Geeta explained that she always dreamed of having two children and, given her smooth first pregnancy, never expected complications the second time around. “I tried twice and had two miscarriages. It was a very difficult time because you wonder, ‘I’m fit, I’m doing yoga, I’m eating right, so what could be wrong? Why wasn’t I able to carry a baby?’” she shared.

The actress admitted she was shocked by the losses, recalling how easy her first pregnancy had been. “When I got pregnant three years later and had a miscarriage, I didn’t expect it at all. I thought it would be as smooth as it was with Hinaya.” Despite the heartbreak, Geeta emphasized the importance of mental strength to overcome such pain. She credited Harbhajan for standing by her side like a pillar of strength.

“When I had my first miscarriage, he was in Punjab but came the next day. I had to undergo a minor operation at the hospital, and he was there with me through it all,” she revealed, calling him an incredibly supportive and emotional partner. In a lighter moment, Geeta also reflected on her love story with Harbhajan, sharing in an earlier Bharti TV interview that it all began when Harbhajan saw her poster and instantly fell for her. “It was love at first sight for him,” she said with a smile, adding that Harbhajan even asked his close friend Yuvraj Singh for her number.
