Brad Everett Young died on September 15, 2025, hours after getting into a car accident in California. He was 46. The late actor and photographer was recognized for his appearances in TV shows, such as Boy Meets World and Grey’s Anatomy.

“Brad’s passion for both the arts and the people behind them was unmatched,” Young’s his publicist, Paul Christensen, told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement. “He lived his mission of keeping creativity alive, and his legacy will continue through Dream Loud Official [a nonprofit dedicated to preserving music and art programs in schools around the country].”

What Were Some of Brad Everett Young’s Movies & TV Shows?

Young made numerous one-off appearances on television and in films. Among his most recognizable roles were in Boy Meets World, Felicity, Grey’s Anatomy and Numb3rs. Young’s most famous film performances were in the movies Love & Basketball, Charlie’s Angels (2000), Jurassic Park III, I Love You, Man, The Artist and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (2017).

He was both an actor and a celebrity photographer and became a known face at red carpet events. During a 2015 interview, Young recalled the early days of his career.

“L.A. was just the place where I could make those decisions with all the job opportunities the town offered,” he said at the time. “In the first month here, I went out on my first audition for a TV series, booked it, joined the Screen Actors Guild, and the rest was history. “I absolutely fell in love with everything in this business and the journey and strength it takes to accomplish what you want in it.”

Young died after he succumbed to injuries from a car accident, THR reported. On September 14, 2025, he was driving along the 134 Freeway in Southern California and was hit by a vehicle that was driving the wrong way. According to the outlet, Young died at the scene, while the other drive survived the collision.

While Jr NTR has recently resumed shooting for the film in Hyderabad, the latest we hear is that Kantara actor Rishab Shetty will be making a brief appearance in the Prashanth Neel directorial.

According to tinsel town reports, Rishab Shetty will be seen in a significant cameo in Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel’s film. Both Rishab and Prasanth are Kannadigas and gel well; Jr NTR too shares great camaraderie with Rishab. Prashanth felt there’s a scope for a significant character in the narrative to appear on screen. And the director believes that Rishab would be apt for the part. While the filmmakers haven’t made any official statement on the development, fans of Jr NTR and Rishab are expressing excitement over the reports. The filmmakers also believe that Rishab’s inclusion would boost the film’s visibility in Karnataka. Featuring an explosive blend of action, drama and mass appeal, Dragon will release on June 25, 2026.

Trip enjoyed a spiritual trip together

Last year, all the three stars, Jr NTR, Rishab Shetty and Prashanth Neel, holidayed together with their respective families. They were seen enjoying a spiritual trip together, visiting temples and spending time in nature in Karnataka. Their bond has set major friendship goals. Rishab Shetty, and Prashanth Neel escorted Jr NTR to the Udupi’s Shri Krishna Matha Temple. During the same trip, Jr NTR also treated his mother, Shalini, to a special birthday surprise. Their photos amid a divine atmosphere struck a chord with fans.

Robert Redford, the award-winning actor known for films like All the President’s Men, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, and The Natural, as well as the director of Ordinary People, has died at the age of 89.

The New York Times reports that Redford died in his sleep at his home in Utah early Tuesday morning.

Charles Robert Redford Jr. was born on August 18th, 1936 in Santa Monica, California. He briefly studied at the University of Colorado Boulder before moving to New York City, where he studied at the Pratt Institute and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He began his acting career in theater, making his Broadway debut in Tall Story in 1959. In 1963, he starred alongside Elizabeth Ashley in the original Broadway production of Barefoot in the Park.

Redford began guest starring on television shows like The Twilight Zone, Naked City, The Untouchables, Rescue 8, and Alfred Hitchcock Presents in the 1960s. In 1962, he was nominated for an Emmy for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in The Voice of Charlie Pont.

Echoing his Broadway debut, Redford’s first movie role was a small part in the 1960 film adaptation of Tall Story. Soon enough, he began appearing alongside Hollywood’s biggest stars: Alec Guinness in Situation Hopeless … But Not Serious, Natalie Wood in Inside Daisy Clover, Jane Fonda and Marlon Brando in This Property Is Condemned. Redford and Fonda would collaborate again in the 1967 film adaptation of Barefoot in the Park. In 1969, he starred in George Roy Hill’s Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, which helped cement him as a leading man.

