50 Cent’s A.I. Diss Track Could Mark A New Frontier In Rap Beef

50 Cent is notorious for welcoming all challengers in petty clashes, but the mogul recently utilized a new tool for his verbal art of war: artificial intelligence.

On Tuesday (Oct. 28), 50 Cent dropped a calculated social-media salvo: he uploaded photos of himself aboard a private jet on Instagram, paired with a short clip featuring a soulful A.I.-generated song aimed at Jim Jones, with a playful dig at fellow G-Unit member Tony Yayo.

In the brief audio clip, a male-sounding A.I. vocal opens by expressing Fif’s disappointed in Yayo’s delayed response to Jim Jones, who called Yayo “broke” and criticized the rapper’s hygiene during a recent podcast interview.

“50’s mad because Yayo let Jimmy talk tough and he ain’t answer back,” the voice sings while scenes of Fif and Yayo boarding a private jet plays in the clip.

“How you let that fake blood talk to you like that/ Somebody gotta pay/ Or no more jet flights/ Back to first class,” the faux song continues, with a chorus of A.I. background vocals furthering taking additional shots at the Harlem rep.

“Jimmy ain’t tough/ Jimmy ain’t like that/ How you let that crack baby say you smoke crack.” The private-jet backdrop dramatizes the “somebody gotta pay” and “or no more jet flights” lines.

The second stanza of the track includes slick wordplay referencing Uncle Murda’s annual “Rap Up” recap, as well as calls for Cam’ron to intervene and put an end to Jones’ pointed comments.

“Murda, rap ’em up, it’s a motherf**king wrap/ Don’t make me have to get the strap/ I’m calling Cam/ Come get ‘cha mans” before the clip ends.

To fully grasp the context: the simmering discord between 50 Cent, Cam’ Ron and Jim Jones stretches back to the mid-2000s.

Cam’ Ron has publicly addressed how the original conflict manifested when Jones appeared on stage with 50 during Cam’s beef era on several occasion.

“We were having interior problems at Dipset. … So when me and [50 Cent] were battling, you had members of Dipset to come to your show,” Cam recalled during Fif’s appearance on his Talk WIth Flee podcast in December 2024.

“When ni**as went on stage, I was like, ‘This sh*t is spinning out [of control]. It was a checkmate moment,’” he admitted.

Jones would take umbrage to Cam and Fif mentioning his name during the podcast, responding on Justin LaBoy’s Respectfully podcast shortly after, sparking a drawn out back and forth between all parties involved.

Now, 50 Cent’s use of A.I. to craft a soul-song diss signals a modern evolution of his trolling strategy — merging social-media visuals, private-jet flexing and technology-driven audio to humiliate Jim Jones while aligning himself again with Cam’ Ron’s camp. The result: a next-level one-two in a decades-old New York rap war.

“Your guilt must fall below the 92% threshold or you will be executed in precisely 90 minutes.” Lionsgate has revealed the official trailer for a sci-fi movie called Mercy, one of many upcoming artificial intelligence thrillers being made by Hollywood. This one is about an “A.I. Judge”, very similar in many ways to Minority Report but with a different spin on our tech future. Mercy (not to be confused with Just Mercy from a few years ago) is directed by sci-fi / Screenlife filmmaker Timur Bekmambetov, his latest feature directed for Hollywood since making Profile in 2018. 90 minutes to prove your innocence or face execution. Chris Pratt & Rebecca Ferguson star in this cautionary tech tale. In the near future, a detective stands on trial accused of murdering his wife. He now has 90 minutes to prove his innocence to the advanced A.I. Judge he once championed, before it determines his fate. Starring Chris Pratt, with Rebecca Ferguson as A.I. Judge Maddox, Kali Reis, Annabelle Wallis, Chris Sullivan, and Kylie Rogers. Yep it looks like a January movie! Opens in IMAX and 3D at the end of January 2026 if anyone wants to find out if he’s guilty or not?

Here’s the first official trailer (+ poster) for Timur Bekmambetov’s sci-fi movie Mercy, from YouTube:

“The future of criminal justice is Artificial Intelligence.” In the near future, a detective (Chris Pratt) stands on trial accused of murdering his wife. He has 90 minutes to prove his innocence to the advanced Artificial Intelligence Judge (Rebecca Ferguson) he once championed, before it determines his fate once and for all and sends him to execution. Mercy is directed by visionary Kazakh-Russian producer / filmmaker Timur Bekmambetov, director of The Arena, Night Watch & Day Watch, Wanted, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, Ben-Hur, Yolki 5, Profile, V2 Escape from Hell, plus a producer on movies including “Screenlife” films like Searching, Profile, LifeHack, War of the Worlds. The screenplay is by Marco van Belle. Produced by Charles Roven, Robert Amidon, Timur Bekmambetov, & Majd Nassif. Lionsgate debuts Bekmambetov’s Mercy movie in theaters nationwide (including in 3D) starting on January 23rd, 2026 next year. Guilty?

Kehlani Slams A.I. Artist Xania Monet’s $3 Million Record Deal

Kehlani Slams A.I. Artist Xania Monet’s $3 Million Record Deal

by jummy84 September 20, 2025

Kehlani is pushing back against artificial intelligence taking over music after Xania Monet, a virtual artist, inked a $3,000,000 deal with Hallwood Media and already landed spots on the Billboard charts.

According to Billboard Pro, poet Telisha Jones is the creative force behind the A.I.-powered sensation. To bring Xania to life, Jones leaned on Suno technology, the same platform currently tied up in copyright battles with major record companies. When Jones took a Zoom meeting with record executives earlier this month, she landed on the 3 mil deal from former Interscope executive Neil Jacobson’s Hallwood Media.

“She’s been writing poetry for a long time,” Jones’ manager, Romel Murphy, told Billboard. “90 percent of her lyrics are her own true stories, and the other 10 percent are inspired by the stories of her friends and community. What’s making the songs catch is not a hook and a bridge and a catchy chant, it’s just the lyrics, and they are pure.”

Kehlani, however, isn’t buying into the hype. The Grammy-nominated singer argued that Jones’ poetry could’ve found its own lane without taking from rising musicians. “Maybe she should write a poetry book. I love to support a good poet. I cannot paint. So I’m not going to create A.I. paintings and sell them, taking up space from up-and-coming painters,” she said. “This is the antithesis of art. Just because you can don’t mean you should.”

Despite the controversy, Monet made her Billboard debut the week of Sept. 20, entering at No. 25 on Emerging Artists and No. 21 on Hot Gospel Songs with “Let Go, Let God.” Another single, “How Was I Supposed to Know,” hit No. 1 on R&B Digital Song Sales, No. 3 on R&B/Hip-Hop Digital Song Sales, and No. 22 on overall Digital Song Sales.

Kehlani, however, doubled down on her criticism in a social post. “This is so beyond out of our control. Nothing and no one on Earth will ever be able to justify A.I. to me,” she wrote. “I’m genuinely sad for people who are trying to come up and their space is being taken up by a computer program. I.T., not she, is taking all of the data it’s collected on us and what we want, and is tailoring to us. Even down to the voice.”

She closed with the reminder: “Art is not a money grab. Music means something significant to culture, to humanity, to people. Me personally, I’m going to value it that way for the rest of my life.”

See Kehlani passionately speak on A.I. entering the music space above and listen to Xania Monet below.
