Over the past five years or so, there’s been a consistent move to give the Princess of Wales “credit” for all kinds of things. There was a months-long storyline in 2021 about Kate acting as the linchpin of the family, and the keen peacemaker between Prince Harry and Prince William. That narrative fell apart, not least of which because William clearly disregards Kate and her opinions and always has. There are consistent storylines about “Kate wants this or that” regarding the Sussexes and none of it ever pans out. Well, now they’re trying to say that Kate is pulling strings behind-the-scenes on the fiasco involving Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson. Nevermind that everything that’s happened in the past two weeks is “Classic Dithering Charles.” Why anyone wants to give Kate “credit” for this unfolding catastrophe is beyond me, but the Daily Mail’s Liz Jones insists that Icy Kate is behind it all.

Prince Andrew is rumoured to have agreed to call in the removal men, vacate the 30-room, 98-acre Royal Lodge, and relocate himself and his teddies to Frogmore Cottage – formerly the home of Harry and Meghan, where the yoga studio is still in situ, providing a place where he can continue to tie himself in knots. He wants his ex-wife, Sarah, to have nearby Adelaide Cottage – he’s after a two-for-one, clearly, though doubtless has never been inside Tesco – which is soon to be vacated by William, Kate and their children.

In this regal version of Relocation, Relocation, the Waleses are off to Forest Lodge. Billed as their ‘forever home’ it is just a short trot along a tree-lined avenue from… Royal Lodge. It’s little wonder then that William is rumoured to be the driving force behind Andrew’s exit. He’s supposedly determined to ensure his ‘beyond hideous’ uncle – as TV’s Emily Maitlis says the Prince of Wales regards Andrew – will not be his new nightmare neighbour.

But let’s not forget Kate, another instrumental player in the lodge-off. She isn’t a blood relative of her husband’s creepy uncle. Her life’s work is to protect children. And apparently, she ‘shudders at the thought of living so close to Royal Lodge’. She doesn’t see this as just a scandal that threatens the Monarchy and therefore her offspring’s secure future, but as one that has already ruined the lives of scores of young women.

The way in which Andrew signed off his emails to Jeffrey Epstein – with ‘A, HRH, the Duke of York, KG’ – would alone make Kate shudder. She wears her titles lightly, can shrug them off like a too-heavy coat when kneeling to comfort children, or those suffering from cancer. She no longer wants to rub padded shoulders with a man who spent time with an already convicted paedophile or his ex-wife, a woman who sent that paedophile toe-curlingly cringy emails, calling him her ‘supreme friend’.

There is no doubt Kate will have strong views on this unfolding royal fiasco. She knows her power. Look at how swiftly, unflinchingly she saw off Meghan. Remember that icy stare when the formerly Fab Four did a walkabout before Queen Elizabeth’s funeral? She is like a lioness, protecting her territory. And anyone who can come through cancer is not to be messed with Cancer survivors are the strongest people you will ever meet.

Charles has been slow to grasp the Andrew question. William has been, too. But like any mother of three children, Kate just wants it done. Today. To roll up her sleeves and clean the house, in more ways than one. As the only jewel left shining brightly in the Crown, what Kate wants, Kate gets.

Well, at least they’re not pretending that Kate is just a dishrag with no opinions on anything. It’s true that Kate has an “icy stare” and, in my opinion, it’s true that Kate is a raging B. It’s not true that “what Kate wants, Kate gets.” Kate did not want to be sent to a four-bedroom cottage in Windsor for over three years. Kate does not want to send her kids to boarding schools (but that’s what will happen). Kate does not want to work… and they’re letting her get away with that. It’s interesting that Kate is getting “credit” for “seeing off Meghan” too, right? It’s almost an admission that Kate bullied the f–k out of her sister-in-law. Baby Brain strikes again!

Wife Alisah Reacts To Lavish Anniversary Surprise

This week, PJ Washington flexed his pockets to show his wife just how much she means to him! Alisah ‘Chanel’ Washington took to her social media platforms to thank her husband for planning a lavish surprise. The couple is celebrating their second wedding anniversary after tying the knot on October 28, 2023.

A video Alisah uploaded on Tuesday shows PJ Washington leading her through what looks like a hallway in their home. They were both dressed in casual black ‘fits as she walked into a room decorated with ceiling and floor balloons, scattered rose petals, a giant rose-filled sign that read, “I Love You.” There were also floating lit candles in tall vases, and a small table overflowing with flowers for them to dine on. Ribbons connected to the ceiling balloons had photos of Alisah and PJ attached with Christian Bible quotes on the back.