Redford starred in a slew of classic films in the 1970s. In 1972, he portrayed the titular mountain man in the western Jeremiah Johnson, while 1973 saw him star alongside Barbra Streisand in the romantic drama The Way We Were and reunite with Paul Newman in the crime caper The Sting. Redford was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor for his role in the latter. The next year, he portrayed Jay Gatsby in Jack Clayton’s adaptation of The Great Gatsby. 

In 1976, Redford played the Woodword to Dustin Hoffman’s Bernstein in Alan J. Pakula’s All the President’s Men, the dramatic retelling of the Watergate scandal. He also served as executive producer for the film, which earned eight Academy Award nominations.

In 1980, Redford made his directorial debut with Ordinary People, a tale of an upper class family dealing with the aftermath of a son’s death. A critical success, Redford won Best Director for the film, while the movie itself won Best Picture. He reunited with This Property Is Condemned-director Sydney Pollack for 1985’s Out of Africa, an Oscar-sweeping film that also starred Meryl Streep.

Redford’s success continued in the 1990s. He directed 1992’s A River Runs Through It, which brought a young Brad Pitt to prominence, and in 1993, he suggested the infamous Indecent Proposal. Two decades later, he starred as Alexander Pierce in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, officially entering the canon of one of the 21st century’s biggest franchises.

Redford worked consistently almost up until his death. In 2015, he portrayed Dan Rather in James Vanderbilt’s historical political drama Truth, and in 2017, he reunited with Jane Fonda for the fourth time to appear in the Netflix film Our Souls at Night. He received a Golden Globe nomination for his work in 2018’s The Old Man & the Gun, which would end up being his final role besides a brief cameo in 2019’s Avengers: Endgame. He announced his retirement from acting in 2018, after both films had been shot. Still, he continued to work as a producer: in 2021, he and George R.R. Martin produced the AMC crime drama Dark Winds.

Ever the cinephile, Redford founded the Sundance Film Festival in 1978, which became America’s largest festival for independent films. The name, of course, was a nod to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. The Sundance Institute, Sundance Cinemas, Sundance Catalog, Sundance Productions, and the Sundance Channel followed. He was awarded the National Medal of Arts in 1996, while President Obama presented him with the Presidential Medal of Freedom 20 years later.

The Los Angeles-born actor portrayed Erik Menéndez, one of the infamous brothers convicted of killing their parents in 1989, and his chilling yet layered performance drew widespread attention. Cooper revealed that he immersed himself in Erik’s personal history to fully embody the role — a commitment that clearly paid off, as it earned him his first Primetime Emmy nomination in 2025.

Cooper Koch Played Erik Menendez in Monsters

While speaking with TheWrap in an interview published in September 2024, Cooper explained how he managed to step into his character’s shoes.

“I turned my trailer into Erik’s room, so I had clothes everywhere, and I had pictures of him on the wall, pictures of me too,” Cooper pointed out. “I looked at videos of me when I was really young, and I watched how my parents treated me, which gave me a level of gratitude for my family and my parents. I listened to [Erik] and watched him religiously. And I had my music, I had all different kinds of journals, all different kinds of things to help me really feel like him and be him.”

This show brought renewed attention to the Menendez brothers’ case along with new evidence found. On October 24, 2024, during a press conference, Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón recommended resentencing for Lyle and Erik, with the possibility of immediate parole, pending a judge’s final decision. Following this news, Cooper released a statement through his brother Payton Koch on Instagram Stories, as he does not have social media. The statement read, “I am overwhelmed with gratitude and hope for the progress we’ve seen today. Gascón’s recommendation has ignited a renewed sense of possibility that Lyle and Erik could finally be released after decades behind bars. But, this journey is not over.”

