, love, and success.
“In a time when so many feel powerless, returning to ancestral practices helps us reclaim our strength and use it to create a better world,” Branco says. “Whether it’s protection for protestors or justice spells when traditional systems fail, these rituals remind us of our resilience. Most importantly, working with our ancestors reminds us we are never alone — we are connected to the strength of the millions who came before us.”

Nearby in New York, Luni Style is the creation of Dominican alchemist and metalsmith Lorenia Henriquez, whose background in fashion design and cultural anthropology shapes every piece. Since launching in 2014, she’s blended ancestral symbolism with modern design, crafting jewelry and home items that celebrate self-expression, magic, and ritual.
With the motto “Embrace your inner Diosa fearlessly — be boldly self-expressive, define yourself on your terms, and embark on a unique journey of self-discovery,” Henriquez views Luni’s pieces — from statement earrings to body chains — as “potent talismans” that guide wearers through their personal odysseys, drawing inspiration from esoteric symbolism rooted in ancestral heritage.
Among Luni’s top-sellers is the Mal de Ojo Bangle, crafted from raw brass and available in five gemstones, each carrying its own unique energy: Carnelian for courage and vitality, Amethyst for clarity and spiritual growth, Amazonite for peace and truth, Sodalite for intuition and emotional balance, and Tiger’s Eye for confidence and protection. The bracelet acts as a spiritual guardian, shielding your energy and protecting your spirit.

For those who see scent as spell, House of Bō’s Cosmos Parfum offers an olfactory ritual — a “galactic haze of ambrosial smoke infused with cosmic mineral elements,” as the brand describes it. Founded by Mexico City-born creator Carlos Huber, a trained architect and perfumer, House of Bō treats fragrance as both adornment and ritual. And Cosmos, specifically, is like wearing stardust. The smoky, metallic, and textured scent unfolds with gourmand notes of praline and aged whiskey, woven with Mexican cacao, dragon’s blood incense, charcoal, and smoldering woods. Each bottle is hand-assembled and crowned with a gemstone cap crafted by Mexican artisans, transforming the perfume into an amulet, a wearable connection between earth and ether.

Written by bruja and creative director Bri Luna, Blood Sex Magic: Everyday Magic for the Modern Mystic reclaims witchcraft as both ancestral inheritance and an act of resistance. Drawing from her Mexican, Indigenous, and African roots, Luna — best known as the founder of The Hoodwitch — explores how ritual and spirituality can be tools for empowerment in modern life. Organized into three parts — Blood, Sex, and Magic — the book blends personal essays with practical spells, meditations, and reflections on power, pleasure, and healing. The result is part memoir, part modern grimoire, and a reminder that the everyday can be magical if we approach it with intention.

In New Orleans, Haitian Vodou priestess and spiritual practitioner Jessyka Winston founded Haus of Hoodoo, an apothecary and botanica offering ritual products like condition oils, fixed candles, and spiritual baths that are all handcrafted in small batches and accompanied by detailed ritual instructions. Among the shop’s staples is a classic: Florida Water, a cologne long used across Latin America and the Caribbean for cleansing, protection, and spiritual purification. Haus of Hoodoo’s Peruvian Florida Water is a sweeter, more sensual, and slightly spicy scent used to clear negative energy, anoint altars, or prepare sacred space.

In Your Intuition Led You Here: Daily Rituals for Empowerment, Inner Knowing, and Magic, authors Alex Naranjo and Marlene Vargas of House of Intuition offer a practical guide to translating spiritual impulse into everyday ritual. Both accessible and grounded, the book delivers 32 simple practices designed to help readers tap into their inner voice and wield intention in their daily life. Framing intuition not as mysticism alone but as a tool for transformation, the book is an invitation to reclaim sovereignty over your path by bridging the invisible and the visible.

The Herbal Astrology Oracle is a 55-card deck and guidebook from Anima Mundi Apothecary, a Latina-owned herbal wellness brand rooted in ancestral plant medicine, that maps the invisible threads between plants and planets. Each card features a plant ally paired with its astrological ruler, and the guidebook dives into traditional uses, symbolic meanings, and spiritual messages of herbs, flowers, trees, and mushrooms. Created by herbalist Adriana Ayales (with art by Josephine Klerks), this oracle is intended as a bridge to astro-herbology, a pathway into how the energies of the cosmos echo in the healing and divinatory power of plants.

By Katy Perry’s own admission, her 14-month marriage to Russell Brand was less of a whirlwind and more of a “tornado.” While the chaos hasn’t vanished entirely, things have certainly mellowed since then. Since 2017, Russell has been married to Laura Gallacher, and the two have built a more grounded life together. Now parents and partners, their relationship has weathered its own ups and downs, especially in light of headlines in 2025 surrounding the actor and comedian.

Here’s what you need to know about Laura and their life together today.

Laura Gallacher

Laura Gallacher, reportedly born on June 28, 1987, dated Russell before they tied the knot. “When we first met we were both in a completely different place,” Laura told the Made by Mammas podcast in August 2019, per the Mirror. Her sister is television presenter and model Kirsty Gallacher.

Laura, a lifestyle blogger, dated Russell in 2006. Nine years later, the two bumped into each other randomly out and about. “I hadn’t seen Russell for years… I came down the steps to the canal and Russell was standing there,” she said. “We both immediately knew it was going to be serious.” Laura said that she had “a deep appreciation and love for this person even though I don’t know this person now. He was so different.”