The video shows them embracing after Alisah happily looked around and even seemingly got emotional. In her caption, Mrs. Washington said their song, ‘All of Me’ by John Legend, was playing when she walked into the space. She also thanked PJ Washington for going above and beyond!

“The song playing when I walked in, also the song that I walked down the aisle to 🥹 Still in awe of the way you love me! You went above and beyond to make our anniversary unforgettable ❤️ You continue to find the most thoughtful ways to show your love and I’m so grateful! Thank you for making today special my heart is so full 💕 I pray God continues to bless our union 🙏🏽♾️ 10.28.2023,” Alisah Chanel wrote.

Rosie O’Donnell is a comedy and talk show icon. From her roles in Will & Grace to her own series The Rosie O’Donnell Show, Rosie has been a staple of the entertainment industry for decades. Other than her comedy and acting, Rosie has been a strong advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, and she’s been open about her relationships and family. Rosie was married to her first wife, Kelli Carpenter, from 2004 until their split in 2007. The couple adopted four children together. In 2012, she married the late Michelle Rounds, and they adopted one daughter before separating in 2015.

Rosie has been a strong advocate for adoption for same-sex couples. After she wasn’t able to adopt a child she fostered, because of her sexual orientation, she wanted to work to change laws to allow same-sex couples to adopt. “I never in my life had been persecuted against for being a gay person, although I do understand that gay people go through that on a constant and daily basis. It was not at all my reality,” she told Larry King in a 2002 interview on CNN. “When I was not allowed to adopt a foster child I had raised in my home for 16 months, a child who had been in the system since she was a baby, who had been in 20 other homes and had never been able to stay, when the state of Florida said to me, ‘You are unworthy because you’re gay,’ I said it is time for me to stand up and say this law is wrong. And that’s why I did it.”

Parker Jaren O’Donnell

Rosie adopted her eldest son with Kelli in 1995, when he was a baby. Parker has grown into quite the young man, and he grew up to join the marines. He attended Valley Forge Military Academy and College. During an appearance on The View, Rosie raved about how proud she was of her son, and joked about how unexpected his decision to join the armed forces was. “How do you annoy your left-wing, liberal, pacifist mother? You become a big military man,” she said.

Since joining the Marines, Parker has shared numerous photos of his life in the service, including pictures with fellow soldiers and memes about army life. He also occasionally posts on Instagram adorable photos with his girlfriend, Hannah, whom he started dating in 2014.

Chelsea Belle O’Donnell

Rosie adopted her oldest daughter Chelsea in 1997. Chelsea and her mom have had a bit of tumultuous history together, and they haven’t always seen eye-to-eye. Rosie’s daughter went missing back in August 2015, when she was just 17 years old. She was found to be staying with a 25-year-old heroin addict, who had claimed that they had started dating after meeting on Tinder, where Chelsea had lied about her age, via People. A month later she moved out to stay with her biological mother.

After moving out, Chelsea spoke about her relationship with Rosie in an October 2015 interview with DailyMail. Chelsea claimed she was “raised by nannies,” and spoke about some of the issues that she took with her mom. “I find her not genuine a lot of the time. When we’d go out, she was a completely different person in public than at home and I had a hard time with that. It’s like two different people,” she said at the time. As news broke about Chelsea’s estrangement, Rosie spoke about their troubled relationship in her comedy, per Entertainment Tonight. She spoke about her love for her daughter, but also mentioned that she suffered from a mental illness that also strained their relationship. “Chelsea just turned 18. For adopted children 18 is a magic number,” she said in a set at the time. “At 18 they’re gonna rebel any way they can, any way they can get your attention.”

Despite their ups and downs, Chelsea and Rosie have worked to mend their relationship. In December 2018, Chelsea gave birth to her first child, Rosie’s first grandchild, Skylar Rose. Since then, Chelsea has welcomed three more children: daughter Riley in January 2021, daughter Avery Lynn in February 2022, and son Atlas in October 2023.

In October 2025, Rosie asked fans for prayers for Chelsea as she was sentenced to prison after having her probation revoked while struggling with addiction, according to People.

