Rag & Bone Pre-Fall 2026 Collection

At Rag & Bone, one of Jennie McCormick and her team’s missions is to create clothing that not only fits well, but also has great hanger appeal. It’s probably why Rag & Bone’s popularity hasn’t waned among everyday Americans who frequently shop the brand.

This season, she took that concept to the next level, exploring different fabrications to make clothing that isn’t just wearable, but also feels like art. “Among my favorite pieces this season is an organza workwear jacket that’s tied back to pants and skirts,” McCormick said. “It was all about the idea of taking a feminine and sheer fabrication and putting it into something that’s a little bit more workwear-inspired.” The result includes organza sets that come in both skirts and pants and in colors like lilac and black. For a softer and more feminine touch, you can opt for the lilac skirt set and pair it with the matching button-up shirt featuring utilitarian pockets, or switch things up and wear it with a boxy terry shirt. The everyday Rag & Bone basics also got a revamp, with popular denim styles featuring a bungee cord detailing at the waistband, while t-shirts got the parachute effect, with puffy sleeves and a cinched waistline for more dimension.

Rag & Bone Pre-Fall 2026 Menswear Collection

written by jummy84

For pre-fall 2026, the Rag & Bone team had prep on the brain. Kyle Sweeney, the Senior VP of Menswear, explained that they were focused on the “evolution of traditional American Ivy wear.” He continued, “we looked at the idea of this urban prep, but in a very sophisticated lens through the eyes of New York City. We focused on the idea of this modern uniform and the fact that every great uniform starts with a great shirt.”

Shirting this season included new details—oxford button-downs came with stamped graphics on the front placket for an edgier and youthful touch while also featuring more relaxed silhouettes. They were paired with boxy shorts with distressed hemlines that could be dressed up or down. This season denim is also more relaxed; the hero fit is the carpenter jean, which comes in ’90s-inspired vintage washes. The monochromatic styling delivered a punch, with lots of double collared looks throughout the collection.

Bone Lake Director on Making an Erotic Thriller, Ignoring Prudes

Violence and sexuality walk hand-in-hand in “Bone Lake,” a new thriller now playing in theaters via Bleecker Street. In fact, the film opens with a nude couple running away from certain death through the forest, an attention-grabbing opening.

That wild spirit is what attracted director Mercedes Bryce Morgan to Joshua Friedlander’s twisty script about two couples who accidentally double-book an Airbnb. As they get to know each other, dark and sinister secrets start to emerge.

“It’s something that wasn’t afraid to be extreme,” she says of the script. “I’ve been so excited about thrillers coming back and the fact that this movie doesn’t shy away from sex. But I’m also attracted to the fact that it’s like a European relationship dramedy. We start off, and you really care about these characters, because the relationship is the mechanism that the horror goes through later. To be able to have that but then actually pay it off and go big or go home in the end made me go, ‘OK, this is what I’m interested in.’”

While Gen Z has been oddly outspoken about wanting less sex in their entertainment, Morgan thinks that most audiences will be able to ride the film’s wavelength.

“Everything is 180, right?” she says. “Either we think skinny jeans are cool and then we’re like ‘Baggy pants are cool’ — I’m pretty sure skinny jeans are going to be cool again. So I think it’s a generational thing. As a millennial, we’re like, ‘Sex in movies … of course.’ I think younger generations probably go, ‘You guys fucked up so many things. Why are you doing this?’ The thing that I say is the people who love this movie are the people who are going to come and see it. And if it’s not for someone, that’s okay. But it makes the people who love our movie just a stronger fan base.”

That said, Morgan was sure to make the sexuality safe and comfortable on set by setting some ground rules.

“First of all, if there’s female nudity, I make sure that there’s male nudity. It’s either everyone’s nude or no one’s nude, to equal it out,” she says. “It was also talking about, ‘What’s the story reason behind why we’re seeing something?’ Nudity is almost even more fun or interesting sometimes if it’s not used in a sexual context.”

