Police Report Alleges Sean Combs Assaulted a ‘John Doe’ Music Producer

Sean Combs has been accused of allegedly assaulting a music producer after the accuser claimed Combs masturbated in front of him in February 2020 and then later forced him into a sexual act in March 2021, in a newly surfaced police report.

Per a report from People, the music producer — who filed a civil suit in July — filed a police incident report to the Largo, Florida police department, where he resides, in connection with the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s station on Sept. 20. It claims that the incidents took place while working on a project collaboration with C.J. Wallace, the son of the late Notorious B.I.G. and Faith Evans.

In the police report, via People, on Feb. 26, 2020 the victim and Combs were in a warehouse containing Notorious B.I.G.’s clothing and while Combs was going through the racks he started to masturbate underneath one of the late rapper’s shirts.

According to the civil lawsuit, Combs allegedly invited the John Doe to a private listening session for a Biggie project, where he claims he was forced to take ketamine before being taken to the warehouse.

“[Victim] stated that Combs picked out clothing and set them down on the couch and eventually sat on the couch next to clothing when he received a phone call,” the police report alleged. “[Victim] continued to search through clothing when he heard what sounded like porn coming from where Combs was sitting.”

The allegations in the police report continued: “[Victim] expressed he tried to ignore it… but he then heard more noises, and when he looked, he could see Combs jerking himself off covering himself with one of Notorious B.I.G. that was next to him on the couch. [Victim] stated that Combs removed the shirt to uncover his penis and told [Victim] to come finish him off.”

The victim said in the police report that he continued his business affiliation with Wallace following the Combs incident, but that the tenor of their partnership changed. He alleged that one of Wallace’s other business collaborators, Willie Mac, “began calling him a liar and threatened a lawsuit against him.” In March 2021, per the report, the producer claims he met with both men to discuss their professional partnership in California.

However, per the victim’s police report, once he arrived at KandyPens residence in Hollywood Hills for a meeting, two other individuals allegedly “roughed him up and put something over his head and partially his eyes.” The report claims he was then taken to another room and thrown on an ottoman. There, he allegedly recognized Combs’ voice and saw the mogul’s black custom Air Force One shoes. He alleged Combs was “screaming, cursing and calling him a snitch.”

During the incident, per the report, Combs allegedly “grabbed [him] by the head using his hands and stuck his [Combs’] penis inside of [victim’s] mouth.”

“[Victim] stated that he pulled away, but that Combs pulled his head back using his hands and stuck his penis inside of [victim’s] mouth again and the cycle occurred approximately 3-4 times for approximately 3-4 seconds each time,” the report claims. Following the incident, Wallace allegedly came in to assist the victim and “felt bad for him at the time.” The music producer claimed to have suffered from depression and mental health issues after the incident.

Reps for the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department could not provide further information to Rolling Stone involving the incident report. Combs legal team and a rep for Wallace did not immediately return Rolling Stone’s requests for comment.

The news comes on the heels of another alleged victim, fashion designer Bryana Bongolan, amending her lawsuit on Oct. 14. She claims Combs held her over the 17th floor balcony of Casandra “Cassie” Ventura’s high-rise apartment during an alleged 2016 assault.

On Thursday, Combs was transferred to the New Jersey federal prison FCI Fort Dix, As Rolling Stone confirmed. The move came after a federal judge sentenced Combs to 50 months in prison following his conviction on two counts of transporting his ex-girlfriends and male escorts across state lines for commercial sex. His projected release date is May 8, 2028, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Combs recently filed his formal notice that he’s appealing his conviction and sentence and his camp has also asked President Trump to consider a pardon.

Ravi Mohan alleges legal tussle with beverage brand over Bro Code title is due to this

Ravi Mohan Studios is in a legal tussle with Indospirit Beverages over the title Bro Code. Here’s what the actor’s team has to say about it.

Ever since Ravi Mohan announced the title Bro Code for one of his upcoming films, he has been embroiled in a legal dispute with Indospirit Beverages over it. After the Madras High Court allowed Ravi to use the title, the Delhi High Court this month restricted him from doing so. Now, the actor-producer alleges that the beverage brand took the legal route due to this. Ravi Mohan faced a setback in the Delhi High Court after a win in the Madras High Court over the title, Bro Code.

Ravi Mohan alleges beverage brand asked him to promote Bro Code drink

In a press note shared by his team, Ravi claimed that the beverage brand asked him to promote their alcoholic brand in the film, but he turned it down. The note reads: “RaviMohan studios registered its copyright BroCode Title for its script and its artistic work in the Entertainment category. #BroCode beverages team have asked RaviMohan to promote their brand in the film. RaviMohan refused it, as it would set a wrong example.”