He continued,“There are still critical steps ahead: the judge must endorse the resentencing, and, if that happens, the parole board must recognize the time they have served as fitting for the crime. Our voices, our unwavering support, remain crucial-not just for the brothers to ensure their release, but also for every victim of sexual abuse fighting to be heard. I hope to see Erik and Lyle soon. Free from all of this.”

In April 2025, Cooper attended the Menendez brothers’ resentencing hearing in Van Nuys, California, per Newsweek.

Cooper Koch Has a Twin Brother

Cooper has a twin brother named Payton Koch. Payton isn’t an actor, but he works in the entertainment industry as a film editor. In fact, per his IMDb page, Payton was nominated for an Emmy Award. Among Payton’s most notable credits as a series editor were for multiple episodes of Only Murders in the Building and American Horror Story.

Aside from his brother, Cooper comes from a family of entertainers. According to his IMDb page, Cooper’s father is Billy Koch, who has worked as a visual effects editor on multiple films, such as Jerry Maguire and Space Jam. His grandfather, Hawk Koch, is a movie producer and the previous President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Producers Guild.

Cooper’s great-grandfather, Howard W. Koch, worked as a producer and a director. Among his most notable credits include The Manchurian Candidate and Airplane II: The Sequel.  

Cooper Koch Got His First Film Role in 2018

Cooper landed his first gig in 2018 in the film West 40s and steadily earned more roles. His most famous credits include They/Them, Swallowed and Power Book II: Ghost.

Although he grew up in Los Angeles County, Cooper moved to New York City, where he earned his BFA in Acting from the Pace School of Performing Arts.

Cooper Koch Has a Boyfriend

Cooper and his boyfriend, Stuart McClave, attended their first public event together in March 2025. For a while, Cooper played it coy whenever he’d briefly discuss his relationship, but he finally broke his silence on his and Stuart’s love at the GLAAD Media Awards.

During a red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight at the event, Cooper gushed about Stuart, saying, “He’s just got me so grounded and pulls me down to the earth and holds me when it’s a lot. He’s been so supportive and sweet, and he’s been the best partner I could ask for.”

Adolescence’s Stephen Graham Wins Emmy for Limited Series Lead Actor

Stephen Graham won the lead limited series actor Emmy on Sunday, recognizing his portrayal of Eddie Miller in Netflix’s “Adolescence,” which he co-created.

“This kind of thing doesn’t normally happen to a kid like me. I’m just a mixed-race kid from a block of flats in a place called Kirkby,” said Graham, who is of Swedish and Jamaican descent. “To be here today in front of my peers, and to be acknowledged by you, is the utmost humbling thing I could imagine my life, and it shows you that any dream is possible.”

Graham is best known for film roles including Guy Ritchie’s “Snatch” (2000) and Martin Scorsese’s “Gangs of New York” (2002). He also played Andrew “Combo” Gascoigne in the 2006 film “This Is England” and reprised the role in three sequel miniseries that aired in 2010, 2011 and 2015. His other credits include “Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy,” two “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies and “The Irishman” as well as “Boardwalk Empire” on HBO and “Peaky Blinders” on BBC.

Also nominated for lead limited series actor were Colin Farrell for “The Penguin,” Jake Gyllenhaal for “Presumed Innocent,” Brian Tyree Henry for “Dope Thief” and Cooper Koch for “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.”

“Adolescence” earned Graham his first three Emmy nominations and wins. In addition to the acting award, he took home trophies for outstanding limited series and limited series writing.

Was Malcolm-Jamal Warner Married When He Died?

Yes, Warner was married at the time of his sudden July 2025 death. Multiple outlets reported that he was with his family on vacation in Costa Rica when he died.

Who Is Malcolm-Jamal Warner’s Wife?

The identity of Warner’s wife, Tenisha Warner, was unknown for years until she revealed herself in September 2025.

“Thank you for holding us in so much love during this tender time,” Tenisha wrote in an Instagram post alongside photos from their wedding. “Tomorrow marks our anniversary — and my heart is wide open. For the first time, I’m sharing a glimpse of the love that began it all. I can still hear my husband’s laugh, still feel the way he made room for every part of me — every tear, every dream. Today, in his honor, my daughter and I are launching River & Ember and officially opening The Warner Family Foundation. Warner opened up about their marriage a few times throughout his life. Just two months before his death, Warner appeared on the “Hot & Bothered” podcast, where he talked about meeting his wife and how she changed his mind about having children.