Another key to making an erotic thriller is to make sure the cast has chemistry, and Morgan was able to amp that up with a decidedly G-rated exercise.

“One of the first things I did is when Alex Roe and Andra Nechita got to set to play Will and Cin … It might sound silly, but I had them just dance to fun, silly music together because you’re able to get comfortable with someone physically fast,” she says. “That’s a really easy way to do it. They probably thought, ‘Man, Mercedes, this is like in kindergarten. Why are you having us do this?’ But I go, ‘We need to break down these barriers and just integrate with each other.’”

That sense of play kept Morgan energized during the indie film’s shoot, as well as its long road to theaters. “Bone Lake” first debuted at Fantastic Fest in 2024, making it over a year from its world premiere to wide release date. She remains energized and excited for audiences to see it.

“Whenever I choose a movie, I need to love it so much that I expect to carry it around for years of my life,” she says. “So one could be like, ‘Man, it’s been so long,’ but also we wanted to wait to do it the right way, because the right way is for us to release it in theaters. Also, my job is getting to talk about sex and silliness. So just being able to continue to do that with this, I go, ‘All right, I’m fucking here. Let’s go.’ That’s awesome.”

AIIMS orthopaedic surgeon says ‘90% of body, back and bone pain’ can be detected with these 3 key tests

Back pain is a growing concern for women of all ages, affecting daily life, work, and overall well-being. Often dismissed as stress or fatigue, persistent discomfort can signal underlying issues that need timely attention. Dr Dushyant Chouchan, Orthopaedic and Sports Injury Surgeon, AIIMS Raipur, shares in his September 17 Instagram post 3 essential tests every woman should consider for back pain. (Also read: AIIMS orthopaedic surgeon lists 5 common bone and joint problems you shouldn’t ignore; shares simple management tips )

Discover 3 key tests recommended by orthopaedics for women’s bone and back pain. (Freepik)

Why do women experience body, back and bone pain?

Dr Dushyant explains in his post, “This video is especially for females who have been struggling with body, back, and bone issues for quite some time. Many women visit OPDs with such problems, and their main complaint is that even after taking all the medicines, they don’t get relief.”

“Should you do a full-body check-up or not? Many patients come after doing expensive full-body check-ups, only to find nothing wrong. When the reports come back normal, they feel unsure about what to do next,” he adds.

Which tests can help identify the root cause

Dr Dushyant recommends 3 important tests that are quite economical and that many women can support themselves in getting done. “Around 90% of generalised body, back, and bone pain can be addressed with these tests,” he says. Let’s take a look at his recommendations:

1. Vitamin D3 and calcium: 80–90% of bone and muscle pain is caused by a deficiency in Vitamin D3 and calcium, so this test is a must.

2. Complete blood count and iron profile: Women often experience bone and muscle pain or fatigue due to iron deficiency or imbalances. Complete blood count helps check haemoglobin and iron levels so that appropriate interventions can be done.

3. DEXA scan (bone mineral density test): Especially important for postmenopausal women over 40. This test helps detect osteoporosis or early weakening of bones.

“If you get these 3 important tests done, you can identify the cause of around 95% of your pain. These tests are economical, and there’s no need for a full-body check-up,” concludes Dr Dushyant.

Keke Wyatt Says There Is Not A Homophobic Bone In My Body After Son Claims She Told Him His Cancer Diagnosis Was ‘Karma’ For Being Gay

#KekeWyatt is seemingly denying recent homophobic claims from her son.

In a statement shared online, she expressed:

“I love my son, and I love all of my children. I love all people. Anyone who truly knows me understands there is not a homophobic bone in my body.”

Keke continued, noting that she, like other parents, isn’t “sunshine” all the time, but that doesn’t change the love she has for her children. Her post comes after her son, Rahjah Ke’ Morton, shared a TikTok accusing Keke of using his cancer battle for “personal gain.” He also claimed she told him the diagnosis was “karma’ for his sexuality.