He also claims that the beverage company approached Delhi HC after that and did not challenge the Madras HC’s order, “So the beverage company has registered a case at Delhi against this Title and not challenged the Madras High Court verdict so far. Madras High Court continues to uphold @RaviMohanStudio’s rights over the title #BroCode, restraining Delhi Indo Beverages. Interim order extended till 21 Nov 2025.”

He ended the note with, “Also, the beverage company is planning to launch their brand in TN, so they have started this publicity stunt to push the brand in TN.”

What did the Delhi HC say

On Monday, news broke that the Delhi HC has restrained Ravi Mohan Studios from using the title Bro Code to promote their film. The order was passed in a trademark infringement suit filed by IndoBevs, who use the name for its alcoholic and ready-to-drink beverages. The court found that the brand is closely associated with the company’s products, observing that it’s identical to the registered trademark and could mislead the public.

Ayesha Howard Alleges Fraud In Ongoing Case

Ayesha Howard’s legal team is working overtime amid her ongoing child support case with Anthony Edwards. Recently, a California judge granted Edwards’ motion to toss the summons after he claimed to have no real ties to the state. But in exclusive court documents obtained by The Shade Room, Edwards allegedly downplayed the business and financial ties that link him to California.

Ayesha Howard’s Legal Team Says Anthony Edwards Misled The Court

In new court docs, Anthony Edwards insists his only connection to California comes from the occasional NBA games he plays there with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He told the court he never lived in the state, owns no businesses, entities, or properties. But Ayesha Howard’s legal team says Edwards runs several businesses registered and trademarked in Beverly Hills.

“Anthony Edwards also maintains financial accounts in California and has designated business agents who operates from a Beverly Hills office. These are exactly the types of substantial and continuous contacts with California that Mr. Edwards swore under penalty of perjury that he did not have,” Ayesha Howard’s legal team said in a statement.

Additionally, Howard’s team believes that Edwards attempt to mislead the court was an effort to “manipulate the judicial system” and “avoid accountability in child support.”

Here’s What Previously Went Down Between Howard & Edwards

Before Ayesha accused Anthony of fraud, he asked to seal their child support case. On April 2, In Touch Weekly reported that Edwards filed a motion asking a Georgia judge to keep the proceedings private. He claimed harassment and malicious speculation have interfered with his focus on his career. Edwards said the case involves sensitive child support matters concerning a minor and two high-profile individuals, so he wants the case closed to the public.

Ayesha didn’t hesistate to respond to Anthony’s request. She argued that the case has been public for at least six months, and she hasn’t seen any harm come from that access. She also said she believes Anthony’s motivation for asking to seal the case isn’t valid and insisted it doesn’t justify blocking public access.

More Details On Ayesha & Anthony’s Child Support Case

Ayesha Howard welcomed her second child, Aubri Summers Howard, on October 14, 2024, TSR reported. In December, a paternity test confirmed Anthony Edwards as the baby’s biological father. Then in February, Edwards reportedly told the court he didn’t want custody of the child and believed issues could only be resolved financially.

By April, rumors started to circulate that Edwards allegedly offered to pay 18 years of child for Aubri, but Ayesha quickly shut down the claims. In an exclusive chat with TSR’s Social Media Manager Brianne Deville, she made it clear she hasn’t received any money or agreed to any arrangements.

“There are no court documents, motions, or proceedings that have occurred, nor have I been offered or agreed to such terms,” Ayesha explained.

Teyana Taylor Says $70K Divorce Court Fine Was ‘The Best Lil Coin I Ever Spent’ + Alleges Witness Exposed Iman Shumpert’s Smear Campaign

Teyana Taylor is opening up about violating a court order in her divorce from Iman Shumpert, an action that resulted in a $70K fine.

While visiting The Breakfast Club, Teyana was asked why details from her ongoing separation with Iman always seem to hit the blogs whenever something positive is happening in her life or career.

She said it’s no coincidence, explaining that she went on Instagram Live to address sealed details of the divorce, which led to the court violation and fine, because she was tired of staying quiet while false information was being spread about her.

Teyana called the fine “the best lil coin I ever spent,” and claimed that a witness came forward with receipts supporting allegations that Iman and his team were allegedly orchestrating a “smear campaign” against her.

The former couple married in 2016 and share two children. They announced their split in late 2023.

What are your thoughts on Teyana’s claims?