The two had to “rebuild foundations and trust again,” since he was a divorcee and it had been nearly a decade since they were a couple. “It was very slow, it was getting to know each other and going out on day trips together,” she said.

“Suddenly it went fast, six months later, shall we move in, shall we get a puppy, and then after that I found out I was pregnant. We moved in in November and Valentine’s Day the next year I found out I was pregnant,” she added. Russell and Laura welcomed their first daughter, Mabel, in November 2016. Their second child, daughter Peggy, arrived in July 2018. In June 2023, Russell revealed that he and Laura were expecting their third child while appearing on the podcast The Diary of a CEO.

The couple married on August 26, 2017, in an intimate ceremony near their home in Henley-on-Thames, England, per Us Weekly. The wedding was held at Remenham Church. Guests included Oasis singer Noel Gallagher, comedian David Baddiel, and British TV host Jonathan Ross.

While Russell has found wedded bliss with Laura, the same can’t be said about his first marriage to Katy Perry. The couple tied the knot on October 23, 2010, only to divorce 14 months later. “It was the first kind of breaking of my idealistic mind,” Katy in a 2020 interview with 60 Minutes Australia. “I was having great success at 23, 24, and 25 and then I met someone that was interesting and stimulating. It was just like a tornado. Everything happening at once.”

The two began dating after meeting at the 2009 MTVA VMAs. Russell proposed on the following New Year’s Eve while on a trip to India. The couple returned to India for their wedding, but Katy’s career kept them apart. Her 2011 California Dreams world tour took her around the world, and the distance was too much for Russell. He texted his wife on Dec. 31, 2011 – two years after he first proposed – to tell her that he was divorcing her.

“I’ve changed a lot in the last five years,” Russell told Us Weekly in 2017 when reflecting on his past marriage. “I don’t compare my relationships now to previous relationships out of respect to my present wife and to Katy Perry. I think I’m an easier person to be with now. I’m also in a very different situation. I’m dependent on my wife. In relationships, there is always going to be a level of dependency. But I try not to project my problems onto other people and perhaps I’ve not always been like that.”

Since the split, Katy has gone on to find love with Orlando Bloom and start a family with him. She gave birth to their daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, in 2020. However, by 2025, reports confirmed that the couple had quietly ended their relationship, choosing to co-parent their daughter while focusing on their individual careers.

Emily Blunt is not a fan of AI-generated actress Tilly Norwood

Newly-launched AI talent studio Xicoia have created the digital performer, with Eline Van der Velden unveiling the project at the Zurich Film Festival and it already attracting interest from talent agents, and the Smashing Machine actress is horrified by the prospect.

Shown a report on Tilly, Emily told Variety: “Does it disappoint me? I don’t know how to quite answer it, other than to say how terrifying this is.

“No, are you serious? That’s an AI? Good Lord, we’re screwed. That is really, really scary, Come on, agencies, don’t do that. Please stop. Please stop taking away our human connection.”

The 42-year-old actress noted Tilly was designed to resemble a composite of familiar stars and was told she was designed as “the next Scarlett Johansson”.

She replied: “But we have Scarlett Johansson.”

Emily isn’t the only Hollywood critic of the project.

Scream actress Melissa Barrera has branded the arrival of Tilly “gross”.

She posted an Instagram Story about the news and captioned it: “Hope all actors repped by the agent that does this, drop their a$$. How gross, read the room.(sic)”

Matilda star Mara Wilson was equally horrified.

She posted: “And what about the hundreds of living young women whose faces were composited together to make her? You couldn’t hire any of them?”

Whoopi Goldberg blasted the idea on The View and insisted the AI model would have an “unfair advantage” – but noted the technology isn’t yet “seamless” enough for them to pass as human.

She said: “The problem with this, in my humble opinion, is that you are suddenly up against something that’s been generated with 5,000 other actors.”It’s got Bette Davis’ attitude, it’s got Humphrey Bogart’s lips.

“It’s got my humour, thank you darling. And so it’s a little bit of an unfair advantage. You know what? Bring it on. You can always tell them from us. We move differently, our faces move differently, our bodies move differently…

“Hopefully, we’ll be able to hold on because what this means is AI in the workplace — not just my workplace, but in every industry.

“Some industries are using AI now. People talk about people are so lonely they don’t have a connection, if you stick with this, with AI, you won’t have any connection to anything but your phone.”

Simu Liu also condemned the project.

He sarcastically wrote on his Instagram Story: “Movies are great but you know what would be better is if the characters in them weren’t played by actual humans but by AI replicas approximating human emotion.”

Creator Eline insisted Tilly is “a piece of art” and she doesn’t view AI as a “replacement” for real people.

She wrote on Instagram: “To those who have expressed anger over the creation of my AI character, Tilly Norwood, she is not a replacement for a human being, but a creative work – a piece of art. Like many forms of art before her, she sparks conversation, and that in itself shows the power of creativity.

“I see AI not as a replacement for people, but as a new tool, a new paintbrush. Just as animation, puppetry, or CGI opened fresh possibilities without taking away from live acting, AI offers another way to imagine and build stories.

“I’m an actor myself, and nothing – certainly not an AI character – can take away the craft or joy of human performance.”