“Are you ready?” Yes I am! Let’s go back for more. Sony Pictures has finally revealed the first official trailer for the highly anticipated follow-up sequel 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, which was shot back-to-back with Alex Garland’s 28 Years Later from earlier this year. This sequel is directed by Nia DaCosta, also from a screenplay written by Alex Garland again, and it lands in theaters in January 2026 in just a few months from now. Awesome. In a continuation of the epic zombie-filled story, Fiennes’ character Dr. Kelson finds himself in a shocking new relationship – with consequences that could change the world as they know it. And Spike’s encounter with Jimmy Crystal (seen at the end of 28YL) becomes a nightmare he now can’t escape. In the world of The Bone Temple, the infected are no longer the greatest threat to survival – the inhumanity of the survivors can be stranger and more terrifying. Indeed it can be – AND IS. This next movie also stars Ralph Fiennes, Alfie Williams, Jack O’Connell, Erin Kellyman, and Chi Lewis-Parry. Another fantastic trailer for this horror sequel with another chilling voiceover! Damn it looks good.

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple Trailer: Ralph Fiennes Returns

by jummy84 September 3, 2025
written by jummy84

Sony Pictures has released the first trailer for Nia DaCosta’s “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple.”

The film will follow the events of “28 Years Later,” picking up after Spike (Alfie Williams) is introduced to Sir Jimmy Crystal (Jack O’Connell) and his gang of acrobatic killers in a post-apocalyptic England. “Dr. Kelson (Ralph Fiennes) finds himself in a shocking new relationship — with consequences that could change the world as they know it — and Spike’s encounter with Jimmy Crystal becomes a nightmare he can’t escape,” the film’s official synopsis reads. “In the world of ‘The Bone Temple,’ the infected are no longer the greatest threat to survival — the inhumanity of the survivors can be stranger and more terrifying.”

Cillian Murphy will briefly appear in the film, reprising his role as Jim from “28 Days Later,” alongside stars Fiennes, Emma Laird, Maura Bird, Erin Kellyman and Chi Lewis-Parry.

While Murphy will only have a small role in the second film, executive producer and “28 Years Later” director Danny Boyle revealed to Variety that Murphy will be an “enormous character in the third film.” Boyle also confirmed that O’Connell and Fiennes will play larger parts in “28 Years Later: The Bone Temple,” setting up more of the mainland plot that was briefly touched on in the first film.

“28 Years Later: The Bone Temple” was written and produced by Alex Garland. The sequel is executive produced by Boyle, Andrew Macdonald, Peter Rice and Bernie Bellew. Columbia Pictures, DNA Films and Decibel Films produced the film, with Sony Pictures distributing the feature.

“28 Years Later: The Bone Temple” is set to release in theaters on Jan. 16, 2026. Check out the trailer below.

“It seems like someone wanted all of us here…” Bleecker Street has debuted their full official trailer for a horror thriller dark comedy called Bone Lake, set to open in theaters starting in early October for anyone to enjoy. This film first premiered at Fantastic Fest last year, but didn’t show up at many other fests since then. When two young couples are mistakenly double-booked into the same vacation rental, their romantic weekend becomes a twisted maze of sex, lies, and survival. Directed by Mercedes Bryce Morgan as her latest horror feature following Spoonful of Sugar and Fixation. Starring Maddie Hasson, Marco Pigossi, Alex Roe, Andra Nechita, Eliane Reis, and Clayton Spencer. This isn’t the first film about a double booked vacation rental, but it does look like it has a few other unique twists up its sleeves. What is this game they’re playing? The first teaser a few months ago is better than this trailer – which is more confusing than exciting.

Here’s the main official trailer (+ poster) for Mercedes Bryce Morgan’s film Bone Lake, from YouTube:
