Carly Rae Jepsen will soon be singing, “So, call me mommy.”

The “Call Me Maybe” singer announced that her and new husband Cole M.G.N.’s family is growing as they are expecting their first baby together.

Carly shared a slew of black and white photos to her Instagram Nov. 3 that showed the couple lounging on their bed as Cole (real name Cole Marsden Greif-Neill) gently cupped her belly. The 39-year-old captioned the photos, “Oh hi baby.”

Cole, 40, shared his own excitement about the upcoming addition to their family, adding three heart-eye emojis in the comments. 

The news comes just under one month after Carly and Cole tied the knot at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City on Oct. 4. The couple first met during a songwriting session in 2021, but didn’t start dating until the following year. They officially got engaged in September 2024, with Carly writing on Instagram at the time, “Very engaged over here.”

The season 9 reunion of Love Is Blind turned out to be a night of bombshells, and one stood out in particular. “Sparkle” Megan Walerius revealed she welcomed a baby boy several months after she and Jordan Keltner split by the season 9 finale. Megan’s revelation was quite a shock to viewers. After all, Megan had doubts about becoming a mother, which she expressed during the show. So, who is the father of her baby?

“Today, I actually have a little bit of a surprise,” Megan said during the October 29, 2025, reunion episode. “I am a mom now. I had a baby boy 2-and-a-half months ago.”

The reality TV star revealed the name of her newborn son, Brooks, and called him her “whole world.”

“I now know more than ever I was meant on this earth to be a mom,” Megan gushed, adding, “He’s amazing, and our family is very happy.”

What Did ‘Sparkle’ Megan Say About Having a Baby on Love Is Blind?

In season 9, Megan expressed serious doubts about having kids of her own and potentially becoming a stepmother to Jordan’s son, Luca.

“I mean, maybe I’m just not cut out to be a stepmom,” Megan admitted in a confessional before her and Jordan’s wedding was set to take place. “Honestly, this has me questioning if I’m even cut out to be a mom.”

Later confessing that she was “maybe” too “caught up in [her] own life,” Megan said, “All I wanted coming into this experiment was to find love and to find my partner. I will love Jordan always — but he’s not my partner.”

The name of the father of Megan’s baby is Paul. Megan thanked her new partner for his support during the season 9 reunion.

When Did ‘Sparkle’ Megan Get Pregnant After Love Is Blind Season 9?

Megan said she met Paul through a friend three months after she finished filming LiB. Three months into their relationship, Megan got pregnant. So, this indicates that Megan became pregnant with her child roughly six months after wrapping LiB.

“Being cast into the limelight now, I just wanted to have my pregnancy and the start of Brooks’ life for us to have in private,” she explained. Before the reunion episode aired, paparazzi photos of Megan carrying a baby surfaced online, prompting speculation about her personal life.

“I’m definitely learning to be a lot more selfless,” Megan said about motherhood. “I think that becoming a mom is the ultimate act of selflessness. It’s given me a lot more empathy too for Jordan and being a single dad. I applaud Jordan for even doing this experiment and putting his heart out there. It’s really special.”

I used to eat heavy meals and go to sleep so that I would look puffy the next morning. I wanted a double chin, I wanted my eyes to look small. I used to eat rice and rotis in numbers. It wasn’t just fun and games, eating pizza all day.”

The Dodgers’ manager, Dave Roberts, told reporters that the team was “anticipating” Alex being off the roster for the World Series “unless something unforeseen happens.”

“I think we exhausted a couple different options, but just considering obviously what he’s going through and baseball’s certainly on the backburner, so I just think that’s the right process that we as an organization [thought] was probably the best way to handle it,” Dave said, according to Dodgers Nation. “And to be quite honest, I don’t know a lot of what went into it.”

Her collaboration in Dhurandhar combines classic Punjabi sounds with contemporary energy, reflecting the balance between tradition and modernity, and reinforcing her belief that women can be multifaceted in expression.

“The director loved the classic and wanted to glorify it, but also needed something fresh. So I wrote parts in Hindi, then Punjabi, and kept adjusting until it felt right,” she says. The collaboration with Hanumankind was “a last-minute blessing,” she adds, describing it as “epic, amazing, and everyone is in love with the sound.”

This period also marks what Jasmine calls a “rebirth” in her career. Having written more than 130 songs and released four albums, she says she used to overthink everything. “Now, I want to think less and do more. I’m following intuition, trying new things, dancing more, taking creative risks,” she concludes.

However, with over ten million monthly listeners on music streaming platforms, Jasmine recognises the responsibility that comes with her platform, especially towards her female fans. “I know how deeply my songs resonate with women. They tell me how important it is to hear music that empowers them — and that keeps me grounded,” she concludes.

“I can see being really pissed that I got this role, as someone else,” Dylan told W after dad Sean Penn directed her in the 2021 drama Flag Day. At the same time, she added, as a working actress “I’ve been auditioning forever. I’ve been rejected forever.”

Regarding the kerfuffle over her brother starring in a Spielberg-daughter-directed short, Dylan stressed, “This is the business. It is about who you know. Always. Whether you’re the son of Sean Penn or not.”

Hopper, who made his movie debut in Sean’s film The Last Face, told E! News in February that the nepo baby conversation didn’t really affect him.

“I’m like, ‘If you like it, cool. If you don’t, great,'” he explained, having just made Devil’s Peak with mom Robin Wright. “And if you think that there’s nepotism going on, I really don’t care because I’m gonna do the work just as professional as everybody else, and I’m not gonna come there and do it half-ass because I’m working with my dad, I’m working with my mom.'”

Working with his father, Hopper noted, was the same “great nightmare” for him as it was for all the other actors who weren’t related to the director. 

And on any project, he added, “if I messed up on the film the first day, I’d be fired just like everyone else. Or, if I was terrible, I’ll be terrible. And I have been terrible.”

On October 21, The Sun reported that Love Is Blind Season 9 star Megan Walerius, better known by fans as Sparkle Megan, was spotted with a mystery man and a baby outside of her Denver home. Naturally, the photos, which were taken on October 18 (before the finale aired), caused fans to question the identity of her mystery man and if the newborn baby in the photos is the Love Is Blind star’s child. Spoiler alert: The mystery man is definitely not her now ex-fiancé, Jordan Keltner.
