Ek gaana aap ne zabardasti ki thi toh maine Santana ka jo bhi tha…galti kardi thi maine jiske liye, zindagi bhar ke liye kasam khaayi this ki koi gaana uthaunga nahi.”
Salman then teased further and asked him to sing the song O Priya O Priya Priya. To this, Himesh roared like a king, “Uthaaye hue gaane Himesh Reshammiya nahi gaata.”
However, Salman still eased the situation, saying their banter is endless and keeps happening. Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic sea-facing bungalow Mannat, located in Bandra (West), Mumbai, has received a green signal for its ongoing renovation. The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has dismissed an appeal that challenged the approval granted to the project by the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA).
National Green Tribunal Clears Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat Renovation
The appeal was filed by activist Santosh Daundkar, who claimed that the CRZ clearance granted on January 3, 2024, was flawed. However, the NGT found no merit in the complaint and said the appeal was “without force.”
According to the tribunal, the renovation work falls under the CRZ-II zone, which allows construction on the landward side of existing structures. As per the approved plans, two new upper floors (7th and 8th) are being added to the structure, including a duplex apartment and an internal staircase. The updated building will now include two basements, a ground floor, and eight upper floors, reaching a height of 37.54 meters.
The property, located at CTS 859–862 in Bandra H-West, has had BMC approval since November 7, 2024. The tribunal also noted that the petitioner failed to prove any legal or procedural violations.
While renovation work continues, Gauri Khan recently shared that the redesigned home should be ready within a year. In the meantime, Shah Rukh Khan and his family are living in a rented duplex at Pali Hill, paying a reported Rs 24 lakh per month.
Mannat, originally built in 1914 and renamed by SRK in 2001, is not just a house—it’s a symbol of dreams. With a mix of heritage charm and modern luxury, it remains one of India’s most admired celebrity homes.

Music composer Amaal Mallik is currently a contestant on Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 19. The composer has been grabbing headlines, but mostly for the wrong reasons. In the latest episode, Amaal was seen backbiting about Awez Darbar while speaking to Farrhana Bhatt, calling the influencer’s followers fake. His remarks did not sit well with viewers.

The episode also saw Kunickaa Sadanand confronting Neelam Giri for revealing their private conversation to Zeishaan Quadri. The fight escalated, with Awez, Pranit and Mridul jumping in. Later, Neelam felt everyone was ganging up on her and broke down in tears. She then went to Amaal Mallik and told him that Awez had been willing to fight with him for the past four weeks. Amaal appeared visibly offended by the revelation.
While talking to Neelam, Amaal asked when Awez had said that, and later went on to abuse him, saying “2 kaudi ka…” before the camera quickly panned away. He was later seen talking to Farrhana about Awez, claiming, “Out of 30 million, 25 million of his followers are fake. I’ve given him so much business. If he has the guts to refuse me work outside, then I’ll believe he is a man.”
The internet was quick to criticise Amaal’s behaviour, with many calling him out on social media. One user tweeted, “Ewww 🤢 So cheap, wahiyat contestant… always barking from behind.” Another wrote, “#AmaalMallik as usual, that arrogant artist who thinks everyone is below him… I wish he showed the same guts by not promoting his work through these influencers in future. “This is half-baked information,” Parag said. “Which of these were anti-ageing medicines? Shefali didn’t like taking multivitamin tablets daily because she would forget. So instead, she opted for IV drips once a month. These included multivitamins, Vitamin C, collagen, and glutathione, which is one of the best antioxidants. That’s it—nothing harmful, nothing extreme.”
Parag also addressed the claims that Shefali was fasting on the day she passed away. “Yes, she was fasting that day, but it’s being misrepresented,” he explained. “She performed pooja, then had food and rested. She ate again later. It wasn’t like she starved the whole day. People are jumping to conclusions without knowing the full story.”
He emphasized that Shefali believed in discipline and self-care rather than depending on extreme beauty treatments. “She controlled her diet, yes, but she never deprived herself. Sundays were for ice cream or Chinese food. She lived a very balanced life,” he said.