Blake Christopher O’Donnell

Rosie adopted her third child Blake in December 1999. While not much is known about Blake, his mom does share plenty of photos of her son on her Instagram, along with pictures of him and his girlfriend Teresa. Rosie shared lots of photos of the young couple in awesome Halloween costumes in October 2021, where the pair dressed as Steve and Blue from Blue’s Clues and characters from Phantom of the Opera in another photo. Other than the photos, the former View host did share that she had dropped him off at Marist College back in August 2018 in an emotional tweet. 

In Dec. 2022, Rosie announced the happy news that Blake and Teresa got engaged during a performance of Phantom of the Opera on Broadway. She shared a photo of the moment he was down on one knee and presenting the excited bride-to-be with her gorgeous diamond ring, which can be seen above, and added a sweet caption to go along with it. “last night – my son blake asked his gf teresa to marry him – and she said yes !!! the crowd clapped – and hillary clinton was there too- i cried all through phantom of the opera – wishing my mom was here to see it all #love #family ❤️❤️❤️,” the caption read.

The couple eventually got married on Aug. 16, 2024, during a lavish ceremony, where Blake’s sister Vivienne served as his “best man.”

Vivienne Rose O’Donnell

Kelli and Rosie adopted their youngest daughter, Vivienne in November 2002. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems like Rosie and Vivienne bonded a lot by doing dances together, and the comedian shared a few of them to her Instagram for the sweet mom and daughter bonding moments. Other than dances, she’s kept Vivienne out of the spotlight, but she did announce that she had graduated from high school in June 2021 on Instagram.

Dakota O’Donnell

Rosie adopted Dakota with her ex-wife Michelle in January 2013. Sadly, Michelle took her own life in 2017, two years after she and Rosie divorced.

Rosie and Dakota share a special mother-daughter bond. While Rosie often posts pictures of all her children, Dakota is featured the most, with sweet photos and funny videos together. Rosie has shared many heartwarming moments, including videos of Dakota leaving nuts out for squirrels or the two of them having fun with a voice filter.

In September 2022, Rosie opened up in an essay for People about Dakota’s autism diagnosis for the first time.

“I didn’t want Dakota to feel shame about her diagnosis,” Rosie shared. “I have told her from the start that autism is her superpower.”

In a TikTok video posted on March 11, 2025, Rosie explained that she and her daughter moved to Ireland on January 15, 2025, as a result of President Donald Trump‘s reelection.

Sydney Sweeney anticipates ‘bittersweet’ end to Euphoria filming

Sydney Sweeney says it will be “bittersweet” to finish filming on the third season of Euphoria.

Sydney Sweeney has almost finished production on the third season of Euphoria

The 28-year-old actress plays Cassie Howard in the acclaimed HBO teen drama series and is ready for an “emotional” end to production on what is expected to be the show’s final season.

Speaking at Variety’s Power of Women ceremony on Wednesday (29.10.25), Sydney said: “It’s gonna be a really bittersweet moment.

“I’m kind of terrified for how emotional it’s gonna be. It’s been such a journey. It’s been my entire twenties. They’ve been my family and friends for so long. I’ve been forever grateful for all of them.”

The Immaculate actress added: “I was 20 when I did the pilot, so being able to see a lot of the same people, it feels very comforting.”

Sweeney’s Euphoria co-star Jacob Elordi previously revealed that he enjoyed the “liberating” experience of filming season three and praise the show’s creator Sam Levinson for “constructing something that’s incredibly clever and cinematic”.

The Australian actor said: “It was incredible, man.

“It was incredibly liberating. I got to play something so sort of far out from what I’ve done before.”

However, the Saltburn star isn’t actually sure about what happens in the third season.

Jacob said: “Everybody shoots at different storylines. I don’t know what anyone else is doing. I had a really singular storyline. You don’t know what the other story lines are.

“It’s like FBI files. So it’s great because I’ll get to consume the show the same way that everybody else does as a fan, which I haven’t been able to do before. I’m really excited.”

Meanwhile, Sydney revealed that she found it very emotional to return to the Euphoria set following the death of co-star Angus Cloud – who passed away aged 25 in 2023 after a drug overdose.

She told Variety: “It was definitely a very emotional experience to go back to a set and not have him be there with you. He was such a special person, and he was taken way too young.”

Sydney leaned on her family and her co-stars after Angus passed away.

The Christy actress said: “I’m glad I was home because I was surrounded by my family.

“I think my first call was Maude (Apatow), and then Jacob, and we were all just crying on the phone together. It’s not something you want to bring people back together over, but I’m thankful to have my castmates to be able to process all of that together.”

