Allu Sirish, actor and younger brother of superstar Allu Arjun, has officially gotten engaged to his longtime girlfriend Nayanika. The couple exchanged rings on October 31, 2025, in a private yet grand ceremony attended by close friends and family members. Sharing the joyous news on social media, Sirish wrote, “I’m finally & happily engaged to the love of my life, Nayanika!”

The pair looked radiant as they celebrated their special day. Sirish opted for an elegant white ethnic outfit, while Nayanika stunned in a classic red saree, embodying traditional charm. The event was a star-studded affair with members of the Allu–Konidela family in attendance, including Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, and other close relatives.

Allu Arjun’s wife Sneha Reddy and their daughter Allu Arha also drew attention with their stylish appearances — Sneha in a lavender gown and little Arha looking adorable in a pink dress as she accompanied her mother.

Though the couple has always kept their relationship private, Sirish had hinted at their union earlier this year on the birth anniversary of his late grandfather, Allu Ramalingaiah, when he shared a heartfelt post about his engagement.

While details about Nayanika remain limited, reports suggest that she hails from Hyderabad and belongs to an affluent business family. The two are said to have been in love for some time before making their relationship official.

On the work front, Sirish was last seen in the 2024 fantasy action film Buddy, directed by Sam Anton. The Telugu remake of the Tamil hit Teddy starred Sirish as a pilot entangled in a supernatural mystery involving a woman’s soul trapped in a teddy bear. The film earned praise for its unique premise and emotional storytelling.

Choreographer Hokuto Konishi Shares BTS Pictures of Allu Arjun, Atlee’s Film

When Allu Arjun described his upcoming film (working title A22XA6) with director Atlee as, ‘very international presentation with total Indian sensibilities,’ few could envision what he meant. But with ensemble cast and state-of-the-art technology being used to shoot the film, many are getting a hang of it. The latest is that Japanese-British breakdancer and choreographer Hokuto Konishi is also part of the project. He shared several BTS pictures from the film sets, and fans couldn’t stop raving about the magnitude of the project.

A22XA6 is ‘insanely massive’

Allu Arjun’s film has been progressing briskly in Mumbai over the last three months. Although members of the cast and crew have taken frequent breaks and have paused the work, we have learnt that the schedule is still on. The spotlight has once again turned on the film with Hokuto Konishi revealing that he has been working on the A22XA6 project for over a month. He has always been so curious about the Indian film industry, and so this was definitely the best dive right into the deep end. Although Hokuto is not at liberty to talk about the project, he promises that the film is going to be ‘insanely massive.’ Hokuto shares that his experience of delving deep into a new film industry and understanding different cultures is liberating.

Mumbai schedule, a long haul

According to sources close to the unit, director Atlee intends to complete major sequences involving international technicians and actors in Mumbai. He feels that logistically, Mumbai is a comfortable place for production and to work with the global crew. As such, the shooting schedule in Mumbai has been a long haul. “Several technicians and stuntmen are presently in Mumbai working on the film at a specially built VFX set. Allu Arjun has been taking frequent breaks and travelling to Hyderabad and other places while Mumbai continues to be his workplace.”

There’s so much being written about Allu Arjun’s new film AA22XA6 under director Atlee. The anticipation grew so much that a team from Netflix flew down to Hyderabad recently. The team met Allu Arjun, Atlee, Allu Aravind (Allu Arjun’s father) and had a lengthy discussion about films, filmmaking and how Indian cinema has been shaping up. But their dialogue wouldn’t have been complete without the mention of AA22XA6. According to reports from Tollywood circles, the OTT streaming giant evinced interest to buy the digital rights of the Allu Arjun-starrer. Apparently, the team from the streaming giant has been holding discussions with several top names from the South Indian film industry. And when the team met the unit of AA22XA6, it sparked major speculation.

“Allu Arjun’s film unit has reportedly quoted a whopping for the OTT rights. The streaming giant too was game to shell out considering the film’s budget, genre and of course, Allu Arjun’s growing global appeal. But after the picture of team posing with Allu Arjun and Atlee emerged on social media, fans predict that Netflix will seal the deal,” says a source in the know.