“I wasn’t sure if I would ever get married or have kids,” Warner explained. “I think because growing up, I knew … myself well enough to know that I was not going to get married and give a woman half of my s**t ’cause I f**ked up. I spent more of my adult life in long-term relationships than not.”

That all changed when Warner met his wife, and the two enjoyed a slow-burn romance.

How Did Malcolm-Jamal Warner Meet His Wife?

Warner pointed out during his May 2025 “Hot & Bothered” podcast appearance that he met his wife through a mutual friend.

“So, after being in a relationship for six years, I spent the next two years like a man who had been in a relationship for six years. … I went on this hiatus, like I was cold turkey — like not dating, not relationships, mostly not sex,” the late 9-1-1 actor explained. “So, I was in this space, and I met my wife through a mutual friend. And because I was on this hiatus, I was like, ‘I’m not really dating.’ And our mutual friend was like, ‘Well one date won’t hurt. You know, she could be a really cool friend or a really cool spiritual connect.’ I was like, ‘That’s cool.’”

After being “at peace with not having kids,” Warner recalled his future wife telling him on their first date, “I’m definitely having kids.”

“So, it was great. We are not on the same page at all,” he cheekily added about their meet-cute. “This will not turn into anything. We could actually just be friends.”

Nevertheless, just five and a half months later, Malcolm-Jamal asked his future wife for her thoughts about starting a family.

The exact timeline of Warner’s relationship and marriage with his wife is unclear. During his May 2025 podcast appearance, though, he pointed out that they had been together for 10 years. So, it’s likely he and his wife were together since 2015.

Warner drowned while on vacation with his family in Costa Rica in July 2025. His cause of death was ruled as asphyxia from drowning.

Days after the actor’s death was announced, Elberth León, the head of the Tourist Police for Costa Rica’s Atlantic region, told Us Weekly that Warner died after trying to save his daughter from drowning after both were dragged by the ocean current. Witnesses managed to save Warner’s child but couldn’t get back to him in time.

Actor James McAvoy was reportedly punched at a Toronto bar on Monday evening.

First reported by People magazine, the Scottish actor and director was apparently hit, unprovoked, by a patron at Charlotte’s Room, located on King Street West in the downtown area, mere blocks away from where the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) takes place.

The Split star had attended the premiere of his directorial debut, California Schemin’, at TIFF with his wife Lisa Liberati on Saturday.

McAvoy, 46, was reportedly having a couple of quiet drinks with his producers when the incident occurred.

Toronto police confirmed to Global News that no report was filed, and McAvoy just laughed off the incident, according to People.

In a recent interview on “The Art Of Dialogue,” Powell revealed that while he respects Lee’s impact on cinema, he believes the filmmaker often fails to take care of his own people.

Powell suggested that Lee would specifically mistreat Black people, some of which Powell knew.

Additionally, Powell says he didn’t like Lee criticizing Tyler Perry, which also motivated him to speak out against the filmmaker in the past.

#DerekDixon is ready to share his truth.

The actor, who appeared on #TylerPerry’s TV series The Oval, has publicly detailed his s3xual a$$ault and harassment allegations against Perry in an interview with ABC News.

Dixon recounts an incident in January 2020, when he claims Perry invited him to his Atlanta home. After consuming alcohol, Dixon says he fell asleep in a guest room, only to wake up to Perry climbing into bed with him and allegedly rubbing his leg. Dixon asserts he rejected Perry’s advances and left the situation feeling his bodily autonomy was violated.

As reported, Dixon filed a lawsuit against Perry and #TylerPerryStudios in June, accusing them of quid pro quo and workplace s3xual harassment, as well as s3xual a$$ault and battery. He is seeking $260 million in damages. Perry’s representatives have dismissed the lawsuit as a “scam.”

The full interview with Dixon will air tonight (Sept. 9) on ABC News Live PRIME.
