Dawn Richard Claims Diddy Tampered w/ Key Witness’ In Abu$e Lawsuit While Behind Bars: ‘Ongoing Fear’ Detailed In New Filing

Sean “P. Diddy” Combs may be behind bars, but Dawn Richard says the intimidation hasn’t let up.

In a recent court filing obtained by The Mirror US, Dawn alleges that Diddy tried to interfere with her lawsuit from prison. According to the documents, the mogul allegedly tampered with a key witness last September in an effort to further intimidate her. The filing reads, “Indeed, in September 2024, while incarcerated, Combs tampered with a key witness in Plaintiff’s case, validating Plaintiff’s ongoing fear and demonstrating his continued efforts to intimidate her and manipulate the narrative to discredit her claims.”

Her attorneys also highlight his alleged pattern of obstruction, stating, “Prosecutors opposed bail, citing his pattern of witness tampering, obstruction and regular use of violence, threats and coercion. The Court, in turn, denied bail four times, accepting the government’s position that Combs posed a continuing danger.”

As previously reported, Dawn has accused Diddy of physical abuse, groping, and emotional manipulation, claims she reiterated during his high-profile trial. She testified that both she and former Diddy-Dirty Money bandmate Kalenna Harper had been threatened to remain silent about the alleged attack they witnessed against Casandra “Cassie” Ventura.

Max B Released From Prison After 16 Years Behind Bars

“ITS TIME TO OPEN THE FLOOD GATES 🌊🌊🌊 SEE YALL IN A FEW,” Harlem rapper writes on social media after his release Sunday

Harlem rapper Max B was released from prison Sunday after serving 16 years for his role in a botched armed robbery that resulted in a man’s death.

The rapper born Charley Wingate, who released a string of mixtapes and popularized the term “wavy” prior to his 2007 arrest on manslaughter and armed robbery charges, revealed earlier this year in a phone interview from prison that he would be released on Nov. 9, 2025.

“I’m feeling righteous, man,” Max told the Joe Budden Podcast earlier this year. “I’m doing all right. This is almost over. … Wavy Baby coming home real soon.”

In 2009, Max B was sentenced to 75 years in prison, accused of being an accomplice to a robbery in New Jersey that ended in murder. (The rapper was not in the state at the time.) The conviction was later vacated in 2016, after a new legal team argued that Max’s original trial lawyer had a conflict of interest in the case. His sentence was subsequently reduced to 20 years.

French Montana, who Max B collaborated with on their 2009 mixtape Coke Wave, was among those who greeted the rapper following his prison release Sunday. “CANT MAKE THIS UP ! MY BROTHER REALLY CAME HOME ON MY B DAY !” Montana wrote on social media. “HAMDULILLAH WALKED IT DOWN ! NO MORE FREE YOU.”

Trending Stories

Despite being behind bars, Max B still managed to release new music from prison, often recording his verses over the phone. Following his 2011 album Vigilante Season, Max B and Montana reunited in 2019 for “Hold On,” his first new song in eight years. In between, Max B also appeared on the track “Siiiiiiiiilver Surffffeeeeer Intermission” that featured on Kanye West’s 2016 album The Life of Pablo. Earlier this year, the rapper contributed “Max B Interlude” to Wiz Khalifa’s Kush + Orange Juice 2.

Soon after his release, Max B already hinted at new music in a social media post. “ITS TIME TO OPEN THE FLOOD GATES 🌊🌊🌊 SEE YALL IN A FEW,” he wrote.

Max B Released From Prison – French Montana Posts Video Hugging Him After Years Behind Bars

In a moving Instagram post, French Montana shared what appears to be a reunion with longtime friend Max B as the rapper was welcomed home — a moment French described: “CANT MAKE THIS UP! MY BROTHER REALLY CAME HOME ON MY BDAY! HAMDULILLAH WALKED IT DOWN! NO MORE FREE YOU ”. The video shows warm embraces and appears to mark a significant milestone for Max B.

Max B (real name Charley Wingate) was incarcerated following one of the most highly-publicised hip-hop criminal cases in recent history. In 2009, he was convicted on multiple charges including conspiracy, armed r#bbery, and kidnapping after a botched hotel heist in New Jersey. According to reports, he was initially sentenced to up to 75 years in prison.

Over time, his sentence was reduced when he entered a plea for aggravated mansl#ughter. Though the exact timing of his release in the footage isn’t stated in the post, a jail-phone-call interview suggested he could be released by November 9, 2025.