Drake Files Appeal To Reopen Defamation Case Against UMG Over Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us”

Seems like #Drake is really trying to leave his latest rap battle with something.

The Toronto native has filed an appeal to revive his defamation lawsuit against Universal Music Group (#UMG), stemming from #KendrickLamar’s Grammy-winning diss record, Not Like Us. Originally dismissed by a judge earlier this month, the rapper’s team argues the court erred by treating the song’s allegations, including claims he is a “certified pedophile,’ as non-actionable opinion.

As reported, District Judge Jeannette Vargas said, “The fact that the Recording was made in the midst of a rap battle is essential to assessing its impact on a reasonable listener.” Judge Vargas added, “Even apparent statements of fact may assume the character of statements of opinion… when made in public debate, heated labor dispute, or other circumstances in which an audience may anticipate the use of epithets, fiery rhetoric or hyperbole.”

The appeal marks the next chapter in a contentious legal battle that began when Drake sued UMG in January 2025, alleging the label “approved, published and launched a campaign” around the song despite knowing it contained false and dangerous accusations against him.

There’s a tendency, from the usual suspects, to cry about the Duchess of Sussex’s lack of success in between her massively successful As Ever product drops. Those people have just decided, without evidence, that As Ever is not doing well, or that Meghan’s brand is in shambles. When really, the progression of As Ever has been quite organic and massively successful from the word go. Yesterday, Meghan launched As Ever’s holiday collection. People could buy a gift box full of multiple fruit spreads (jams), new jars of honey, a Spiced Cider mulling kit, a Hot Toddy mulling kit, and significantly (for me!) there was finally a restock on the much-loved raspberry jam. If you buy the jam gift box, you can also try a new flavor: strawberry!!

But people are talking about two other new items on offer: As Ever candles. One candle is No. 084, which is Meghan’s birthday (August 4) and the other candle is No. 519, named after the Sussexes’ wedding date. Both candles are $64. Now… I’m a candle person, I burn candles by my desk as I work/write most days. It’s calming and I love the scent. Because I’m burning candles for at least four hours every day, I do tend to buy the less expensive ones. I’ve experimented with some of the more expensive ones here and there and they’re nice, but so are the “cheaper” ones if you know enough to go by certain brand names. Basically, I gulped at the price and decided maybe I should do without. I did order a jam gift box and a raspberry restock though. Please let me know if the candles smell nice! I got some FOMO when I saw how many people were buying the candles and if they’re still in stock in a week, I might order one (the No. 084).

And yes, I know that As Ever candles are in the “nice candle” price range, if you’re comparing them to Jo Malone or what have you. Stop calling me broke-ass! I’m not broke, I’m just too cheap to spend $60-plus dollars on a candle! There’s a difference! Still, I really do want to hear about how the candles smell and if people like them.

‘LIU’ Castmates React To Racial Slur On Huda’s Stream

The internet has been buzzing after a recent livestream featuring ‘Love Island USA’ star Huda Mustafa and her boyfriend Louis Russell took a controversial turn. During the stream, a viewer reportedly directed a racial slur toward fellow cast member Olandria, sparking widespread backlash and online discussion. Since the video went viral, Olandria, Huda, and Louis have all spoken out about the incident. Fellow Love Island Season 7 castmates, including Chelley, Hannah, Amaya, and Olandria’s partner Nic, have also taken to social media to address the issue and stand beside her.

Huda Mustafa and Louis Russell Issue Apologies After Livestream Incident

On Wednesday evening, Huda Mustafa and Louis Russell posted new public statements on Instagram following their initial comments on Tuesday night, regarding the viewer who joined their livestream and called Season 7 finalist Olandria a racial slur.

In their updates, both expressed regret over their initial reactions to the comment and acknowledged the harm caused by the racist remark. Huda directly apologized to Olandria in her statement and announced she would donate to the NAACP.

“I want to be clear that I do not condone or tolerate anyone who uses such language,” she wrote. “I strongly encourage the individual responsible to reflect deeply on their words and the harm they’ve caused.”

Louis also shared his perspective as a Black man, writing:

“As a Black man, I have greater empathy through my own lived experiences battling racism. The idea that a flustered response to a very unnerving situation could be misinterpreted as me not taking the matter seriously is incredibly disheartening.”

Former Castmates Chelley and Hannah Speak Out

Former ‘Love Island’ contestant Chelley shared her disappointment after watching the viral clip that appeared to show Huda and Louis laughing as the slur was said. She emphasized that racism is never a joke or entertainment while opening up about her own experiences as a Black woman. Chelley encouraged others to “use their voice and stand up for what’s right, no matter the time, place, or who’s watching.”

Another castmate, Hannah, also said, “I just want to take a moment to say that racism of any kind is completely unacceptable. No one should ever have to experience or hear hateful language directed at them.” She urged fans to take responsibility and call out racism whenever they see it.

Love Island Season 7 Winner Amaya Espinal Encourages Everyone To “Be Kind”

‘Love Island USA’ season 7 winner Amaya Espinal also weighed in, reminding fans to “be kind to all.” Amaya revealed that she reached out privately to everyone involved. She expressed her “heart dropped” for her “fellow sister” Olandria. She reaffirmed her stance against racism and encouraged her followers to treat others with empathy and respect.

What Happened Between Deepti & Shake on Love Is Blind?

After forming a solid connection from the pods, Deepti and Shake eventually learned that their budding relationship wouldn’t last. In her book, I Choose Myself, Deepti claimed that Shake body-shamed her and disparaged other women as well. In response to her book’s allegations, Shake told People, “I think it says a lot that I’ve been in a happy, healthy relationship for some time now, focused on the future (i.e. marriage and kids). Meanwhile, Deepti (single), exaggerates and embellishes the past – desperate to extend her 15 minutes of fame.”

At the altar, Deepti impressed viewers by leaving Shake and saying, “I’m choosing myself,” rather than staying with someone who wasn’t sure about her.

Deepti doesn’t appear to be in a serious relationship at the moment. As seen on her Instagram page, the author is enjoying traveling around the world and spending time with family.

In March 2023, Deepti told Life & Style that she had a “little” romance with an unnamed person but chose to be single for the time being.

“I kind of had a little thing with somebody before, but honestly, I’ve realized right now, I really want to focus on myself,” she explained. “And yes, I go on dates and have fun, but, I think I’m not ready for, like, a super serious relationship right now, or maybe, I haven’t found the [right] person yet.”

Deepti also opened up to E! News at the time about her journey from LiB to embracing self-love.

“What I learned along the journey is that I had to love myself just exactly the way I looked,” she noted. “There’s a lot of points in our life where we’re not happy with how we look. But if we change our outlook on it, then we start to align with behaviors and mindsets and we see our body change because of how confident and beautiful we feel.”

Luke Bryan rubbishes ‘misinformation’ surrounding sister’s death

Luke Bryan has rubbished the “misinformation” that surrounds his sister’s death.

Luke Bryan has dispelled some online theories

The 49-year-old singer’s sister, Kelly Bryan Cheshire, passed away in 2007, aged 39, and Luke is keen to dispel some of the rumours that surrounded her death.

During an appearance on the All There Is podcast, he shared: “I never really explained what happened to my sister, there’s some misinformation out there on the internet and I think some people wonder what happened and they think that we’ve tried to cover it up.

“There is a very, very small percentage of people who die for no reason – and it’s called sudden death syndrome and that’s essentially what they described my sister’s death as.”

Luke described his sister’s passing as being “tragic beyond words”.

He explained: “She was in her home doing her laundry and it was like somebody turned the switch off on her and it was just tragic beyond words.”

Luke’s older brother, Chris Bryan, died in a vehicle collision in 1996. However, he admitted that losing his sister was a different experience.

He said: “My brother, you can conceptualise a car accident, but you can’t really conceptualise someone that was healthy as a horse and she’s just gone.”

Meanwhile, Luke has heaped praise on his wife Caroline, observing that she’s helped him to navigate some of the most difficult times in his life.

The singer – who has sons Thomas, 17, and Tate, 15, with Caroline – said: “I don’t know anybody that could have done what she’s done.

“I mean, she goes into life thinking she’s marrying a country music singer, and then next thing you know, she’s helping the girls and the boys and still putting up with my antics.

“It’s been an amazing journey. And it wouldn’t, you know it couldn’t have gone on without walking in that bar [Dingus MaGee’s] at Georgia Southern.”

Luke explained that Caroline had faced her own challenges, too.

He shared: “She lost — her brother and [sister-in-law] lost a young seven-month-old baby [Brett]. And we’ve had to watch them deal with grief, losing a seven month old, very close to us and we love them.”