French Montana’s caption references “WALKED IT DOWN! NO MORE FREE YOU” — an apparent nod to Max B’s long-standing supporters rallying under the “Free Max B” banner during his incarceration.

Reba Wilson Back Behind Bars After Shooting Repairman Over $70

by jummy84 October 26, 2025
written by jummy84

Hold up, y’all — things got wild on Indianapolis’ east side! What started as a seemingly normal repair service quickly spiraled into a showdown nobody expected. Reba Wilson, 43, is back in the headlines, and the details are raising eyebrows across the city. From long-standing legal troubles to a shocking encounter at her home, there’s a lot to unpack — and folks are already buzzing about what went down.

Wilson Said “No $70,” Then Pulled The Strap!

Nate Baird, a self-employed HVAC and appliance technician, says he showed up at Reba Wilson’s east side home on Payton Avenue. According to reports, he arrived to fix a dryer that wasn’t heating properly. But after diagnosing the issue, things took a sharp left turn. Baird claims Wilson insisted the dryer was still under warranty and flat-out refused to pay for the visit. When he refused to work for free and started to leave, Wilson allegedly pointed a gun at him and demanded he fix it anyway.

He Ran For His Life—Then Heard A Shot!

Baird says he tried to stay calm, pretending to continue working before making a run for it out the back door. As he sprinted away, he claims he heard a gunshot and Wilson yelling, “I’ll pop a cap in your a**!” Additionally, Police later found a shell casing on top of the dryer and a gun hidden under a couch. Wilson was arrested and hit with several charges — including criminal confinement, intimidation, and being a serious violent felon with a firearm.

Baird says he’s still shaken and hopes Wilson finds support. “I just hope she gets some help” he told reporters, admitting he’s now worried about his safety on future jobs. Social media users are already sounding off about the situation, with many saying, “All that over seventy dollars?!”

“I’m just worried for my safety if I go around to someone else’s house if something like that happens again,” Baird shared. “It’d be definitely scary.”

One Year Later, Wilson’s Back In Jail

Looks like things just got even more serious for Reba Wilson as she is back in jail, according to WTHR 13. Turns out, Wilson had been on the run for over a year after violating her pretrial release. Additionally, she was hit with an arrest warrant served on October 22. She returned to court this week to face that long-standing violation and is now scheduled for trial on December 2. Furthermore, Wilson faces five felony charges, including criminal confinement and unlawful possession of a gun by a serious violent felon.

Morgan Wallen Denies Throwing Chair From Bar’s Roof in Police Footage

by jummy84 October 1, 2025
written by jummy84

Country music artist Morgan Wallen initially denied throwing a chair off the roof of Nashville bar Chief’s in 2024, according to police video footage obtained by The Associated Press.

The Metro Nashville Police Department released the footage from Wallen’s April 2024 arrest, after the AP filed a public records request. The video was taken through police car cameras and officers’ body cameras.

As shown in the body camera footage, officers are standing next to Wallen outside of the Chief’s bar on Broadway. An officer asks him what happened, and Wallen replies, “I don’t know.” The musician also tells an officer, “We’ve not tried to cause no problems, man. I don’t know what they are, I don’t know why.” The officer tells Wallen that the police were attempting to understand what happened after a chair fell from the bar’s rooftop and landed by the policeman’s patrol car. Wallen answers, “As you should.”

According to the video, officers “spoke to witnesses who identified Wallen as the one who threw the chair, and reviewed security cam footage.” Later footage shows the musician in the backseat of a patrol cruiser, and saying, “I ain’t done nothing wrong.” The footage also shows officers handcuffing him.

Billboard has reached out to reps for Wallen for comment.

Wallen was arrested on April 8, 2024, and briefly jailed after he threw a chair from the sixth-floor rooftop of the bar Chief’s on Lower Broadway in downtown Nashville. The chair reportedly landed a few feet away from where two Metro Nashville police officers were standing. The country star was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. In December 2024, Wallen pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment in Nashville court and was sentenced to two years’ probation and seven days in a DUI education center.

Nearly two weeks after Wallen’s arrest, he addressed the incident, writing on social media, “I didn’t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s. I’m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility…. I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe. Regarding my tour, there will be no change. -MW”

Since that time, Wallen has seen his most recent album, I’m the Problem, spend a dozen nonconsecutive weeks atop the all-genre Billboard 200, and has regaled fans with his stadium-headlining I’m the Problem Tour this year.
